Unbelievable value. Great phone.
Has EVERYTHING you want. Great screen, fast processor, 3GB RAM, face and fingerprint unlock.
I am scratching my head about why I did not look at budget phones sooner.
Very happy and still feeling quite amazed at how good it is. I will update this review if I find anything which may put you off but at this point in time, everything works and the value is just unbelievable.

Huawei y6
For £100 i am pretty impressed.
2gig ram 32gig storage 6.1 inch screen. Thin and light, i bought this for my G.Daughter who is nearly 8.
She only really uses it for tiktok and playing roblox and she loves it, compared to the samsung s5 i gave her there is no contest.
No fingerprint Sensor but does have facial recognition, but that's sketchy at the best of times.
You can put an sd card in a well, although huawei phones don't let you transfer apps or install apps on to them, i think you can save photos and videos on to the sd directly and transfer them though.
All in all
For the price it was either this or and honor 8s do at the time you can do alot worse

Long battery life.
Love the battery life I am a fairly light user but I think I could get 3 or 4 days between charges amazing. My previous phone a nexus 5 would barely last 24 hours. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this phone to anybody and a very good price as well. What's not to like.

Superb Value
I've always used the most recent Samsung flagships, but I recently lost my S10+ and needed a cheaper phone to tide me over until I can upgrade to the S20 Ultra. While this phone can't really compete with the powerhouses on the market, it represents amazing value for money, and it will do everything that you need it to do without breaking your bank. It has a clear, crisp display, a brilliant battery life, and it runs with with minimal lag. The rear camera is shockingly good considering the price point, although the front camera leaves a lot to be desired. The fingerprint sensor works perfectly, and if you're concerned about security, this particular Huawei device is Play Protect certified. The only real flaw is the loudspeaker quality, but I almost always use headphones so this is a non-issue for me personally. Overall, I thoroughly recommend this phone, and it's nowhere near as big of a downgrade as I was expecting coming from the S10+.

I love it
I've been dragged into the 21st century kicking and screaming with this phone. I had an old original Nokia that was 17+ years old, what's wrong with that I ask?! But I gave in and bought this phone and I have to say, it's brilliant and I now wouldn't be without it!! I'm sure I don't use half of it's functions because I don't have a 5 year old to show me how to use it, but what I do use is superb. The battery life is great although I don't have it hooked up to the internet all the time and turn it off completely at night, but only have to charge it every 2-4 days, depending on how much I use it. I can now Whatsapp which is great fun, take good photos, text as much as I like (I'm like a teenager so my husband says!!) and when out can look things up if needs be. I only have the most basic monthly account which costs £8 a month, but it keeps me connected to friends and family both in the UK and abroad. I'm a complete beginner but find it easy to use and I just love it, it's my new best friend!!!

Great Android Mobile Phone
I really like this phone it is very clear, is easy to use and works very well. I think for the money it is a real bargain and I don't know why anyone would want to spend more when you can get a phone of this quality for the price.
The camera also takes great pictures and the battery life is really good.
It has face recognition which usually works well except perhaps when it is fairly dark.
The keyboard is a little small for me after the last phone I had a Moto G4 but I am getting used to it now and is not really a problem.
Overall I would rate it a great phone

Absolutely love my Huawei Y6 so far, it has a 13 MP camera, 32 GB internal storage expandable memory up to 512 GB, great for photos & videos. It has a great full view display of 6.09 inch to enjoy any movie or entertainment, Connectivity via Wi-Fi Hot Spot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, Micro USB. FM Radio build-in. Great phone for browsing the Internet anytime & for social media use. Great Android phone with great features if you are looking for a reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

Great value
Great phone, display is great and the rear camera has amazing quality. Battery life is amazing, it lasts me 24 with excessive use running high performance apps like pokemon go and charges within 1-2 hours. Front camera isn't best quality but still better than most. Definitely great value for money.

Super Phone and Super Value
this replaced an other Android phone, however the Huawei Y6 provides so much more.
from a great camera, to simple and quick functions, everything a touch and easy use away, unlike other phones which can have blot ware this one seems free, sometimes the Huawei stuff can get a bit much but you can set it to off.

Perfect I needed a new phone and when it come I was so chuffed with it! The camera is actually not bad and I've had no problems with it fits in my hand😁 worth my money

Refuses to connect
Refused to connect to my network (even tho' MY iPad works well. Returned within hours. Increasingly iritated at what should be almost automatic is increasingly convoluted. ('Echo Plus never connected either). Will return to my old non-smart O2 phone (which us, in practice, far more intelligent than its rivals. (Avoid Huawei)

No NFC OR FINGER PRINT SCANNER (GOOD BUDGET PHONE)
Not a bad budget phone for the price plus is running android 9, battery life is actually pretty good and lasts a good amount of time plus has a good amount of setting options to set the phone to your liking . Has no finger print scanner or NFC but it's a budget phone so can't really complain about that. Can run a little slow at times but nothing major.

Decent android phone.
Decent enough phone for the price. The screen is pretty good. Very crisp images. Easy to use and setup. The xtra expansion slot is great to give you more room for storage. Negatives- screen is not as hard wearing as higher end phones. It was scratched within a couple of hours of having it. But it has stood up well since and picked up no new scratches. The camera is fairly good though suffers with low light and night shots. The thing that annoys me most is the gyro in the phone. It can take such a long time for the phone to register that its been rotated, which is really annoying when watching movies or YouTube videos.

Great value for money, the package/box looked reused
The phone itself is very good, pretty big beautiful display, ample amount of storage and sufficiently powerful for daily use.
Our only gripe is that the box that it came in (the phone's box itself, not amazon's packing) looked scuffed. The phone inside was also packed as if it was a returned item.

Good value - very good battery life
I bought this to replace my previous Huawei which was 4 years old - i chose it for the battery life. I am not a heavy user but it last sup to 3 days! Camera has been slightly disappointing but then i haven't really had time to learn how to tweak it, but to be fair i didn't buy it based on tha camera.

Good value for money
I like the brand, i like the phone and i like the software used on the phone.
It's not a flagship so don't expect it to do things that much higher costing phones can.
However, if you're looking for a phone to just be a phone with the added benefits of a good camera and decent specifications then you can't go wrong with this in my opinion.

This suits me fine.
I am not a mobile junkie but there are some things I expect from a mobile phone. That it doesn't freeze at the meat hint of doing something more than dialing a number. Fairly fast response to actions and enough ram and storage for basic apps, email/messaging occasional photo or video. Picture quality is good. I understand there are issues around Huawei and Google but I have not had any problems with apps or access to sites. This suits me fine.

No option for leap card top up
It's a great phone. Battery life is great once you cut out all of the stuff you never use (updates I find unnecessary). There's no blue light feature on it either so there is a glaring screen light but it's adjustable light feature is OK for. Theres no NFC feature either on this phone which is its downfall. So I have kept my old Samsung for my travel card payments.

Very disappointed, the camera was not very good on this device front or back and the phone did not come with a plug in the box? Definitely sending back for a full refund!

Great phone
Bought for a present. Phone came before expected delivery date which was good. Nice looking phone with large screen. Same functions as any of the more popular brands with crystal clear screen. Would recommend good value.

worked as wanted
Brought this phone has my previous phone died. The phone has lasted was bit difficult to set up due to all being not in English but younger memebers of the family who are tech savvy sorted it for me. The camera is positioned in a different place to original, have to remove from case to take photos, only slight problem.
Haven't used the face recognition so unable to comment

Great price for an excellent functional phone
Phone was easy to set up . It has good storage for all the apps I require. Easy to navigate for technophobes like me .Good camera takes great photos . Also a good radio sound which can be used with or without headphones .I have not used the face recognition or fingerprint as I’m worried I might get locked out but these are good additional security features if required .This phone is ideal for someone who uses Twitter Facebook Messenger Instagram and Whas App.

Absolutely love this phone. Fast delivery as well. Can't believe how amazing it is for the price!! I had a Samsung J4+ before that which is a great phone but I'd say this is so much better in every way! I'd say if your looking for a new cheap phone but want all added bonuses of an expensive samsung/iPhone this is the one to buy! Couldn't be happier with mine! 💖💖💖💖

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Nice sleek looking phone, shame that it's the worst phone I've ever used! So first, it doesn't have any Google services which is written in the description anyway. You can get over this as there are many ways around this. However, I really could not use this phone because it was extremely slow, the apps that you do manage to download can barely open and the screen goes blank, which makes me doubt the 3gb ram! Avoid at all costs, not reliable!

Good phone but BAD camera
The phone is really easy to use but I think the system is abit slow. The camera is really shocking I bearly take pictures on it. I bought a huawei because I heard sch good things about them, but I recon spending abit more money and getting better ones up is what you should do if you want to be able to take good pics, if not its alright. It does jib out abit , but all round good phone for everyday use

Easy to set up
Like most phones it so hard to set up what with transferring all your date and stuff over to your new phone. I found it easy to use and understand, as they say in New Castle, Huawei Man. The Y7 2019 is very affordable to equivalent expensive phones and understandable. I wish I brought one ages ago

AVOID!! phone keeps switching itself off
I've only had the Huawei Y6 4 months and for the past month now it keeps turning itself off.
I've followed advice online ,updated the phone and done a factory reset but it still turns itself off several times a day.

Like the screen size not too fussed about phone layout this is the time I have purchased this make so can only compare to a Samsung like everyone else it will take time you get used to ausing another make of phone also battery only lasts around 2 hours when online

Disappointed
2nd mobile phone in 2 days, first one couldn’t do anything with it because of constant pop ads, this one has on Google. I know nothing about mobile phones I don’t care as long as they make a call, send a text, takes a photo and I can occasionally search the net and have something to stop me getting lost. Without Google phone is pretty useless, even I know that.

Awseome phone great fetures... Battery very good med use. Would buy again if the software or wifi issues were fixed. 4g is fast but wifi is slow. Got decent internet... Have no problems with my router... Pics are ok for the price. Fast cpu for the price

Very surprised how good the quality the phone is, I've had it for about 4 months and had no problems with it, I use it everyday because I broke iPhone, and it works just as good. Its really fast. The only thing negative is the camera. It's still pretty good however it does make things pretty smooth and it's not good as and iPhone or Samsung, you can't use Google pay either but for the price you really can't complain.

Quality product, great screen and good looking product.
Bought this for my son who started secondary school. He uses it during his hour long commute. Battery life is really good and the screen quality is better that expected from a budget phone. The phone runs quite smoothly. And actually looks better than my Samsung Galaxy S8.
I recommend this as a budget phone or even a mid range phone.

Don't buy if you've ever dropped a phone
Nice looking phone, good spec, great price but after using for 1 week (purchased in May but Three mobile took weeks to send and activate a replacement nano SIM) I dropped it once and the screen has completely smashed. I checked it had Gorilla Glass before ordering and expected it would survive a few drops and scrapes as previous Phones with the same glass had done for years. Will now be seeking a refund from either Huawei or Amazon as this product is not up to the job. Will update progress here.

Very happy with purchase
I bought this item for my granddaughter as I had a new one myself in November. I absolutely love it and the battery life is brilliant on it. I have never used my mobile phone so much for the internet etc, but this one is really great and I can highly recommend it.

Very nice phone and I am very happy with it. The big problem I had with the phone was trying to register it with Huawei in Ireland. Spent hours and hours without success

Good phone. Turned up with a pretty noticeable scratch which I didn't realise was there until the person I bought it for opened it. I have a p20 lite and can say that compared to it, it holds up.

Don't buy if you intend using it.
Worst phone I've ever had as regards battery life. Lasts well as long as you don't use it. I hardly use it and still have to charge it every day, especially if I spend any time on Internet. I would scrap it and buy something, anything, else but don't have the money after buying this one. Also won't play Facebook videos.

absolute waste of money,ordered today and looked perfectly fine until i started it up (bare in mind this is literally minutes of using) it started glitching and flickering and couldnt use. Im now in the process of a refund but please dont waste your money on this.

Good value for money
A really decent android, perfect for someone who prefers value for money and uses it for basics such as WhatsApp, Spotify + Web. Camera isn't amazing but it'll do. Overall a fine product without a high price.

Hot Garbage
Awful phone, constantly backs itself out of anything you've googled, and good luck getting the Bluetooth to connect to anything within 5 minutes because I've yet to experience it after a month with this garbage, £130 down the toilet.
