Suddenly stopped working
I have just installed this colour cartridge but the earlier one, also purchased from Amazon, just suddenly stopped working and the printer gave an error message when the cartridge was not even half empty. Given that this cartridge is expensive, one expects that it should be used at least until the ink gets over!

Not what i expected.
First laptop I've bought and I must say I'm very disappointed. I bought it because of the Specs yet it doesn't perform much different from a $300 laptop. It froze completely on the 1st day just playin a game called League Of Legends for those who don't know its not even a game that requires much power to run yet it has happened several times(I have videos). Now overall the laptop lags from time to time specially when I plug in the charger which on top of it the battery is not that great but I could live with that. The Laptop is updated I have good internet and I've only had it for like 2 weeks now. Build quality is nice but that's about the best thing about it, for the cost it falls short on every other aspect. I'll look for options when it comes to returns cause I'm definitely not satisfied.

Ink advantage is expensive and drys quickly, IMHO
I don't recommend it. Its a big waste of time and money. I recommend the ink tank printer from HP or Epson
Don't buy inkjet, ink advantage, etc. Also if you already have this printer-scanner device, i would recommend exchanging it to ink tank one which is value for money and the ink works

Fan very loud and incessantly runs
I really wanted to love this laptop, as the specs for the price are a great value. However, the fan is very loud and it wouldn’t stop running... and it was brand new! I called HP and they suggested that I ship the laptop to them and I would get it back in 2-3 weeks. Who can be without a computer for that long nowadays? Not me! Anyway, I returned it. :( Still shopping for a new laptop now.

Not at all cost effective
HP color cartridges are very expensive, hardly provide 15-20 color prints and the cartridge is up, I don't even think it can go as far a photo paper prints etc..from a consumables standpoint, it is very clear why these printers are so inexpensive but where the manufacturer actually make their margins!

Poor design; faulty screen
MAJOR SCREEN ISSUES, see other reviews. Touchpad is comparable to popping the bubble in the board game “Trouble”. Extremely unresponsive (have to press hard to register a click) and inconsistent (clicking in the same spot will register a click one minute, nothing the next). Screen is very dark after setting all possible brightness to maximum. Very dark when placed side by side with my 3 year old HP. Simple game with no lag on 3 yr old HP lags on this one. If you don’t use Microsoft email the email interface is the most basic I have ever seen, you are better off going to through the browser. The keyboard layout is very awkward; they shifted everything left and off center in order to add a number pad on the right (there are still numbers above the letters. Before you buy, line you hands up centered, at a normal laptop, then slide them 3 keys to the left and see how that feels. Mid-range price wise but serious design/usability issues.

Money saving tips
Printing price per page will be high if you buy new cartridges every time, better if you go to a local store and refill it. You can refill it by yourself if you buy the refill pack and a syringe, check the procedure on YouTube.

HP made in China. Mediocre but it works.
Good performance. Annoying HP bloatware. Bought to do video editing and it excels at that. Fast boot. Decent keyboard. Paired with blutooth Logitech M585 mouse that works well (only 2 regular USB ports). My main complaint is the misleading USB-C port. Yes it will connect and charge my cell phone, but any $3 hardware store adapter could do that! I bought a USC-C to HDMI cable to support a 3rd monitor... worthless...NO display thru USC-C, just data or charging. I have bought HP for decades but this is just "made in China" mediocre crud that I wouldn't have purchased had I known.
Last test will be to connect to 4k/3820dpi monitor thru HDMI port. If it can't do that, it will be Ebay "dump it" computer. There is no DVD player/ recorder but they are $25 at Walmart for LG / USB unit that worked well. Windows 10 has no software to play a DVD movie so hunt for that. Price? 3x price any laptop I ever bought as I like desktops for a REAL computer. Fast enough. Hope it lasts. Apparently laptops are in short supply this year... this is better than most but it's still a compromise.

Overall Good product
1. Very good and easy to install.
2. If you are unable to use it you can check the installation video in web and you are good to go.
3. I used it for black and white printing and after almost 250 print out the ink ended.

Screen/Display Stopped Working
This is a review on not only the laptop, but HP.
After having this laptop for only a month and a half, the display stopped working. All I could see was a completely black screen.
I called HP since the product was still under warranty. We went through a series of tests on the device, over the phone. The representative stated that whatever had gone wrong is a common problem with this laptop. So, a Service Order was created. I was told they would have the laptop for 3-4 business days for the repair, then they would send it back to me.
It has now been four days shy of a month that they have had my laptop, and I just received an email stating that there has been "Accidental Damage" that was deemed as "Customer Induced Damage." The email states that the repair cost will be $625.67. I reached out to HP again and filed a complaint because there was no damage to the laptop when I sent it in. I was asked if I had pictures proving that statement, which of course - I don't. I asked why, if there is damage to the device, it wasn't noted when they received the laptop. I was required to fill out a form upon sending the laptop to them, describing the issue and if there was any damage to the device. I would have thought they would have inspected the laptop upon receipt. Now, almost a month later, with no communication from HP during that time, they're telling me there is "Customer Induced Damage."
That was four days ago. I have attempted to make contact with that representative every day since, with no luck. I have left messages each time, with ZERO response from him. HP still has my laptop and I am now four days past my return window.
Luckily I bought the Asurion Protection Plan...but, I still can't get ahold of HP in order to get my laptop back.
**Update 3/9/2021 - I finally got the laptop back and sent it straight to Asurion. That was two weeks ago. Asurion ordered the parts, but apparently the device is still not fixable. So, after all this time, thinking the laptop would be repaired, now I have to search for a new one.

Printer doesn't recognise the catridge
The printer does not recognise the cartdrige and you can clearly see that on the photo. I bought it long back and did not use it immediately I can't even return it now. Their return policies are very funny. You get 10 days to return or exchange, but being a twin pack, how can you expect to check both the catridges within 10 days unless you are a heavy user of the printer. By the way This was sold to me by Appario Retail Private Ltd. Looks like there are number of negative reviews against Appario Retail Private Ltd for this product.

I have never bought a new laptop on Amazon before but this laptop is seriously great. I love the space it has and it is so much lighter than my old laptop. The I7 is so fast and the battery life is great. It has everything I need to be a successful student.

Please avoid to buy this cartige
after installing this cartige to my printer (hp deskjet 2135 ) cannot detect this cartige . First time i got this type of product from Amazon I am really upset after receiving this type of product from amazon.My printer detect other hp cartige but except this cartige . I have some doubt about this product that it is genuine or not. Next time when I am shopping from Amazon, i have to thinking about the product original or not.

Awesome laptop
This is the best laptop I have ever owned. And I have owned 4 others. This thing is freaky fast, great screen and boots almost instantly. My last laptop was also an Intel Core I7 that was slow and laggy from day one. I have owned and built my own computers since 1984. That Toshiba laptop i could never figure out it's problems for 4 years. It was almost identical in specs as this new HP. So i was pretty hesitant on getting another kind with the same type of processor.
But I pulled the trigger on this HP Core 7 and boy am I glad I did. This gem is awesome. I looked at many on Amazon before deciding on this one as I have had a good HP laptop before. The only thing I miss is I thought this model had an illuminated keyboard, and it does not. It must have been another model I was looking at. While I love a backlit keyboard, I don't care because this laptop is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Buy it if you need a good laptop, you won't be sorry either. Thank you HP.

Very Astonishing look . Very smooth performance .No lag yet... The only problem i felt is it becomes too hot on overclock gaming. That is the only problem i felt. Using a cooling pad avoids this. It is a best laptop for gaming and designers and good at this price

Delivered a refurbished laptop and it is a different model from the description
I bought this on November 7th. I have been quite puzzled by its shorter battery life comparing to my previous one. Then I just found out the one delivered to me is a certified REFURBISHED laptop, and it's a different model 15-cs3153cl with a Core i5 instead of core i7.

Please do not fall for this product as it is sold by Appario which is owned by Amazon and they hold the discretion on this product. The product as claimed by the website or customer questions works with HP 2130 is completely false as it doesn’t work with that. Please check thoroughly or you will be fooled like me. They will not return the product as well.

NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY...
This is a pretty capable laptop but it is extremely overpriced at 80K....OMG...u gotta be kidding me.....i saw acer aspire 7 with BETTER specs but a 512 ssd(which is better) at 50K....BETTER SPECS being the keyword here...i mean literally BETTER....it just has a few downgrades like a plastic body , not so cool design , plain white backlit...and rest is same i5 9300H, 512 ssd , 4gb 1650 and all....Considering the price gap of 30K these downgrades are not worth considering at all....so i think this laptop is just a waste of money....acer asspire 7 has 3 different models (just processors are different) : I5 9300H one 50-58K(50K in sale) , I7 9750H 65-70K and Ryzen 7 one 59-65/67 K....BELIEVE ME THEY ARE FAR BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY.

This key fell off after 2 months of use! Something is rattling in the computer too. HP warranty says it will not cover the repair and will cost $402! Complete waste of money and time!! Do not buy!!!

Best as expected
I purchased from local hp store, changed SSD to 512GB.
Mainly for development, Android studio was installed in just 1.5 minutes. RAD studio is loading faster than expected. Huge development IDE's are getting installed much much faster than expected. Also working on such IDE too is very faster. I use to keep both RAD studio and Android Studio open same time with Android emulators, it's still fast enough.

Wireless network on and off all the time.
Got the laptop. Set it up. Worked great first 10 minutes. After 10 min wireless network disappeared. 2 min later back, 30 seconds later off again. Then just keep popping on and off. Event viewer showing internal errors for Wi-Fi device. Will return and get exactly the same one. If happens again, I am going for another brand.

Hello guys . I purchased this laptop's low-end variant i5+8GB RAM + 1GB HDD + 256 SSD + 4GB GTX 1650 . I waited for 1 month before posting the review . I am definitely not a heavy gamer and this laptop too is totally for casual gamers .
GTA 5 runs butter smooth on my device with a consistent 60fps .
Watch dogs 2 suffered minor frame drop but otherwise totally playable on the 2nd best graphic settings . These are the only 2 demanding games I have tested .
I have not experienced any heating issues yet , battery life is 4 hrs on medium usage . The trackpad is amazing and I really like the purple backlit keyboard . The screen is diamond cut and looks brilliant . The graphic card is more than enough to support casual gamers .
The main thing is as of 18/9/2020 , my variant is priced at 85000 which is definitely not economical . I purchased this for 73000 which I find pretty apt . The alternative to this one with the very same specs is lenovo legion Y540 which is priced at 66000 . But I went for HP since majority of my friends have had a superb experience with HP products and also due to ready availability of HP service centres located in my city .

This HP computer is fast and pretty, but Microsoft will not let you Download Google Chrome
I have tried every way I could to download GOOGLE CHROME and Microsoft would NOT let me.
I understand Microsoft and HP wanting you to use their products, but to refuse access to another program is just Wrong!! Very disappointed and I will never get one again...

This is a 400 dollar laptop with a good CPU.
If all you aspire to in life is to watch videos on youtube, this is the laptop for you. Other than that, from the moment you turn on the laptop there is a LOUD fan and it doesnt stop. The IRIS graphics card is one of the lowest preforming GPU's you can get. Which is heartbreaking seeing as how i have been buying HP's for over a decade without problems, but its appears that all the hp laptops in this price range have this lame graphics card.

Not even 5 pages printed with this Cartridge
I installed this cartridge in my HP deskjet Ink Advantage 3636, 3 days back. I did not print more than 4 colour pages, and the cartridge dried up. I am not able to print any pages anymore because I can't use black ink individually. Spending Rs 700 for 4 pages is complete waste of money. We are getting fooled by this product. No value for money at all.

Not worth the price. And delicate. So so service.
I bought this offline 1.5 years ago, the i5 version instead of the i7, and i am glad i didn't waste that much!
1) the body is delicate. The screen oscillates even when the room fan is on. I bought the laptop cause i had to carry it to college. Within a year the back cover that supports the screen broke and it was replaced under warranty. And i was told not to carry it too much.
2) after the service, i noticed a dark spot on my screen. Those pixels got damaged. I told the service guy and he said it will be okay with use. And the spot became prominent now. And when i asked the service center for the repair, they said its accidental damage and i have to pay for it.
3) Its 1.5 years and one of the usb slot is dead. Pendrive and phones when i connect with usb, doesn't work. When i connect usb mouse, it keeps connecting and disconnecting. So they said, "since its not completely dead, we cant replace it"
Overall the experience is not so good and definately not worth the price. Dell is far better. I bought hp because of their hardy body, but i guess it has changed now.

Not value for money
If only HP can figure out a way to reduce the price of their cartridges. They barely last and for a small office, this is an expensive solution. If you can find a good quality cartridge refill shop nearby, would recommend that over recurring purchases of original cartridges.

It had been an year since I am using it.I had bought this laptop offline for 70000(even in online it's same at that time)
PROS:
1.good processor and graphics card
2.nice performance and good classy appearance
3.moderate battery backup(after 1 year now I can use 2.5 hours when charged fully)
4.No lag experienced till now
5.this laptop has all features(like SSD, graphic card)
CONS:
1.No MS office
2.increased value of cost(approx 11000 rupees increased after my purchase)
3.this comes with 130 W charger ,so relatively more heat is released from adapter
PROS:
1.good processor and graphics card

1.No MS office
2.increased value of cost(approx 11000 rupees increased after my purchase)
3.this comes with 130 W charger ,so relatively more heat is released from adapter

Fast and Beautiful but Noisy Fan and Short Battery Life
The laptop is fast and beautiful. However, the cooling fan is too loud and annoying during startup, and it stays on and annoying for a while until all apps are loaded. I updated the BIOS hoping that HP made some changes to the fan settings that will minimize the noise, but no, it barely improve.
Battery life - published to be around 10 hours is misleading. Even on mixed use that consists mostly of internet browsing, the battery drains fast that I can hardly get 6 hours before it shows the low battery warning. The battery meter in Windows shows how fast it drain even when screen brightness is set below 50% and the Windows services (Administrative Tools > Services) are optimized to stop those programs that really not need to start when the laptop boots up. Quite disappointing that the battery life is not that long in actual day to day use considering that this is rated for 10hours? But I am keeping it - for its performance and beautiful design.
