Mouse Stopped Working...
I would recommend dont buy this product. I was not impressed with the keyboard as the keys are short (though the layout is big) and you don't feel of using the key board. The mouse stopped working and now I need to take it to service centre. In Bangalore, there is only one Service Centre (at Jayanagar) and unfortunately, I have travelled all the way there. I do not recommend this... Prefer to buy these products from some other manufacturer.

Does the job
Does the job. Works with both mac and windows, although you need to remember key combinations for mac. It is more of a looker than a productive/functional device.
Caps lock indiacator would've be perfect but again, does the job. Keys are okay.
Mouse too is okay, but I occassionally face issues with reception when I have other bluetooth or metal surfaces on the desk.
Haven't found anything else at this price point that works with both mac and windows.

Cheap, value for money and a decent mouse
Had purchased a Dell KM117 wireless keyboard+mouse combo last year. So this is a review comparing both.
Keyboard
* The keyboard is not exactly compact, but hey, it's a full layout with the number pad, so it's expected to be big.
* Keys itself feel like cheap plastic, and a bit wobbly. Can hear kind of a rolling dice sound while lifting the keyboard up! :) Compared to an old HP PS/2 keyboard, these keys feel cheap.
* No capslock/scrolllock/numlock LEDs.
* People who love a standard QWERTY US-EN layout should be okay with this one. The Dell KM117 keyboard had a better feel to the keys, however it didn't have the right click menu key, Print Screen only with Fn etc.
Mouse
* Mouse is a decent one - considering the price range. Comparing the Dell/Logitech mice I had used over years, the movement is very smooth.
* It also has a CPI button for adjusting the sensitivity. Could be useful for gamers.
* What appeared to be side grips on the photograps are not rubber, it's plastic again.

Bought from hp store directly and facing issue. Hp customer care isn't available for help
I brought this keyboard mouse combo from hp site as suggested by another customer. The mouse is slightly defective and I am not able to get it replaced coz there are no working authorized ho center here. Also the ho customer care isn't responding at all. So it's better to invest 500 rs more to avoid any issue with service or replacement.

Mouse quality is not that great
Although the keyboard is of good quality I had a hard time with the mouse. If it goes to sleep and you try to use it again there seems to be an issue. To resolve this I have to remove the batteries and put it back. Even that doesn't work sometime and I have to repeat it until you see the light fully come on.
I would not recommend this product for the price point it is at currently. Really disappointed by the poor quality from HP

Because it is biggest keyboard, very easy to use.. I had a wireless keyboard before, which was very small.. Must buy this if you opting for wireless keyboard and mouse combo..

Buy a box of year’s supply of AAA batteries if you get this keyboard
There would not be a single car on earth that sucks up batteries fast, as this keyboard does. It requires a battery replacement every alternate day !

Good performance but multimedia signs are not visible
Overall good product . Sound increase, decrease...multimedia button signs on Keyboard are not visible at all as they are black and keyboard is also black... I had to paint them so that my son can use it. Mouse is good.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SUPPORT - okay keyboard & mouse
Had you asked me about this keyboard and mouse three weeks ago, I would have raved about it's virtues. Sure the mouse has its' shortcomings but I would have to say overall I had been 100% satisfied with this kit for the 17 months I've owned it. Fast forward to today, the only advice I can give is DO NOT BUY THIS. The nano receiver for my set stopped working, yup, didn't lose it, didn't break it, it just stopped working. So, naturally I reach out to HP to get a replacement, you know to go back to enjoying my keyboard and mouse, and this (actual chat from HP) happened:

So, I'll spare you how that conversation made me feel about the transaction, I'm sure you can imagine.
I immediately thought, "Well, if that is the case, others must be made aware of this!" you know, so you all can be spared buying a $50 wireless desktop with a nano receiver that may crap out on you at any moment and render the entire kit garbage, but first I wanted to see if others had similar issues, you know, by reading the reviews of the people that didn't give it 5 stars and came across this lovely gem in response to a review posted by another customer:

Going strong after 1 year
I have owned and used a HP Elite V2 wireless keyboard for 1 year with absolutely no problems to speak of. Some reviewers complain about feet breaking off but I always keep mine extended and never had that problem. Overall it's a very responsive, comfortable, and reliable keyboard. What I like most is the feel of typing on the low profile keys... much nicer than tall keycaps. Wireless connection has never dropped and battery life is amazing (still going strong after 1 year on a pair of off-brand AA). It does not interfere with my other wireless devices nor do they interfere with it. After such a good experience I decided to buy a second HP Elite V2 keyboard/mouse combo to upgrade the aging 10 year old HP wireless multimedia keyboard/mouse on my second computer. The new keyboard/mouse sits in the same room with my other HP Elite V2 keyboard and there is no interference between them. The mouse is very accurate and more comfortable to use than my old wireless mouse. Very happy with this purchase.

Stops typing keys at random points on Windows 10
Keyboard stops working at random times with multiple PC's attempted, same results.After trying multiple machines, and now this is second keyboard as well, it's definitely the keyboard.
Machines tried:
HP 600 G5 i7/1TBSSD (Upgrade)
HP 800G4 i7/1GB
HP 260G2 i3/256SSD
All WIndows 10 Pro.
Troubleshooting:
Native drivers or HP drivers reveal no status change
Keyboard is 2 feet from receiver in direct line of sight
Same issue, 2 different keyboards
HP Troubleshooting page is useless
If you want a reliable keyboard, stick with Logitech, they're 2-3X more but they actually work consistently. Nothing more aggravating than having to type the same thing or have password lock outs due to slow/faulty keyboard at random times.

hp has been using/selling this exact same mouse for at least a decade, often bundling it with pcs, which is fine because it's a very nice mouse (altho the soft pads on the bottom wear down too quickly imo), but what i was very surprised about was the very high quality of the keyboard.... i purchased this to use as a cheap home theater keyboard/mouse set, but the keyboard is so elegant, has such a nice weight to it, and the soft touch, quiet keys are so friggin' nice that i quickly decided to use this for my pc, i.e. my primary work keyboard, it's one of the nicest keyboards i've ever used.... anyway thought i was buying an economy keyboard/mouse set and instead got an extremely nice keyboard/mouse set....

Fantastic Keyboard/Mouse combo
A keyboard/mouse tends to be a very "personal" thing... Everyone seems to like something different. For me, I really like this keyboard. I've been using it for about 3 years with no problems. For work, I use a laptop, but prefer the feel of a real keyboard/mouse. That said, I don't type "correctly." I wouldn't call myself a hunt-and-peck typist-- I can type without looking-- but I'm self taught from the days of the Commodore 64, when I was a young kid. As a result, I don't tend to go for split keyboards, because they are very awkward for me to use.
It's a pretty quiet keyboard; it certainly does not feel cheap, but it's very light. For the mouse-- I'm a programmer, not a graphic artist, so accuracy doesn't matter as much to me as it would for someone who might need to do 3D design or use Photoshop regularly. That said, I've done enough picture cropping to say that it works well for me.

The wireless USB receiver has exceptionally short range
I would have given this HP wireless keyboard and mouse five stars, but I found that the wireless USB receiver has a limited range of about one foot. I initially had the wireless USB receiver plugged into a USB port on the back of my small PC tower and was suffering from a jerky mouse cursor and missed key strokes. I was about ready to send the keyboard and mouse back to the Seller, when I decided to plug the wireless USB receiver into the only USB port on the front of the PC. That made all the difference in the world with the performance of the keyboard and mouse. If you cannot place the wireless USB receiver within one foot of the keyboard and mouse, this combination is not for you.

Great Keyboard, So-So Mouse
I really love this keyboard. It has a great feel when you type – the keys have a good amount of travel and are silent. They feel mechanical. This is the second time I've purchased this keyboard. I also like the weight of the keyboard. I work with it on a lapdesk, and it's really nice that it feels a little hefty and doesn't slide around. The little legs are great too, and keep the keyboard from rocking, even though my lapdesk is a little warped.
Unfortunately, the mouse that came with the first keyboard stopped working properly, and so I replaced both the mouse and keyboard. (This might have been due to a Microsoft update, since it happened right after.) The new mouse makes an annoyingly loud, mechanical clicking sound when I click on the left mouse button. Too bad the mouse doesn't have the same smooth, quiet functionality as the keyboard. I wish I could replace just the mouse and continue to use the keyboard.

Disappointing design.
Keyboard generally runs ok. Nothing remarkable. Occasionally there are delays in typing text. Mouse occasionally just stops working completely. Not due to run down batteries; I have had to replace batteries several times. Biggest complaint is the absence of a caps lock light. I am a poor typist and often unintentionally hit the caps lock key. This seems to reflect indifferent design work. I have a HP laptop whose keyboard has a caps lock light. The absence of a caps lock light results in my spending too much correcting my mistakes. I will buy a replacement keyboard, but not from HP. I have had good experiences with most HP products, but not with this one.

Quirky Product
My original HP keyboard worked for years until a few keys gave out and their performance became spotty. I ordered this replacement. The mouse works fine. The keyboard performance has been spotty. Multiple keys began to not perform; I got constant notices that I needed to replace batteries. When I tested the batteries, they were fine. I then moved the USB device from the USB2 port in the back of the computer to a USB3 port on the side of the computer. That fixed the problem. The keyboard now works. So I have concluded that this is an ok product; you just might have to play with where you put the USB device. For me that fix worked. I have, thus, moved my rating from a 1 (which I intended to pick) to a 4. I am satisfied and would order this product again.

Returned mine, but still one of the best in my opinion..
Ok, so even though I returned this product, I feel like I should definitely give credit where its due. First off, the price. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest either, but for the price it is much better quality than you would expect and I feel like they could have easily raised the price by another 10-15 dollars. Secondly, for me personally, looks are important :) I mean how can you have a clean setup and a keyboard or mouse that just doesnt look nice. This is by far the best looking keyboard I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot recently, since I needed to purchase one. The keys are also soft and not like some of the bigger keyboard and mouse manufacturers that have plasticy keys that make noise even when you just move your fingers over them, this one does no such thing.
The only downside to this combo would be the mouse in my opinion, its not too bad, but it didnt feel that great either, also, the mouse has a glossy black cover which in my opinion doesnt match the black of the keyboard. I would personally recommend buying just the keyboard and getting a mouse that fits well in your hands and that you prefer.
Now, as far as me returning the product is concerned, well I would never have in a million years, however, the only problem with the one that I got was that the space bar made a loud noise on one side, like a clank, and on the other side it wasn't too bad. This became a bit of a problem, since the space bar is one of the most used keys and the sound was driving me insane, especially since the rest of the keyboard is so quiet. However, asides from that, this is a beautiful looking keyboard and if the things that are important to me are important to you as well, then you will love this. However, as I said, I would rather just buy the keyboard then the whole combo, but that is just my personal preference. All in all, this is one of those products that you cant really go wrong with, especially taking in to account the price. I would have paid more just because of how it looks.

HP Turkey...Coming from Someone that Loves his HP "Pro" Gear
Disappointing and a waste of my time. The mouse would not track consistently and was erratic. I am at a standard size "government desk" with a Z800 Workstation right next to it. I put the USB dongle in the front (because it wouldn't work in the back.) I like my HP equipment and I am even pretty patient with the lack of features and limitations on some models. However, when I buy something with "Elite" or "Z Series" in the name, I expect it to work well. This set is little different than an HP wireless set I picked up at Micro Center for $14.99 for a Z220 support workstation. An additional annoyance was the lack of "standard" Insert/Home/Page Up Key arrangement I expect in a professional keyboard. I use a keyboard for for work, I am not a gamer. It's a shame because I liked the feel of the keyboard, and the potentially higher resolution of the mouse.
