Рудольф делает большую работу. Но не говори ему, что я сказал.
Я купил его около месяца назад.сначала это было похоже на получение нового питомца. Мы шли за ним в свой первый маршрут и подивились их работу и как они решены некоторые препятствия. Планируется дважды в week.by теперь это разрешено делать свою работу с Анта Руж шел сзади Рудольф делает большую работу. не говори ему, что я сказал. Ах да, моя жена влюблена в него.

Roomba является переоценивают!
В румбу, кажется, всегда иметь полный бак, несмотря на его опорожнения каждого использования. Это не чисто наш маленький дом в один сеанс и часто уходит в несколько раз домашнего. Не счастливы с продуктом и на протяжении почти 1000$, это не стоит.

Once Roomba gets your money they don't support you.
Не буду тратить свои деньги снова на этот продукт. Работает первые пару месяцев, потом оставляет комочки. Пытался вам помочь и компании, робот-пылесос относится к тебе, как твои глупые, они получают свои деньги, и это все, что они хотят.

Как роботы идут его хороший друг.
Делает большую работу, единственный недостаток-нужна кнопка отключения звука, чтобы остановить звуковой сигнал на старт и финиш. Приложение работает хорошо, настроен был прямой.

Guys Anker \eufy is a Chinese brand with very ordinary quality..if you are spending 12900 does not seen worth.Their headfones do not last even 3 months due to cheap quality materials .

I have had Eufy since the end of October 2017. It is an amazing little creation. We have all tile floors and a cat and eufy really was helping clean the floors.

HOWEVER.... the swivel ball broke a week ago and it no longer stays attached to machine. We lightly use this machine. We were not hard on it. It just broke.

After I purchased eufy the seller contacted me by email and asked me to write a review. The seller also said the following in their email “As always, we stand behind our products and will work tirelessly to put things right if you encounter any problems. Simply reply to this email to get hassle-free support.“

Sounds good right? Except.... I have sent two emails explaining that Eufy is broken and I have not heard back. So much for hassle free support.

I liked Eufy until it broke. $259 for a machine that worked for only 6 weeks is too high a price to pay. Beware

Update: 12/27/17
Eufy seller contacted me after I left review of broken eufy. Said they would help me with broken part on eufy. So far I have not received the part .... but I am hopeful I will get it soon. Too bad I had to leave a review to get their attention. My previous emails to them had gone unanswered.
Customer service is important when you spend this much on a product.

UPDATE: My eager beaver has started cleaning at midnight without being programmed. This is a huge problem and from the questions, it's common. I've emailed the company. I don't want to return it because it works so well, but I can't have it running wild all hours of the day and night. I don't know. For the work it does and the low cost, I might have to learn to live with some quirks.
2nd Update: After the 2nd night of haunted cleaning, I turned it off. It was off for about 18 hrs before I got back to it. I cleaned the roller brush, unplugged the base, then set it back up Plugged in the base, put unit back on the base and turned it on. I decided to send it to clean for a quick once around and sent it back to the base via the remote. And waited for midnight. It slept through the night. If this happens again, I'm gong to just turn it off. It does what I want it do which is clean, not be a toy/gadget. I'm really not that interested in the bells and whistles. My upright vacuum is supposed to clean and it doesn't come close to the work this one does. So if it has issues, as long as it cleans, I'm happy.
It makes it back to the base on it's own about half the time, depending on where it is when it starts back. Again, not an issue for me because I don't run it when I'm not at home.
Another tip is about maintenance. After running it about 2-3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, I noticed it was running rough and loud. After a thorough cleaning of the roller brush, it's running quiet and smooth again. I have 3 pets and loads of hair and it's not warm weather yet. You have to maintain it and give it a clear path. Remember you are the human.
Before I made the purchase, I googled top/best rated robot vacs and this one came up at the top of the list over the $900 Roomba. I have never been so happy with a product. This thing is amazing. It's the first day and I'm beyond impressed. Before it got here, I did a thorough cleaning to help it out. I have one dog, 2 cats and 2 people with big feet. It's always a hair/ dust mess. So I swept and mopped. I wouldn't have left that much mess for anything. I got all the wires, cords, and cables off the floor. Took chairs out that we don't use. I prepped the house. It has freedom to do it's job and I don't have to worry about it getting trapped. I wanted success and I got it. It's obsessed. Don't pay the big money for the fancy brand. I like that I can actually direct it to dirty areas with the remote if I don't want to wait for it to find them. When I told my tech son that I ordered it, I got the eye roll. Now he's a believer. Says "this thing is awesome!" It's in the kitchen working away while I sit here and type. Right out of the box it went to work and went into every room of the house like a scout. A friend told me it's learning the lay of the land. I just went to divert it from the kitchen using the remote. I'm thrilled.
I don't have carpet since my dog loves to pee on rugs, so I can't say anything about that. All tile and dark laminate. The dark color hasn't been an issue. It went behind a chair and found a hairball. After that, it worked behind the chair until it was satisfied it was clean. Others have said it works great on cat litter. I won't risk it. Every vacuum I've ever had was ruined with sticky cat litter. I'll take care of that myself to protect this wonderful thing. It's only January and the dog is already shedding. I can't imagine another Spring and Summer of daily sweeping only to look back and see more hair flying across the floor. I'll run it every night if I have to. It's quiet enough to watch TV and talk on the phone. It just finished after running for over an hour and a half and made it's way home. It was pretty far away, but it got there.

Over the years I've owned a number of robot vacuum cleaners, including a number of iRobot products. I'm very impressed with the RoboVac line, and prefer it over the iRobot. This is our second Eufy Robovac having also purchased the prior model Robovac 11 last year which we have used daily with great success. This vacuum looks good - sporting a classy minimalistic appearance. It has a smooth glass top surface which is easy to keep clean and is resistant to damage from furniture impacts. Everything about this vacuum from packaging to the product has a premium upscale feel to it. The new vacuum is noticeably quieter than the prior model, and it navigates faster than the old model. I am very pleased with its cleaning performance - it's amazing how much dust and debris end up in the collection bin after each and every cleaning cycle. Speaking of the collection bin, this model's bin has been redesigned and is now significantly larger. It also has a foam filter in addition to the paper filter. This vacuum has improved proximity sensors and now rarely bumps into objects, deftly navigation around object while avoiding collisions.

The cleaning pattern appears to be random, but by the end of the cleaning cycle, the floor is clean. Once the cycle is completed, the vacuum will roam around the house "looking" for the charging base and upon locating it, will cleverly park itself on the charging pad. All in all, we love our Eufy, and this new model improves upon the prior one. Would definitely recommend!

I really like this RoboVac 11+ so far. (I've had it for 12 hours and have only used it once) Due to the cons listed below, however, I also ordered the iRobot Roomba 690 to try out to see if I might like that better. The prices right now are only $25 apart, so might as well try it out. One of my concerns with Eufy is it hasn't yet built a long reputable history. While the RoboVac 11 has earned top spots in many comparative reviews, only time will tell how long it actually lasts. From what I can tell on these reviews, that seems like many units only last for 3 months... I know iRobot's Roomba devices can easily last for years. On a similar note, I'm concerned when it comes time to replace parts on my Eufy, it may be harder to find them than it would be for Roomba.

Pros: Very quiet, picks up a lot! (can't believe my floors were that dirty; you'll be surprised too). You can't beat the price, but Eufy seems to be raising their prices recently whereas other brands are lowering them...

Cons: No way to schedule what day(s) to clean on. You can schedule it, but then it will run at that time every single day unless you turn the thing off. Most other brands have a way for you to schedule it to run, say 3 times per week, rather than 7. I also wish it would go back to cleaning once it dies and has recharged. That's a really nice feature to have. Though I guess if the thing runs 7 times a day, eventually then my whole place should get cleaned. Furthermore, I'm not a fan of having to memorize what all the different light colors, light patterns, and number of beeps mean to understand what my RoboVac needs from me. I'd rather an app notify me that I need to replace a part, or clean a filter, than hoping I'm home and hear 1, 2, or 3 beeps to know what I need to do. My RoboVac had a really hard time finding its way home to the charging base. I put the thing right in front of it with nothing anywhere near it other than the base, and it still went in the exact opposite direction or tried to climb on top of its own charging base. Silly RoboVac. Lastly, and this is important, the path the RoboVac takes is superrrrr random. It went to the same section of my living room 10 times, and completely ignored another section in its entire cleaning. Same story in my bedroom; it refused to go around my bed even though there is a ridiculous amount of space for it to get by.

I have the Power Boost mode turned on, and never hear it come on when I do the carpets vs the hardwood floors. If it is on, it's super quiet which is awesome.

I have 30 days to return this thing, so I'm going to try it out for a few more, and compare it myself to the iRobot Roomba 690. I will return whichever I like least (or give it to a family member for Christmas...)

This is the third brand of robot vacuum I have tried in 7 years. I have tried (in order of preference) Neato, Roomba and this, Eufy. I have found the Neato the vacuum with the best suction (I've had 5 - two replaced due to breaking down) and it doesn't bump things as forcefully as the Roomba. I decided to try the Eufy, because I was tired of having the Neato breakdown at about 1.5 years (though, Neato did replace my latest one even though it was past warrantee). The Eufy was $200 cheaper and had great reviews. The short of it was: I returned it in 2 weeks.

I found that it did the poorest job of actually vacuuming, even in the boost mode. I have two labs and it left tangles all along the floor or simply pushed the hair into small dams. Then it got stuck under foot rests and sofas that the other robots navigated or avoided successfully. I know the manual warns against letting it go under couches, BUT THEN WHAT HOUSE IS IT DESIGNED FOR? If you have futons or couches or foot rests or TV stands with low clearance, forget it. It looks to me that this bot has no sense of height. Between poor vacuum power and getting stuck continuously, I returned it. We have the replacement Neato and are happy again.

On the positive side, it was the quietest rob-vac I have tried.

I really can't understand the overall positive reviews based on my experience.

Floors were mostly wood with some thin carpets.

So... I really wanted to like Eufy. It’s been about 3 months or so since I purchased this product. All i can say is Eufy isn’t very smart. He constantly gets stuck under the lip of the refrigerator doors, edge of couch, under a chair, etc. so he must be supervised when cleaning to come rescue him from those spots. I think the annoying thing is, once you rescue him from say the refrigerator once, in about 10 minutes he has already made his way back to the refrigerator and gets stuck again.
Cleaning: he cleans alright, but misses big sections in my house. It seems like he cleans one area like 10 times and misses 10 ft away entirely.
The remote: eats up batteries, in the 3-4 months I have had eufy the remote is on it’s 3rd set of batteries. I don’t use the remote that often, maybe once every 2 weeks.

Recommendation: If you have a small area, Eufy might serve all your needs.

Update 1/7/17:
Eufy customer service has contacted me and they are sending me a new remote for free. Excellent customer service. will change from 2/5 stars to 3/5 for the customer service. will update when i recieve the remote and test it.

I purchased this unit in December of 2017. At first, it worked extremely well on our wood floors. I used it a couple of times a week for six weeks and now it has broken down. The unit will only go in circles. One of the drive wheels is making a bad grinding sound. I made sure it was clean and that there were no foreign objects near the visible components.

On a good note, I called the manufacturer and explained the problem. They answered the phone right away. They immediately emailed me a return shipping label so I could return the unit with no cost to me. They will ship a new unit (hopefully not refurbished) as soon as they receive the defective one. If the replacement unit functions for a reasonable period of time without failing, I'll change my rating.

Update Number 1 - Changed the rating to three stars from one star. The replacement unit (brand new) was received today which is only three days after I shipped the defective unit back to them at the manufacturer's expense. I appreciate the quick turn around.

Ok, this is my first Robo vac, so I have nothing to compare it to. After much research and reading reviews on many, many Robo vacs, I chose the Eufy. “She” arrived in a couple of days and was immediately named Berta (from Two and a Half Men, so we didn’t set the bar too high for her). We live in a 2000sq, ft, one story house and have six small rescue dogs and I currently vacuum 5 days a week, so I decided to welcome the help, we read the directions, picked up all cords off the floor and turned Berta loose. Fast forward a few weeks- I’m still very pleased with Berta. I have low pile throw rugs and all wood/tile floors. She has no problem going over all surfaces. I have thicker plush rugs in the bathrooms so I close the bathroom doors while Berta is doing her thing. I will say I would never have her vacuum while I was gone. She has occasionally got hung up under a piece of furniture if she gets in just the right angle. I also will say she tends to stay in the big open areas unless I use the remote to direct her where I want her to go. It’s no big deal, I’ll just start her in a room that needs extra attention (like our master bedroom, under the bed.) every third day or so. Berta is a huge help to me so I can do laundry or work on other things. She’s extremely quiet. I’m not shocked at the amount of dust and dog hair that accumulates in the receptacle, because I was used to seeing what my upright collected with every use. All my dogs ignore Berta but one, and that’s the same one that barked at the upright. My only cons to mention is that #1.- Berta doesn’t return to the docking station unless she’s in the same room (I’m sure its because she runs out of “juice” before she can get back). No big deal because I’m always home when she’s in use. #2.- Berta started vacuuming on her own one night and woke up my husband at 1:30 a.m. We still chuckle about that. Still not an issue, I’m very please with my Eufy and would highly recommend.

Had this unit 14 months, at which point its movement patterns became erratic, rendering it non-functional. At its best, it was markedly inefficient at picking up any debris on any of my Persian carpets. Additionally, it would frequently be unable to traverse the slight elevations posed by room thresholds. It was initially helpful in collection of dust bunnies in hard-to-reach locations, but was, at best, mediocre even on wood and tile flooring. It was operated daily and was able to successfully dock 25% of the time.

When RoboVac became non-functional, customer service, while quick to respond, would not consider extending the warranty beyond 12 months "because it wouldn't be fair to other customers." Further, their suggestions for remediation were ineffective, and their communicative style suggested either an AI platform response or people for whom English was not their primary language. Either way, they had canned, useless suggestions and were unhelpful in the extreme.

I am unfamiliar with other models but based on this experience would not consider purchasing another Robovac (and NEVER the Eufy RoboVac 11) until functionality was vastly enhanced.

Update: We decided to keep the bot and I'm so glad we did. What is truly impressive is all the dusty particulate matter that it picks up. I'm talking about the stuff that would ordinarily just blow around if you used a broom or even a dust mop. This bot collects all of it. Love it!

Original review: Just got this yesterday and decided to try it tonight. Mind you, I just swept my floors on Saturday and they looked pretty clean to me. Today is Monday. I can't believe all the dirt, dust, and debris that this little gadget collected. The collection bin was almost full and I didn't even let it go the full cycle. We have laminate floors with area rugs in the living spaces; carpet in the bedrooms. One cat, 2 adults.

This is quite the guilty pleasure and it did a great job. Not sure we will keep it since I kind of felt like I had to babysit it but that could be because I've never used one before and don't know if I really trust it yet. We have a few learning curves to work through. The bot got stuck a couple of times between the edge of the kitchen area rug and the toe kick of the cabinet. Adjusting the rug placement seemed to solve that problem. It did a decent job on picking up the cat liter in the bathroom once I used the remote and set it to spot clean on the area rug. That was nice. The most worrisome issue was it seemed to have trouble finding it's way back to home base. I felt bad watching it wander around so I picked it up and placed it close and that worked. That might have something to do with where I placed the charger though so we'll play with that and see if it does better after I relocate it.

The product description says not recommended for thick carpet and dark floors. One of our area rugs is pretty plush and I feel like the bot did a decent job. I didn't even expect it to climb up there but it did! Our floors are a dark walnut color and again, no problems.

This little robot vac works very, very well and overall we are quite impressed. I'll use my full 30 days to figure out exactly how lazy I really am to determine if we will keep this or not.

Got this in January 2018 as a lightning deal. Originally, it would run for about 2 hours before heading back to the dock to recharge. Let the thing run this weekend (usually cancel the job when I'm at home on Sat/Sun) and noticed the run time is down to 45 minutes. Since there's no way to replace the battery, I'm guessing I'll get ~2 years of use before the thing is completely useless, or I open it up to see what kind of battery it uses to replace it with something. Would not buy this thing again, and wouldn't have in the first place if I had known the battery is not replaceable. I've gotten a minimum of 5 years service from every other robot vac that I've owned, starting with the original Roomba, by replacing the batteries when needed. Infact, the Samsung unit I got around the same time as this thing for the other floor in my home just had it's battery replaced and is back to what it was like when new.

[EDIT 4/1/19] The thing is completely useless now. Leaves the charging station and runs for a few minutes and then dies completely. Thought I would have a few months of the short 45 minute cycle where it would get back to the charging station but I guess not. Do not buy this thing. Debating on what to get next but it won't be an Eufy product unless it has a replaceable battery and is on sale for a pretty good discount.

[EDIT 4/30/20] Had a request to answer a question for this pop up and figured I should update this review. I eventually did take the thing apart to see what could be done about the dead battery. In the end, I cut a hole in the bottom of the thing to create an access hatch to replace the battery when it goes bad and 3d printed a cover for it. The battery is just a standard NiMH that is used by other vacuums, but you will probably have to cut and then solder the connector from the old one to get it to work. Still staying at 1 star since there really is no excuse to force a customer to have to do this.

I've had this little guy for about a week now and I REALLY like him. My daughter named him Turbo. She likes to drive him around with the remote. I have wanted a robot vac for some time, but felt they were so incredibly expensive. This is one one was in line with what I was willing to pay and the reviews are great so I gave it a shot. I originally almost bought the 11 model, and just stumbled across the 11+ by accident. The 11+ has larger wheels and stronger suction, and appeared to be more suited for my medium pyle carpeted bedrooms, though the main purpose is to clean my tile and wood floors. This little guy easily cruises over the transition strips, but also barely makes it under the couch and ottoman. I also love the way he goes under the bed and my chest and dresser. He really picks up a lot of stuff. I put some rice in about 10 different areas to see how he did. He got most of it the first cleaning, more the second go around, and by the 3rd round, he had all of it. Sure he misses a little bit here and there, but I think the plan is to let him have time to do his thing, and let him do it each day. Eventually, he gets everywhere. It's satisfying to know that he just finished and there is very little debris in the bin because the floors are much cleaner to start with. My floors look great! I do have a couple of places under my cabinets where he gets stuck, so I just block them off with something in the way. Eventually I'll find a little plastic or rubber stopper of some sort that I can discreetly affix under those places. However, the poor guy already has battle scars on top from the cabinets like he's been through a war. But, he keeps on moving. I had a little trouble programming him to start automatically, but customer support told me to take him off the charger when setting a start time. That worked, but he isn't very good at telling time. He seems to be about 15 minutes late sometimes, but if you are patient and let him do his thing, you will be happy. I have had a couple times when he didn't make it back home to charge, but usually he is fine. He obviously isn't as smart as some of the more expensive models that are more methodical in their approach, and I can't control him with wifi. The 11C model has wifi but not the larger wheels and stronger suction. He just meanders around and is kind of fun to watch. Eventually, the job is done. You will learn real quick to pick up the things off the floor that bother him like charger cords, socks, etc., but for me, that all leads to a cleaner neater home. Battery life is great - almost 2 hours. I highly recommend this little Robot. Like I already said, only one week so far. I hope he holds up. I bought another one as a Christmas gift.
Updated 11/8/17 - Great customer service. Got an email with some tips on setting the clock and programming start time. This worked perfect. Turbo is now right on schedule. Also, I forgot to mention 2 more impressive things. Super quiet. I can hear it, but I don't mind it cleaning the same room I am watching tv in, talking on the phone, or with another person. But, sometimes I feel like he is following me! Lol. Lastly, cleanup is a breeze. Well thought out design to remove and empty the debris bin, but also super easy to clean hair and gunk off the roller brush and other brushes. The end even slide off the roller brush and wound hair comes right off! for the hair wrapped around the middle, the little handy cleaning brush is perfectly equipped with a protected razor to cut right thru it. I guess I didn't replace the bin once and found that Turbo had left it behind on the floor while he went on cleaning the house. I thought it was a little odd that he still runs with the bin not attached, but I have to accept at least some responsibility for putting it back in place properly. The only annoying thing so far is how often he gets caught under my kitchen cabinets. I am going to try to find some small discreet bumpers of some kind to stick up under the trouble spots so he can't get under there. I'm sure I'll come up with something. Overall, I still love it! Now that he can tell time to auto start, I'll upgrade to five stars.

I can't rave enough about this little robot vacuum. It is a great value! It navigates my mid and low plush carpets and hardwood floors. I have the 11S model and it fits under my living room chairs, dressers, night stand, etc. It isn't a smart one - so it doesn't need wifi or special little stoppers. It bumps its way around in a random pattern but doesn't leave marks. It finds its way around my 1300 square foot ranch and back to the charging station just fine. I have a raised ranch and was afraid it would plunge down the stairs and over the drop off at the stairwell, but it doesn't - it senses it and backs up. Amazing! It will get tangled in electric cords, so you need to put them up or at least make sure they are tight to the wall. I don't really use the remote or automatic scheduling feature. I just hit the button and it starts and does the whole house in one charge. Takes several hours to re-charge. You need to empty the dirt cup at every use. I use it 2 times a week and I rarely need to pull out my big vacuum any more - just for stairs mostly. Best thing I ever bought!

We've been using little Eufy for about a month now and there are things that we like and things we don't. This is our first robotic vacuum so we don't really have a reference to compare.
PROS:
1. Out of the box it's easy to setup and charge.
2. It works GREAT on bare floors
3. The brush roller gets clogged with hair and fibers but it is easy to take off, clean, and replace
4. It does pull up some dirt and hair, but it's not full after a normal run. Our regular stand-up vacuum does a much better job
5. It tends to work its way out of trouble if there's enough room.

CONS: So far the only down side is that it gets stuck frequently for no apparent reason. The 3 beeps seem to be saying "HELP. ME. PLEASE" and then someone has to go over to it and press the reset button and it goes on its merry way. I think this wouldn't be a big deal if it were just one time but it occurs multiple times on each run, sometimes to the point where it's so annoying we just put it back on the base. The funny thing is, when it's actually stuck on something, it keeps up the good fight and won't beep! Yesterday it got stuck on an inclined cat scratcher and just sat there, spinning its wheels but going nowhere, but not letting us know. This only occurs when it's on carpet. Our carpet isn't short (like office carpet) but it's not shag either. Just standard carpet. Bare floors are the Eufy's playground and it will zig-zag happily the entire time. It would be nice if it were better at getting the corners in the kitchen but it gets close enough.

I had seen others tape over the sensors but in our case, that just made it stop completely. It takes a couple steps backward and beeps immediately.

Based on other reviews we thought the bin would be full all the time but it has yet to pull up a whole lot of dirt and we only have to empty it every other day or less.

Overall we're underwhelmed by Eufy and are deciding whether to send it back or not. In a perfect world it would just do its job and return to base but we find ourselves managing its quirkiness every day.

I own a iRobot 980 which is a smart robot with extremely strong suction and it is loud. I bought this to clean my basement where my 2 dogs love to play all day long. So they shed like crazy. This is a dumb robot compared to the roomba because it doesn't map out the floor, it just cleans until the battery is almost dead then consistently bumps around everywhere looking for the base to go back and charge. But I must say it does a very good job by consistently cleaning whereas the roomba can tell when its bin is full and go back to the base, this one doesn't. But after a few days the bin won't be completely stuffed. It will clean very well and it is by far wayyyyyyy less quieter than the roomba 980. It still gets the job done very well. Just make sure you move stuff out of its way as it well try to swallow a human if possible lol. It will literally try to suck everything into its jaws. I've had to robot proof the basement now, and now theres no dog hair anywhere.

I've never owned a robotic vacuum and I really wanted to love this one. Our first one we bought 18 months ago broke a week after the one year warranty was up. Eufy couldn't send me the replacement part but offered me a refurbished unit for ~$90, so I bought that and I kept the old one for parts. It does pick up a remarkable amount of dust and dog hair when it completes a cycle and keeps us from sweeping and vacuuming as much as we did before we had it. Since i've never owned another one, it's hard to compare to others. The problem is that we have kids and there's frequently something left on the floor somewhere that gets sucked up in the brush and makes it stop. Also, both our original unit and the refurbished tell stop and beep four times to tell me that the bumper is stuck. On the original unit, it really did get stuck a lot. On the refurbish unit it doesn't so I push the bumper in and out a few times, clear the code and send it on it's way. But it runs when we are not at home and it completes a cycle only about 50% of the time. Another issue is that they want you to have 1 meter on either side of the base unit 2 meters in front clear of obstacles so that it can find its way back to the base. We only have one wall like that in our house, it's in our living room, and we don't want the vacuum to be so prominent in the living room. So we have it tucked away in the corner and it finds the base maybe 10% of the time, otherwise it just runs until the battery runs down. and stops. Then the kids and I have a game of "find the vacuum" when we get home from work/school. So, if I were buying a new one, I would know more about them and would look at other brands.
