No complaints
So far, this is working great. Just be aware that it does not come with a cpu cooler. Also, not all software supports its GPU or can make good use of all of the performance/efficiency cores. That is not a complaint about the chip. Just make sure that your software/use/need can utilize all that this chip can offer.

Fantastic CPU
It’s a little expensive but regardless, this thing is a beast. Paired it with a 3070 ti that I got on sale and so far haven’t had any issues. I’m not over clocking so I can’t review that, but for normal, everyday gaming this thing tears it up so far!

Awesome CPU
My last PC CPU was an intel 9700k and while gaming-wise the performance doesn't seem much higher. I obviously get a few more FPS, but it has not been so noticeable. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference on a blind test. However, this CPU is just amazing for every other task and overall I am happy with it.
Paired with the Asus B660-I Gaming board and 32gb of DDR5 5200mhz RAM and I'm truly satisfied with my rig performance so far. There are no hiccups or anything else really holding the PC from absolutely crushing anything I throw at it.

One of the best CPUs in my opinion
Great chip, got it paired with a 3090ti, 32GB DDR5, and its kicking ass.... granted I had to update to Windows 11 due to the E-Cores and Win 10 not knowing how to properly utilize, but all-in-all I am very happy with it thus far

Great CPU, handles whatever I throw at it
I’m not a super huge pc user so maybe look at other reviews and articles. But that being said, this CPU works great. Was easy to install. And has no problems handling anything I throw at it. I wish I could’ve gotten it on sale for $100 off but at the time I got it at MSRP.

Great performance!
Undevolted and overclocked to 4.8GHz, 170w on Cinebench 23 pushing 23300 points. Under heavy worloads on Cubase I have cpu power to spare, and when exporting an MP3 with 100% utilization, temps stay in the mid 60s with a Vetroo 5 air cooler. Perfect for my needs!

This 12th Gen Unlocked CPU is amazing for a Gamer PC Build compared to the Ryzen 5000 Series. The new LGA 1700 boards have an added benefit compared to the aging AM4 boards. This CPU support PCIe 5.0 and DDR4 or DDR5 RAM. I like how efficient Intel designed it because the P cores are optimized for gaming while the efficient E cores deal with the background tasks. Make sure to buy a good AIO cooler because the CPU will run hot when there is lots of load! Please note a new Intel CPU will come with its Intel factory seal outside the box. Moreover, I ran the CPU under 6% when running Minecraft with raytracing.

Solid CPU that is stable
My three cents:
After reading reviews of the I9-12900k, this seems like a better choice to me regardless of price. I am seeing very little difference in single threaded benchmarks, and maybe 15-18% faster multi threaded performance on the I9-12900k. But that comes at the price of using a lot more power and hitting over 90 degrees Celsius in some cases on temperatures when stress testing. While I don't normally overclock my system, I bet you could likely hit those performance numbers with an overclock on the 12700K if you really wanted to.

Great cpu performs well but runs hotter. I have a good aio and it runs about 5 to 10 Celcius hotter than 9700k.

Works Great!
It's been roughly 6-7 years since I last build my gaming computer. Upgrading to this has been more than significant. As of this writing, I hope you've done your research the I7-12700k's price point and its competition. For this price point, it may be the top dog.
Some things to consider before purchasing:
1) Make sure you are purchasing a LGA 1700 motherboard. I went with the DDR4 motherboard because DDR5 is still at its infancy. The DDR5 ram may not be the best option for your buck right now. You'll be fine with DDR4.
2) This CPU does consume a lot more power compared to its predecessor. Double check if your PSU will be enough. There are online resources that will help you calculate your PSU. It's always good to have a little overhead.
3) Make sure your heatsink has retrofit screws that's compatible with this motherboard. You can purchase them separately. If you have a heatsink that's very old (<2016), it's more than likely it may not be compatible.

Smoking fast!
Upgraded my gaming PC from an old i7-6700k and this thing is FAST! It does run pretty hot though, so make sure your cpu cooler is up to the task and you have good airflow in your case. Bonus feature: Doubles as a space heater in the cooler months!

Affordable power!
Chose this processor over an i9 and it is Simply one of the best processor I have ever owned.. this cpu is a beast and super easy to overclock. I would recommend this one to anyone who wants power on a budget!

Volevo dare 5 stelle perché il processore è sulla carta eccellemte e anche dei benchmark. Mi risulta però che si ferma al. 90 percento come se avesse un incompatibilità con la mia asus z690 a gaming. Ancora non ho ben capito quindi do 4 stelle.
Nonostante quwtso piccolo limite mi va il 40 percento di più rispetto a un 11 gen.
Quindi soddisfatto.
Temperature alte se non usate un raffreddamento a liquido.
Io uso un corsair h100 che è molto potente.

Ridiculously fast
I've had this overclocked at 5.0 GHz for a couple weeks now and it hasn't skipped a beat. I bought an MSI Z690 MPG Edge Motherboard to pair with this beast of a chip. Keep in mind, it does NOT come with a cooler so make sure you have a reputable thermal paste and a solid cooler to pair with this. I have a pre-filled watercooler (Corsair Hydro Series H115i Pro) which is giving me temps idle as low as 19°C (not joking, look at the picture). Under full load, I have yet to hit over 50°C even gaming at 1440p (2k resolution). If I'm being quite honest, this CPU is overkill for gaming. If you have the extra money, go for it. If not, a i5-12600k will be just as powerful for less money.

Я собирался купить 13-е поколение, но материнские платы, которые получают 13-е поколение, требуют обновления BIOS, и, поскольку я впервые собирал ПК, я не хотел рисковать разбивать кирпичом какие-либо компоненты.. однако даже в этом случае линейка 12-го поколения меня очень порадовала. < br/>установка была довольно приятным опытом хорошая.

if u are running one app each time skip this
if not and pc is the main part of ur work, u might want to consider this
especially in this time of competition and price are dropping
Zen4 might be winner for year or 2 before Intel come back
