It is quite simple... I can turn it on...Take the picture... Then turn it off ... While using only one hand !!! It is the only camera that has a grip for my right thumb to hold, and not a bunch of useless knobs in the way.

It is difficult to always get sharp pictures. If you want very high-level quality photos you will need to post process the photos in an editing app, like Photoshop. But, for mediocre shots, this is a great camera. Just do not expect this camera to take the same quality photos of a much higher end camera.

I like it so much, since it is very convent to take anywhere. The photos is very good, and the lens is very useful to use in any circumstance. It also have many functions to make photo taking very convient.

I was looking for a nice point and shoot camera that has the high quality of a larger camera, but is small enough to fit in my clutch or pocket. I attend a lot of concerts, and was also looking for a camera with a really good zoom functionality. This camera is AMAZING! I went to a concert last weekend and took the best pictures I've ever taken. The scene options are great, and the camera is really easy to use. My only complaint (even though I love this camera) is that the flash pops up when needed, and you have to push it down manually when done with the flash. The wifi feature is really cool too!! I couldn't find how to use the wifi in the instruction manual (you would think that would be in there!) so I had to watch a video on youtube to teach me how to use it, but once I watched that, I found that it was pretty simple to use. I just purchased this last week so I'm still learning it's capabilities but so far it is by far the best camera I've ever owned!

I love this camera! This is the second Nikon I have owned and love the quality of picture that it takes. The zoom allows you to get in very close without losing clarity of the picture.

Focus issues made this camera a real disappointment and after years of using nikons finally pushed me over to canon. Amazon deserves five stars for making the return easy even under some unusual circumstances. But the camera shoots soft under all conditions. Avoid.

My wife loved the red to match her red cell phone and the strong zoom lens. I like the easy controls and the lens cover. It makes good photos that allow my wife to be creative.

- Super zoom- size is suitable- must have memory card for storage- quality of videos are great- easily adjusted settings- I recommend for non professionals photographers

Immediately the lens cover didn't open and I had issues with camera on my entire trip to France. It is so disappointing because I bought it just so I could have great pictures on my trip.

Hate where the flash is located. Cannot hold camera and take photo when flash pops up. What happens is a very out of focus photo!

Love this camera right out of the box. It is replacing a Coolpix S8000 (the lens got scratched) which takes amazing pictures. The S9500 does everything the 8000 did and has a few new features that just make it so much fun! If you are used to a Nikon you will find it very easy to navigate. As a point and shoot camera it is a wonderful compliment to a DSLR (I shoot with a D300s). Sometimes you just want to travel light with a small camera that still allows you some control and flexibility. This camera also has a terrific wide angle to zoom lens which allows you to get the shot where ever you go. I haven't used the wifi feature yet but did want to share my enthusiasm for this camera!

This camera takes amazing pictures. This easily beats my two previous Sony cameras of similar size. The pictures are more focused and the color is amazing. Great point and shoot.
