These things are very handy. Dont know how I got by with using my 12" square for everything. Always grabbing for one of these now. Very nice quality

Tough to get truly square instruments unless you pay a fortune. These should suffice for a beginner. Would highly recommend you check squares before using.

perfect for woodworkers...the wider base makes it very easy and stable for hands free standing, heaver than most gives a very solid feel to them. as far as i can tell they are perfectly square....i've compared them to every other square i have....

These appear to be well made and check out within a half thousandth. Good basic machinist square for the money.

A square set. They are great and I believe they are stainless. For under $20, Great Job Grizzly!
My Woodpecker square indicates all of the angles are exactly 90 degrees. My Starrett straight-edge indicates everything is flat. No light! Now I can put both of instruments safely away in the cabinet.
One interesting item about these squares is that there is not a nominal measurement anywhere to be found. There are no edges that have any multiple of 1/64" or 0.1mm. Grizzly didn't offer measures and it almost appears they went out of their way to deliver! Oh well, I still have expensive calipers and rules for that.
