The sound quality is good on these headphones, although you will heard the cord if it is moving pretty clearly when the volume is low and can still hear it when you have normal to high volume. Honestly I would recommend you spending a little bit more money to get the Bose earbuds like I did. The sound quality of Bose is unmatched and will fit in your ears a little better along with not hearing the cord when it moves

The in ear design that blocks the ambient sound gives the ear buds a great head start. With this design, you can start with a lower volume and this makes the listening experience much more enjoyable. Great sound in a small package. Add to this the volume controls and these are perfect.

I'd been going through a number of ear buds for a while and these have signaled the end of my search! I love the no tangle wires. The actual ear buds fit great and the sound quality is fantastic.

I would have to say that these are my favorite ear buds. I have owned many different brands ie. BOSE, Beats and JLab and to me these seem to have the best sound out of the bunch. In this version Klispch has went with a flat cable which helps prevent tangles. I really like this new feature.

3 stars because the jack isn't not most durable or versatile. I couldn't use it for anything else but iphone/ipod/ipad because the jack didn't fit securely in anything else and sound would only go through one earphone sometimes. Very annoying fiddling with it. Only buy these headphones if you have a iphone or ipod or ipad.

The headphones are generally fine. Microphone is a bit too low for my taste, but it's pretty wind-resistant. The big problem with the headphones is that if you're moving the cord at all, it telegraphs right to the headphones and is REALLY loud. Probably something to do with the extra-stiff, heavy-duty cord.

this is my second pair of image S4i headphones. i replaced my first pair (with the old cable design) when the cable in the left bud wore out. the newer flat-corded design is nice and feels more sturdy. these headphones have a full, balanced sound and are great general listening earbuds.
unfortunately, after upgrading my iphone 4 to iOS7, the remote no longer works to control volume, playback, or call answering. if you're looking to purchase these for use with an iOS device, keep in mind that they do not work in iOS7. Klipsch will most likely have a new, compatible model out soon, so if you're running iOS7 and you want a working remote, wait until then to buy.

I was disappointed and ended up returning these. They're just as good as anything you'd get anywhere. Not special enough to merit the price. I had a pair of Beats, and I was looking for an ear bud set that wouldn't short out. There's very little bass sound.

This is the 2nd pairs of in ear headphones from Klipsch I have bought over the last 3 months. Good clarity and powerful bass. It fit my ears perfectly. It comes in three other fitting as well for people who may require different sizes to fit their ear canal.

i read a lot of people comments warning about how uncomfortable these headphines are and how easily they fall out the ears... and i still bought them, all i can say is that i should have listened to the other reviewers. Normally i tend to think people exagerate or are very picky. I used these for about 10 minutes and put my old ones back on. The sound on my old ones is better (to me atleast) and far more comfortable.

Usually I listen to music for long hours every day during my commute to and from work as well as during my long traveling trips.
I own almost more than one headset from every brand out there. I reserved my noise cancellation (over the ear) from Bose for all my trips which no other noise cancellation will come even close to this one, unfortunately I purchased in the ear one from the same company but I left the worst review for them because I lost the plastic part while I was running in the morning after I use it only once.
I always use in ear headphone. Does not matter which one I buy I only use for one or two days and at the end I add it to my collection to go back to my Klipsch Image S4i. So fare I could not find anyone that can even come close.
There is so many headset out there and sometimes the price becomes very attractive but after very short time I feel I missed my Klipsch.
While ago and after I use it for very long time I find out that only one side is working and the other stop, I call them, all what I need to do is to email proof of purchase and I received a brand new one.
I recommend it not only for the outstanding customer service over the phone but for the quality of sound and everyday use if you are looking for headset to use all the time specially with your iphone like me. I own at least 4 different Klipsch brand and this is the one I use all the time.

Great Product!!! Great Sound!! Great Price!! Sounds like you are at a concert front row seat!!!! Would not trade it for anything else!!! Able to use microphone and up and down buttons to adjust sound and to forward to next song

These in-ear are very good. They sound warm and smooth. Consumer Reports always recommends them. They come with a microphone and volume control. The cable is stronger than the previous S4i. I really like them.

Got them for christmas worked great for the first two weeks . After that they started having wire noise. Due to the cord bending near the headphone jack the only lasted a month. Would not recommend buying

I haven't noticed the "cable noise" that others have mentioned, but I use these mostly while sitting at a desk.

I purchased 3 and all failed to work in left ear. Out of warranty no way to retire just lost money and insulted Worst experience ever.

For the price I have been blown away by the quality and performance of these headphones. The cable is flat which helps prevent the tangling of the cord - just another good, small feature. Overall, these headphones are well balanced, and honestly, I would by 3 more pairs if I had the extra money.

I like the look and fit of this ear phone. I particularly like the distance between the button as my Beats buttons were too close, forcing me to pause when I wanted to increase volume. I will buy again.

Great sound quality. I got them on sale for more than half off and am happy with my purchase. The only problem I have with them is that I have trouble keeping them in my ear while walking around. None of the buds that came with it fit very well either. I would still recommend someone to get these if they are on sale.

the headphones worked great out of the box & the anti-tangle chords really do work, I would never go back to a clyndrical chord again... The only problem was the sound stopped working out of one of the earpieces after 9 mos (which stinks), Ive been told if i noticed if it stopped working when i updated the iphone to the new ios7 - i cant remember.. Anyways i am debating whether to buy them again & hope it was just a fluke - "If" i had them for 3yrs it would be another story but 9 mos is a little to short for it to just stop working already.

I've read a lot of reviews about this Headphone and this one looks good to me and I bet on it. Good deal, good sound, good Headphones.
Also I'm an owner of the Bose AE2 and I like both, but the Klipsch has a better bass.
