Got this gave it a charge and plugged the dongle it into my laptop.

Ease of use: Immediately paired to a windows laptopand worked flawlessly. Microsoft teams recognized it very fast and have had zero issues.

Build quality: Looks well built, foam around ears is pretty thin but still comfortable for now.

Comfort: Very comfortable on my head, but my ears do get a bit hot using this headset. So far it's not too noticable.

Functionality: The fact you can put up the microphone to mute is a great convenience. In Microsoft teams if you have the microphone in the up position it mutes you in the meeting as well, if you try to unmute in teams it tells you to put the microphone down. Calls sound great, and this paired to my phone and switches between the dongle and my phone seamlessly. Having the busy light is also helpful to let people know you are on a call.

Overall: Love this thing, was super easy to setup and sounds great.

The headset is comfortable, the wireless 2 way audio frees me to walk around my department while on long calls/meetings even outside in the parking lot using Cisco Jabber on the PC, I can pause and skip tracks playing youtube in chrome. I love the side tone to hear what the person on the other end is hearing. BUT the headset control buttons and purple light dont seem to work with teams, I called support and they tell me the headset button dosent work with teams unless teams is configured to call external numbers. Seems this should have been disclosed in advertising?

I’m newer to Jabra products but very impressed by this particular headset - it’s a great companion for our new remote working lifestyle, BUT the price definitely should cause you to consider it carefully vs alternatives.

Breaking the review down into parts, here are the key things to know:

1. Sound Quality / Usability - The 40mm drivers here sound great, with clear sound both in calls and for music/entertainment. Music is reproduced accurately across it’s entirely range. The boom microphone and multiple microphone layout ensures that you can be clearly heard during calls as well. The headset is also easy to use - easy to pair, with buttons that are logically laid out.

2. Build Quality / Comfort - Jabra typically produces well-built products for the office environment and this is no exception. They feel rather built like a tank and that they will last a long time, though time will tell on that. The ear pieces are nicely padded, as is the piece that rests on your head and overall they are comfortable for extended wear.

3. Extra Features - Unlike others in this price range, this headset doesn’t sell on a bunch of features. An included Bluetooth adapter is a nice touch, as is the Microsoft Teams button, quality feeling included case and the long battery life/quick recharge - but there’s no noise cancelling to be found here, and no ability to use wired connections as an alternative.

4. Value for Money - That brings me to value for money and this is what knocks what would otherwise be a 5 star review down. This headset seems to be mostly for office users and is priced accordingly - beyond what many home uses are interested in spending - or at a price point where other options offer more attractive features.

Overall, I really enjoy this headset and will be using it a lot as our current COVID situation continues. But the way too high price takes what would be a 5 start review and drops it to 4.

A little background - I used to use cheap bluetooth headsets and thought they were fine, until I was presenting on the phone to a large group and found out that my headset was the source of some strange feedback noises that everyone else was hearing. It was that experience that made me decide not to cheap out on headsets anymore. I purchased a Plantronics Voyager Focus UC headset at that time and started using it for my home office. I've been using that headset for a few years, and aside from a minor complaint about the build quality, I find it to be fantastic and well worth the money. The reason I mention all this is because the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC is another high end bluetooth headset like this one, so I figure it's a good one that I can compare this Jabra Evolve2 65 model to.

My plan is to use the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC at home, and to bring the Jabra Evolve2 65 to the office, so I'll have a high quality headset at both places. They're both portable, but probably not something I want to carry back and forth often.

Packaging / What's Included

So the Jabra Evolve2 headset... it comes packed in a relatively small box. Inside the box is a zippered carrying bag and a USB A to USB C charging cable, along with some paperwork. Instructions are printed to the actual box. Inside the zippered carrying case is the headset along with a USB bluetooth receiver to connect to a computer.

The one notable thing missing from this package that comes with other high end bluetooth headsets is a charging stand. No charging stand here. If you want to charge it, you have to plug it in to a USB C cord. A charging stand is not only practical, it also is a more elegant way to keep the headset at your desk. A lot of offices have flexible work spaces where people don't have dedicated spaces assigned so maybe that is a reason for not including a stand. It's not that big of a deal but would have been nice.

Comfort
---
The headset is cushy, and it feels expensive and luxurious. The ear cups on the Jabra feel amazing. I think the head band on the Plantronics headset is significantly more comfortable though, especially for wearing all day. On the Jabra, even with the head band fully extended, there's pressure on the top of my head. With the Plantronics headset it feels like you don't even have a headset on it's so comfortable. It may be a different experience for different shaped heads, but when comparing Jabra to Plantronics side by side, it's really a no contest on overall comfort - Plantronics wins by a mile. Feeling like you're not even wearing a headset vs feeling constant pressure on the top of your head.

One other thing about comfort, and this is really just a very minor thing, but worth sharing. I've always preferred to have the mic on the left side. The Jabra headset does not allow this. On some headsets the mic can be flipped around so you can wear it on either ear, but on this one it is fixed in a way that only allows it to work on the right side. It's not that big of a deal but worth mentioning.

This thing seems rock solid, built well, and definitely better build quality than my Plantronics (which came from the factory with a defective headband with plastic pieces popping out of it, but it still works fine)

Sound Quality

When it comes to listening to music, the Jabra headset sounds pretty incredible, and better than the Plantronics. When it comes to audio for a phone call, they're about equal. I have been on a few calls where the audio has been choppy, and I've hung up and called back in and then it's fine. I haven't really had that experience with my Plantronics headset so I'm not sure if it is a fluke. Generally though, most of the time, the Jabra has sounded great.

I've asked people how I sound and they say it sounds great as well.

Ease of Use

When my Jabra headset is turned on/paired and I answer a call on my iPhone, every time, my phone defaults to using the phone speaker. I have to manually switch it to the Jabra headset. I am not sure why. When I answer a call with the same phone on my Plantronics headset, the phone automatically uses the Plantronics headset when I answer and I don't have to manually pick it. That could be a phone setting thing but I am not sure.

Muting the headset is pretty easy. You just tip the microphone up vertically and it tells you it's muted. It's also got a mute button on the ear cup, as well as buttons for volume up and down, and Play.

I haven't been able to test out the Teams integration yet.

Conclusion
---
Using this headset has left me pretty impressed with the sound and build quality. The Plantronics Voyager Focus UC is no slouch in sound quality though, and is way more comfortable, so that will still continue to be my headset of choice for extended phone calls. It may just be my head though, so your mileage may vary. This one will be my "travel" headset and one I'll take with me places. This one is still quite nice though. I'd give it 4 stars if the headband were more comfortable for me, and 5 if it came with a charging stand/mic was reversible for use on either ear.

These headphones by Jabra are SO lightweight, when the box arrived I couldn’t believe there is a headset inside. The headset arrives in a cardboard box that has no plastic wrapping of any kind, it’s just a flip top cardboard box with Jabra headset images. Inside is a pouch with the zipper with headphones placed inside. This wasn’t much of unboxing experience but that might be the case because we, Vine reviewers, often receive products that are not yet ready to be fully launched or have different packaging.

The pouch is soft not a hard shell and you have to carefully place the headset inside and flip the ear cups the correct way to fit them in. I didn’t like having to dance around just to place them into a pouch.

Placing these on my head I could practically not feel them. I have a large head (it’s full of brains ,OK) and these don’t squeeze my brains out nor do they feel me uncomfortable. The earcups are small and not the kind that goes around and over your ear. These sit on top of your ear and inside of the earcups is flat. There is no opening inside where you place an ear like you could see on Bose models for example. There are tiny holes to let the sound out and I am really amused trying to figure out how can they provide noise canceling experience but they do. It may be my favorite part but I love the boom mic. It’s easy to get it out of the way by simply rotating and lining it up with the headband.
I was on the call with a group and a separate call with our CPA and attorney and experience was great. I heard everyone clearly and never once had to repeat myself. Ear cups are angled and really soft and provide much comfort. Sound is amazing for work but also for my music. All the controls are easily accesible on the earcup and no you don’t have to install an app! Just plug and go. 37 hours of battery life it took me a while to drain them. I really wanted to test if 15min charge can get you 8hrs of juice and close enough, 15min of charge lasted 7hr and 52min. This is when you don’t have time to fully charge them and fully charged battery will go for 37hours. I love everything about these other than a packaging and that storage pouch it came with. I will not deduct the star for box because I am not rating the packaging but the carrying case could be designed better.

I can't be sure at the moment but I think what I find most appealing about this headset is the satisfaction of knowing I will not have to use it. I picked it up for someone else who is working in the home and using headsets hours on end, but I'm the one on the hook for a review, so...

I will concede the set is lightweight, feels comfortable over extended time frames with a reasonably adjustable padded headband. The right earcup positioned microphone can be rotated upwards to mute calls. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be anyway to manipulate it so it isn't constantly jabbing you in the cheek when positioned for conversation. The on ear pads are soft faux leather but as such, without any sort of active noise cancellation capability and what I would consider mediocre clamping, the headset is overmatched in reduction of external sounds although from reports to me, the microphones are excellent in noise isolation so contacts cannot hear much of what is going on in my environment. Call reception quality for video conferencing software, the non-business version of Skype via Win10 laptops and telephone calls over an iPhone has been superior to any other headset I've used.

I've tried Bluetooth connectivity both with and without the 380 dongle and in all practicality, didn't detect any differences in call quality and to my frustration in both instances have experienced call interruptions where the connection has seemingly paused for a few seconds followed by a charge status advise and auto-reconnection. I haven't determined what precisely is going on with that but I can see how it could be a major issue for those depending on secure communications via this headset.

I did not evaluate actual battery life as compared to published representations of longevitity. Honestly, there is no point to discussion of audio quality. This set is geared for business communications and seem to be decent performers in that realm. Compared to any of the quality audio oriented headphones I own comparison of this SBC codec only supported set would only be a further waste of my time.

This is a great headset for video conferencing or phone calls. I primarily compare this to the plantronics Voyager Focus UC. Both have similar features. This one does not have active ANC. But:

Pros:
- great sound quality (hearing the other person)
- superb mic sound isolation -- does not pick up surrounding noise, and make me sounds great
- USB-C charging
- very long battery life (3 days of active use)
- reasonably comfortable
- mic flipping up/down automatically mute the software

Cons:
- no ANC
- mic has to be on the right side

Overall -- this is a great set of headphones for working from home.

Overall, I am quite pleased with the purchase, although I paid much more than I thought I would. They function well and are quite comfortable for use over much of a day. The MS functionality is also a nice feature. A surprising positive has been the background noise cancellation. At a meeting a few days ago, I apologized for the intense construction noise in my background. However, the meeting participants said that they could hear nothing but my voice, despite the background that made it hard for me to hear. My single biggest disappointment is the battery longevity. The claim was that power would last up to 37 hours, but I find it necessary to charge the headphones almost every night after an intense day of meetings.

I have been having issues with headset as I was intending to use it for work with MS teams and avaya. They can barely understand what I am saying because it kept on cutting out like I am using a radio and I am almost out of range. I then tried using it as wireless headphone for my phone for youtube and spotify and audio was cutting out as well.

I spoke with Jabra support and they had me reset the dongle the headset update the firmware and make sure it is charged up and same results.

If I can give this a negative star I would

I gave 1 star for noise cancellation because no one can understand what I am saying or I cannot even watch one utube video without the audio cutting out. I guess it is cancelling more than just the noise

Son correct. Passe très bien d'un appareil connecté à l'autre, fonctions de base (play/pause, volume, avance/recul d'une plage, répondre et mettre fin à un appel, etc.) vont bien. Teams ouvert avec succès, reste à tester les autres fonctions MS Teams. Par contre, lorsque je me promène dans la maison, il atteignent difficilement une distance de 42 pieds (prévus : 100 pieds), le Bluetooth semble difficilement traverser les murs et le plancher (pourtant en bois seulement); le son passe, mais subit quelques interruptions, les commandes fonctionnent toutefois encore (play/pause).
Mise à jour de mon commentaire : j'ai accidentellement échappé mes écouteurs (sur plancher de bois franc) et ils fonctionnent encore à merveille. Pour cette raison, je leur accorde une étoile supplémentaire.

I have a Jabra evolve 75 and I was hoping this will be an upgrade given that it's lighter but I feel pain after wearing it for a short time on my head. The design is so uncomfortable on the head. Not happy with my purchase.

Conference call and movies on my Android TV

Voice quality is good, but noticeably less than much cheaper Jabra wired headsets. The ear pads are comfortable, but the fit is too snug for an average-sized adult male head for any length of time (over an hour?). Pairing was simple to both iPhone (Bluetooth) and laptop (included dongle). Speaker quality is excellent for calls and music. The volume is plenty adequate. My biggest complaint by far though is the range with the dongle. Unobstructed range is about 15-20 feet before words start skipping. Through a single interior wall (drywall), that range is less than 10 feet which makes it barely more useful than a wired headset. One other major annoyance is that I have it paired to both a laptop and phone and while listening to music on my phone and walking around the house (with phone in pocket), the connect/disconnect notification kept happening for the laptop, even though I was only 20 feet or so from the laptop. This makes listening to music pointless. For the price and advertised range (100ft unobstructed), this headset falls way short. I have a pair of $25 no-name Bluetooth earbuds that don’t start losing audio quality until about 50 feet through 6 walls including one exterior. I can’t recommend these unless you plan to be within 10 feet of the source at all times.

I have had the headphones for about a month now. I truly love these. Due to the Corana virus I have been working remotely and these are a game changer and work seamlessly with Skype and MS Teams. My kids can’t be heard in the background and wireless distance is sufficient (40 feet) to go to the kitchen or toilet during long calls.

This was my second Jabra Evolve 2 65 in a span of 2 months.. The first Jabra was great and felt all good. Then price dropped by $30 in Amazon and when discussed with customer service they said to return and order a new one. Followed the same steps and received the second Jabra on hand.. this is where all problems started, had issues with pairing and frequent drop during calls.. The same Jabra I liked a lot is now the opposite... I am waiting for the deal again I Amazon and if I get one before the return window i will go for another new one rather stick with this.. the second Jabra. Felt as if it did not pass through quality check and got boxed (which was damage as well)...

This item is nearly a home run. Everything works very good except for intermittent static in the audio in the speakers. I’ve tried using them on another device with the same result. The firmware is up to date. I even removed the device and Jaba software and reinstalled it. No luck with clearing the static issue. Sending them back. :(

This is the poorest product I bought. Initially everything looked good. After a month issues started with using with teams. The voice keeps disconnecting every now and then while connected using the usb link 380. This behavior is same for any teams call and even playing youtube videos. I end up buying a headset less than 1/10 price of this headset for official purpose.

I have tried another brand of bluetooth headset but the comfort and microphone quality were not satisfactory to me. The Jabra Evolve2 65 have been great. Great acoustics and microphone and comfortable enough for 3-4 hour calls. Great product.

Bought this for my better half who's hard of hearing. Its worth every penny!

The wireless range was only 25 feet in my house.

My Wife is a teacher and these headphones work excellent for her when teaching her class remotely through Zoom. Excellent Sound quality and Excellent noise cancellation. She Loves them!!

The sound on these is fantastic but they do hurt my head after about an hour (as do all headband-style headphones for me)

-I went back to using my old set because these are not compatible with all my WFH platforms-

I was really hesitant to grab these because of how pricy they were, but I’m so glad I did. I work from home and my job requires me to be tethered to my desk, because I have to wear a headset. My headset the Jabra Evolve replaces is a wired set that goes over the hears. It’s so nice to have a wireless set now. These do not go over my ears, but the earpieces are comfortable as they press against my head.

The headband is okay. I wore these for a shift today, and after wearing them for 8 hours, I didn’t experience any issue with tension from where the headband was resting.

The mic quality seems to be decent. I’ve had students say that my voice sounds soft, and there’ve been no complaints since I started using these. I also like the sound cancellation features for the background noise - my dog makes all the bork borks at any car that passes by, and sometimes can’t resist going a full 5 minutes of borking at the wind. My cat also like to work from home too and observe the birds, so it’s nice that his chatter isn’t easily picked up by the microphone.

The only thing I was not pleased with was the lack of literature. Only a card with warranty and start up information came in my box - there was nothing about how the headset worked, including how the buttons operate and which button does what. That was disappointing and the reason why I gave this 4 stars. While they are great and super comfortable, the lack of literature explaining how they operate and the button functions meant that I had to spend a lot of time playing around with them to figure out what did what. Unfortunately, I can’t do that when I’m working because it can hinder customer experience so I had to open a zoom call with my husband and figure out these functions on my own.

In the box, the headphones came in a nice carrying case, with the usb dongle and and a usb C charging cable. There was also a startup guide, which seemed to have instructions in general, which didn’t seem to relate to this specific headset.

I work 40 hour weeks, so I’ll update with how this does on a single charge for my work week.

Update: had to recharge the battery half way through the work week, so a single charge will not do a 40 hour week for me. Also microphone does not work with Vonage's OpenTok system, which is a huge part of my work and why I dropped the rating down to 3 stars. After reviewing the website, which is difficult to navigate, I realize that this headset really isn't meant for most WFH with the lack of support for windows PCs and a head set like this is far too expensive when a basic headset will handle Zoom and Teams, too, just as well.

I volunteer on a support line for patients with a rare disease and their caregivers. The shifts are a week long (waking hours only), but by the end of the first hour, depending on the headset, I'd either have a migraine or my ears would hurt. When using this headset, I can wear it all day, with nary a pain.

The range is phenomenal. My previous favorite headset could only get me to my kitchen -- and only halfway across the room, at that. With these headphones, I can walk across the entire kitchen, into the laundry room, and out the back door. With the back door closed, I can hear the music playing on my computer just fine. The manual says the range is about 100 feet, and I believe it. The sound quality is great! Whether I'm listening to my music on my PC or my phone, or whether I'm on a phone call, the sound quality is amazing. With my music, I can hear the booming lows of the bass and the highs of the soprano without any static. My mentees say they can hear my voice just fine.

When you get these headphones, they don't include much documentation, not even an owner manual. However, you will be able to find everything you'll need if you do an Internet search for "26599-999-999 owner manual". On the support page, you'll find the manual and other documentation, updates software, FAQs and a place to register your headset. You will also find helpful FAQs and the ability to register on the above link.

These headphones are worth every penny, and whether you use them for listening to music or for telephone calling, they deliver. BTW, these are meant for MS Teams, but it works equally well for the Ring Central software I use for my volunteer shifts.

These wireless headphones have excellent sound quality incoming/outgoing & are comfortable to wear for hours.
-The range is very good because it comes with a “Jabra Link 380a” Bluetooth dongle – I can leave my phone on the desk & go outside & walk around in my backyard while in a meeting with no cutting out – your results may vary depending on your house materials, etc. etc.
-I really like the flipping back of the microphone to mute – it tells you that it is muted/unmuted so you know for sure.
-They do a very good job muting background noise from your hearing. But they are not ANC – have to move up to the Evolve2 85 to get ANC.
-They have a very long battery life – I do not need to charge during the day. In fact, I can go at least 3 days between charge (your battery life may vary depending on much you use them, etc.). There is a voice prompt that tells you the battery level when you turn them on & will warn you when battery is low. Also can see the level on your phone in the Bluetooth settings.
MS Teams works great with these headphones – really easy to use.

A couple negatives:
-They do not come with a stand charger – that is extra cash. They just come with a USB-C charging cable. Even my old inexpensive headset came with a charging stand & that is a decent headset too.
-There is no manual – just a quick start printed in grey on a grey background on the box (odd choice). You have to go to the Jabra website for better instruction & dig around there to find it.

Not only are they sleek and cool looking (as far as work headsets go), but the audio quality is fantastic!

I use these all day for my work calls and love how easy these are to use. Not only can I hear the people on the calls very clearly, but they can also hear me without issue. My husband watches TV in the same room as me while I'm on calls and it seems to keep the background noise out of my calls which I was shocked about.

One feature which has been great is that you can mute/ unmute simply by pushing the microphone up/ down. Once muted or unmuted - the headphones says "muted" or "unmuted" so that you know it worked. Now I can mute without having to go back to the call window.

As for comfort... the fit is great and the ear cushions are so soft on my ears. They are the right size for my ears and allow me to wear them all day without issues. Some other headphones are too tight and give me a headache, but so far these have never caused a problem. In order to make the headphones larger, it is a smooth pull down (and it's quiet- no weird noises from changing the size like some of the cheaper options).

Setup is easy, but I did have to go to the jabra website to figure out how to connect. Once I had the instructions... it took less than 5 minutes. I have these connected to my HP Windows laptop - easy connect!

I would like to say that I own many Bluetooth headphones/headsets. Overall, these are the one of the worst I have tried over $150.00. First, they do not fit well. I can fit every headphone I have tried, but not these. My usage is limited due to fit.

With so many quality headsets on the market, I am not sure how Jabra was satisfied with these given the price range.

CONS:

-The headphones feel hollow and cheap.
-The headphones creak when you extend the arms
-Any head size over medium these will most likely not fit. The extending arms are short
-These are bluetooth, but will not connect to a windows PC without their own bluetooth dongle
-Sound is tinny and hollow

PROS:

-USB-C
-Pads have a nice soft touch feel
-Jabra makes good mics and that is no exception here

At $250.00 I would pass on these and look elsewhere. At $100.00 I would pass on these. Almost every similar style headset from Plantronics that I have tried is a better option.

I'd like to say that these Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Wireless Headphones live up to their pricetag, but the pair I received left me thoroughly disappointed. I really can't say anything about the sound quality or the noise cancellation - I know from experience that Jabra usually provides good sound quality and noise cancellation is touch and go, but the problem with these is that I couldn't get them to connect and stay connected long enough to adequately judge either feature. Battery life falls into the same category. This pair held their charge for quite some time, but that was without use since I got tired of fighting with them. After trying more times than I care to count, I've given up on these and have come to the conclusion that they aren't what I was hoping for. Not even close.

I spent a lot of time at my desk these days multitasking. Working from home, phone calls, virtual meetings, and all the other things you have to do in today’s world are made easier with a good headset. I like this one!

These are comfortable for a few hours but I did need to give my ear a little break as it felt like there was some pressure there after a while. I am still getting used to wearing headphones every day so for a habitual headphone user it may not be as big a deal.

It’s important to know that these are “on-ear” style. They do not cup the ear and create a “seal” around the area where your ear meets your head. They did not work for my family member who wears hearing aids.

My favorite feature of this headset has got to be the “busy” LED lights. When you’re on a call they come on. You can turn them on or off even when you’re not on a call. When working from home this is brilliant, you can tell your “coworkers” when it’s on you are not to be disturbed and it can be seen from front and back. Unfortunately, my coworkers are primarily my cats and use colorblindness as an excuse to continue to bother me. It’s still a pretty neat feature and the humans around tend to leave me alone when these are on. For the office environment-- it’d be a great way to subtly draw boundaries when you are trying to get stuff done.

The noise-canceling on these does not completely shut out the world like my Jabra earbuds or my Sony WH1000s but when on a call or listening to music it does help me zone out of what’s around me and focus. Reducing background noise is important when on a call. These did a decent job with sounds more than 3 feet away from me but on calls, my typing could be heard.

The app has the ability to play different soundscapes to help you focus. I like the pink noise one.

Pros:

Long battery life and quick charge when it does get low
Comfortable and adjustable
Great call quality
Busy red light

Cons:
Noise-canceling function could use some improvement
Occasionally disconnects from device if more than one is connected (phone and computer)
Rubber cups on outside of ear collect dust

Overall I think they’re a great product and the app was easy to use.

In the age of WFH (Work from home) or WFA (Work from anywhere), we all need a great headset for our life in the virtual conference room.

This is my life, roll out of bed at 7am, get on a call and don’t get off until late in the afternoon. Including marathon 4 hour architecture workshops.

My biggest beef with earphones or Air Pods is quite simply battery life. Anything inserted into the ears also causes fatigue after some amount of time. Granted I’ve built up my tolerance but still.

So do over the ear headphones make more sense? Sadly, yes for a number of reasons.
That inner ear fatigue reduction, but add weight to your head/neck that they don’t.
Control and volume, with earbuds, you’re options to mute are somewhat limited. You can push the button on the side, or tap them, or whatnot. Often risking dropping the call by hanging up by accident. Or relegated to using your phone’s mute or finding the zoom/Teams windows buried on your desktop under your presentation just to mute/unmute. Not the case with these.
Battery Life, I can get 3.5 hours out of a set of AirPods Pros on a good day. Then you have to start juggling them. Going single ear while you try to get another one charged.

Pros:
Battery life, all day… Actually multi-day. If you forget to charge them you’re still good to go.
Fairly lightweight, vs Bose
Great microphone boom, flip up to mute, pull down to talk. Take back control.
Easy to use tactile buttons on the right ear.
Great integration with the right platforms. Teams, in this case, you have a dedicated Teams button you can customize.
Great sound quality, both audio and microphone.
A better than average app experience.
Self pairing USB Dongle. Nothing to install, just plugin and use. Worked great with my Mac and paired simultaneously to my iPhone. For what it’s worth, my preferred mode is to use my phone for the audio portion of the calls so that I can be mobile. These are Bluetooth so I’m not ‘tied’ to my computer with a cable but it doesn’t make it from my office to the kitchen to grab a cup of coffee. Hence the phone option.
The ON AIR / Busy light is critical for work from home use so family knows you’re on a call. Both auto and manual modes are available.

So what’s not to love?

Lack of ANC, for $250 you should get that. Yes, Evolve2 85’s have it. These should too.
Honestly, they don’t grip my head great, they sit on the ear, not over.
The packaging was SPARSE. In fact I thought I got an open box item. But the lightweight frustration-free packaging is what you get (or what I got), just a box, nothing fancy. Not really a con but not what I was expecting, usually Jabra does better at this.
I mean, no getting started guide, just a little pamphlet to charge them and get the app.
The Bluetooth dongle is hidden in a little pouch in the case. This isn’t the norm, usually, they are separate.

So back to the question at hand. Are these a $250 headset? If your company is paying, yes, of course. If you’re footing the bill out of pocket? Find a coupon or deal. Without ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) then no, there are better options). But they are a solid value in the $200 or sub $200 range.

At the end of the day. I love everything about these but the price point. Yes these are 5 Star headphones.

A un par de semanas de uso confirmo los comentarios que leí:

Pros:
Funciones increíbles, más allá de lo imaginable pero requieren de la app para aprovecharlos al 100% por lo cual no son lo máximo al utilizarlos en una computadora.
El volumen es muy bueno, mas allá del 50% lastiman los oídos.
El diseño es muy estético.

Contras:
Calidad del audio, por el precio que se paga sinceramente esperaba algo mucho mejor.
Las almohadillas, si uso las pequeñas el audio se escucha muy hueco, sin cuerpo o potencia.
Después de un par de horas de uso siento que me lastiman un poco los oídos.
Las llamadas se escuchan un poco raro, quién está del otro lado de la línea me pregunta constantemente si estoy en altavoz.

Conclusión:
Sinceramente esperaba mucho mas por el precio, aunque si bien soy muy buenos creo que aún tienen bastante margen de mejora, lo que mas me ha afectado es el dolor tras el uso prolongado (2 hrs) y que si los uso con otro dispositivo que no tenga la app, el audio es un poco deficiente y no puedo usar las funciones de escuchar los sonidos ambientales.

A pesar de lo anterior, los recomiendo ampliamente puesto que el producto tiene muy buena calidad y pudiera ser que la incomodidad de los oídos no sea tema para alguien mas.

Funciona excelente para el trabajo ya que tiene multi-point donde cambia automaticamente el audio entre la computadora y el celular sin tener que estarlos conectando a mano. Tambien si te alejas de un dispositivo simplemente se desconecta y cuando vuelves se reconecta solo.

La calidad de audio es buena, mejor que los AirPods

Se sostienen muy bien en el oido, pero el material de las almohadillas es algo duro, incomoda después de tenerlos puestos durante horas.

Le baje una estrella mas que nada porque la tapa del cargador me viene mal sujetada, parece que solo se sostiene de un lado, no se si sea el diseño o si sea defecto pero siento se va a romper con el tiempo.

Hemos tenido varios productos de esta marca Jabra recomendamos ampliamente este modelo Jabra Elite 65T (GRIS) llevamos cerca de 3 meses de uso continuo sin problemas;
---Cuando la luz esta de color morado del case y tu bluetooth/internet estan activos se encuentra actualizado el firmware, para mejorar el rendimiento-----El sonido es buenisimo, si deseas volumen desmedido sin distorsión este es el inidicado----
Es necesario bajar la aplicación para tu móvil en nuestro caso es Android, ya que sin la app el sonido es plano, la app se ocupa de fungir como un co-procesador digital de señales y puedes ajustar el ecualizador o incluso escuchar sonidos relajantes a través de la app, tiene una función para escuchar sonidos externos "a través del oído" que se activa desde los botones, es cómodo al oído solo que cuando cambias de canción/volumen sí lastima un poco, la batería dura mucho más que el BOSE también lo tenemos y en lo particular nos gusta este modelo de JABRA, gracias AMAZON es un producto altamente recomendable.

Hemos tenido varios productos de esta marca Jabra que han sido duraderos como el modelo Jabra Elite 65T que es el gris llevamos cerca de un año de uso continuo sin problemas;

Por el contrario este modelo Jabra Elite Active 65t Alexa presento intermitencia en el audífono izquierdo y tuvo que ser devuelto, gracias.

Lo bueno: super fáciles de usar y con controles intuitivos, buena batería dentro de la categoría, sonido bien balanceado y buena app para equalizar al gusto, no son demasiado grandes y no sobresalen como tornillos a la Frankestein como los Bose, por ejemplo.
Lo malo: Me a tocado experimentar cortes de la señal cuando se gira la cabeza rápidamente, no siempre sucede pero el hecho de que falle esporádicamente significa que la señal bluetooth no siempre es 100% estable.
El sonido podría ser más refinado por el precio que se paga.

Menos de un mes de uso me duró el gusto de tenerlos en funcionamiento.
Por favor Amazon, dime dónde puedo hacer válida la garantía si me indicas que ya está "cerrada la ventana de devoluciones", los recibí a principios de abril y salí de vacaciones, no me los llevé y apenas los empecé a utilizar en mayo y el sábado 11 se murieron, así de la nada y ya no tengo oportunidad de la devolución. Por favor ayúdenme, no puede ser posible que algo tan caro, sea tan chafa.

Sin duda una de las mejores inversiones que puedes hacer si es que te gusta escuchar contenido mediante audífonos sin cables ni estorbosos. En general son los mejores audífonos que puedes conseguir de su categoría, he usado otros audífonos como los del logo de la manzana y son muy incómodos y debo de estar todo el tiempo acomodándolos para que no se me caigan, además que se ven horribles al usarlos, también he usado los de nombre similar a Jose y debo decir que son muy buenos pero muy grandes y pesados (tanto los audífonos como su estuche). Estos audífonos son los mejores que puedes comprar, es una inversión que no te arrepentirás.

Pros:
-Tienen un audio muy bueno, no soy audiófilo ni conocedor pero se escuchan muy bien.
-Su material de construcción es muy premium y con un diseño único y discreto, además que son ligeros y no muy grandes
-Dura 4hrs la batería de los audífonos, más unas dos cargas completas que proporciona su estuche de carga.
-Su estuche es muy pequeño y liviano.
-Para el gym son muy versátiles y no tendrás problemas que se te caigan, solamente vuelves a empujar los audífonos a tu oido y duraran para que vuelvas a hacer este gesto para evitar caídas, además que resisten sin problema alguno el sudor.
-Puedes usar un solo audífono (el derecho solamente) para escuchar música, contestar llamadas, activar tu asistente de voz.
-Puedes activar tu asistente de voz con los audífonos (con el derecho), utilizando el predefinido por tu teléfono, google assistant, Siri o Alexa.
-Alcanza un volumen muy alto sin que se distorsione el sonido.
-La app que usas para configurar bien tu Jabra Elite es muy fácil de usar, intuitiva y con varias configuraciones.
-Al dejar pasar el sonido del ambiente que te rodea es muy bueno, puedes configurar cuanto ruido quieres que deje pasar, aunque poniéndolo en lo máximo, considero que es poco lo que deja pasar para oír a tu alrededor.
-Puedes escuchar sonidos de concentración que incluye la app que son muy muy buenos para lo que sirven.

Contras:
-Hay ocaciones que se escucha como estática al momento de hacer una llamada, durante la misma todo se oye perfecto y sin problemas.
-Uso los audífonos por mucho tiempo y se vuelven un tanto incómodos pasadas las 2 horas, al quitártelos te duelen ligeramente los oídos, esperas un par de minutos y los vuelves a usar sin problemas.
-He notado que se descarga un poco más rápido la batería del audífono derecho que del izquierdo (como 15 minutos), cabe notar que uso más el derecho cuando solo quiero utilizar un audífono.
-Cuesta un poco y generalmente debes de hacer mucha presión para abrir el estuche de carga
-El estuche de carga no es magnético, por lo que al sacar los audífonos del mismo y no tienes la precaución necesaria, pueden salir disparados los audífonos del estuche y caer al piso, me han pasado algunas ocaciones pero resisten muy bien a las caídas en diferentes pisos y no se me han rayado y se ven golpeados (tienen muy buena construcción y durabilidad)
-La entrada de carga del estuche es micro usb y no tipo C, por lo que, para mi uso, debo cargar dos cables cuando salgo de viaje, para mis otros dispositivos y para estos audífonos.

Son cómodos, no se mueven al hacer ejercicio o andar en bicicleta. El micrófono funciona muy bien. Puedo ir en bici hablando son problemas de corte de sonido o que el interlocutor no me escuche.
El sonido es muy bueno, nada que pedir a Jaybirds o otros similares.
El diseño es moderno y discreto no como los de Apple que parecen aretes.
Su certificación IPX da mucha tranquilidad.
El problema es que el firmware no tiene un control para hacer rellamadas, y no he podido configurear el asistente de Google.
Asimismo, hay algunas micro-desconexiones. Sin embargo, creo que dependen también de la carga del procesador del celular. A veces ando en varias tareas simultáneas.

He devuelto dos productos iguales (Jabra 65t Active), ambos presentaron fallas en conectividad, carga o funcionamiento.

Una lástima, por que el producto es muy bueno, la calidad de audio y funciones son de lo mejor que existe.

Jabra tiene un problema con este producto y debe solucionarlo, espero pronto por que en verdad me gusta este producto.

Los mejores audífonos de uso diario por su gran funcionalidad y calidad de audio de acuerdo a rango de precios.

Vida útil de batería de 5 horas (+10 con cargador) es ideal y de las mejores del mercado (aún para 2020).
Perfectos para hacer ejercicio: no se aflojan con el movimiento y son a prueba de humedad y lluvia leve.

Cabe destacar:
Solamente audífono derecho funciona de forma Autónoma.
Cargador no sujeta audífonos, por lo que hay que abrir de forma cuidadosa para que no se caigan.
Cargador no indica cuando no tiene carga suficiente para cargar audífonos suficientemente: Ha pasado que cargador indica luz naranja (suficiente) pero tras cargar audífonos, el teléfono (BT 5.0) indica carga debajo de 25% y audífonos comienzan a indicar batería baja.

Son una buena opcion por el precio supongo, se me cayeron varias veces y el izquierdo perdio un poco de volumen por eso, pero me sorprendio que no se hayan descompuesto. No he descargado la app extra para mejorar la experiencia, pero aun sin ella se escucha vastante bien, y antes de que el audifono izquierdo perdiera un poco de volumen por las caidas tenian un exelente sonido tipo estereo que de vez en cuando me hacian dudar si escuchaba la musica en los audifonos o venia de afuera. Los compre principalmente para escuchar musica mientras estudio y tambien para dormir, ya que me es muy dificil dormir sin usar audifonos o tapones de oido, cuando llegaron me sorprendio un poco el tamaño, pues esperaba que fueran un poco mas pequeños, y al principio pueden resultar un pco incomodos para esto, pero creo que me he llegado a acostumbrar, puedes ajustar el volumen para que no lastime tus oidos mientras duermes. En cuanto a la bateria, en el dia solo 1 vez se me han llegado a descargar, realmente si dura bastante la bateria. En el alcance que tienen de conectividad depende mucho del lugar, y puede resultar un tanto extraño como puedes estar a dos habitaciones a distancia y sigan conectados pero si te encuentras en una habitacion diferente que este a un lado de donde este el dispositivo al que estes conectado puede o no funcionar, he notado que mayormente las puertas de metal son las que mas causan problemas en la conexion bluetooth. A pesar de todo esto, me agradan bastante estos audifonos y los seguire usando hasta que tenga que cambiarlos. La imagen adjunta son de como estan actualmente.

Hoy por hoy los mejores EarPods que existen. Puedes usarlos todo el día y son demasiado cómodos, puedes usar solo uno, manejar todo desde el auricular. Con un par de clics activas el sonido ambiente y eso es perfecto para manejar e incluso para aquellos ratos en que quieres escuchar algo pero no apartarte del sonido ambiente o alguna conversación.

Súper fácil de llevar en su estuche y retienen mucha carga. Es la mejor alternativa a los Airpods que no se sujetan, no sirven mucho para ejercicio y que no tienen un sonido tan directo.

Los Jabra si tienen todo eso y más.

Tengo otros productos de Jabra y son muy buenos. En especial este producto no me gusto nada por dos razones principales: 1. Se desconecta constantemente el auricular izquierdo del bluetooth y ese mismo audífono es muy complicado de operar para el volumen, no funcionaba correctamente, 2. Al hacer llamadas la otra persona me comentaba que escuchaba todo a mi alrededor, el mic esta muy abierto y esto impide tener una comunicación efectiva.

Hay mejores audifonos con microfono inalámbricos en el mercado.

Me encanto el dispositivo, una de las cosas que no vi dentro de los comentarios, fue que tenía la capacidad para conectarse a dos dispositivos al mismo tiempo, es decir, puedes recibir la llamada del celular mientras esta conectado al iPad. Yo tuve bose y tuve AirPods, los dos son muy buenos pero en funcionalidad los Jabra son mejores. Lo que no me gusto, fue el tamaño, sin embargo encajan bien en el oído.

El auricular izquierdo tiene estática. Al querer cambiarlo con el proveedor no se pudo, ya que jabra méxico solo se maneja por proveedores externos. En resumen mala calidad de producto y pésimo servicio al cliente.

De menos para la ciudad la conexión es bastante pobre, se interrumpe constantemente, traer el telefono en el pantalon no ayuda.

Bastante interrumpción en general, en mi opión el precio no se justifica, por mas que quieran vender esto como modernidad aun es necesario un cable si quieres una buena experiencia de audio.
