Very Slick
Pleased with this great value offering from LG. Ok it’s 720p but in the 32” for bedroom it’s great. All smart features are there and yes it does work with Alexa.
Menu changed so wasn’t the same configuration as using the webos app (this was easier, once I did some investigation)

Damaged screen
Item arrived damaged. Because of the virus we handled the packaging as little as possible and did not spot it was damaged. Consequently we had assembled the tv before removing the internal packaging so did not spot screen was damaged until tv assembled

none starter in evevry way
the set arrived on time that is the only thing good about it
remote worked some of the time. but freezing too. picture never appeared and the warnings of the set not programmed was missing some of the pixels

will be returning this set back!

Perfect, apart from the sound quality, needs a soundbar !
An excellent television, except for the sound quality which is rubbish, hence the reason I only gave it 2 stars for sound qaulity, because it sounds very tinny, going into settings to try and alter it just makes absolutely NO difference, so you will need to get yourself a soundbar as I did, from B and M store only £30.00 ( good man's ) and I recomend it, oodles of treble, base and volume and it is blootooth as well.

Netflix not included! Read first!
Really lovely TV. I have the 43 inch version so I wanted to match it. The only thing I am disappointed in (&it may say somewhere) but you assume it has Netflix as part of the smart function as there is an actual Netflix button on the darn remote but it isn't and you can't add it from the store for some bizarre reason! So I have to use my firestick instead. Amazon prime TV is on there and works with the button but no Netflix. Other than that the TV is fantastic and great price and delivery.

Not voice activated and not Alexa!
Do not believe the headline this does not have Alexa , it is not voice enabled. Unless you buy the separate Magic remote which is currently unavailable anywhere (including on Amazon) this TV is not voice controllable.
It does come with a standard remote which you can use to access the apps and some smart TV features but the key selling point of this TV for me was that it had Alexa built in and after extensive conversation with LG I now know this is not true.
On the plus side the TV is light and the image is good, it has a USB and HDMI sockets which are handy for connecting various ancillaries.
It comes preloaded with Now TV, Netflix and various other on demand apps (itv hub, BBC iPlayer etc) so all you have to do is register or sign in.
The TV menu text is small and grey and hard to read even if you turn on all the accessibility options related to display.
You cannot record, playback or pause unless you attach a separate HDD storage device.
All in all a very disappointing buy. If we weren't stuck in lockdown with no other TV I would have returned it.

Great picture easy to set up lots of features and really simple to use. For a small TV the sound is really good as well as a crisp picture

Almost Impossible to use. I am desperate to return this terrible TV
I want to be abundantly clear. If you are buying this TV for someone who is not Tech savvy, or who is over 50. DO NOT DO IT. It has an IMPOSSIBLE set up guide, a remote that you cannot follow. I can safely say in 15 years of buying technology products this is the LEAST intuitive product I have ever used.
Also it's a TV, why can I not use it without being connected to the internet?
Remote is not in anyway useful and really lightweight and flimsy.
If you have a SKY/BT box forget about being able to get started quickly.
The sound is terrible.
PLEASE SAVE THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

So impressed with this
So many features I didn't even know existed. Great to have prime, netflix and all sorts all on one remote. I use a sound bar for it but to be fair the sound if you dont want to play music through it is good enough.

Definitely worth it
Great TV! Sound and picture quality are great and it has all the Smart capabilities you may need. The only thing I find a bit odd is that there is no channel changer/volume changer on the actual tv... just need to make sure your remote is always charged up!

Good TV, know what you want
I read the reviews before I got this TV because for the price of it it's decent. I had a 26inch LG TV before from 2012. Decided to finally upgrade. It's not HD quality as someone in the reviews mentioned but I'm alright with that. You can tell the picture quality difference. 1080p is the resolution when watching normal TV. I mainly needed the TV for my PlayStation which gives me the HD quality regardless.
Best thing that I have experienced from it is the recording feature for TV and it being smart by having it connected to the wi-fi which I've never experienced before. Also if your not a gamer then it gives you Netflix, Prime, NowTV, iPlayer etc. & some other apps built in for you to watch.
All in all I'm giving a 4 star, because I think it could have been a tad cheaper to save more money.
Also delivery came on a Saturday when I ordered on a Friday But expected it to arrive on a Monday lol. Luckily I was home so can't complain too much.

Largely a very good TV
Delighted with most features of this TV.
The control over picture quality/brightness/contrast is far to coarse.
Its was extremely difficult to achieve a setting to suit our preference, the presets being too dark or too vivid.

Poor sound quality
This TV appeared good value at around £215. We wanted to replace our previous LG TV with a smart TV, and as LG seemed a good make we chose this model. However, the sound quality on this TV is very poor, has a tinny quality which makes voices unclear. As one purpose of having a smart TV was to be able to watch YouTube concerts this was very disappointing. Our previous LG TV was also a cheap model but the sound was good. On reading reviews of this and other TVs since, it seems that poor sound quality is common on new TVs..what has happened to the technology over the last 10 years to make sound quality worse? Anyway, we have purchased a sound bar and a swivel stand and we are now happy with the TV, but on reflection probably should have spent another £100 to get a TV with better sound and a better stand. TV is easy to operate and settings shortcut on remote control is useful for adjusting picture etc.

Great TV, I love it!
This tv is amazing. I bought this for my University student bedroom and love it. The size is great and I find it a great help that Prime Video, Netflix and BBC player etc are all built in. A start tv is the way to go!

Excellent value for money
We bought this TV to replace a broken one in our Kitchen diner.The TV was not supplied with a user manual,that is the only downside.
We wanted a 32" smart Tv to fit on the small sideboard. Decent small TV's are hard to come by. This TV is perfect for us.The picture and sound quality are good, the room can get quite noisy and we have no trouble hearing it. We don't have to use a soundbar to hear it.
The apps that come with the TV are great.There are dedicated buttons on the remote for netflix and amazon prime video.
It was easy to connect wirelessly to the internet and set up.
Other apps are available in the LG store,accesible on the TV.
I have installed a usb memory stick.( 128 GB San disc) to do this you plug in to a usb port. Switch the TV off then on again and the TV will recognise it. Click on the port icon that comess up on the tv and it will give you the optlon to formatt the disc and you are good to go.Our google chrome was recognized automatically. We think that this 2019 32" LG TV is excellent value for the money.Delivery was 2 days,not 3 as advertised. I highly recommend it.

Value for money!!
What a brilliant TV for the money. Its for a bedroom so a perfect size. So easy to set up, brilliant picture. We are running ours off a One for All indoor aerial or WiFi depending what we're watching, brilliant picture quality!

Excellent smaller TV, just right for our home gym
We purchased this to go on the wall of our new home gym so we can stream TV and music whilst exercising. This is perfect for that purpose. Really easy to set up. We were only connecting it to the wifi in order to stream TV and music, so just ignore all the initial set up when it wants you to connect to a set top box or aerial. Just connect the TV to your wifi, press the home button on the remote and it goes straight to all the Apps where you can set up Netflix, Prime, My5, iplayer, YouTube, etc. etc. One thing which did surprise me (in a great way) was that you get free use of Spotify - just set up a free account. Really easy to connect to the all the Apps and it automatically updates them as well.
We have it on an outside wall which is quite far from our router and we still get really good wifi reception. A small tip - before you decide where to place it, check the wifi reception with another device to ensure that the signal is strong enough.
The picture and sound are absolutely fine. Very impressed with it. Good price too.

Great value quality tv
Ok so this is a budget TV but has great smart TV functions and more than decent picture and sound for the price. Easy to set up, I had mine out the box and up and running in 5 minutes or so.

Great little 32 inch HD TV
Not a lot of choice if you would like a smaller TV these days but this was a good value Amazon purchase that replaced a 25 year old sony in the bedroom. It is neat and picture quality is good. It has a lot of smart features but i hardly use them and on a smaller tv not sure how much use they are but it has netflix and amazon links. I loaded the you tube app and use that a lot and it works well. TV is quite intuitive. My only negative is the small remote which i think is not well designed. I have knocked off a star because i mute a lot of TV and often i turn this on when i wake up and half asleep to see the time on BBC breakfast but i dont want to hear the usual nonsense but trying to mute using this remote is painful. My eye site is not great and the remote packs a lot in to a small area with a lot of buttons i do not use but the mute is buried in the middle.

Excellent features and good quality
Really impressed with this television. Has everything you could want from a smart TV and more. Picture quality is excellent, menus are nice and responsive and quite intuitive, and the sound is very clear with many options here too. Turns on and off very quickly. The bluetooth option is ideal if you want to listen through a pair of bluetooth earphones or soundbar. Not managed to get the Alexa working yet, that was quite fiddly (entering details via the remote), but not sure I see the point - after all the remote works well and I do not like the sound of my own voice.

Brilliant little TV!
This 32 inch smart TV is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install and brilliant picture quality. Only problem is that it doesn't have the correct port to connect my DVD player.
