Примерно лет 5-6 назад мы приобрели этот аппарат, в принципе, нечего «очень» плохого сказать про него не могу… Полностью согласна, что про него здесь пишут… Достоинства: Компактный, 3 функции в одном (удобно), низкая цена, все это время не ломался (при активном использовании и сканера и принтера). Недостатки: Качество фотографий желает иметь лучшего, очень быстро сохнут картриджи (2 недели не пользовалась, все надо размачивать), очень дорогие картриджи, громко печатает, часто жует бумагу, фото бумагу плотностью 230 gr постоянно жует (выдает ошибку), почему-то на принтере написано: модель HP PSC 1315, а драйвера от 1310, и компьютер его определяет (почему-то) как 1310. Может на тот момент он и был лучшим в своем виде, но мне кажется сейчас можно найти и по лучше.

Абсолютно согласна с предыдущим отзывом.Это недоразумение какое-то.Конечно,очень удобно,когда 3 в 1,т.е. и сканер,и копир,и принтер.Но нормально без перебоев он не проработал и года.Потом начались проблемы с драйверами.То он комп не видит,то тот его.И переутсановка ничего не решает.И обновления ни к чему не приводили.И грохочет так,что в другой комнате слышно.А если ночью,то и соседям.В общем,особо с ним не развернешься.Бумагу зажевывает или просто не захватывает.Постоянные проблемы с картриджем,кончаются очень быстро(хотя я не особо много печатаю).А стоят они вдвоем(черный и цветной),как новый принтер.По поводу скорости печати,могло бы быть и побыстрее,но меня все устраивает.Насчет того,что громоздкий не соглашусь.Для "все в одном" он очень компактненький,красивый.Но вот добью черный картридж и куплю новый принтер,скорее всего уже лазерный.Струйные все таки уже "каменный век"

Я бы охарактерезовал этот комбайн как большую проблему. Дело в том, что он большой, громоздкий и весьма бесполезный. Единственный его плюс это дешёвая цена. Всё. Кратриджа хватает дай бох на 120 страниц, чернила жрёт как голодный динозавр. Скорость печати крайне медленная, всего 17 страниц в минуту - это очень медленно. да и качество не очень хорошее. Громкий, как гипопотам на водопое, скрежет, шум и тд, на датут что либо распечатать когда рядом, кто-то спит. И самая основная проблема - драйвера. Не знаю как у других, а у меня от этого одна головная боль. Постоянные проблемы, то комп его просто не видит, то не может определить (даже переустановка дров не помогает), в общем живёт своей жизнью. Так что ни при каких обстоятельствах его не покупайте, не зарьтесь на его дешёвость, она дорого обойдётся!

Лёгкое управление с внешних клавиш.
К сканеру претензий не было.
Хорошая сопровождающая документация (но не все ответы на технические вопросы на русском). - - Большой расход чернил.
Не захотел протягивать бумагу 280 г/м2, хотя заявлено.
При сканировании нескольких страниц иногда падает качество.
Шумный. Причём напрягает лязганье металла, а не общий шум от него.
По заявленным для №27(10 мл) - 220 страниц, на деле же уже на ста показывал пустой картридж,...

I bought a printer like this in 2005 and used it until a few months ago when it finaly quit. In the beginning there wher software problems, The company fixed that with updates or download driver from hp site. It gave me years of dependable service. I bought a cannon when I installrd windows 7 because it took a while to update software. My first cannon lasted over a month. Cannon sent me another that broke down in less than a month.No warrenty because they sent me a refurbished one. That is when I went back to the HP and now had updated software. I used for years again until it quit. That is when I Repaired The cannon and it will never be as good as the HP.I've had lexmark Cannon And HP. HP was the best, now I do not Know. I've had to repair The new HP,Lexmark,Kodak. and lexmark/dell. I'm disapointed in the drop in quality of all the new printers. I'm trying to find a good HP psc 1315 all in one now.

don't but it. it worked ok for a while despite being slow and only decent quality. then it just quit working. i tried sorting out for a couple weeks and then figured the best thing to do was "office space" it. sad when a $300 printer is best used for letting off some steam...

I purchased this printer several years ago. It has been a solid unit since the day I bought it. It has survived two colleges, outlasted four computers, and has never given me so much as a paper jam. I'd recommend it (:

I really like this printer. Mine has stopped working and I was curious how much a used one would cost or if someone might still have one that hasn't been used and still in the box. I was shocked when I saw the price. In 2005 Walmart had these printers for 29.99 brand new. People on this site are selling used and scratched ones for 50.00 and over 100.00 dollars. That's insane. Around 2008 I went to walmart to buy one for my mom and they didn't have this model for sale anymore but that had another model that was the very same but was a different tone of color and I think it took different ink cartidges. Everything else was identical including the price, 29.99. Well she moved and it got damaged and she prints more then me so I let her use mine and she messed it up. I wanted to try to get the same model and didn't care so much about it being used and thought I might even save 10 dollars or so. I like the model but not that much I guess I'll get the dark color one I got my mom. At least it'll be new. I'm still shocked at the price, their nice printers for the money but real cheaped made, They are not worth more then about 35.00 dollars and that is pushing it. I don't like promoting walmart but save your money and get one there or somewhere for a similar price. Like I said they are nice printers,scanners, etc but they are cheap china made stuff and no where near worth 50 dollars let alone over 100.00.

hello there , my first printer was the 1315V and i cant believe your asking that price for the HP all-in-one. i am looking for one just like it because it was my first one and it worked excellent. but $ 238.00 plus shpg the HP is beyond my imagination. don barajasps: they probably wont post this ( and your's is used ) wow.

I don't know when my wife got this printer, but she had it before we got married, so it's been working just fine for over 4 years now. Scanner works fine with some 3rd party software we installed, the copy feature works fine. Prints all different sizes of paper. I have had no complaints with this little guy.

I did not purchase this item at Amazon but elsewhere. I bought this little all-in-one printer over seven years ago, and it is still ticking. I never had any of the paper jam problems some of the reviews mention here but then again, I always use ink jet printer paper which could have made the difference. Also, by using the ink jet paper that was designed for these printers, you will be saving on ink.Recently I started using it to scan some of my oil paintings to keep digital files of them, but because the lid does not open to 180 degrees, I am not able to scan my larger painting. So far, the smaller paintings I have scanned, have come out with photograph quality. I will be investing into a flatbed scanner soon for these projects but will continue to use my HP PSC 1315 for everything else.I almost forgot to mention, if you have a Windows 7, 64 bit PC and the scanner's software is not compatible with it, you could download the drivers from the HP website. I have it hooked up to my new Windows 7, 64 bit desktop and have had no problems. For the money, you can't go wrong.

The used printer which I bought through Amazon works to perfection. My only problem was to get it to work on my XP non-internet computer, because it did not accept the programming on the HP CD setup disk. I had to set it up on my old 486 which is also non-internet and it works fine there. My internet computer has the same printer on it and I was able to set it up with the same CD which failed on my other XP system. Most likely the setup system could have been downloaded off the internet if I had had an internet connection on the first computer.

This is probably the third and worst printer I have ever owned. I get so many error messages that I could damn near scream. I have to turn off the computer and restart it to make it work, sometimes. I have tried to reload the disk but that doesn't help. Never again, will try another brand of printer next time, which is VERY soon. I gave it a one star because at least, it does power up when I turn it on.

I've had this printer for at least 3 years. I purchased this for home use, printing shipping labels and documents, and only recently started printing photos.I've gotten my money's worth out of this printer, but it's time for an upgrade.Pros:- cheap- OK for simple document printingCons:- too large (5/8") hard margin at the bottom of letter paper. I have to print documents past this.- 4x6 photos don't print accurately to margins on the hp paper (I was using Lightroom v1.4)- does not accept 8.5x11 photo paper (255 g/m^2) - just jams- I've had annoying paper jams in the past, but not to the level of the 1 star reviewers- invasive software (get off my system tray!) that pushes you to their website and products, but don't they all ;-)

awesome printer! My dad bought this for me the summer of 2004 when i went away to college... I used it all through college and it still works just as well as before! I love being able to scan, make copies (color or B&W) and print from one small lil machine. Fits perfectly under my desk, so no one even has to see it! Would highly reccommend.

This printer will not print pdf files. Followed all the solutions offered by HP, nothing works. I will never ever buy a HP printer because this one (psc 1315 all in one) is the 4th printer from HP that has some quirk that make them useless. This printer has been with me only a short while. It will be in our garbage tomorrow.

Does not work with Mac OS X 10.6. Printing works, but you can not scan nor fax, so for an All-in-One this is like totally not working. Personally will avoid HP printers from now on, because a company that does not support it's hardware, is like making my All-in-One budget too expensive. You have to purchase a new All-in-One each time Apple brings out a new version of it's OS.

Well, I've had this printer for about 3 years now. Last summer we switched to Mac after having PC/Windows all of our lives. Even then, with Os 10.5, the printer worked beautifully. Scanning was much easier on the Mac than it ever was on our PC. However, since I've upgraded to Snow Leopard, the printer malfunctions frequently and the scanning function not only is USELESS but HP does not support the scanning function for 1315 models and OS 10.6. In short, if you have Mac Snow Leopard, look elsewhere for a printer.

The title of the review pretty much says it all, but I'll elaborate. Sunday, December 17th, 2006. My wife and I decide to finish our Christmas cards by selecting a couple of quality photos from the year for addition.Boy it would certainly be nice if our PHOTO QUALITY PRINTER was capable of passing photo quality PAPER through it, but unfortunately, standard #80 photo paper jams the printer like New York rush hour.This is just the latest in a long line of problems with this thing. Why does a USB "plug and play" printer need the computer to be rebooted before it can be seen? Why does it automatically run some stupid all-in-one software and clog my memory when I boot up, whether the printer is turned on or not? Why does the printer suddenly lose connection every couple of days and sit there like an expensive plastic lump requiring yet another computer reboot? (I'm a Macintosh user. The only reason I've rebooted my computer in the last ten months has been in an effort to get this printer to work with it.)Why is there no writing in the instructions? I realize that we've forgotten that English is the primary language in the country, but replacing the ink cartridges requires that you align the printer heads afterwards. The printer spits out a sheet for this purpose. Since there was no clear instruction for this, just a picture showing a finger pressing (the wrong) buttons on the panel, I threw that sheet away four times before I figured out what the printer was trying to get me to do.So here I am trying to get my Christmas photos out and I now have a choice. I can send out photos that look horrible on standard bond paper, or I can throw my printer in the dumpster and go find another one. Good thing I just happen to have an extra $200 sitting around that I didn't want any more. I'll just go blow it on that new printer.Which WON'T be an HP.Edited 06 February, 2007In preparation for a football coaching clinic I will be speaking at in March I decided to design some business cards. I bought a Mac version of Publisher called "Printfolio." It took me thirty minutes to design great, professional-looking cards that are easy to read, with two sides to them, so side one has my contact information and side two has my published works and purchasing information. (I got Printfolio here on Amazon, and I recommend it very highly. Seems to work wonderfully!)Thirty minutes to design. FOUR HOURS AND AN ENTIRE PACKAGE OF AVERY CARDS LATER I still don't have business cards. Why? Because this "photo quality printer" can't line up anything with a heavier weight than recycled office paper so the perforations are in the proper locations. Test prints on normal paper worked fine, but after a $18 package of Avery cards was reduced to crumpled piles on the floor I finally broke down and contacted technical support by chat from the HP website.The "award winning" technical support from HP left me on hold for chat for over an hour. Then I gave up and called them voice. First they put me in a phone tree for ten minutes because they don't have a setting to simply press "0" to get an operator. (And the computer chirps merrily, "I can understand you! Just say where you want to go!" Sweetiechips, I'm SCOTTISH and I'm FURIOUS. No you can NOT understand me, and I get tired of repeating myself to a machine. If I want to talk to a collection of plastic then I'll call my OWN answering machine.), then they put me on with some yahoo that barely spoke English who had the audacity to demand of me in a rather surly tone, "Why haven't you contacted us before if you've had problems?" (Because I don't like sitting on hold, you jerk, that's why!), and then they put me on hold for another hour and a half before I hung up. I never did get to speak to a person about why this wonderful printer of mine hasn't really worked properly since I took it out of the box.That's "award winning customer care" only if the award is "Worst customer service in the known universe." (And it tells me something: obviously HP products are so inferior that technical support cannot keep up with the number of people calling to complain and/or get help, so HP products should be avoided.)I'm done. I literally threw my HP off the porch last night. Maybe it will work better if it's rained on for a couple of days. After sixty+ reviews it has a rating of 2.5 stars. I wonder why.Oh yeah, when I finally break down and go to Kinko's or Office Depot or what have you, none of those places are going to have the software I used, so they won't be able to open the file for my new business cards. I'll basically have to redesign the card from scratch. Which costs more money and takes more time from my day.Thanks HP! I hope this review costs you ten times the $185 you got from me when you sold me this worthless piece of plastic.~D.
