Not a great phone
Battery is draining heavily even without using the phone. I have optimized all settings but no luck. Except this phone is good.

Good phone
I purchased for my mom, but the ring sound is not ok for senior citizen. Sound quality is Ok, but volume need to be high. Software should be easy for senior citizen.

Low battery life
I expect battery life and blue tooth connectivity with Hotspot if available.
Battery last only a day. Blue tooth working for file transfer and not working while connecting headphone. No Hotspot option. Regret buy. No option for return, only replacement available.

Do not buy this phone
3rd class product and even worse after sales service by both nokia/Amazon...i purchased this phone for my father,within 3 months the phone is getting overheated and getting switched off automatically, when I complained to nokia they asked first to send pics of the phone/IMIE no along with bill/IMIE copy to get a pickup done.. Then they added and said they need a video of the same as well for verification to get the pickup done.. It phone cannot be repaired in a nokia service center as they apparently deals only with smartphones and not feature phones... I would suggest anyone invest a couple of thousands more and purchase a smartphone at least they can be repaired at any place if anything goes wrong

Go for Cheaper HandSet
I am wring review after using 1month. Most of the cases we buy keypad phone for Older persons. But its not user friendly. torch led is not bright. Battery runs 1hour if use browser.

Open and Used box !
Phone didn't look new looked used !, since i had sent it to my father for emergency, i could not resend it. This is the last lesson i learned that i should never buy, Phone, TV or any other electronic item from Amazon, as customers are only treated at 3rd grade level with rejects and reopened boxes ! and you should not be surprised if your product fails to function immediately after the warranty period gets over !

Battery works to make only one phone call
Bought it for parents, very poor battery and last for 2 to 3 hrs and have to charge again.
full charge last for 20 mins phone call. Unfortunately, I did not have option to return the phone as parent threw away the phone box.

Junk phone !!
Junk phone !! those who think Nokia cannot do a bad job in keypad phone simple phones is absolutely wrong. Waste of money
Bad user interface (people buy such phone simplicity)
average battery (again people buy such phones for long battery)
There is a bug where SMS times get mixed up and won't be able to read messages properly
A stuck key within 2 months of very less usage. (cannot expect from Nokia.
Pls don't buy.

Very small letter fonts
Font size is very very small. You can't read the caller name when someone calls you. It is almost invisible.
