I purchased this camera to Skype with a close friend and co-worker in England (I am in the states). She recommended this specific camera despite the fact that it was not the least expensive of the options I found on Amazon. This camera was worth it. The clarity and detail is great, and it sits easily on the back of my laptop. I highly recommend this product. The shipper mailed it quickly and it arrived unharmed.

I love the image on this webcam. It's the best I've ever had. The high definition video is superb. I haven't had another webcam to come to the quality of this one, thank you Amazon.

I bought this webcam to replace a Logitech UltraVision that did a great job for about 3 or 4 years. When it stopped working, I looked around and this camera has very good specifications. I've owned several Logitech devices, and like this brand. I'm very pleased with this camera!

Our classes are broadcast via Skype to subscribers. We were having washout problems, with the big screen TV behind the speaker with other cameras, so we purchased this camera hoping it would solve the problem. The camera has performed far better than expected. The picture quality is outstanding and works well when the light source changes.

I used all flagship Logitech webcam models: 920, 910, 9000, etc. Over the years they provided one of the best video quality comparing to other webcams on the market, but on all of them (including newest 920 with "stereo") sound was sub-pair to even my 12 years old $3 microphone.Which is strange because Logitech USB Desktop Microphone is good. Go figure...Another thing: it's too heavy for my ultrabook laptop lid: it cannot hold the camera. I welcome tripod mount, but why do it from heavy metal? It makes camera twice as heavy as C910.And the last one: blue indicator on camera flickers.Video 5*Audio 2*Design 3*

This is a replacement for an older Logitech Webcam that my cat decided to chew up the cable. Darn cat! But very glad she did. My main purpose of the unit is for Skype and it works extremely well for this purpose. I have not had any issues and the output is better then the old one and better than I expected. I would recommend this product if you are upgrading to a newer model.

This item arrived on time and is very satisfactory as I expected from other reviews. Installation was no problem and just intuitive per Windows. Only surprise was that Skype could not access while I was checking out the camera views.I love that the camera can be set at anything from medium to very clear focus. It has more features than I expected. I could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend it.

I got this webcam to talk to my daughter in Europe via Skype. The quality is unsurpassed. The camera worked immediately in Windows 7 (64 bit) and Ubuntu Linux 12.04.Easy to use, excellent quality, decent price. Would definitely recommend.

Was greatly satisfied about how quickly it shipped. I ordered this for my Sony Bravia Internet TV for SKYPE. This is supposed to be a great camera for HD and for Skype. Problem is that it is not compatible with SONY. It would not recognize the camera. Called immediately and said I could return it. Great... problem is that there is a 20% fee to return plus shipping costs. Would be great if it would say in the description that it is compatible with HD and Skype use EXCEPT for SONY TV. Was very disappointed, could not even see if the camera was all it was supposed to be. I really wanted it to work, was not my choice that I wanted to return it. I ad to ship it back and reorder another camera and pay shipping and all over again.

I found this unit really easy to install and to begin using. From those with whom I have connected, the sound and video quality seems to be very good. Comparing it to other Logitech webcams, this is a very good value.

I purchased the Logitech C920 Webcam to replace a basic webcam. The device connected to my Intel-based computer straight out of the box. It provides a very clear picture and has excellent control functions - even the ability to change direction without having to physically move the cam.I turned off the 'follow a face' function because it was zooming in and out - but it is a feature that I didn't particularly want anyway.I am very pleased with my purchase.

Right now I hate it. Why, I can't figure out how to make a video with sound. In fact I can't understand how this Webcam works. I don't know what to do about it. Everyone loves it. Well if you love it so much, why am I having trouble creating a simple video with sound. You tell me the secret code. I keep getting preview your review. Now how do I get it

PROS:Very high quality. I have never used another HD webcam so I cannot compare really, but this one seems to offer very nice autofocus, and decent low light usage. Audio quality is lacking a bit in my opinion but who knows. My CPU usage is only 1-5% while using it!CONS:The mic likes to pick up all noises from the computer and thus causes there to be an echo. I wish they offered echo cancellation...
