The battery I was assured would work with the phone I specified, doesn't hold a charge. Even with 18 hours' charging time prior to first use. Is it just a dead battery? Doesn't matter much - it's a $6 loss. Not worth a second attempt, or even a call to customer service. Hope your experience is better.

Battery came with a big black "X" on it....totally discharged and would not take any charge. Too much trouble to send back.

Only work for a few days, then the battery went dead on me. I charged the phone up, it will work, then it went out on me again. It's a good thing I spend only a few dollars on this battery instead paying 20 dollars for it. The seller refund my money back, but I would not recommend anyone to buy this product. Buy a new phone.

The battery arrived on schedule and was exactly what I expected. The package included ample contact information for immediate customer support in the event that the product was unsatisfactory. The battery has been in use for over a month with no problems. I would certainly recommend CellLounge to anyone who needs a replacement cell phone battery.

The battery charged up fine once I received it, however it didn't hold its charge for as long as my previous battery (the one that came with my phone.) I only use my phone a couple times a week, and was surprised that I had to recharge it almost every time that I turned on my phone. After a month and a half the battery is completely useless and will not hold a charge at all.

I purchased 2 of these. Supposed to be brand new and the charge in both of the supposedly new batteries doesnt last as long as my 5 year old battery I am replacing. Dead from a full charge in less than 24 hours without no phone usage at all other than being on. These came in taped plastic bags, I highly doubt they are new and are worthless. Save your money.

I am always wary, when I receive an item in a homemade style zip lock type pouch . If it is not in the manufactures packaging, I rarely trust it. In this case, it came in a such a way. The manufacture's booklet for the phone, said to charge a new battery for at least 5 hours. In the case of this battery, the phone showed it being fully charged in less that 3 hours. The only reason I can see for that, is the battery is not designed to hold the same charge as the battery that came with the phone. It may turn out to be a good battery. My gut tells me this is an after market battery that is not going to last very long. Either way, my fault for not ordering an OEM battery in its original packaging.

It doesn't hold charge any longer than the old one I replaced. I will have to look else where for a replacement battery
