HPs are notorious for compatibility issues, but this module slot right in without a problem. I already had 512MB and this 1GB raised the total to 1.5GB.Highly recommended. Put into HP A450Y Desktop.

i don't like buying on-line,but my memory was 712--slooow. i did't want to pay top dollar,then i found this-paypal,2days my cpu is faster,maybe iwill get another gb and have 2gb+

Very pleased with Kingston products. Even the value RAM does the trick. My computer is running smooth without any issues with this ram upgrade. Might not be the fastest, but handles everything I've thrown at it so far. Been able to utilize up to 1.2 GB of RAM with several large RAM hogging applications running. System remained stable. Thanks

I was desperate to get more RAM for my system. And so I bought 2 1-GB chips. Installation was a snap, and there was a significant difference in speed (compared to the 512 MB I originally had). And I had no problems with delivery. The extra few bucks I spent on overnight shipping was well worth it.

Not much to discuss here, the sticks went in and they work. My computers's performance is much improved with the new memory.Would not normally have purchased RAM from Amazon (I usually go to newegg or whatever) but I had a gift certificate. In reality, the price at Amazone was about the same for the same quality anyway, so next time I need RAM I'll definitely give Amazon a look, too.

I was concerned that my computer would work after adding 1Gb of memory due to it having 512MB of memory on board. It came configured with two Kingston 256MB sticks of ValueRam memory. I removed the stick of 256MB out of slot one and placed it into slot three and put the 1GB stick into slot one. My computer booted-up perfectly and it is running much better. It wasn't the cheapest memory I found but, I want to avoid any conflicts due to mixing brands(caused by differences in timing). When your case is open it would be an excellent time to clean the dust out of it. I clean my case every six months, it's surprising how much dust accumulates inside a computer.

After nearly two weeks, I'm still waiting for Kingston to ship out replacement ram. The ram was installed and after just one day, the ram caused several of the programs on my system to quit functioning.After calling Kingston several times, they still have not shipped the replacement modules yet. It's been two weeks.I would strongly consider a different brand next time. This company is not responsive.

It's a DRAM module, not a lot to say except it worked as advertised and at the speed it was rate for. Delivery could have been faster being that it was sent USPS it took a better part of a week to get.

That's what I needed to full run Vista on my 2yr old HP desktop. My PC was on 3Ghz and 512 mb RAM (NOW 1.5 GB!!!!).The installation was very easy: Only open the case and place on empty slot.

Price is average. Delivery is fast and easy. We did save a little bit by ordering online. Not the best price around, but it does what it supposed to do.

it arrived quickly, intact, it works like it should, and there isn't much more to say. Kingston is a company that I trust and they back up the quality that they advertise.

This is just what my computer needed. Applications are opening faster, the computer is booting faster too. Great addition to my computer. What a nice jump from 512mb to 2gig of ram.

What can I say? Kingston rocks, it showed up very quickly, was not DOA and really kicked up the speed of my system. I am never disappointed by any Kingston product.

By this time I still can't use both memory dimm, if I try to use both of them, my system recognize it and work ok about one or two minutes, then reboot over and over, although Kingston's web page tell me before I pruchased this two memory kit, that it will be fully compatible and the best option for my computer upgrade....and I'm still waiting for a response for them for what can I do to fix the problem......

i recently upgraded from 1GB Geil PC3500 ram to this 2GB of Kingston PC3200 RAM and its a world of difference.no more timing issues, computer never reboots under high load anymore, plus this ram should work fin eif i ever upgraded to another DDR motherboard
