Bought these for the wife to Skype with her bf on her Mac Pro. They're no gaming headphones, but the sound quality is excellent for Skyping. They were plug and play with her Mac Pro, which was why I picked these. They were the only ones I could find that were plug and play for Macs. My wife says they are comfortable too. Her first conversation lasted more than a hour, and she had no complaints about comfort. Only minor wish is that the cord was located on the left ear piece instead of the right because the Mac's usb ports are on the left. No big deal though.

Bought these headphones at the end of 2012. They worked for a few months and had decent sound quality (using mostly for skype phone calls), but they just broke. They will work for a few minutes, but once the USB input into the computer is jiggled even a little, they conk out (and I have tried this with 2 different computers, so it is the headset). Big waste of money unfortunately.

This headset works well for me. It is comfortable, has a close fit but does not make you feel that your head is in a vise. I can play my music at a good volume without the noise bothering co-workers at all. I use this item primarily to dictate text into Dragon Naturally Speaking version 11.5 and have very good results. I do not like to use this for video calls as the bulk makes you look a bit odd.I have had several other headsets and this is the best, although cheaper than a couple of the others I have used.

This headset is comfortable to wear & I particularly like that you can use it for music listening or internet calls. Also,the mouth piece is adjustable so that if you don't need it, you can adjust it upwards out of your way.Thanks Logitech for creating such superb head gear!!!!

I think this headset is amazing, just picked it up today. I can use it for listening to music, making Skype calls, and communicating to my team with great quality in video games. The actual microphone is non-obtrusive and can be flipped up when not in use, and the headset overall has sturdy build quality, it feels like something I'm gonna be using for a while.

Both the mic and the earphones have great sound and the build quality is good, but they aren't the most comfortable earphones I've worn. Because of the shape of the padding and the heavy duty cord, they always feel like they are slipping down off my ears. They also make my ears hurt over time because of the pressure on my glasses.Overall, great quality, I just wish the padding was shaped differently.

It is a right ear headset only, so when I move my right hand to move my mouse, the cord moves and my listener can hear the noise the cord makes. Any touching of the cord transfers sound into my ears. Will be taking this back!Sound quality was good though, so I"m sorry to have to return it.

Just got the headset today, and pulled it out of the package and used it for the first time. The left speaker is blown out, it's much quieter than the right and if I turn it up (the headset allows you to change the levels of both left and right) it's so buzzy and crackily that it's even worse. I don't know if this is a fault of Logitech or if it was a shipping issue (the box was unopened and there were no visible dents or scratches) but I am pretty disappointed in it. I'll try sending it back and seeing if I can get a new one that works, but for now I have to say it's not something you should buy.Edit: I've tried it on multiple computers, so I know it is actually the headset that is damaged

Great headset comfortable to wear, and nice clear sound. I bought it to replace my old gigaware headset. Great replacement I use it with skype quite often.Just like most other headsets it states mic is noise canceling, but i still end up having to move to a quiet room because for some reason people still complain they can hear background noises.I do recommend this headset for anyone who wants comfort and good sound, but however do not be in a room where you have noise such as a tv or something it seems to pick up other sounds in your environment.

I am deployed so I make use of these all the time with skype..Works great and feels comfortable...I like the fold in microphone so if you won't break it while stowing them. Overall I think its a great product and I would recommend it.

I didn't even expect for it to work with a Cisco 9981 IP Phone and it works great! I also use it in my computer to record podcasts and with software phone applications (VoIP). I am ordering a second set today...

I have a quiet home office. And this headset microphone picks up the smallest of noises-- air movement, the mild whirring of the PC or laptop fan. For general talking it's ok, but if you're trying to record anything, it's not useful. I'll be searching for a noise-cancelling headset instead. It is comfortable though, my ears don't get hot or feel much pressure.

I'm told by others listening to me on Skype that I come in better with this headset than with others I've tried. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is it feels a bit awkward on my head; not a big deal though. I recommend product for Skype.

This headset is so lighweight and wonderful I never even know that I have it on. The way it fits on your ears is what makes it a winner. It doesn't cup your ears so they hurt but fit lightly over them. I also love the mute function on the headset instead of having to rotate the boom.

Purchased 2 sets for skype, works great like the headset mounted mute and volume buttons, great for conference calls and saves a bunch on wireless minutes.

These don't cause heat or any other inconvenience to ears. Audio quality is very good. Not so great for bass sounds. Ideal for chatting.

I enjoy the headset, it meets all of my communication and audio needs. My only complaint would be the comfiness of the ear pieces. It is hard to use them for more than an hour without my ears starting to hurt. 4 stars!

Music sounds soo rice out of these headphones! This is not what I bought it for though, I would have bought wireless but needed wired for work. The voice reception is great and its so clear, I have to turn the volume down I am a bit of a perfectionist and wish I had more tenor in the voice, but this is my preference. A great purchase this definitely was! The mute is very easy to see visually and activate.

I use these when I need vent for my online gaming, easy to use and sound quality is great. The use cord is long too so you can hook it in anywhere to your comp easily.
