I agree with the reviewers who commended this wheel for vastly improving their enjoyment of Forza Motorsport 4. I am a newbie, and had the same experience, with none of the negatives. I was enjoying Forza 4 with a traditional controller, but wasn't performing well (and rarely made it to the finish line without leaving plenty of paint behind). Now, it's even more realistic, and quit a bit more satisfying.Especially while the price here is $40, I'd recommend anyone with Forza 4 (and probably other games, too) would find this a worthy investment!

My husband loves the wheel he plays with it all the time he plays Forza 4 and he loves it the best thing about it you can use it as a regular controller which is great. I just wish you could recharge the batteries like the other controllers but any way love it great buy

This is an excellent wireless wheel. I have used it with "Formula one" and "Forza Motorsport 4". It works flawlessly and it really makes the game so much better than playing with the original Xbox 360. I simply love it.

I used this wheel a couple times playing forza 4 and at first It was a little bit rough gauging how much I needed to turn the wheel. After I got the hang of it, I began to love this wheel!Somehow disabling the assistance features that forza puts into the game actually help you control the car better with the speed wheel. This thing makes a huge difference in my ability to play racing games. Some people complain about how they have to hold the wheel in the air, but I'm not bothered by it, the wheel is probably the same weight as the regular controller or less.The only negative I can think of with this speed wheel is the fact that the buttons require a little bit more pressure when pressed than the regular controller. It might just need to be broken in but I constantly have to re-press the A button because it didn't work the first time.

Just picked this up today and I really enjoy it. On my PS3 I have a driving wheel (with feedback) and it is great. Unfortunately not compatible with my XBox. Thought about the Fanatec wheels but they are not out yet. Read some reviews on CNET, IGN, etc and decided to go for it.Having played it with the controller and the wheel, I must say I enjoy the wheel very much. Good control of the car (better than the controller). Now lets not get carried away, Im sure playing with one of the force feedback wheels from Fanatec will be better but for 60 bucks (vs. 500 for a set up), this works great.Easy to set up (sync just like a controller). Comes with a software disc but if you updated the software on your Xbox since 10/8 you already got it.Only downside is your arms get a bit tired holding it out (wah!) and no left and right bumpers (which makes decals and other car mods slightly diff).For me this was a great solution to get a bit of the wheel action without breaking the bank. Worth the 60bucks.

The controller works great. I did, however, have to re-learn how to drive in Forza 4. I had already played the game quite a bit and set many of the driving helps to "difficult" settings. I was frustrated until I set everything to "easy". I am hoping to gradually change the settings to the way I had them before. The controller definitely makes the game more fun!

The only think missing is the LB and RB. the trigger is sensitive enough I can feel how much "gas paddle" I'm applying. The automatic mode is the simplest way to have fun. But if you are into drifting, manual drive, there are 5 different setups for shifting, handbrake, clutch. the customization is so robust that you think it, they have it. I don't know what other games out there can use this. But you can't play forza without "some" sort of wheel controler. And this one truly delivers. The package even comes with battery.

If you (like me) lack the space for a full racing seat, then this is your controller. I have to admit it was pretty odd at first, but in general nice piece of equipment.I doest no have life size and alghouth you get vibrations, you dont get the force feed back (turning the wheel to the opposite side) when youre using it.Another small draw back is that it actually eliminates buttons R2 & L2, so its pretty tricky to set up and there will be in game functions you will not have access to.On the up side, lighntning fast response and very sensitive to movement, making really preciase. Takes a bit of time to get use to it, but after a few days straight playing with it...I find it a lot better than a std remote.Again, I dont belive this would be a substitute for a racing chair with steering and foot controls, but have to say well done on this one Microsoft.

Hi, i just wanted to say,.. as for myself being 60yrs young i love this wheel,..as you know hand to eye coordintion is critical in these games especialy, 'racing' games, Before the wheel i could not even finish a race, (using the xbox360 controller) ..could not stay on the road,..but with the 'wireless speed wheel'..i not only finish!..i win most of the time and have leveled up to 25 in less than 3wks!! It's easy to use,..you just have to' try not to 'overdrive' ..the wheel is very sensitive and it takes very little movement to run the courses! I really have fun now,..where before i did not!...so if you are young or have a little gray!. this is the wheel you want!..so give it a try! ...see you at the races!TimU.S.A / Ohio

In addition to the XBox, I also have a Nintendo Wii with a wireless wheel and I always was impressed how well the wireless steering wheels respond. Sometimes even better than some wired tabletop wheels with the whole pedal and shifter setup. So I was happy that they came out with this wireless handheld wheel for the XBox 360 where I do not need to set up a whole wheel and pedal setup. Much cheaper also. It works well. I don't understand some of those who criticize it because it is not realistic. What do they expect from it? If they want exact realism in driving, buy a real car and stop playing video games. Compared to driving a car with a pad or thumbstick controller, something like this wheel where you can hold a steering wheel is realistic enough and does make racing and driving games more enjoyable.

I used it with Forza 4 and 2011 Formula 1 games. Wheel is nice but is missing two buttons which disables some functions. Another screw up by Microsoft. I have to use the regular wireless controller. Will have to wait for a new and improved version but knowing Microsoft something else will get messed up.I had to return the item.

Excellent wheel and great feel. My only wishes are double triggers or simply having the missing bumpers, and more vibration even if it means the wheel needs a wire for the additional power.

About time they came out with a steering wheel at a reasonable price for the 360. This wheel is great, it responds unbelievably, it is even comfortable for my lanky hands, and it has such a realistic feel. The major downsides are the vibrator seems passive, and the LACK OF L and R buttons makes using it hard, you can't tune cars in Forza 3, so you have to set up with a controller, then go all the way back to the beginning of the game and go in and race with the controller. It's a pain, but I must say it's worth the aggravation. I definitely recommend one, but hope that they come out with an improved version with R and L buttons soon.

I bought this along with a Forza 5. The wheel works just fine until you want to make adjustments to the car, which requires the LB/RB buttons in order to scroll through the different adjustable options. But seeing as how there are no bumpers, such adjustments cannot be made! You cannot make important adjustments to your car, thus taking away from the experience of the game. Completely useless. I even contacted both the maker of Forza and Microsoft regarding this issue, but they didn't feel this was a big issue. If you're playing a game that does not require the use of bumpers, great. Otherwise, garbage.

I'm not going to write a long review.I recommend it to improve your game experience with racing games, because it feels much real than use the standard Xbox control. The control has to have some additional intelligence that help you play. With this wheel It's all on you, no help. It means, more realistic.The flaw, the rumble is useless, I can't feel it. No feedback when something is wrong with your tires. And I need that feedback. In that aspect, the control is better.

Bought this controller after reading the positive reviews. I've used a Logitech controller for a while and it must be mounted on a 1x6x20 to be able to control since I don't have a solid table top surface to mount it on. I like the Wireless Speed Wheel much better. It plays very nicely on Forza 4 and takes up not much more room than a standard wireless XBox 360 controller. When I'm done playing the wheel slides nicely onto a small shelf. When playing with the old Logitech you have a mess to clean up and you need a good bit of storage space to put the thing away.

I got an xbox 360 & Forza Motorsport 4 for xmas and was ready to give up on the game. I could not drive with the stock controller at all! I was constantly crashing or just being lapped.I unpacked the Speed Wheel, hooked it up, and within one hour won a Class D race! I agree with the other positive reviews here. For the low price I paid, it converted the game from a disaster to a blast!

This wheel is amazing. i use it on all my racing games and drive alot better than i did when i use the standard controller. like anything it takes a little while to get used to. but once u give it a chance and use it for a few races it actually becomes alot easier. 1 thing that it lacks is the LB and RB. ive seen some reviews saying u cant race competitively. but i play a bunch of racing games online and have no problem winning. BUY THIS

This wheel adds a lot to the racing experience. I was surprised at how much better this is than a standard controller. It is like playing an entirely new game. The Xbox controller's triggers just don't have enough throw for subtle braking and acceleration. With this wheel I am driving cars around corners with ease and it is a lot more fun. I do not have the space or money for a full wheel/pedal set up and this is a great substitute. I had doubts about buying this but I am very happy with this purchase.

This is all that matters. Somebody at Xbox forgot two very important buttons. When playing Forza 3 you have to choose now, between not shifting or not having a hand brake? What they should have done was cut it down to one red "B" button to turn it off because it sure turns me off. Sad, I like to shift and have a hand brake. I bet the designers are laughing themselves to death when they watch anyone try to use this thing.
