I purchased these for my wife's Nano and fortunately she didn't have enough room them with a small space. I have them in my home office and find the sound quality incredible. For the price I paid, what a deal.

I just purchased these as a Christmas gift for my husband. Before I wrapped it I checked to see how they sounded. All I can say is WOWZA! The sound quality is awesome. The only problem is that I have to wait until after my husband get these for Christmas so I can get my own!

I bought these for my office at work. I've been very surprised with the overall quality of the sound these speakers produce for the price, with plenty of volume for my intended use. I listen to everything from jazz to blues and heavy metal. My boss has the Bose system for his i-pod, the Bose is much louder but IMHO these put the $$$ Bose to shame when you consider price. Not a home system as your never going to rattle the windows, but great bang for the buck.

If you just need some cheap and good sound speakers. This maybe the choice. In my apparment, I cannot tune the voulume too loud. And the performance of the speakers is quite good for such a price. But don't expect too much for them, if you are a hi-fi fan.

These speakers are really nice. Not only do they sound great but they look great. I use the speakers with my Apple iBook G4. The white speakers match the laptop like no other. I use iTunes alomst everyday and its finally nice to listen to my music on really good speakers, not the little ones built in on the laptop. This is a great deal, great buy and im very satisfied. I reccomend them to everyone who wants good sounds and stylish speakers.

Great little speakers for the price. Didn't expect much, but was impressed with what I got. Great for occcasional listening of music or monitoring of an audio source. Impressive frequency range for the price. I'm pleased.

I was going to buy direct from Apple for $50 but just for the heck of it I checked Amazon and they were $39 with free shipping. Along with that they are excellent speakers. Hard to believe a little Ipod can put out such great sound. I highly recommend.

Since the built-in speakers on the G5 iMac don't have quite enough oomph to fill a room, I thought I'd try these Harman designed Duets. They have pretty good sound for small speakers, though not quite as impressive as the Harman designed Apple Pro Speakers that ONLY work on the G4 iMac. My only real beef is the lack of attention to details... while the speaker cables are white like the enclosures, the wall wart power supply/cable are black and the mini stereo connector cover is the usual color coded green for those who can't read icons. No big deal if you're not using a white iMac/iPod, but not quite sure why the marketing guys think anyone would buy white speakers otherwise.

I bought a pair of these for my iPod. They work perfectly for a bedroom, office, etc. These speakers put out some great sound. I ordered two more sets as gifts.

A perfect balance (READ THIS)
I have tried a lot of headphones in this price range like the corsair hs60 or the logitech g433 and some in the higher price range like the hyperx cloud 2 and revolver.
They all were very disappointing as I wanted a headphone which is kind of an all rounder.
When I saw this, I blindly trusted jbl and went for it and boy it didn't disappoint me at all. It just surprised me how incredible the bang for buck this headphone offers.
Note: I have been using these headphones for 15 days and I use them 8 hrs a day.
PROS :
1) VERY VERY LONG WIRE.
You can use it as both 3.5 mm or USB adapter.
3.5mm gives you compatibility with phones and console controllers and the mic works.
USB adapter when you are using your PC which makes the length twice.
2) CLEAR LOUD SOUND
Use the USB adapter and enable that QuantumSurround and it would be an amazing experience to listen to your favourite music or movies.
The bass is punchy and not muddy which makes them very enjoyable for edm music and those snares and drums.
Mids sparkle and highs are crystal clear.
If you don't like the sound out of the box, you can also tweak the equalizer to your choice or select pre made eq profiles like bass boost, high end boost etc.
SOUND IN GAMES is handled without breaking a sweat. I play csgo and I have reached LE. For me the info about where the enemy and far he is very important and these headphones just deliver that. The directional sound is amazing, can easily pinpoint enemies, especially when you choose the fps eq profile. It boosts the frequency of steps and they are more prominent.
3) AMAZING SOFTWARE
The software doesn't feel cheap like redgear ones. It is very well built and I didn't notice any bugs or glitches. It got an update too in just 3 days for some improvement.
4) MICROPHONE
It is literally certified everywhere, be it discord or TeamSpeak. So no hiccups there. My friends they hear me LOUD AND CLEAR.
CONS :
1) COMFORT
Don't get me wrong here. In the day when it is hot, the heat gets trapped quite a lot and my ears start sweating in half an hour. In AC, these problems go away.
The pads are really soft and good quality. No complains there. They trap the bass pretty well.
The headband has enough cushioning though I would have liked a little more.
DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WEIGHT, THEY ARE REALLY LIGHTWEIGHT.
2) BUILD QUALITY
The built quality is sub par. They are made out of plastic and no metal is used on the frame. They also don't feel that strongly built. Premium feel not so much.
CONCLUSION
I would pick this over jbl quantum 400 anytime or even the lower prices 100 or 200.
It gives the perfect balance between price and sound.
If you care about rgb lightning then go for quantum 400. The dts on 400 is literally useless and not worth paying 3000 more.

Not good for PC gaming
So I have been playing video games since 4 years and have used variety of headphones (hyperx, Sony, And now JBL). This particular headphone needs a usp connector for computer play which might create problem in connection with your system ( it did with mine though I have a decent system which has windows 10 and 1050 nvidia graphic card. The wire is too long which makes it clumsy while playing, at times the computer doesn’t detect the device. I also tried installing the engine of jbl, it wasn’t operational or opening to do the necessary settings. I would suggest go for hypex cloud stinger which is in this range. The all around sound technology is also confusing as you can’t make out the footsteps in games like counter strike and rainbow six siege. For games like dota and others like it, it might be good.

Not worth the price .
Audio is ok , nothing amazing for its price , my kotion each g2200 had better audio and virtual surround sound than this costing half of it as well , noise isolation is better with jbl headphones though , mic quality is average at best , it employs an aggressive noise reduction which changes the voice and it's not able to keep the audio levels balanced if you don't keep your head still , audio captured was scratchy at random points , I've asked for a replacement , headphones are not worth RS 4999 .

Replacement received , mic is working fine now , after some tuning , headset is working nicely .

Audiophiles relying on the 3.5mm jack keep away...this bad boy is for Gamers who want 7.1 surround on their rigs.
Plug it into the USB jack - fire up the quantum software...boom get elevated!!
I tested it out in some of the regulars i play - Forza Horizon 4 , CS:GO..got awesome treble and surround ambience all the way! Looking for bass? Quantum equaliser got you covered.
Its very ergonomical as well....my setup is now finally ready!!

What a premium masterpiece, costly compared to the competition but rules in terms of performance
I have been a gamer all my life, while I have a amazing gaming PC and accessories, I was feeling a need of complementing it. I first thought of going through some gaming headsets couple of thousand bucks cheap and fancy looking, eventually I decided to go for this product putting some extra budget. Packaging was good, and performance has been superb. This has quantum surround support which makes gaming experience amazing, gives a true experience of 7.1 channels. While gaming, I could put it for hours without feeling the burn on my ears or getting headache. I thoroughly enjoy this while playing wide variety of games and could hear other embedded atmospheric sounds from the game which stereo headphone was never able to pick. Bottom line - JBL demonstrates why it's the world beater in sound technology.

Trick to use surround sound on mobile
My review after using it 12 days.
First of all the surround sound works amazingly and if you are a pubg lover and definetly it gonna help you. You can track enemies footstep and lock there location and believe me it will improve your game. But but... Here is a catch - The surround effect not gonna work on mobile and yeah the sound level also decreased drastically. But there is a solution too.
Just on your phone's bluetooth and connect it with your pc/laptop and then connect your jbl headphone through usb cable to pc and run the jbl quantum software. Everything gonna work on mobile as well now. No latency issues. So now you have a cheap classic headphone for your mobile too.
Coming to headphone quality... Sound on pc is incredible. You will feel that you are in theater. The bass is also good. If you are using it on high sound level then you will feel little vibration as well on fighting sequence.
The wearing comfort is top notch. You are not gonna feel any discomfort. Little bit hot after using long time but it will not bother you much.
Now try the trick I suggest for mobile and if it gonna work thanks me later.

Best Mid-Ranger Headset. (Period) !!
I can say it's the best headphones I've seen so far in this price range. For the ₹5000 it's a great headphone with clear high ranges and deep low ranges. Great for audio enthusiast, professional or even as the product states, for gamers. The only downside I found with this is it's microphone, which refuses to work everytime and even it's not so great. But one can always buy an external mic. At the end, it's a classy comfortable great value for money item.
EDITED The microphone is glitchy as mentioned above and interferes with other microphone connected and the provided usb extender is loose on connection.

Worst experience
The audio doesnt work when connected through USB,and if it works after several restarts,it will stop working if u open discord. And now the right side headphones doesnt work at all. Its been just like a month since i got it and i wish i never got it. FIrst product i got had a mic issue now getting a replacement third time now and replacement will take 5 weeks apparently.

A Very good headset
This is a superb Headphone for gaming it is comfortable and sheerness is good

1.It supports both Streo and surround sound

1. It was a bit hard to set it up

Sound is ok Chinese product works better than this one.
Volume control is broken within 10 -12 days of usage.

Quantum 300 is best! Go for Quantum 200 only if you don't use a windows laptop/pc.
Got it delivered in the morning. Here are the initial impressions:
Comfort
Extremely comfortable, kind of seals your ear inside the headphone (but it leads to sweating, specially in humid climate of August) which gives great passive noise cancellation.
Setup
Very easy to setup. Just plug the usb stick in and it automatically gives a prompt to download JBL QuantumEngine software. The software itself is quick and intuitive.
Bass
Biggest pro of 300 over 200 is bass for songs which you can get through QuantumEngine.
Mic
Mic is very good at noise cancellation when plugged in through usb. My house is near a busy road but there is very little to no traffic noise in my recording. Noise cancellation is less when connected through 3.5mm jack. Another

Great Headphones for the price.
I would suggest you to buy JBL Quantum 300 or above series as they come with the usb adapter which enables the surround sound.
The surround sound just works perfectly , you can hear the foot steps clear and crisp in CSGO and any other FPS game
And these even work very good for music listening purpose .
They are Loud and Clear and the Bass is punchy af , just try to get the one with usb adapters as it makes a significant difference in the sound when compared to JBL Quantum 100 or 200.

Worst buy yet and not at all worth its price
Summary: please don't waste your 4-5k on this get something else maybe hyperX
Why am i so upset: Broke in just one month, hardly used 10-15 times. That too didn't use while gaming just used it for voice calls
Its left ear cup plastic broke. This is a super cheap build
Sound volume is just low like super low, doesn't isolate noise properly
3D spatial sound is not good, not sure what it does.
