Adequate for the price
This is not a bad little computer. Don't expect it to do any heavy lifting, but if all you're doing is surfing the web, running Office, and doing some video conferencing, it should be fine. It's not using much drive space with the initial setup, but you're not going to be able to store a ton of photos and videos on here.
It comes with only 4GB of RAM, which I consider the bare minimum to run Windows, personally. You can upgrade it to 16GB max. The one that I got has a single 4GB SODIMM. You should be able to order an additional 4GB for around $40. The problem is that the RAM isn't easy to get to and requires disassembly and removal of the screen to get to the RAM. This is not a project I would recommend for someone unfamiliar with working on computers. I'm in IT and it looks like a pain to ME. I'll probably upgrade it just because, but it's definitely not a priority with how invasive it is. HP would have done a lot better to include a door to replace or upgrade the RAM.
The SSD is a reasonably fast NVME drive, so I don't have any complaints there. The monitor looks nice and has no dead/stuck pixels. The speakers are tiny and tinny, and with no way to boost the bass you're going to want to get a set of external speakers if you want decent music.
It comes with a lot of bloatware installed, but it's easily removed. Lots of "ads" when you're setting it up, but part of that is just Windows 10 Home's preinstalled crap.
Setup is super easy. This is the perfect computer for a novice, you literally follow the spoken directions to set it up. Windows setup with Cortana is super simple. If you're not a beginner, the default setup is going to need some tweaking (of course).
After the initial setup, it required a bunch of updates, including a BIOS update. Everything went smoothly, and the BIOS update didn't brick the computer.
Overall? If you need a computer for school or office, and all you need is the minimum, this computer will work just fine. It's worth what they're asking for it at $599. If you're willing to do the work, upgrade the RAM to 8 or 16GB.

Overall performance of laptop after 1week of use is better.. Booting time excellent, keypad is good, touchpad is quite noisy from one corner but overall it works smoothly than other laptop.

No warrenty/Old stock
On the first day of usage, SSD makes the fast booting.
while checking the warrenty on hp website using the serial no .
its showing the warrenty is alreday strated from 11 jul 2020.but we brought the device from amazone on 11-oct -2020.
it seems old stock or second hand.
can any one help to reoslve the issue

11/2/20 Update:
I just watched my HP All-In-One boot up this morning, and I noticed that the "Num Lock" does light up when the pc comes up (unlike what I said on the previous review below). HOWEVER, when Microsoft's box appears on the screen to sign on, THEN the "Num Lock" light goes out. (The keypad is turned off by Microsoft, not HP. Crappy of Microsoft to require you to have numbers in their password and then not give access to the number keypad to type them in. You have to manually turn the keypad back on overriding the Microsoft default.)

Ordered this 10/20/20 because my old HP All-In-One died. Received this one 10/21/20. So easy to place on desk and plug in keyboard, mouse, and power cord. Such a clear picture and quick response. Sound is not bad either.

Laptop is awsome but be aware of warranty issues

This laptop is very good and very fast but a bit heavier. It has a mat finish so it is also a fingerprint magnet.
Apart from these two everything else is good about this laptop.
But I am going to write about the main issue I had faced that is WARRANTY. After setting up the laptop HP Assitance Center was showing I have only 9 months of warranty left. It is a very common issue nowadays if bought online. But to fix it you need to do the following steps
1. Open the Hp Support Assistant
2. Click on support resources
3. Click -> Chat with an Expert
4. Then your default browser will open and after giving some info like phone number and email id chat will be started. BUT BEFORE STARTING THE CHAT GET THESE FOLLOWING THINGS READY :
4.1. Invoice 1 [Can be downloaded from amazon invoice menu that appears on the order]
4.2. P-slip/Warranty 1 [Can be downloaded from amazon invoice menu that appears on the order]
4.3. Printable Order Summary [Can be downloaded from amazon invoice menu that appears on the order]
4.4. Picture of a portion of the laptop where the serial number is printed which should match with the serial number provided in P-slip/Warranty 1[Step. 4.2.]
5. If you have done step 4 just provide the following text with your own details.
I purchased [HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0268tx] from Amazon on [YOUR PURCHASE DATE] which is delivered by [DELIVERY DATE]. My laptop Serial Number: [YOUR LAPTOP SERIAL NUMBER] and Product Number:[YOUR LAPTOP PRODUCT NUMBER]. But while checking the warranty on HP Support Assitant it is showing only [YOUR REMAINING WARRANTY] months of warranty left starting from [YOUR INVALID WARRANTY START DATE] and ending on [YOUR INVALID WARRANTY END DATE]. But it should show 1 year of warranty from the date of purchase (i.e. invoice date) from Amazon which is [YOUR PURCHASE DATE], and warranty status should show 1 year left.
6. They will send you a mail with case ID while chatting and they will ask you to reply to that mail with all the related documents attached.[specified in step 4]

Great computer, perfect for online learning
This has been a great family computer for us. First of all, it looks great, the monitor is quite thin and sleek, the white looks very nice and adds a fresh style to our homeschool setup. The 22inch monitor is a great size for us, the kids enjoy virtual sortytime and the larger monitor greatly has come in handy. I like that the camera can be tucked away when not needed or easily pops up for class calls.
As far as setup goes, it was super easy and straightforward. The picture quality is great, full HD, vivid colors and crisp, clear graphics. The adaptors are tucked away in the back, it is easy to plug-in and use headphones when needed. The keyboard and mouse are wired in. The sound quality is surprisingly good for standard internal speakers and can go pretty loud, we don’t feel like we need to use external speakers to get better sound, it works great for what we need.
Overall we are very happy with this computer. It came just in time for online school for our kids and we have been using it daily for the pay couple of months. We are satisfied with the functionality, it has good speed and great picture quality. We are able to use all the platforms the school recommends and requires without any issue. We really don’t have any problems with it.

Budget friendly, mid range gaming laptop
It's been a month I'm using this laptop and trust me.. budget wise it's the best! I play csgo mostly and sometimes flight simulation.. csgo it gives about 150 to 180fps on ultra high which is more than enough for a 60hz screen.. and on microsoft flight simulator 2020..I use high end settings which is one level down to ultra max and it's very smooth with a decent fps of 45 to 70 and hardly any stuttering.
Imo , buy it if you are low on budget but want a decent gaming laptop.
csgo: 150 to 180fps
Xplane 11: 50 to 70fps
Microsoft flight simulator 2020: 45 to 70fps

Meets my needs in a very good way!
My previous computer failed at the exact wrong time. I looked into purchasing another all in one desktop computer and was somewhat skeptical to purchase an HP since I only ever owned a Dell computer. I am happy to note that this HP is more than I could have ever expected. I am looking towards the day I can purchase one brand new and not a refurbished one. I believe this may be my computer of choice from now on! Glad I made the choice to buy an HP computer.

Really Nice laptop
After 1 month of use i am writing review.
Pros:
1- full charge in 2hours
2- backup of 5hrs for normal use and 3hrs for gaming
3-good for gaming
4- keys quality is nice.

I Love It.
I really like it the price was great. I love the design and the screen is quite big which is great for my eyesight . My only complaint is that the USB ports are in the back and when I'm using it I like to charge my phone as well. The charging cable gets bent quite badly but other then that, great computer.

Powerful gaming laptop with bit flaws
This laptop is decent for gaming and everyday use. If gaming is your primary concern, you won't regret buying this.
Pros:
1) Can play all the latest games like Marvel's Avengers, Mafia Definitive Edition etc smoothly
2) Boot time is very less (less than 10 seconds) and the SSD makes it fast with the RAM.
3) The black colour looks really decent, if needed can keep light on keypad keys on but I won't recommend it as it can drain battery
Cons:
1) The camera quality is not good, can see grains literally
2) Weight is on the higher end and need to be careful
3) Oil or smudge on hand can be easily seen on this laptop (recommend using external USB keyboard and mouse both).
4) The charger port is on the right side and this gets a bit to be used to though it's good for some.
5) A big drawback is at this price range MS office and one year McAfee is not there ( a few days trial period at this price is not justifiable)
6) The charger gets bit heated with long usage and the laptop fans keep it cool unless gaming is on ultra high settings.

Too much Fan Noise due to overheating
The fan is terrifying me, too loud irregularly. Even in the morning when I just started it. It is unpredictably noisy and it feels like it is about to explode and become quite until it start again.

Not a single game can be installed on this... everytime it show's some error.....I have tried Installing Batman arkham city, Arkham knight, assassins creed, gta 4&5....not a single game is getting installed everytime a new error popups.

Great computer!
I bought this on Black Friday and it was delivered within 4 days!! I love this computer, my old all in one HP died and I went without a computer for about 6 months, using my Kindle Fire or phone for everything. I was tired of the smaller screens and when I saw this I knew it was meant for me. I am so glad that I purchased it, it is much better than my old all in one that was about 10 years old. I have a bigger one like this at my job with a wireless keypad and mouse, I don't mind the wires for this one though. I am so happy with this computer and hope it lasts as long as my old one!!!

I ordered this laptop on 1st of September and got it on 2nd of September. It has been 3 days. This laptop runs really smooth.
The screen is an anti glare one.
Body is matte black.
Gives a very good look.
MS office is pre installed
Really, a good deal at this price.
The only down side is that the storage is 516gb and not 1tb, but otherwise it is something which you can really invest and not regret it.
You need to keep this laptop clean, since it matte black any kind of stain like sweat and oil can be seen easily.

At this price range it's a very good laptop.Ryzen 3 3300u is performing well. You can blindly go for this. It easily gets stained it's the only thing that I didn't liked about this laptop till now. Will post a fully updated review later

Best in this price range
The performance is so damn impressive. I did not experience any thermal throttling while playing farcry-5 for 5-6 hours in ultra settings. The thermal is controlled very well.
The booting time is just 7-8 seconds as it has SSD.
The only thing is the battery don't last in performance mode and battery life can be improved by changing the battery settings.
There is a "HDD slot" available for upgrade.

Good quality computer for the price :)
Got it for my son to play games on. Of course it’s not a gaming computer but it does the job and for the price it’s fair . I’m shocked it’s such a good computer for such a low price. I was not going to spend 1000 bucks in building a gaming computer for a kid. This is a great computer to start off with and also good for online schooling. Camera quality is decent can’t complain. All in all this computer was a steal and made it his favorite Christmas gift from mom and dad 😇

Hey! I think this is a decent product. It works fine for its price range.
Sometimes, one may feel the system is little slow. And, that is a issue.
May be adding a SSD might help. Then, there is little heating issue. But, its only a irritant if you are over perfectionist. Otherwise, it works fine with most productivity apps like ms office, vs code, xilinx ise, vivado, chrome etc. But, as mentioned there is a noticeable lag. Battery is very good. Bought it for 29K. If it was price in 28K-27K range it would be the best.
Sometimes, one may feel the system is little slow. And, that is a issue.
May be adding a SSD might help. Then, there is little heating issue. But, its only a irritant if you are over perfectionist. Otherwise, it works fine with most productivity apps like ms office, vs code, xilinx ise, vivado, chrome etc. But, as mentioned there is a noticeable lag. Battery is very good. Some others mentioned it is not good. But, I strongly disagree. Battery is working good. I don' play many games. So, can't say about that.

Worth it!
We are in love with this all in one computer! Easy start up and runs fast. For now we will mostly be using it for distance learning so it's perfect for our needs. Definitely not for gaming or if you need a large amount of storage.

Worst product and seller
Stopped working after 6 days so don't go for this product and faced so many issues in laptop returns and when finally product returned and recived my payment.So overall I am highly unsatisfied with service from seller and Amazon and finally I think we should not buy costly products from Amzon from this seller.

Only good to buy under 25k
Very slow compared to i3 10 gen laptops. Camera quality is also poor. Battery back average last around 2.5 hrs with zoom video. Not suitable for this price range. Also seller keeps on fluctuating the price. Price during Great indian festival was increased so that even with discount user end up paying same. Very poor ethics from Amazon and Seller. Only good if u get it at around 25k.

High quality product
Product is super awesome and speed is really quick. I must say laptop is value for money. It is light weight and thickness is less.
It may work slow a bit in the starting but when you go through the initial installations, speed is superb. No issues related to heat. Every essential app like Ms-office, browsers comes pre-installed. Battery life is superb and can last longer. I do not know why others have faced issues with this laptop but my experience is terrific. Price range is perfect and best in that range. I would suggest everyone to get this laptop in this range. Thanks

Now, I'm regretting buying this laptop
Cons :-
1) There is only one SSD , it is not divided ; which means if in future your laptop gets infected ( virus ) , all data will get erased.
2) Extremely low battery backup. It lasted roughly 2.5 hours on normal use. I dont now what is going to happen after 1 - 2 yeas.
3) Purely made of plastic.
4) In hand SSD you will get is only 427 gb.
5) Camera is very extremely low quality & Megapixels.
Rest other features are good. In my opinion, better to look for another laptop.

Read before buy this one.
This laptop comes up with AMD ryzen 3 3300u which is far way better than this range's i3 processor. Vega 6 graphics at least better than intel integrated graphics. Working very well without optimizing my windows 10. And yeah it comes with windows 10 with a legal serial key which is already registered, you just need to set it up.
Micro details everyone misses that it doesn't contain numeric keypad and that's why it is lesser in size with 14.0 inch size display. So keep that in mind if you are looking for a bigger size lap. Otherwise it supports latest 5G band and wi-fi range is pretty impressive.
For me it is the best laptop in this range.

Its good for normal MSoffice, video conferencing and web browsing.
Other than that don't count on it to play games that require a Good graphic card and RAM, or any software that requires a good processor or it will freeze

First off, this item is sold in India only by Amazon retailers. You won't find this on offline stores because it's not made for India.
Heat dissipation is lovely for laptop but not the 150W charger. It's gets tremendously heated. I haven't played heavy games in it but I ran Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro at the same time. It doesn't lag per se but while my external 5 TB HDD is plugged in, the system gets a little slow. I have felt that. Display is beautiful, ofcourse 60Hz matter. The system font is gorgeous, very Helvetica-ish. Color reproduction is a tad bit less saturated although you'd feel that only in daylight (because of low valuation of knits). Contrast is perfect for the display.
It takes 4 smooth seconds just for the laptop to boot up with 80% of the inbuilt storage empty. It's a beautiful piece of technology, SSD.
IF YOUR BUDGET SUITS THIS, DEFINITELY GO FOR THIS PRODUCT

Easy to set up. Good looking. No problems so far.
So far so good. Great looking combo with white keyboard, white mouse, and built in speakers. Easy to set up and no crashes so far. It’s a light use desktop PC for my elder parents and it works well for them.

Not a bad laptop!
Ealier, I was using Macbook pro and i had to buy another laptop. I was very confused which laptop would be suitable for me? I decided to buy a laptop with following configurations (under my budget): Atleast 8 GB ram, SSD, high clock speed, and no heating issue. After using the MacBook, this laptop did not feel smooth to me. Touch pad is not good at all. For me, linux OS is most suitable OS. I installed ubuntu 18.04 and it works perfecrly. During installation, i faced no issue. After 2 months of use
Good thing:
1). On Linux OS, speed is much better
2). With i5, 9th generation, 8 GB RAM, and 500 GB SSD, this system brings attention to most beginners. It has 4 cores and 8 threads.
Not that good:
1). The touchpad is not good. It may be not as good a Macbook but I think it is good enough to use.
2). I am feeling some problems with charging. Sometime after connecting with the charger, I have to wait for few seconds. Sometimes, I have to rotate the cables in the charging port.
3). Even after using B&O sound speaker, the sound is not as good as I expected. The sound of the speaker is very low.
4). The backlight of the keys is little bit irritating. A white light would have been much better.

After 15 days I am getting lines on screen and also HP customer support also not responding
waste laptop don't busy HP laptops. Service also not good. They are not responding properly
