I personally preferred you to buy this product because of its lightweight and fast heating quality. Best suitable for light clothes like T-shirts, kurtas, shalwars, shirts, etc. Not suitable for jeans.

Conked in 7 months
Worked decently for 5-6 months and has now conked. The 2 year warranty that's inside doesn't really help since Amazon only has a 30 day return window. Reading to see what I can do next. But at this point I can pay about how much it costed to fix it or just buy a new one next this one couldn't even last me 7-8 months

Great product
Sometimes brand says it all Morphy Richards is one the best example of that. Really bought at a great deal and product is really nice design and quality is amazing. It is really easy to use and light weight too. I would recommend it.

Pathetic Product
The coil of the Iron is burnt I have purchased this item last year, but now the coil is burnt and also the iron has short circuit very pathetic product hope the product delivered was belonging to original Company called Morphy Richard

Worst product ever by Morphy richard
Really a nasty experience with this iron. Temperature control is not working at all. Iron plate is not non-sticky as well. Don't go for it. Has already burnt costly clothes by this waste product...

Defective item
I had bought the iron box on 3rd December however i unboxed it today and found the ironbox not working at all. I had tried different sockets thinking there was a power issue and confirmed it was the ironbox that is defective. I would like a refund or a replacement with a working product

Stopped working in 4 months

Iron failed to regulate temperature
This iron has ruined my costly white shirt, see pics. After using 1 year it failed to provide temperature control which is regulated by knob provided but it was at its peak temperature even when knob is set to minimum. Very defective product. Please don't buy this one if you want to save your precious clothes.

received defective product
received a defective product, box was open top body part was broken even sticker was not pasted on the iron box previously i thought than would be design or something but when i checked this products unboxing on youtube got to know i received a defective product. did not expected this kind of service from amazon.

It's easy to handle and colour is attractive. Temperature control is good. One thing i am not satisfied is about wire attached, it could be much longer.

Durability
The Iron stopped working within few month from the date of purchase. The repair center is saying that the Coil and the circut system has got damaged.
I would like the team to take some necessary action against this by replacing the product or refunding the amount.
I am regular buyer from Amazon and would appreciate a prompt response on the above.

Very frequent failures
It has been about 6 months and it has already been repaired twice and now it has again gone bad. Works only for 1 week after repair. For replacement the manufacturer says I should contact Amazon.

Defective product
Had a worst experience with this product. It is a shame that a popular brand like Morphy Richards is making such faulty irons. It doesn't heat up properly and leaves burn marks in clothes of all materials. The creases and folds remain the same after ironing it. Can't tell the difference. Please don't buy this product.

Erratic heating.
Temperature control is erratic . Sometimes it gets too hot at other times it does not heat up at all. I have burnt a few clothes with the heat and now it doesn't heat up at all. not a good quality product

Surprisingly good quality for this price range
Frankly I wasn't expecting this good quality one for low price (<500), sturdy wire and lite weight. A simple iron box that does it's job.

This has burnt more clothes of mine.
