Received in one day with Amazon Prime. Plugged it in and Windows 7 says it's ready to go. Started Skype and ran the test call for video and sound. Works great and looks good. Great quality video and sound is quite adequate for this purpose. A nice little webcam at a good price. Recommended.

After previous good experience with Logitech Pro 9000, bought this as "the latest". Disappointing video quality; out of focus / blurry. A lot of what I believe are compression artifacts in the video. Returning.

I have a C920 and a C910. The C920 (this product) has focus issues. Compared with the C910, this camera is outright awful. The only crisp image is attained up close or by turning off the auto-focus; however, turning off the auto-focus makes this camera useless for my computer vision project. I'd recommend the C910.

Where to begin?Low light usage = horribleSoftware = horribleValue = horribleAuto settings = horribleManual settings = maybeI don't know why webcams of this price have less capability than forty dollar "point and shoot" cameras (and I mean their video).I rate this webcam only slightly better than one's that cost fifteen dollars. Thus the two stars.It's probably OK for Skype type stuff but so are MUCH cheaper one's.If you have a webcam that you can stand, I recommend you save your money.

As usual, I had a perfect take going, and about 4 minutes in, the camera decided to just turn off. What garbage. If you have Windows 7, DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE.

There is no way this Cam is 15 megapixels, The image is good but not what you would expect from a 15MP device. light handling is good. I have had problems switching between the built in mic and my external mic. the built in mic quality is poor at best.

Let me begin this review with the caveat that I am a mac owner, so some of the features of the Logitech C920 are not optimized for Macs and this prevented me from fully testing all of the features of the product. That being said, I found the C920 to be a "plug and play" tool -- the day I received and unboxed it, I used it for a Skype video interview and haven't looked back since. The picture is crystal clear and I love the fact that I can use the webcam from a variety of perspectives when shooting -- a tripod, atop my external monitor, or even clipped on to one of the shelves near my desk. The resulting video looks great. I've also tested the camera for Google + hangouts and had great results there too. Without having downloaded the logitech software, I can't speak to the video calling features that Logitech offers, but for this Mac owner the Logitech C920 will be my go to camera of choice.

Please listen to the reviews about this product being very blurry. It's ok for close up but beyond about 4 feet everything turns into a blurry mess with photos and videos and at max res. settings. I tweeked everything to best quality and it was nothing even closely resembling 1080p. I have had a long history of bugs with Logitech with webcams. This is their best flagship model and the software errored out and when it works, I already stated that. Don't waste your money on this one. It isn't even worth it for free.~Lucero~ +<:-)

I purchased this to use with Skype. I plugged it into the *docking station* of my Dell Latitude laptop PC. I downloaded the full Logitech Webcam software package and the video quality within that application was very nice. However the video had a major problem in Skype - it kept bouncing rapidly between normal and mirror image, making it a terrible experience within Skype. I spent a lot of time installing and re-installing things and finally got it to work smoothly by unplugging the webcam from my docking station and plugging it directly into a USB port on the laptop itself - even though the laptop is still in the docking station. Now it works just fine. There is no support for this issue on either the Logitech or Skype sites, so I don't know where the problem lies.

i I am not a teckie and must emphatically state that I simply watched a YouTube review, plugged in my new webcam with software automatically downloaded and -- voila -- good to go with Skype!

This Logitech HD Pro is awesome. We use it for Skype and it has performed great. Of course some performance is based on how fast your connection is and we do have a super fast fiber connection so keep that in mind. All our friends and family that we skype with comment on how great the picture is from the cam. It is also nice that it is widescreen since several of our family members have widescreen monitors. There are lots of bells and whistles but really the deciding factor on purchasing for most people is real world performance. This performs very well and, while kind of expensive, it is a great performer.

I borrowed the C910 version of this camera from my neighbor and really liked it so I decided to purchase the newer version. The C920 picture quality is much better. I compared them both side by side, and the C910 picture looks darker and less clearer. I really like this camera and I use it often for Skype. I would of preferred to have an installation CD included then going on the website. I had an issue with the smart installer (its not very smart!) so i was forced to use the full installer and everything went smoothly. The microphones on the camera are great too. They pick up sound extremely well. This camera is much smaller than the C910.

I thought C920 was a better product when compared to C910 or may be it is technically. But it did not meet my needs. I wanted the camera for my TV in my living room to connect to Logitech REVUE. C920 is not supporting REVUE and not a TV camera. While C910 is compatible with REVUE and is a TV camera. I had to return this and now back in the market to buy C910 again.

Great product ok, but my computer would not install it. I called logitech and they knew how to install with windows 7 and avast using the window key and press R > type msconfig > go to services and check "hide all microsoft services" (so you don't accidentally turn off important services" and than told me to uncheck the other services. click apply or ok and than try and it worked fine.. I was so happy. Turns out your computer might think it is a virus and prevent the install... hilarious

Excellent sound, great HD video, and simple to use! It came with a brand-specific video-chat program, but this software will only work if both parties attempting to video-chat have the program, ie it isn't compatible with Skype or Oovoo.Plug it in and go. Another great product by Logitech.

I love this webcam, it's a very nice design, and the the 1080p recording is excellent, it takes excellent pictures, and the double mics sure help a lot when video chatting in skype (did I mention it was video chat in 1080p? ) Overall happy with the quality of this webcam. And I got it for $70 from Amazon in one of their lightning deals :)

From it's ease of setup to it's performance, the Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 exceeded all my expectations. It mounted easily on my HP 23" desktop monitor and immediately performed well with the program I'm using: Skype. I'm mainly using it to go betweem my PC system and other's Apple systems.What a joy to see as well as hear my grandchildren! And all at a price I considered more than reasonable for the happiness it brings me. I don't know how they could ever improve this webcam.

Great picture, good follow me detection and easy to set up and use. Even has this cool software to make yourself appear as a Martian or other characters to the party you're talking to. I use this as my home office vid. Conf. camera. Works great.

I needed a high quality webcam to record and stream matches for a card game tournament. So, I needed a camera that could be attached to a tripod and provide HD video to my laptop in order to stream. So far, it works great! The image is very clear, and it can keep up with the motions of the players just fine. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to set up a simple stream with a webcam.

This was a great quality webcam for the month that it worked. Then it quit. I uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled everything and more several upon several times to no avail. It had started flaking. It would work as long as you didn't move it, but if you hit that cord, bam it quit. Then it stopped working all together. I guess maybe a short in the cord or something? IDK. But it sucks to throw away a hundred bucks then its too late for amazon to take it back...
