Physically broke in a month and a half
UPDATE: The headphones literally broke while using them as intended and being taken care of. Some of the worst build quality on any over ear headphones I have used.
When it comes to sound quality, the headphones perform as expected, when paired with the software for PC, it provides some really nice surround sound and customisablity. For gaming, if your surround sound is on, the audio will always take around 2 seconds to start working. It's very annoying if you switch between windows often.
The worst part about these headphones is the build quality. Perhaps some of the most poorly built over ear headphones I have used. Within a month of use and utmost care, the right earcup has already started to chip as shown in the pictures. I understand these are budget headphones but I have personally owned cheaper headphones that were way more durable.

Be Aware of CROSSTALK issue......My friend asking me do you playing on speakers and using mic tooo.
*I buy this product 3 times and in the end I take my refund*

I never give any negative review to any product I buy if it is good.
But this time I have to do this.
Pros:
Actually headphones is very good sound quality, comfortand all lets give 4.8 start for those cool spec and good headphones.
Cons:
Real thing start here,
So main problem is *CROSS TALK*
in short your if you playing game or calling on skype or something and listening music in background the music and background audio can here by next person you are talking with.
Even if you mic is muted or ON they can here your desktop background sounds and you can do nothing about it.
*MY FRIEND ASKING ME DO YOU PLAYING ON SPEAKERS?* as they can here my gun firing sound when I realized first time about the issue.

Great Purchase at this price
The build is of plastic but looks sturdy.
The sound quality is great. Surround sound setting is damn awesome and feels like live performance.
Mic quality is also good as confirmed by the callers.
Can be used for gaming as well as online meetings over WebEx or MS teams. Colleagues confirmed that the sound was clear over the mic.
Flip up to mute the mic is very useful.
Used to play CSGO and was able to hear the footsteps and sounds which i never was able to.
Overall great product.

Worth the money!!
Good pair of gaming headsets, JBL quantum engine software with 7.1 spatial surround mode is a beast for FPS gaming, turn that off change int to Bass Boost, now you have a JBL headphone which is good for listening to Music .

Extremely poor after sales. 👎🏼
Do not buy anything from JBL - their after sales is pathetic. JBL’s after sales services have gone from bad to worse after being taken over by Samsung. The headphones developed a defect within ten days, took it to the service centre, they said they will replace it however since it is out of stock with them they are giving no clear date of replacement. Being professionals they should either give an instant replacement, an upgraded model or complete refund. Another case of fancy advertising but little regard for customers. 👎🏼

Worth buying this headphones.
The Jbl quantum 300 headphones 🎧 are nice and made of durable plastic material and comes with braided cable. Sound quality is very good in terms of gaming or listing music 🎶 Yes! You read it right. I am impressed by the sound quality that gaming headphones can deliver such a nice music output when your not gaming. It also comes with usb sound card. That sound card is beast. You can configure 7.1 surround sound using jbl quantum engine mentioned on their official website. Sound card can also be used in your Android phone using otg and trust me it works. Overall great product and packaging was not good at all but original Jbl quantum 300 box packaging was good so my headphones survived.
