This is the story of Dr. Brian Weiss, a Psychiatrist & his patient Catherine, who was suffering from deep mental problems. When Dr. Weiss started treating her, after many trials of a normal procedure he became unsuccessful in completely curing her. So finally he took the path of Hypnosis. But during this hypnosis moments what he came across is sometimes unbelievable, sometimes looks like a work of fiction. Well, I’m not commenting about whether, whatever he is writing of telling is true or not, but if it’s true, then it is really an awesome, intriguing discovery.
In most of the religious books in the world, Religion talks about seven astral planes, many dimensions. Again it is proven by many scientists these days about many dimensions in Science too. And as someone once said, “Science & Religion are both same things but science is too young to understand everything”.
I don’t know whether there are any real Masters are out there, or what happens after death, how do we actually feels just after death, or sometimes what I feel like someone is always beside me, looking at me, even when I’m alone too, or actually reincarnations happens or not as told in many religious books of Hindusim, Jainism, Buddhism, Christianism, Jews etc; but one thing is sure now that this books enlightened a spark in me to study this topic more, to know these things more. In that case, I’ll give the author a full mark from my perspective.

Ma non solo, in quanto l'audio non è al top, il comfort lascia a desiderare e alla lunga risultano inferiori a qualsiasi altro concorrente.
C'è da dire che le on-ear sono cuffie particolari, che facilmente risultano scomode e non confortevoli, ma qui, oltre alla tipologia si aggiunge un design e una scelta di materiali che peggiora la situazione, provocando dolore con un utilizzo prolungato.
Vediamole con calma
***COSTRUZIONE E MATERIALI***
Confezione molto curata (e ci mancherebbe dato quanto richiesto), che integra oltre alle cuffie un cavo usb c per la ricarica, un cavo aux, una pochette per il trasporto e i manuali d'uso.
Prese in mano la percezione che si ha è davvero di alto livello.
Non si parla di ecopelle, ma di vera pelle, molto morbida e piacevolissima al tatto, sia per l'archetto che per i padiglioni.
Padiglioni che sono on-ear ad attacco magnetico, quindi se si dovessero usurare facilmente sostituibili.
Sulla cuffia sinistra c'è il pulsante per l'accensione, sulla destra tre minuscoli pulsanti permettono di selezionare play/pausa, e aumentare o abbassare il volume oltre che navigare tra i brani. Nella parte inferiore la USB C per la ricarica.
L'archetto è in alluminio e dona una solidità mai vista prima.
Eccessiva.
***ERGONOMIA***
Tasto dolentissimo di queste cuffie, che puntano tutto su design e qualità, rinunciando a quello che è l'ergonomia d'uso. Avevo provano in precedenza delle Bose On-Ear, e nonostante i materiali non siano minimamente così piacevoli da toccare e guardare, l'ergonomia d'uso è su tutto un altro livello.
Purtroppo l'archetto duro non fa che stringere sulla testa, i padiglioni sono troppo piccoli, le cuffie stesse troppo piccole per essere indossate agevolmente.
Il sistema di regolazione dell'archetto è fin troppo duro, senza tacche, senza nulla che ci permetta una facile regolazione quando le indossiamo.
Non solo premono tanto sulle orecchie, ma proprio sulla testa, costringendoci già dopo pochi minuti a toglierle.
I pulsanti poi sono troppo piccoli, duri e scomodi da raggiungere e alla fine si finisce per controllare il tutto dallo smartphone. Anche perchè non sono poi così ricettivi e sono necessari vari tentativi per raggiungere il nostro scopo.
Insomma, non ci sono, possono anche essere belle e curate, ma l'ergonomia è totalmente bocciata, a meno che voi non abbiate una testa piccola adatta. Il consiglio è quello di provarle prima di prenderle.
***AUDIO***
Anche in questo caso, mi sarei aspettato un audio più "piacevole". Non che sia malvagio, intendiamoci, ma non è così curato come me lo sarei aspettato. I driver in berillio fanno di loro un buon lavoro e le frequenze risultano molto ben bilanciate e piacevoli, ma manca quella timbrica, quel carattere, quella senzazione "wow" che da un paio di cuffie di questo lignaggio ci si aspetterebbe.
Semplicemente non è un'esperienza all'altezza del prezzo. E' un audio sicuramente buono, ma poco incisivo e senza piacevolezza. Non fa gridare al miracolo e se a ciò uniamo la pessima ergonomia vien voglia di smetterle di usarle dopo poco.
Molte critiche anche per il microfono.
Gli interlocutori hanno sempre fatto fatica a sentirmi, sia in ambienti silenziosi sia in rumorosi, il che le rende sconsigliabili per chi fa tante telefonate e ha bisogno di un microfono affidabile e certosino nella risposta.
***AUTONOMIA E RICEZIONE***
Autonomia nella media, 15 ore circa con volumi medi, vicina a quanto dichiarato. La ricezione è molto buona ma c'è un ma.
Non vanno assolutamente d'accordo col bluetooth dei PC. Ho provato con 4 pc diversi, e in tutti i casi ci sono stati problemi, non nell'accoppiamento, ma nella trasmissione audio, che laggava parecchio e che dunque restituiva un segnale molto disturbato.
Altre cuffie, con gli stessi pc non mi hanno dato questi problemi, quindi la causa è relativa alle MW50 e non ai PC.
Con il cellulare invece ho notato che la trasmissione audio impiega una decina di secondi prima di essere riconosciuta.
Un'esperienza un pò frustrante e non immediata.
***CONCLUSIONI***
Bellissimi materiali, ma pecca in tutto il resto, oltre a risultare al di sotto di molte concorrenti forse meno blasonate dal punto di vista dell'audio, ma decisamente migliori per quanto riguarda l'esperienza globale. Ok c'è la USB C, ma manca un'applicazione, manca l'ergonomia, manca la qualità audio che ti aspetteresti da un paio di cuffie del genere e dopo aver sborsato così tanto.
Per quanto mi riguarda le consiglierei solo a chi necessita di accoppiarne il design con il proprio stile e a chi ha una testa molto piccola. Per il resto lasciano purtroppo l'amaro in bocca.

Not at all convincing!!
This is perhaps the worst book I have ever read on reincarnation. The author Dr. Brian Weiss is supposedly an alumnus of Columbia University and Yale Medical School. Under hypnosis his patient "Catherine" makes many statements about her past lives. Apparently Catherine sheds the fears and insecurities which plague her present life after remembering several of her past lives through successive hypnotic sessions which last for more than two years.
Unfortunately, the rigor a reader expects from an author holding high credentials such as those of Dr. Weiss is completely lacking in the book. Dr. Weiss accepts everything Catherine says as factual truth just because she gives some details about his dead father and son, which turn out to be precise. There are "Masters" "up there", who are more advanced souls compared to the ordinary souls, who convey some "important messages" to Dr. Weiss through Catherine. These are some general statements about Love, Trust, Learning etc. If this is all what the "Masters" have to reveal, then unfortunately they are not advanced any further than human beings of reasonable intelligence!
Any serious enquiry needs to be carried out scientifically, and investigations of reincarnation are not exempt. Unfortunately, this book is a disaster on this count. It is based entirely on faith. It could even be suspected that the whole work is the imagination of Dr. Weiss. I am giving it only two stars.

INTRODUZIONE
Ho avuto modo, negli ultimi anni, di provare cuffie circumaurali e sovraurali di diverse marche e prezzi, comprese queste bellissime Master & Dynamic, marca a me finora sconosciuta ad essere del tutto onesti.
UNBOXING E DESIGN
Le M&D MW50 sono contenute in una confezione, avvolte in un apposito intaglio di gommapiuma che le protegge durante il trasporto, assieme ad una confezione cilindrica che contiene il cavetto USB di tipo Type C per la ricarica. Esteticamente parlando sono delle splendide cuffie, assemblate a mano e curate nei minimi dettagli, con corpo in metallo, archetto in pelle. Il design minimal e ricercato, nonostante non sia il mio preferito, le rende comunque assai gradevoli da indossare per ambedue i sessi.
MODALITÀ D'USO
Le MW50 sono dotate di bluetooth e di ingresso jack da 3.5" non incluso nella confezione. Sulla cuffia sinistra troviamo i pulsanti per regolazione del volume e tasto multifunzione, olltre al suddetto ingresso jack, mentre sulla destra vi sono il tasto on/off/pairing ed il connettore Type C per ricaricarle. Il pairing è semplice ed immediato e non necessita di alcuna configurazione particolare o applicazione. Questo fa capire però l'inesistenza di un firmware e di conseguenza l'impossibilità da parte dell'azienda di aggiornarle in futuro per consentirne l'utilizzo tramite app, l'update dei dispositivi compatibili e l'utilizzo in combo con altre cuffie analoghe, come invece accade per altri marchi (e.g. Bose).
QUALITÀ AUDIO E COMFORT
Le MW50 suonano piuttosto bene sia in modalità bluetooth, sia in modalità cablata (ma il cavo non è incluso nella confezione). Nonostante tutto, a volumi alti la distorsione specie sui toni alti si percepisce, e nonostante l'assenza di un dispositivo ANC (Active Noise Control) per la riduzione del rumore esterno sia giustificata dal fatto che le cuffie non sono circumaurali (e di conseguenza risulterebbe inutile) e dall'alto volume che riescono a raggiungere, esternamente il suono viene percepito abbastanza chiaramente il che le rende inutilizzabili in luoghi come biblioteche, o comunque fastidiose in luoghi in cui non si vuole disturbare chi è intorno a noi con la nostra musica, specie se amiamo ascoltarla ad alto volume.
In generale il suono è comunque molto più che discreto e gradevole, ma francamente da un paio di cuffie da quasi 500 euro mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.
In quanto a comodità, nulla da eccepire se non che l'archetto non sembra ben imbottito ed alla lunga può creare qualche piccolo fastidio. La pressione sulle orecchie non è eccessiva a meno che non avete una testa piuttosto grande, ma ad ogni modo è possibile regolare l'apertura delle cuffie (apertura che avviene a strusciamento e non a scatti come per la stragrande maggioranza delle cuffie).
CONCLUSIONI
Nel complesso, credo che sia possibile trovare prodotti decisamente migliori, di marche più blasonate ed a prezzi lievemente inferiori. Con questo non dico che queste cuffie non siano buone, ma che il prezzo è assolutamente fuori mercato. Probabilmente a circa 300 euro sarebbero decisamente più avvicinabili, mentre in queste condizioni non posso che consigliare le Bose QC35, che posseggo da oltre un anno e con cui mi trovo decisamente meglio di queste.

Happiness really is rooted in Simplicity.
Dr. Brian Weiss is not only a good psychiatrist. He is an awesome writer too!! The way he has presented the hypnosis sessions with Catherine, you will never get bored. I have read Michael Newton's books before this. So, the concepts came really easy to me. Nevertheless, it's good to read Dr. Brian's writing. The explanations given in this book regarding the immortality of our souls and the beautiful and infinite spiritual world are too overwhelming to be overlooked. It feels good to learn that we have lived over thousands of years and that we will have more lifetimes as well. Whether you believe it or not, it's up to you. But, this kind of book has given me a new sense of peace and responsibility and also courage to go on in this life with full of hopes and love.

Very interesting book
Very interesting book which makes a strong case for believing in rebirth and reincarnation. The fact that the author is a practicing psychiatrist in a reputed US hospital makes the book even more convincing.

Loyal to the design
I bought these headphones when they were on sale. I don’t think they’re worth the full price.
Also since I bought them on sale, they sent me a used one that someone had probably returned. (There was no film wrapping on the box). Also, it came with no cords. I opened the round box that would contain a charger/aux cord.. nothing. I had to buy my own charger and aux cord.
This is my second M&D headphones and I am loyal to this brand, so thankfully I just used the cord from my other M&D headphone. Still, that sucked.
Also btw, sound quality increases dramatically when you use the cord to directly plug into the music source. This is the case for all wireless headphones.
I appreciate the lightness of these headphones, which makes it more comfortable to wear in public. The headbands are a bit tight though so it does hurt after awhile of squeezing your head. I have a smaller head and it still hurts, so for those of you that have big man heads.. watch out.
When I’m at home I do prefer to plug these in.. the sound is just fuller that way.
Also, the mic isn’t the best.. you sorta sound like you’re talking through a walk-ie talkie.. but at least the person on the other end can hear you clearly!

Luxury and clarity all in one small package
I got mine in the mail today and they sound wonderful. Fantastic build quality. Beautiful clarity in highs and mids. Bass isnt overpowering but present. Only thing I can think of that people may not like is noise bleed. There is a definite chance people around you can hear what you are listening to. It's not an issue for me. But the mw50 plus has an over ear version that is good at minimizing that part

Great headphones
Great sound, lightweight, good Bluetooth connection, works well on all devices. Looks great. Only thing is the need for patience with comfort on the ears. Out of the box it’s a little tight. But over a month in to it, with some stretching, it’s getting more comfortable.

Very nicely put together headphones with great build quality. Hiwever i found that my head was simply too big for these to sit on my ears comfortably. Its a probem i sometimes have with headphones but with on ear phones it is always more noticable.
The sound quality was really good with deep bass and crisp highs but because i could not extend the headband enough I felt like i couldnt get the earphones in the optimum position.
Comort was also an issue and the clamping force was quite high.
Whiukd I recomend these? For sound quality and look yes, but for comfort and fit no.

Excellent sound quality. Clear but rich, slightly warm sounding. I only use these at home so sound isolation is not a big thing for me.
Very soft ear cups but little padding on the headband - could do with a fraction more.

These were out of stock when I ordered, and the seller kindly offered (without request) to upgrade to the higher spec MW60 over ear headphones (wireless) in their place. They are superb (and stylish), sound is excellent and build quality very good indeed. In addition to which, I was kept in the loop as to how my order was progressing via email. I suggest checking your Junk folder as emails occasionally end up there - no reflection of the seller, I assure you. Well worth the wait. I shall order from this seller again without hesitation.
