I am obsessed. I've had my eufy for just 6 days now, but I already know it's going to change my life! I have a dog that sheds a *lot*, year-round. I've been thinking about a robot vacuum for a year and a half, and I finally bit the bullet after a lot of research. It's everything I need! I know it's not top-of-the-line, but it's great for the price. (For instance, I don't personally need a wifi-enabled vacuum; I'm perfectly happy with a simple scheduled-cleaning feature.) I've had it vacuum my house 1-2 times a day since it came. I wanted to write a review since I rely on them so much in making my purchases; hopefully this will be helpful!
Here are some things you might want to know:
-It's quieter than I thought it would be - just a tiny bit louder than my white-noise machines.
-It has a random vacuum pattern, but eventually it'll cover the whole area. (In my experience, it'll get back to any spots it misses. You can also program it to just do edges, or to focus on a particular spot, or control it yourself using the remote, if needed).
-It has some trouble finding the charging base. Overall, it's not a big problem. Mostly, it's gotten back. Other times, I've just taken it myself. I guess that may get annoying eventually, but I'd still take the eufy at it's price than pay a more for a "smarter" robo-vac without that issue.
-I had a few extension cords that I mounted on my wall to make sure the eufy won't try to eat them. It will get stuck if they're on the floor, but I think that's par-for-the-course.
-My house is so much cleaner now on a regular basis. It reaches spots that I can't with a regular vacuum or a broom :) AND it's given me more time to actuall clean, since I don't feel the need to vacuum all the time myself. I definitely don't regret it!

Love this thing! It cleans great, to the point where I can't figure out how it keeps finding so much dirt to pick up. It's low enough to get under things that don't get vacuumed with a regular vacuum. However it is just the right height to wedge itself under a few things, and cries until it is rescued. The remote is very useful to get it to go into our bedrooms. Sometimes it goes into the bedrooms on its own, sometimes it doesn't. Can't figure out how it thinks. The remote is the only downside. It works perfectly, but kills the batteries in a day if they are not removed. So I'm trying to get in the habit of removing the batteries after each use.
Update!! Three months after buying this I called Eufy, talked to Kevin L, and they are going to send me a new remote to solve the remote battery dying problem. Great customer service.
Update #2 Now 10 months into this, and the thing went crazy. Ran backwards in circles really fast. I e-mailed Eufy and they had me send a video of it being insane. They sent me a new one even though it was past it's six month warranty. Great customer service. The new one works great.
Update!! Three months after buying this I called Eufy, talked to Kevin L, and they are going to send me a new remote to solve the remote battery dying problem. Great customer service.
Update #2 Now 10 months into this, and the thing went crazy. Ran backwards in circles really fast. I e-mailed Eufy and they had me send a video of it being insane. They sent me a new one even though it was past it's six month warranty. Great customer service. The new one works great.

We have 2 Eufy Robo Vacs that together clean about 4000 sq ft of floor space. They do a great job as long as you clean out the dust and debris trap. Using these Eufys has cut down manual vacuuming to maybe 2 times a month. Great little machines!.
One of them broke after 6 months of daily use. One wheel stopped turning and it would spin in circles. I thought for sure it was out of warranty but I got on their website and found it has a 12 to 18 month warranty. I could actually navigate to the clear concise warranty part of the website. Something very rare with most products these days. I followed the instructions and called them. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady named Ashley in less than 1 min. Imagine that a real person and she spoke English!!! Ashley asked me a few simple questions about my problem and the serial # on the machine. Ashley e mailed me a postage paid shipping label that was waiting as soon as I hung up and said as soon as I took it to the USPS and they logged it in my new one would be shipped! Wow wow wow!! Best customer service I have experienced in many years.

This is hands down, unequivocally the worst vacuuming product I have ever bought. It is beyond useless. I've given this stupid thing every chance to prove me wrong, and it has failed fantastically at every turn. I bought this thing in February 2018 and I've waited until July 2019 just to write this review, hoping its performance would improve, and it hasn't.
We've got dark hardwood floors on our first floor and a yellow lab. All this robot does is roam around pushing piles of dog hair this way and that without every picking up a single hair. The suction power is garbage. Never thought a dustpan and brush would outperform this $250 marvel, but here we are. It also manages to get stuck on the corner of every single area rug we own. We had to build barricades around every rug just so this dog-hair-piler-upper wouldn't stop working every 16 seconds. It also has a unique skill of getting stuck under every piece of furniture - it can find its way under, but it can never find its way back out.
Upstairs, we've got light carpet without a lot of padding. Does this vacuum work better upstairs? Reader, it does not. I am currently sitting in a relatively small room that is approximately 10' x 12' watching this modern convenience get stuck under the same table 6 times in 10 minutes. It managed to entirely miss two whole thirds of the room, and the one-third of the room it did cover, it refused to pick up and lint or dust in its path, electing to use its magnificent brushes to push dust into its suction but not actually pick it up. Even when running directly over the lint, the vacuum will not remove it from the carpet.
Don't waste your money like I did. Skip this product and probably skip all eufy vacuums in the future. If you're going to spend any significant amount of money on a robot vacuum, just invest in a good one.

It is a good machine in it's fashion. It sucks up the dirt very well. The only issue I have with it is the brain. It only has minimal programming. Supposed to be the best in it's price range and i will keep it. It's just that I had a better, smarter, one until it died after 3 years. Spoiled me. Still my Eufy does a good job of cleaning. Just don't expect much with the programming function. Mine goes off at random times no matter what the cleaning schedule I try to program. Like the big dust bin. BTW, why do filters cost so much??!! Ridiculous. The various settings for room cleaning, cleaning in a spiral, edge cleaning, all work properly.
UPDATE: the factory contacted me after my initial review and offered to send me a new remote control to fix my scheduling problem. I was impressed that they were paying attention and cared about their customers. Unfortunately I never got the new remote. Sigh. Downgrading my rating.

I bought this on 12/19/17 so I wanted to wait a bit to review. I absolutely LOVE IT ! Is it perfect?...no, yes it does get stuck on the occasional cord on the ground and sometimes is unable to find the docking station , both not a bother to me. I have 3 dogs , one that sheds sheets and sheets of hair durings certain seasons , so this does exactly what I bought it to do , keep the hair and dust/dirt from the dogs down so in between house cleanings I don't have to bust out the big vacuum or sweep every other day. It is awesome!! I will give another review maybe after I have had it a year, I do my research and go allot by reviews on items so I hope this helps someone else make a good purchase decision.

Had the Eufy RoboVac 11+ for three days so far. Here are my observations from running on hardwood floors:
Room prep: After clearing the obvious obstacles from the vacuums path it was fun for the first time to see where it would get hung up and do the best to make sure it had a clear path the next time.
Suction: Decent amount of suction running on hardwood floors. Brushes work well directing debris.
Quiet: Super quiet operation.
High jump: The transition between two of my rooms has a pretty decent lip, around 1/2 inch. It climbed it with no problem.
Stuck: The vacuum does have a problem finding it's way out of narrow passages about 1 1/3 it's own width or smaller.
Lost and found: When the vacuum cleaned under my sofa it found and drug out my smart watch and cable which had fallen behind it (along with a burrito wrapper :-) ).
Just lost: When pressing the home button on the remote the vacuum does not find it's way to the base very well unless it is almost directly in front of it.
Take a break: The vacuum ran for 1.5 hours before I made it go home. It didn't seem like it was running out of power.
The two areas I would recommend the manufacture work on are 1: Getting itself out of narrow passages 2: Locating it's home base when the home button is pressed.
Overall the vac is a winner in my book. Pretty nice for my first robot.

So I got this product because my girlfriend is a cleanliness obsessive and I got tired of listening to her. The product is great if you want a pet. Let me explain it’s like having a pet turtle. It wanders off aimlessly never going in the same direction for very long. It gets stuck somewhere where it’s hard to find until you use the controller and get it to make a noise. And then you pick it up lIke a turtle by the Shell and put it on homebase only to experience the same thing the next day. I’ve had it for about two months and I don’t believe it’s ever cleaned my place and made it back to home base on its own. Very disappointed with this product.

This machine brought us back to robotic vacuum cleaners. We always had trouble with the battery life. Not with this one. It has the power of our prior iRobots, ease of maintenance, and the computerized scheduling and operation is fantastic. I love the way it picks up pet hair. It signals when it gets stuck in tight places but usually gets itself out of jams. The setup is simple, easy to install, and was cleaning a few hours after we got it. Battery Life is amazing. We have 2 of them, one for more than a year, and not a hint of power reduction. It is durable, takes a beating and just keeps going. The one we use in the Bonus Room where the dogs live does need extra cleaning attention every third or fourth run but other than that we are very happy with it.

I use this in my small apartmemt with hardwood floors and a few area rugs. I purchased it last year and everything worked perfectly. Eventually I started notocing some problem with the remote draining the batteries rapidly and the unit not returning to base for charging when pressing the return to home button. I contacted Eufy’s customer service and got a quick reply with some troubleshooting advice. I cleaned the unit per instructions and charging pins which did not resolve the issue. This is where Eufy’s customer service is amazing as compared to other companies. They sent me a shipping label and I sent my unit back to them and they sent me a new robovac with functioning remote and upgraded unit. I still have to try the new unit and see if there are any futher issues. Trial run shows it to be perfect!!
Pros:
1. Good battery life
2. Great suction power (on hardwood floor and small carpets/rugs. It increases suction power when on a carper automatically)
3. Great maneuverability. You can use the remote to maneuver to specific area or use spot cleaning option. It easily moves from carpet to hardwood without getting stuck. Finds it way out of a tight spot. It can get over small raised edges like the taised wooden/tile/metal piece between the wood floor and tiles or wood floor and carpet.
4. Easy to clean handsfree (without getting your hands dirty and when it comes to full cleaning including the filter and brushes, it is easy)
5. Provides great overall coverage in terms of cleaning area
6. Low profile to clean under the furniture
7. Timer functionality
8. Quietness
9. Last but most important....excellemt customer service!!
Cons

1. Doesn’t have camera or sensors to know which area it has cleaned and which it hasn’t. So misses a few area and cleans some areas multiple times but for the price and functionality, it does an amazing job
2. Return to home can be a miss if you don’t have required space around the charging unit

UPDATE: Unfortunately, this was a waster of 186 dollars. This machine rarely gets all of our rooms in a 1900 square foot home. It never finds its way back to the charger. Its gets confused and stuck under beds. Most rooms get done halfway and then it finds its way back out. It does a terrible job picking up lots of material from our hardwood floor. While it does get a lot of the cat dander, things like cat litter or larger crumbs (1/8" in diameter) are difficult. Nothing performs like a real vacuum and I would rather spend 20 minutes vacuuming my house with a good vacuum than continue to be disappointed by this. Save your money and buy something else.
FIRST REVIEW - The Eufy does a decent job of vacuuming, but it gets stuck all the time and just runs out of battery. It has yet to clean the whole house on its own. On days when I am home, I can leave it in a room and close the door, come back in 10 minutes, move it to another room, and keep doing that until everything has been cleaned. Its still less effort and vacuuming and I don't have to sweep as much anymore.

Every day my carpets don't look like they need to be vacuumed. But every day Eufy finds a buttload of hair. So I let her do her thing every day. I have several cats and several dogs. I don't have to vacuum. How much should I pay for that? It's very motivating to clean up the floor before she runs over things. So my house looks nice every day. It's very satisfying to dump out the canister each day and see what I didn't have to vaccum. I don't feel like I'm cleaning the whole house by myself. I'm getting older and I get out of breath and sore from vacuuming. I didn't know they did so well with pet hair or I might have got one a long time ago. I don't even have a dishwasher, and I have this vacuum. It's not an extravagance, it's practical.

Eufy is a complete life changer. I read hundreds of reviews before deciding on this product as opposed to Roomba or another more well known brand. I could not be happier with my decision. It truly has lit up my life!
Eufy arrived in a neat little briefcase. The packaging was so nice, I slowly unpacked it despite my eagerness to get cleaning! Normally I toss packaging in the trash anytime I know I am going to keep a product, but I tucked the briefcase away neatly in the closet, to be enjoyed another day.
I found a good space for the charging station, and put Eufy on to charge. I eagerly awaited a full charge (solid blue light) so I could take him for a test drive. The initial charge took about 5 hours. Within the first five minutes of the test clean, I was HOOKED. I was a little concerned about Eufy potentially getting stuck in a few places in my house, but to my surprise, he is surprisingly resilient and determined to get himself out of "sticky" situations.
If I had a 3 story house, I would have 3 Eufys. I will be ordering a Eufy for my parents for Christmas! Take it from a person who sheds blood, sweat, and tears trying to maintain an immaculately clean house with 9 cats, 3 dogs, and a rabbit... this thing is worth every penny, plus some!

This little thing is a great budget alternative to a roomba.
It doesn't do the house mapping thing, it just bumps around until it cleans the place and then shuts down when the battery is dead, or it gets caught on something.
It cleans great, its easy to empty and clean the filters. The charge lasts quite a while
on the down side, it gets caught up easily, you need to do some prep work around the house and make sure there arent strings, cables, curtains, dog poo or wifes feet in the way.
Other than that its a great product and the customer support for Eufy is extremely helpful and quick with replacments. Ours had some trouble after running over some.... dog material.

Please don't spent over $250 to purchase this product. We have given it a really good shot. We have tried to use it for 3 months. The product reviews promised that it was the best in its class for the price. The Eufy cannot be left alone as is advertised because it frequently gets stuck in many places around the house - on edge of carpet, in between furniture, under the couch. Its artificial intelligence does not learn from its mistakes and gets caught in the same places over and over again. For the amount of babysitting and reorienting and redirecting you have to do and the trade off for the weakness of its suction, might as well just get a vacuum cleaner out and vacuum yourself. In addition, it also quits in the middle of the room without any physical obstacles and the remote is malfunctioning after a few months. It is a poorly engineered product and is definitely not worth the money. The product does not make your life easier. They have a long way to go.

- Seems to clean the same spots over and over

I thought since my place only a one bedroom that a room mapping feature of the more expensive vacuums was overkill and the randomized movement of this would suffice. However it doesn't move that well and seems to constantly go over the same areas and gets stuck every now and then. Also trying to use the remote control to direct it is a bit frustrating, it always seems to go diagonal from the direction I want it to go in. On the positive side it did have good suction power and I never saw it fail to pick up stuff it passed over. However even at this price I think a human directed vacuum is better. I find myself using my Dyson stick a lot more frequently these days as it's just more efficient.

Mr. Eufy has some good qualities and bad. It's great at climbing up from the wood floor onto the thick area rug and it picks up well. You can make it do an ever-growing spiral, which is nice if you spilled something. You can make it clean around the baseboards, which is also very cool. What I wish it would do is clean the middle of the room in some sort of organized fashion. Eufy is a lot like a puppy. It starts off here, then stops and goes off to see something else. There is no pattern. Just zip, zag, zoom. Whatever. I suppose that eventually, it will get everything up, but I like order. Also, he doesn't know how to get back to his dock. I have to guide him there with the remote. Three feet away, he finally sees it and drives into his little harbor. Also, for some weird reason, he just wakes up and starts running around at any hour of the day. Weird. .

After reading several reviews and having had a positive review by Consumer Reports, I decided to purchase this. We have all hardwood and tile flooring and with two dogs and two cats, we get lots of hair. We run our RoboVac several times a week and it does a great job get the hair and dust. It's low enough to get under our couches where numerous hairballs gather. It picks up stray cat litter, too. The only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that it doesn't always find it's way back to it's base/charge and I have to give it some help with the hand remote. It's not as good on the few throw rugs in getting the pet hair up, but it does get some of it. It also does a great job sensing the stairs and has never fallen off of them. I highly recommend this RoboVac. You can't beat it for the price.

I took a chance on this "unknown brand" and I AM SO GLAD I DID! I have had it for 20 days now and it is cleaning superbly on my mostly tile floor, but I do have carpet as well. We have two dogs and a huge hair problem and this thing is full of hair every day. Emptying and cleaning is easy, (it comes with a handy tool to remove the hair from the brush), and for me I must do this daily. I believe it runs for about 1 1/2 hours (on a daily schedule) and then returns to base. It has a remote and also an edge-only and spot cleaning mode. If it gets stuck, and sometimes it will get caught on a cord or over a strange uneven surface, it will try getting out, it will beep and let you know, and it turns itself off. (It does not ever get tangled "bad" in a cord, but caught nevertheless.) Sometimes it doesn't find its way back to base and I'm ok with that. Me and ESPECIALLY MY WIFE are extremely pleased with its performance and it's low price.

I have a small house, light hardwood floors and have 2 cats. I run this a few times a week only when I'm home so I can babysit. The reason being is because I often have to rescue it. I knew this already from reading the reviews. I dont want to run it when I'm gone anyway. If you have pets, you probably need to replace the roller brush once every 6 months or so FYI. I thought something was wrong with mine because it kept stopping and beeping 3 times and the manual says 3 beeps is for a clogged roller brush. The brush is completely clean and not clogged. I called and spoke to Kevin and he had me try it without the brush and it runs fine! Im so happy my Eufy is not broken, just needs a replacement brush. If you need customer service, ask for Kevin. He is great!

I love that I don't have to vacuum everyday (I have two cats and this dramatically changed my cleaning routine) BUT it is not the smartest robot: Cons: it will run in to objects even after I try and wipe down the sensors, it doesn't map your room so if it likes an area its stays for a while and then will randomly jet off and come back again, I only use it down stairs on the hard wood but when I tried to use it upstairs and the "drop off" feature didn't work - it went tumbling down the stairs, luckily I was watching it and caught it half way down, now I have to block off the stairs like it is a child so it doesn't fall. Lastly, the rubber flap underneath ripped in half so it sometimes get stuck and makes an annoying noise but it eventually gets loose and eufy is still rockin'. Ever since I set the first schedule time for cleaning, it never actually cleans at the time I set; for example if I set it at 2:00pm it will go at 2:45 or even 3:30 sometimes basically whenever it feels like it.
Pros: not nearly as loud as a vacuum, still makes noise but I can watch TV at the same time just need a little higher volume. One full charge cycle has a cleaning cycle of at least 90 minutes sometimes more which is great for larger areas. the price wasn't bad for what it does.
Overall I am satisfied (sometimes). Would recommend if you aren't too picky or just need it as a helper not as an alternative.

I have this model, the 11+ with Power Boost Technology and the other Model 11. I bought the 11 first and loved it so much, I bought a second one. By this time, the 11+ had come out.
The 11+ is retarded compared to the 11. It chronically gets stuck. It will burrow itself under things like cabinets and furniture. The original 11 just senses it and reverses course. It also does not sense the stairs as well and will fall off the stairs.
And it cannot find its way back home as it's supposed to, even when you tell it to and set it right by the base!
I'm sending this one back and getting the now more expensive original 11.

I have given this a full month trial. I wish I could return the item, but it looks like it's past the time that I can. We haven this unti set up to go off in the morning just after we leave for work. EVERY day I come home hoping to see the little guy docked into its spot,but I don't. Actually in over a month of use this has happened THREE times. Basically the robot gets stuck somewhere every single day. Which mean it doesn't finish its cleaning cycle. It does an OK job on the actual cleaning. It tends to push a lot of dust around and miss a lot on the first pass. The unit is also very very loud. On the weekends it wakes us all up on the 2nd floor of a large home, while it's going on the first floor.
As I type this, I had just ran downstairs to save it because it was stuck in a new place, I just heard it beeping again because it got re stuck.... waste of money

Seriously, I wasn't sure that this vacuum would live up to my expectations but it is amazing. I use the timer option and it runs every night for just shy of 2 hours. It finds stuff every night. Every night. Which is kind of gross if you think about it but at the same time it gets to places that we don't. Under the couch, under the beds, in the corners, you get the picture. It's great. It's worth it. I've had it now for about 2 months and I'm still happy. The warning light system makes it super-easy to see what's wrong with it. It will get caught on a shoelace or a cord occasionally but it does better going over thresholds than I ever imagined. We have two dogs as well and long hair. I seem to clean the beater bar about every week but it is super easy to do so. The whole thing is easy. Easy to use. Easy to clean.
