Not compatible with Sprint as advertised
IMEI Number indicates phone CANNOT be used with T-mobile/Sprint even though it is unlocked. So it is basically useless for me.

Screen Issue
had this phone less than a week, right side of the screen start flickering in Green. Have looked up and contacted MS support; it turns out to be a common issue regarding to Hardware. Flickering will stop once you turn the Brightness all the way up and it is not a long-term ideal solution due to the heavy Battery Consumption. People claim that they still have the same issue even with the Replacements.
Overall I really love Duo with its overall performance, design and battery life. Will definitely come back to Duo 2 once Microsoft truly resolve the screen issue.

I had high hopes
Had to return. The second day it froze on me. Completely black screens on both sides. The hardware is amazing but the software on this one isn’t where it could be. I wanted it to be my daily driver but it was so painfully slow and laggy. Hoping the 2nd one gets it right

Yeah so not an ‘unlocked’ device and good luck finding the correct provider to get an unlock code. No dice. But the device is cool.

Awesome Phone / Not a Microsoft Fan
This was the best and coolest phone I ever had.
I would say that if you buy it, you gotta try to set it to manual updates instead of auto. The last update messed up my phone. I fixed it somehow.
I'm not a huge fan of Microsoft products. But you can tell, the team that designed this phone really wanted it to be great. I would buy the Duo 2, even if I don't really like Microsoft.

With the price, do price-in what you can get. Still need to think b4 you go ahead to buy it
Love to use it, i am is big disappointed. After use for a few weeks, one side of the monitor did not work. As a giant company like MS, they need to push a bit more on QC otherwise, this could end up the only one and the last one Ms make mobile phone. Compare to the price and the spec.

The phone is locked and useless
I received a retail demo. Totally useless phone! Couldn't be activated. The screen wouldn't turn off and would only play the display demo over and over. Absolutely none of the features work. Waste of money. Sent back and still have yet to receive my refund. Buyer beware!

worst investment of my life
It freezes, it won't upload photos to FB, sometimes you can't use both screens and it takes a long time to work, it's really slow, I don't recommend investing in this phone.

Left screen has a green "poltergeist" like flashing within 30 days of purchase. Also, r battery will hardly get you through the whole day. Software is somewhat problematic.

Not Worth It
Disappointed, too glitchy and hard learning curve. Very frustrating to use. Sent it back.
