Good overall but very slow tv guide.
For the price a generally good tv. Has both aerial and satellite connections. Decent picture & well connected with good apps. Sound is ok but tinny so connected to a separate sound system.
For me the worst part is the TV guide it is so slow when you press the guide button . Takes between 5 and 6 seconds before the guide is populated. My 10 year old Samsung does this instantly so this was a huge disappointment to me. Drop out of the guide and go back a second later and takes just as long. Why the software can't prefetch and store the guide is a mystery to me and the worst feature of the TV.

Great Value
Needed a larger TV for the kitchen. This LG fits the bill perfectly. All the main features are as expected but the most surprising thing is how light the 32" unit is. The wall bracket is much, much heavier. This is the first LG i have owned but I doubt it will be the last. I have also linked the TV to my Alexa dot for voice control pretty easily without the Magic Remote.

Great picture!
As I don't have access to savvy teenager or computer geek, the set up took a little
longer. And no manual of course! Likewise with the remote control - again nothing
to explain the functions of the buttons, many of which are too close together and
they are NOT intuitive!
That said, I have moved into the more modern world (kicking and screaming?) and
appreciate the results!

Needs optional extras to be a good TV
Reasonably decent TV for the price. In the early days the smart features (Netflix, NowTV etc) kept running out of memory and restarting but I think that's because I kept switching between them. Seems to have settled down now. The sound is terrible and needs an external speaker. Bad lip sync if using Bluetooth but no issues when connected to my Bluetooth speaker using an optical cable. Really needs an external speaker and the magic remote (optional extra) to make it a decent tv though.

Great for the price
Very smart and light TV. The quality is great. Its wifi which is awesome has a few usb ports and a few hdmi ports as well along with a few others to make life easier if your having multiple cables connecting to the tv. Comes with Netflixs and amazing prime already programmed, If want YouTube or Disney you only need download it from the shop which is free and you can customize where you want your channels which is a handly thing

TV is good quality and performs as it should
The LG is a good tv and this one does all that I need.
However, the packaging it came in was next to nothing and both feet were broken. Fortunately I was and have put it on a wall bracket.
I was told next day delivery but that didn't happen and it came 2 days later - not what i have cond to expect from Amazon!
However, all good as it works as expected.

Great Smart TV
This TV is good and once setup is total value for money. So far it does everything I expect of a smart TV and works great. The Alexa interface stuff is a bit tricky to setup in reality and a bit flakey to actually use, but other than that it's all good. I ended up buying another one for the bedroom too after testing this one :)

Parts missing
Very disappointed. This arrived with the screws for the tv stand missing, the band to keep the cables together missing, the lead was already plugged into the tv and no covers on the plug as you would usually have with a new appliance. The styrofoam packing had a chunk missing. Had all the appearances of having been returned by a previous customer and not checked before sending to us

Great TV
This TV is great! Wanted something smaller for my bedroom and didn't want to spend a fortune. This TV is the perfect size and is of excellent quality. It has all the features and streaming built in and setting them up is very easy. The picture quality is great and so is the sound. Definitely would recommend!

Great value for money with so many features
I got the fire my elderly parents who’stv broke down during the COVID shutdown. Once they set it up they told me they were very impressed with the picture and sound quality. My dad is in his 80’s and managed to understand how to work the remote and the tv features. Im sure I’ll be impressed when I see them again soon!!

Decent buy
Have upgraded to this TV from a good quality Samsung (which wasn't a smart TV). Sound quality and colour settings take a bit of getting used to, but there's ample room to adjust these. Looks like to Alexa facility only comes with Magic Remote Control (which doesn't come with the TV), and even then reviews of larger models in the range suggest a pretty limited functionality. Otherwise, great to have Netflix, Amazon Prime etc in one place.

Great TV for great price - bracket also purchased from Amazon
Fast and well packaged delivery - the TV is great and easy to set up - the remote has direct access to Netflix and amazon but if you click Home on the remote, it gives you access to other apps (see photo). I have not got an indoor aerial which will obviously need to access Live tv channels but I’m fine with that as I only really watch Netflix and the apps can allow to watch anything really. Expensive but a worth it investment.
I've had the tv for a while now and not had a chance to use all the features it has to offer. Fast delivery and well packaged, picture quality is brilliant but the sound quality isn't so great and would recommend sound bar or speakers. A bit on the expensive side for a smart tv but weighing up the pros and cons so far its a worth it investment.

HD Ready TV and not Full HD - Great value for money if you are not looking for Full HD
Got this TV as it was advertised as Full HD (1080p). This is wrong! TV is only capable of 720p, which should be advertised as HD Ready.
Since I have bought the TV the description has been modified to reflect the HD Ready specs, except the title. It is still saying Full HD.
I contacted Amazon about this and as always, customer service was 5 stars. They have promptly solved my issue. Thank you.
Back to the TV, this is my score:
Picture: 4/5
Although a max resolution of 720p, quality is really good for the specs. It has HDR, which looks good when you whatch Netflix or Amazon Video Prime compatible content.
There is also an HDR picture mode that you can apply to Freeview channels. In my point of view it improves the image.
Plenty of picture options to play with, if you like all of that like me.
Sound: 3/5
The TV lags in sound quality, but you get what you pay for. Can't expect High Fidelity, but it's ok. Virtual Surround helps and for my personal hears, Cinema mode is the best.
Smart Content and Connectivity: 5/5
It has Bluetooth which you can use it to connect to an external bluetooth speaker.
WiFi wise it supports 2.4 and 5Ghz bands + 802.11ac, which is great.
Smart Apps you can find a lot! From Netfilx, Amazon Prime Video, Now TV, BBC, ITV, All 4, My 5 and many many more.

This TV ships with a Quad Core CPU which helps a lot in making the TV responding to your commands.
Supports DVR, Time Machine and Time Shift if you connect an external Hard Drive to it.

32 Inches of Reliable High Quality Television, LG Style!
I was already the happy owner of the 49 inch iteration of this set and wanted its smaller brother for the kitchen. Firstly, picture quality is superb, even at an angle, as are the comprehensive Alexa-friendly Smart features. The sound is loud enough to be heard above noisy kitchen appliances, but a soundbar will add the lower bass tones that are missing here. The remote control is functional, but it doesn't appear to offer the voice control ability of the larger set. The Magic Remote works with this smaller set too, but again, direct voice control is absent. Alexa to the rescue! There are lots of connection options at the rear which facilitate the addition of external devices such as DVD players and such. There are lots of purchase options out there for televisions of all sizes and prices, but with LG I get a high quality reliable product that ticks all the right boxes. Lesson: you buy (too) cheap, you buy regrets!

Good Value For Money
If you are looking for a basic but good quality Smart TV, then this is a good purchase. Yes, it is only HD Ready, but you are only paying £215. Quite frankly, I can't really tell the difference between HD and HD Ready anyway!.
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, and this TV is excellent value. If you want all the mod cons that come with a state of the art TV, then it will come at a much higher price.
Set up is as easy as it comes, just follow the on screen instructions. No complaints.

It is as advertised.
There is no manual with the TV. I like to read and familiarise myself about a product before I use it and I don't like trial and error. The manual is available to download but I would have found it easier to understand if manual had been provided.

Was time for a smart TV, the LG tv fit the bill perfectly, good price, fairly easy to set up.
Certainly does what it’s supposed to do and we are more than happy with this product and would recommend highly.

Great tv
I ordered this on the 6th of December to replace a broken set in my bedroom. I have a larger LG TV in my lounge which I've had for over 10 and its still as good, so I purchased this as an known brand. I was told this would be delivered on the 2nd January but I got it on the 10th December so thumbs up for that.
The set up was so easy, I got my amazon prime and Netflix set up in minutes.
Picture quality was fine after I messed about with it, I read that the sound quality wasn't good but I thought it was fine.
All over a great purchase.
The only thing is I can't find the browser but I will download the instructions for this.

its height is less than that displayed on Amazon
I like the TV, but the measurement of the height was less than I had expected and I had moved a shelf up several inches. The digits given in the height measurement were correct but they were in the wrong order. So I needn't have raised the shelf.

It’s a nice product by LG. Amazon service was top notch.
Easy set up and lots of features and functionality after internet connectivity.
Free view play is easy to us and handy recording feature is easy to use.
Good picture and sound quality.
Remote is standard and easy to use.
