Why would you use anything else !!!
This rough in is well thought out , watch the video of it installed on you tube,
I just installed 4 of these in my house. It's well thought out with service stops at each station plus the wife has tons of choices to chose from now and in the future as this box will be the foundation by which Hans grohe builds future product.
It's comes with 3/4 inlets and outlets which are easily reduced to 1/2 inch should you desire, they used too include the reducers however now no longer do.
Great product and arrived at job site without issue thanks to amazon prime

Hansgrohe 3/4-inch iBox with Service Stop
Plumber didn't have any problems with install. Item is marked so the tile installers know where to place the tile. There's no guess work involved.

2 years of use 0 problems.
Like the title says, i installed this myself in my renovated bathroom, ran 3/4 pipe home runs to the h2o heater and main, simple flushing block and internal shutoffs.
