Excellent ProductPros:- Performs CORE functions VERY wellCons:- Size (its a bit on the larger size especially if primary purpose is to be used as a phones bluetooth headset)- Bass could be a bit deeper (But still Good)- does an odd type of distortion when input source is either too loud or exceeds the pitch range of the headset- Using in wired mode (via USB Cable) it apparently does a VERY annoying electrical sounding "tick"

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive Bluetooth stereo headphone to go with my Samsung Juke. This unit has excellent value and the sound is very good. It takes a bit of getting used to the way it works as you need to tap on the sides to start it up and use the telephone. The switches on the cups are a bit small. I like the comfort of the unit.My only concern and this is because of the type of headphone it is, is when you sweat working out the sponges are going to get nasty.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Flash forward to August 2010The headphones suddenly stopped working last week. The charger continues to stay on red but apparently no charge is being stored. I can't start the unit up and it seems to be dead. It may be the constant sweat, as I work out five or more times per week. Next pair needs to be more for workouts and less susceptible to sweat damage. BTW I reduced my rating by one star.

ur cellphone's bluetooth must be able to do this two tasks..............*A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) is a Bluetooth profile that enables stereo sound. Both the headset and the device it connects to must support A2DP in order to hear A2DP sound in the headset.(In other words if ur phone's bluetooth does not have this feature u wont be listening to any Garth brooks, Justin timberlake or any dying fetus any time soon.)* (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) is a Bluetooth profile that enables remote control of the device that the headset is connected to. Both the headset and the device it connects to must support AVRCP in order for AVRCP to work.(In other words u will probly be better off taping ur cellphone to the R. side of ur headphones in order to change tracks or pause ur music.)*before buying this product On ur cellphone go to settings/tools Bluetooth-settings-DeviceInfo-Profiles and they may read something like this HSP, HFP 1.5, DUN, FTP, OPP, PBA, BPP ect. (look for A2DP and AVRCP)

These Sound Ok (not great but ok) if they are plugged directly into a computer with USB cable that is supplied, But, they sound crappy and the distance is not very good when either linked into usb Bluetooth adapter, or linked to my cingulr 8525 cellphone the phone function sounds acceptable. The motorola version doesn't much better, Unfortunately the Cheap Logitech sound the best but the logitech suffer from the Weak Headband that breaks within 2-3months even if you baby it... So look I would look at other bluetooth headphones...

I just purchased this headset yesterday. I charged it the recommended two hours then paired it with my Verizon XV6800 without a glitch. It was on clearance at Staples for less than Amazon listed it. I would prefer a smaller format, but considering the price and functionality it's a great buy. The sound quality is great and there is little, if any, sound leakage to disturb those around you. The controls are easy to learn and use. The headset switches between phone and stereo seamlessly paired up with my XV6800. The headset is comfortable to wear and the BlueTooth range is better than my Motorola HS700 BlueTooth headset. More market choices should be available soon, but until something smaller at a more reasonable price is available, I'm satisfied.

Where to start?The Good: Actually does handshake with both my Vista computer and blackjack phoneThe Bad:1. Sounds terrible, lots of clipping, on the Blackjack.2. Does not work right at all on the Vista box. The sound clips, comes in and out, randomly disconnects, etc.3. Does not work with Skype on Vista.4. You can do a "workaround" by plugging it in via usb (so why buy bluetooth then?) and the sound quality is passable, but certainly not great.The really bad: The headphones where cheap enough that the hassle of returning them probably isn't worth it. Where are they now? Back of a drawer.

I bought this headset to work with my new Tmobile Wing, Windows Mobile 6 phone. I was concerned about its compatibility, so I checked with Jabra first. They could not confirm it was compatible because my phone was a new model... but I decided to go for it anyway. It turns out the headset works really well technically. When it turn it on, the phone recognizes it automatically (after I only paired it once), but the sound quality is NOT good. The treble is all "tinny" and distorted. If you are an audiophyle, be careful before buying. Good news for Jabra is that this headset sounds GREAT with my wife's Samsung Sync phone, so I have to blame the bad sound quality with my TMobile Wing either on my phone or on incompatibility between the two.SO, GOOD PRODUCT, JUST CONFIRM COMPATIBILITY FIRST!!!(PS- tap left ear to answer calls, tap right ear to pause/play music, hold down both hears to stop the geeky flashing lights!!! Also, volume control on left ear works great & toggle on right ear skips songs forward and back. Both function very well!)

In a very short time it makes ears ache, that is why it is very uncomfortable. And also not suitable for use with laptop via bluetooth. Because it is not well responsive .. you can't listen to a song without stopping a few times. (Dont even think watching a film, you cant bc not synchronized with video) And also it really does not make sense to use a headset which gives light constantly. With cell phone use again it stops responding sometimes although not as frequent as with laptop, which again does not make any sense to buy it. And it is too sensitive; stopping (whyever it stops!) goes to another song while the one is not finished yet. So, totally disappointment. Never ever think of buying it.

This product works well with about any Bluetooth source. I purchased a new Samsung GSM phone that is equipped with MP3 and Bluetooth. When I bought the phone I purchased a Motorola Bluetooth Headset of which did not work well. I had many drops in the audio and the function controls did not respond well with the phone. I took the Motorola headset back to the store and ordered the Jabra headset from Amazon of which arrived inthree days. The Jabra BT620 stereo headset works fantastic with the Samsung Blast phone and my laptop. I could not be happier. The audio has perfect bass and when listening to Pink Floyd's Great Gig in The Sky you can actually hear the whisper " I never said I was afraid of Dying" near the end of the song. This is really remarkable considering that the Bluetooth air interface is not considered high fidelity. To sum it up I would say excellent service from Amazon and a great product and bargain from Jabra. I saved nearly ninety bucks buying the Jabra over what the Motorola equivalent product cost. Thanks Amazon.

I should say I right now that I don't own a cell phone so I can't verify the microphone part of this thing - only the music part. It's a bit funky to get used to, like learning all the colors and flashing LED's, beeps or the controls. It's also a bit heaver then normal headphones because of the batteries. I recommend you don't read the getting started guide, rather jump right into the user manual.You should get in the package: 1 BT620s headset, 1 USB to USB mini cord, 1 AC adapter, getting started guide, and user manual, spare pair of ear cushions, and finally a carrying bag.I was a little overwhelmed of the things it says it can do, so I thought it had about 10 buttons on each side. Actually, both sides have 3 identical buttons (the big center button, and up and downs (left: volume, right: jump tracks or FF or RW). The left big button is for phone control AND turning the power on and off and activating discovery mode. The right big button just pauses, plays.The user guide explains the the length of holding the button down does different things. For example: to turn it on, press the left button for a second. To turn off, hold the same button for 5 seconds. To turn on discovery mode - hold it for 5 seconds while OFF. Cool beeping sounds tells you what is about to happen.It sounds great. All the buttons that are applicable work (all but phone). Good range. The manual claims that the purpose for the usb to mini usb is so you can charge and wirey listen to music from your computer. But it didn't work for me - it only allowed me to charge. But you should be able to charge your headset where ever there is a powered USB port: PC's, PlayStation 2! It's too uncomfortable having a thick usb wire hanging and and tied to my PC while listening to music anyway.The AC charger is cool because it's wider instead of longer then normal AC adapters so you can fit another plug below it. There was absolutely no mention of the carrying bag ANYWHERE. It still won't protect from the elements or drops or crushing it. It's cool for reusing it as little things I guess.As for all behind the ear headphones, lying in bed is really uncomfortable, especially if your a side sleeper.And, unlike the logitech, NO signs of cracking on the band.Cons: I never want to see the flashing two blue LED's (steaming stereo). It is possible to turn them off but they always seem to find a way back on; a little heavy; no user replaceable battery.EDIT: 5/8/11It's been sitting in a box for years, so I charged and paired it up. I don't know whats happened to it, maybe the band got slightly bent but it's really uncomfortable behind the ears now.I gave it to a friend and he too wouldn't buy it for dirt cheap. It's pretty heavy and bulky on the sides too. I know this item is long discontinued but look FAR away from it.

I was quite hopeful that this product would finally cut the cord from my headset and laptop while gaming but I find that folks complain that my voice is distant and tinny when used over services like ventrillo and I find the incoming sounds also distant.When using the stereo headset feature I find the degraded sound quality even more noticeable. If you are someone that wants to sit back and listen to music you will be disappointed, if you want to move around and listen to an audiobook it will probably be fine.

I got these as a Christmas present with no gift receipt. I was really excited when I got them. I tried to pair these headphones with my cell phone (Sony Ericsson w580i), worked great.... for the first minute, then all sound was cut off. Even when I turned off the bluetooth and unpaired the headphones from my phone the sound never came back till I restarted my phone. I tried un-pairing and then re-pairing my phone to the headphones about 3-4 times and the same thing happened each time. My husband has the Blackberry 8830, I had him try to use my headphones, SAME ISSUE OCCURRED, worked for a minute then stopped working all together.If I could return these headphones I would in a heartbeat, these are a complete WASTE OF MONEY!

I purchased this bluetooth headphone set around the 17th of October and recived it on October 26. I got free shipping, so thats why it took a little while. I opened up the box, charged up the unit and when it was done paired it to my Sprint-PPC6700. I had some trouble at first listening to music but then i just turned the bluetooth unit on and off and it worked!! It works flawlessly, the music controls, the phone controls, everything!!! Im tempted return my recently purchased Plantronics 645 to new egg. These headphones have DSP for phone calls, so i cant wait to try it at wal-mart or target and see if the DSP holds up as well as the Plantronics. Overall 4 stars because of the construction of the headphone, they should have made it more like the motorola's with the faux leather and mesh speaker, would of been a bit more comfortable.

THIS IS GREAT, GREAT SOUND, CONTROLS WORK GOOD, A LITTLE BULKY, BUT OVERALL GOOD FOR THE PRICE. HOWEVER, I HAVE ITUNES ON MY PHONE AND THIS SET DOES NOT WORK AND FUNCTION WITH ITUNES. ANOTHER PHONE I TESTED IT WITH, THAT DID NOT HAVE ITUNES, WORKED GREAT, BUT WAS NO USE TO ME.

Great combination. I am thrilled with the being able to work, answer my cell without switching headphones. I especially like the fact that I can connect to the MP3 player and the cell at the same time. Bought two, one for son and one for me.I DISLIKE the fact the whole ring on both sides blink blue when it's on. You have to hold both sides main buttons down for 6 seconds to turn them off. The lights blinks again after a recharge (reset to normal). I like the play time (up to 16 hrs) says Jabra.UPDATE: using the headphones with my laptop using USB port: plug in usb cable between BT620s and pc. wait 10 seconds, push and hold both main buttons until left sid flashes red led. Start your Windows media player. sound transfers to headphone. right side controls start/stop and forward or reverse one track.Problem: if I pair headset to phone and to a A120 BT adaptor connected to MP3 player, I have to REMOVE from phone and re-PAIR the BT620 to the cell if I want to use the BT620 for both LG VX8300 cell and media player capability. Nature of the beast, I guess.Comments from son, Sam (19). Likes the headset so he do his job(he works for a tyre company), be tuned in, answer his phone and NOT be wired to his iPod and phone.

I had great expectations for this headset, it has been a while since I last used any Bluetooth device and thought it would work better... but sadly not. The design of this headset is innovative, the head band behind your neck instead than above your head greatly improves its wearability, you can actually exercise in a gym w/o the headset falling down or colliding with everything, on the other side the side buttons get inevitably pushed (involuntarily I mean) every time you grab or move or adjust the headset, producing all sort of unwanted results: music stop, connection lost, volume adjusted, etc. But the really bad news is Bluetooth. The range that gives you, away from the source, is barely more than regular wired headphones. Go further than 9-10 feet (3 meters) and you start loosing the connection with home base. The sound quality is acceptable with iPod, very bad if connecting to your computer (i.e. listening to your music in iTunes). Conclusion: the relative freedom you get with this Bluetooth headset (as compared for example to be wired to your iPod) hardly compensate for the diminished sound quality and the frequents connection faults that results in continuous interruption of the music flow, if you are moving around while your iPod is stationary. On the other hand gaining more range (say at list 20-30 feet) would be an acceptable compromise for the sound quality you get out of this device, but you just don't get such operation range. My advice is don't buy it, instead invest in a traditional, wired, good sound quality, perfect acoustic insulation, noise suppression type of headset. With today sound quality and digital marvels, there is no point in loosing 50% of it at the receiving end.

This device works seamlessly with a Mac. Apple upgraded the software long ago. Plug it in, pair it and your good to go. OSX is required. There is a third party driver for you if you are using an older machine. I would expect the same issues to exist in a Win98 machine.

Product works great. Shifts between music and calls seamlessly. Comfortable to wear. Sound is a lot better than I expected.5/26/11 - UpdateSadly, I bought 2 pairs of these headphones and only one sort of works now. One pair did not last beyond a year before I had difficulty pairing it, getting sound, and using the buttons. Even fully charged, it would randomly turn off. The second pair started having difficulty pairing and playing music, so it's been collecting dust for a while. I paid substantially less than what they are currently priced, so I would look around before buying. They worked okay for a while and were comfortable to wear for a little while, but then the weight would start hurting my ears.

If you are like me, looking for a headset that lets you control your iPhone, listen to music, and answer calls without taking the iPhone out of your pocket, this is NOT it.I am sure this is a great headset with other devices, but NOT with iPhone.It pairs to the phone, but not the ipod on the phone. I found out after buying this product that it's because Apple's bluetooth support is pretty weak.When pair with a Macbook Pro, everything is in mono (not stereo, wow, amazing Apple support of bluetooth).From reading online I found out it's not the issue with this phone, but Apple's lack of support for wider bluetooth products, but still, I wish the product description would have said "doesn't work well with iPhone at all."

So I have a Treo 650 with Pocket Tunes, and I can only get wired headsets to work with it for playing music. I've used Softick Audio Gateway to set that up now and can listen through these phone, so far only monoBUT... I also have a Bluetooth laptop, that I listen to books-on-tape with, and I do get stereo sound; the controls work with itunes for pausing, skipping tracks forward and backwards.AND... I can listen to these tunes and when a bluetooth call comes in on my bluetooth paired phone, it pauses and allows me to answer the call.Pretty cool, now I can go around doing housework while TCB.I still haven't figured out how to get two bluetooth phones to pair with stereo headphones? Yes I have a work phone and a personal phone. That would be ideal

This head set was a surprise in that it offered much more than what is mentioned in the amazon write up. Very cool if your are not in to the Apple 'too-cool-for-school' style headsets that come with la pod.Rings of colored leds flash to tell to about setup and operation feed back. Different but nice in it's own way. The sound quality is very good but not the beast I have heard although the effects of old age are affecting my hearing more every year :)

first off, would give it a higher rating but, to tight, and low valume,, paired up very easy with my razr 3xx and does not sound to bad, I also connected to a Palm 750 treo but did not sound good from it ,, for audio books sound is ok but not good bass for music .The range of the bluetooth was better with the palm but is just fine with the razr ,I work in a machine shop and I can move around most of the shop but the mic picks up ALL unwanted noise,but ok if your in a quiet envirerment, the control funtions are very good and it is a slick device , just not worth more then around 40$

I am very pleased with the Jabra BT620s headphones so far, which I use with my Motorola Q and laptop via the A320s adapter (thank you J. Vella. Your recommendation helped a lot). As mentioned, the stereo sound quality is excellent, though not as good as my wired HIFI headphones (Sennheiser HD555's). Then again, I can't walk around the house or out on the porch tethered by 6' of cord... BT freedom, does have it's joys!As for those minor caveats, here are a few:My phone is far too eager to drop the connection with the BT stereo profile if I pause or stop play for very long, and it doesn't reconnect automatically when I resume play, as I think it should. The hands-free profile reconnects automatically if I leave the BT620s' in the car, and then return. The stereo profile doesn't do this. It would be nice if it did.The answer/end button on the BT620s is very easy to bump accidentally with my shoulder or hand. I can't tell you how many times I have had to cancel the voice recognition program because of this. One little shrug and it likes to start uninvited. Rude!, I'm telling ya.I'm not totally thrilled with the behind-the-neck neckband concept. I know it's the rage, but I'm still not convinced. Personal choice there, I guess.I like the lights, especially when the headphones are charging. It's very easy to see when they have a full charge. Light turns green, they are done. As for the blue strobes... cool at first, but they do invite strange looks when I forget to turn them off in public places. And then my more-than-kind girlfriend giggled and said I looked a little bit like Princess Lea with police lights going. Thanks, dear!And last, but not least, my ears do get warm after an hour or more of groovin' and movin' (could be a good thing on a cold day)!Besides these few entertaining caveats, I do recommend this headphones/headset. They work well, and more than one friend who has seen and tried them has said "I want one of those!"

I checked Jabra's compatability tool with my Sony Ericsson W300i cell/mp3 player, and was given the all clear, couldn't wait to get it! Paired up with no problems, but will only make and receive calls, no music!!! That was my main reason for buying it! So, I called Jabra and was told that no it would not be able to play music! I love my cell/mp3 player, it's a great phone, and Jabra made it sound like my phone was out of date which it is not at all. When I mentioned that their website tool said it would work I simply got a "sorry". So, make sure you call them or better yet go with your cell phones brand name headset, this has taught me a lesson!

I purchased these with minimal expectations and am quite impressed. I have been using these with my cell phone and the sound quality is superb. Also, using these for phone calls is quite convenient. The microphone is great and sound quality is top-notch. Even when music is playing and you get a call it automatically pauses the music for the phone call and then resumes it when the call is finished. Battery life is way longer than I had expected; I have owned these for a couple of months now and have only had to charge them twice. Buttons on the headset are quite convenient as well. I would say the only downside to these is that they are a tad bulky somewhat resembling earmuffs. Also, depending on your head size these may or may not fit on you; I can fortunately say that they fit me with no discomfort and stay on my head even when at the gym. Great product!

Paired this with my Ipod, Moto Q cell phone, and bluetooth adapter Ten Technology naviPlay and it works like a charm. Some signal cutout around high noise areas. Stores etc... You must get this combination to appreciate it. Just tap on the left side of the headphones to answer a call, when it's over just tap again and you are listening to your favorite music or podcast. The only way I could be happier is if the headphones were smaller and weighed a bit less. Technology still in it's infancy and there is sometimes a lapse when switching but you will love not having to mess with those f*&^ing cords!!

I connected to several laptops and its features didnt work. I did a test with and external usb bluetooth device and it works. Now i have to buy its usb bluetooth device to use it.!! Save your money!

I got a defective purchase item here and am still awaiting the RMA from the seller. Not really a comfortable product to wear. Can't comment on the product as it has never worked to date. But I can say this was a bad buy in that the rig is not very comfortable to wear. I can say look to other products to meet your needs.

These headphones are great in every aspect except for comfort. They're the behind-the-head style that's oh-so-popular these days, but the fit is far worse than the comfortable (but breakage-prone) Logitech Wireless Headphones for iPod that I had before. These pair easily with my bluetooth-enabled Thinkpad, which is nice, and also with my phone (at the same time) so I can take calls and it will switch from the music, then switch back when my call is over. The built-in mic works surprisingly well, for a really hassle-free bluetooth experience.Now for the bad: I feel like these headphones were designed for kids. They're so small (I was really shocked when I opened the packaging at how small they are) that they pinch my ears hard. The headband just simply isn't big enough for a normal-sized head. Another minor thing is that they have a mind of their own when you put them down. If you sit them down with the earpieces facing up (which you invariably will when you have to take your hourly break from the pain they cause), they "walk" themselves off of the desk if you put them down the wrong way.

The headset is a quality product. However, it is not compatible with all mobile phones. It was not until that I received it that I found out it was not compatible with my cell phone. Although the return process was easy and I was able to get credit, it would have been nice if there were a listing of which cell phones the device was compatible with its listing on Amazon.

I've gone through my second Jabra BT325 in less than 6 weeks. When they work, they work pretty well. But I think that I am going to give up on these and try to find something else.My goal was to find something that I could use my own headphones while running/cycling, and use them to hear a call come in from my cell phone and answer the call without stopping to touch my MP3 player and cell phone. I thought the Jabra BT325 was the perfect solution. The concept is a good one. The device is no bigger than your car's keyless remote and clips onto a shirt or jacket. Pairing with my phone took less than a minute. Sound quality was very good when listening to my MP3 player. When a call comes in, the music fades and I can tap the device to receive the call. Works great when running or on the bike. The built-in microphone could be better with blocking out wind noise but it does a decent job. The real problem has been with the unit powering on and holding a charge. Both units that I've received have decided to stop responding after one or a couple charges. I've tried pushing/holding every button to somehow reset it but nothing has worked. Amazon has decided to refund my purchase but I'm disappointed that this product did not live up to its potential.

I read all the reviews before purchasing and decided on this headset due to reviews and pricing.Pros-Two things are good about this set. 1 is they are bluetooth. 2. They are good for phone conversations.Cons: Music volume is too low. They are way too bulky. The ear-piece is just too big-looks like you're back in the 80's. After a while of use, the top of your ear where the headset rest on, starts to hurt. The side buttons which basically are push on/off to talk and to play music are too sensitive. Taking the headphones off and placing them somewhere, might cause music to start playing or if you have your phone set up with voicedial, might start making a call..Very annoying. I tried putting them around my neck to rest my ears, but you end up setting off the call and play buttons by any minor head movement.Bottom Line:I know we all want bluetooth and to do away with the hassle of wires..but do yourself a favor and pay for a better product or wait until something better goes on the market...

Works great with Best Buy's Insigna MP3. Does not pair with The Nextel/Motorola i880 for the MP3 part. However, it will take calls while listening to another device.

It works.However, the sound is quite bad. The bass are very much boosted, too much boosted, so that medium and treebles are not clear. I usually add bass when I listen music because I like them, but those headset bass are way to strong and even unpleasant, I get an ear pain after a few minutes. The difference between normal wired devices and this one is even more striking when using the TV where bass are not usually strong and unnecessary for most programms.In addition, there can be a delay in the delivered sound, causing a kind of mismatch between sound and images.

Intially I had great visions of increased productivity by listening to Podcasts with this bluetooth headset as I cleaned the house, but it wasn't meant to be. The hardware was ok but I just found a better way to do what I wanted to do. Here are my comments1) It is another piece of hardware to complicate life.2) Taking phone calls and trying to listen to podcasts always ended up in a giant mess. Either my phone would crash and I would drop the call or I would lose my place in the podcast.3) I found a better way to do what I was trying to do. A software solution called Bluecast can stream all sounds from my Windows Mobile Cingular 2125 directly to my regular bluetooth headset. No wires, no extra hardware, and when a call comes in my media player pauses and I can automatically take the call with the ear piece already attached to my head. When the call ends my media player automatically starts back up again and I keep listening thru the bluetooth headset.[...].

How big does your head have to be for these not to fit?? Anyway, not to be fooled, if you don't mind looking like a combo of uber geek and DJ funkypants these are great. Good sound quality at 30 feet, and they stay put. I have a pair and wear them proudly. Embrace your inner geek and listen to music without wires.

As an audiophile, I was initially skeptical about sound quality from a wireless headphone. While not quite up to the level of my high-end (wired) Sennheiser HD 595s, they deliver excellent sound and freedom of mobility which should more that satisfy most listeners. They make a great companion for my Samsung Sync cell phone and laptop PC, allowing me to do housework, etc without even carrying the phone. Only drawback is that they could be a little louder at max volume.

This thing is perfect for fellows that have "strange ears" like I have. I use this thing only for hands-free phone calls. All these one-ear hang-ons don't work for me and I was happy to find this device. Receiver sound is perfect, and I ask everyone if they can hear I'm hands-free. No-one notices. So, for what it is supposed to do, this thing is great. You may have noticed that I call it "this thing". It is quite bulky, so for trendy people I wouldn't suggest to wear it anywhere else than in the safe environment of your car (unless you want to set a new trend). Unlike the manual, charging this thing takes 3 to 4 hours. To me the "lightshows" on both ears should be off by default end evenly difficult to turn on. That's another thing: turning on and off is some kind of a hassle and you need your phone to figure out if it is off (when light shows are disabled).So bottom line, this thing would get five stars from me if it would be more elegant, would not have flashy lights on by default, would have a power-is-on indicator (very small LED of course) and/or would just have a simple on/off switch. But as said, for hands-free phone calls, this is the best device I've seen so far.

I love this headset.I listen to my iPod via the Jabra music adapter and when I open my LG Wave cellphone, it swaps over. It also works with the phone's Mp3 player; cool. My only problem is the lights, they're REALLY lame.

I've heard some of the greatest voices, orchestras and sound systems live and via much less expensive headset equipment. This headset design almost shocked me with it's lack of sound quality. Absolutely no bass response and if you crank the volume at all you experience much distortion. If you are old enough to remember AM transistor radios... hang one on each ear and you'd get much better quality.Thinking I had a defective set, I'm writing this after returning the first and listening to my second set. Exactly the same quality from multiple audio sources. Basically cell phone call quality in stereo regardless of the source.A BIG don't bother!

I am not an audiophile but I do like listening to music and cords between headphones and my portable music player have been driving me nuts. So when I saw that the Motorola Q (also an excellent product) supported both my Windows Media Audio (WMA) collection as well as all of the cool new bluetooth stereo headsets, I had to get it and these headphones. All I can say is that they work beautifully with my Q, the sound quality is much better than I was expecting and the cool bonus features such as pausing music when a phone call comes in and resuming when it ends is just awesome! Come on everyone, it's the year 2006, you should go wireless!EDIT: After using these products with my Motorola Q for a bit (as with other reviewers) I noticed that whenever music is paused, the headset drops the audio profile forcing you to reconnect on the phone with it before continuing listening. This was a major cool feature for me, so I contacted Jabra support and they unfortunately had no idea how to help me. It was clear that had done little to no testing with the Q so unfortunately, I ended up returning them to amazon. I purchased the motorola equivalent headset instead (the 820s) and have had no problems. It's sad because the sound quality on the Jabra set was better but I can't stand having to reconnect the profile all the time.

This is a very cool product. The stereo and the sound quality are superb. It is confortable for wearing extended periods of time. I am impressed with the time I use them before having to recharge. They work great with my Blackjack phone. The only downside that I have is the sensitivity of the interface for each earpiece when connecting/disconnecting a call or starting or stopping music. They are a tad to sensitive and it has taken a bit of time to get used to this attribute. Enjoy!

Make sure it works with your phone, and if your phone is a motorola it probably won't work. As motorola puts out very few audio bluetooth phones, in fact none that I have seen.It works with an LG Chocolate. It's the only phone that I actually know that this unit plays music with.If you buy this and it doesn't work with your phone this company will NOT allow you to return it. In fact, they won't let you return this headset for ANY reason.

The convenience offered by these headphones is great. Sound quality is good, and it allows you to turn off the annoying flashing blue lights that make you look like a techno buoy. The calls sound great and testing it with someone else proves the voice comes in clear. Sure the sound is not the greatest, but these are not designed for "premium" sound. They are designed to be portable, long range, and non corded, which they perform flawlessly. Unfortunately, I needed them soon so i had to pay top dollar for them (retail). The price on Amazon is a STEAL. not buying them, in my opinion, would be .. for lack of a better word... dumb. P.S. battery life is great (12 + hours with a 2 hour charge).
