Beautiful phone, responsive seller- No sprint
Rolly was very helpful with my purchase and the phone was beautiful. Unfortunately my phone company (Sprint) could not active the device so I had to return it. 😢 however the return process was easy and I received a notification the day they received it saying my money would be refunded.
Very upsetting that Sprint will not active this device.

Good screen but no battery warnings.
The screen does not rotate well and some apps are not fully visible and the keyboard must at least minimize in order to access inputs. Do not receive a warning before the battery runs out.

Alternative for those who are bored with slab phones
New form factor gives you whole new experience in using your phones, still noticeable bugs, could be better spec, a great dual screen, very thin

Great potential poor execution.
The software is a mess. And the charging port will break no matter how much you take care of it. I don't recommend unless you have the patience of a Saint.

It is really that good.
I was skeptical in the beginning... Once you get used to it, it is not bad at all... It has a learning curve and some glitches. Once you get over that all, you will enjoy using the 2 screens.
NFC not available is not good. No wireless charging is a bummer... But over all, with that price, not bad at all.

Fits nicely in tiny hands
I do love this phone and am happy with the features! Unfortunately, the issues I'm experiencing are not small. The screen glitches; sometimes my locked screen and home screen does not come on when I'm trying to use it or try to take it out of a low power mode. The screen often blacks out, or the image I set is skewed. Also, when I answer the phone the screen blacks out not allowing me to view my call or unlock the phone occasionally.

Best dual screen productivity
If value of having one screen run while u ponder whatever on other screen. This is the only one that functions that well. Bugs aside on spanning apps over two screens but that doesn’t matter as the screen ratio provides nice wide work space.
And at this current price point, that is why it’s the best!

Just Received Today But Will Update After Some Time
Though only used for one day I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY at the quality of build, brilliant displays, great controls, and the amazing feel of it in your hand. Though not inexpensive, if I had felt the device before buying I would have been willing to pay more. If there were bugs earlier, not here so far. Will update after more use time.

Awesome form factor
Loving the light weight and versatile dual screen. Having two apps open simultaneously is excellent. Camera is very average but not a priority for me. Replaced my Xs and iPad mini. Love watching movies - the bar in the centre of the screen subconsciously disappears (for me). Looking forward to the Gen 2.

Great Device
At first I was a little skeptical, because of the android part of the device, but the more I play with it the more I like it, I was able to download books from different sources and that’s the main reason why I bought this device.

Beautiful device.
Really wanted to like it. But the poor camera quality, combined with the difficulty of even getting to the point of taking a photo, means I would rather use almost any other device.
this has the potential to be a single carry, do-it-all device. but if you enjoy taking photos, that dream is dashed.

Sadly a new unit and 1 in a million chance but I got lucky number 1 in a million defective unit
Aside from the faulty screen this is an amazing phone best quality one could have imagined just odds are with any product there’s always one in a million that will be defective

I just love the form factor and the functionality.
I haven't used it long eniugh, but so far I'm very happy with what I've seen. I will come back with an update in a couple of weeks.

Applications freezes when calling and texting.. pictures quality very bad. Called Microsoft several times and was told I had a bad phone.

Tengo que reconocer que estoy muy contento con el teléfono, definitivamente es diferente a mis anterior teléfonos, doble pantalla = mejor productividad, si así es.
No es para todos, pero si buscas productividad con la doble pantalla no lo dudes, el sistema operativo funciona muy bien.

Not for everyone, it needs dedication!
I came from galaxy note 10+... I miss the pen functions alot and the camera... The surface duo is different, you must want it and be patient with it.

After setting up the phone, left screen started flashing green
Phone was great to setup. After spending a few hours getting things setup, the left screen started flashing green. Returned for a replacement but received an ATT phone (which I didn't realize until partially setup) and had to return again for a refund. Seller was good at replying to emails and took care of things even though it didn't work out.

Actually loved it until the screen randomly cracked
Despite some drawbacks (mediocre camera, mediocre typing recognition, some glitches when folding and using one side of the Duo), I really loved it. As a productivity tool, I got rid of my Note and tablet. Then, after less than 4 months of use, the screen cracked. It runs from the bottom of the left screen by the hinge all the way to the middle outside left edge. Never dropped, stepped on, sat on...The only conceivable answer is that it happened from carrying it in my front pant pocket which is a total lack of quality.
Microsoft won't chat about it and you can't call them. For a cracked screen, it doesn't matter, your only choice is to pay for a replacement phone. I've had so many Microsoft products over the years and will never buy another after this experience.
