Ho restituito l'oggetto in quanto la configurazione FXO era abbastanza assurda
Anche avendo inserito user e password da ambedue le parti il trunk voip asterisk da sempre rejected
Inutile dire che il trunk sul provider Voip funziona regolarmente
Inoltre attivando la parte FXO sparisce la connessione FXS che da sola funzionerebbe perfettamente
Forse non è l'oggetto adatto per collegare una linea PSTN ad un centralino VOIP
Il tutto eseguito arraffando su internet tutti i tutorial reperibili

Nachdem meine Internet-Router in den Keller umgezogen ist, waren mein "TAE-Telefon" und meine "MuFu-Drucker-Fax-Kombination" vom Telefonnetz getrennt.
Auf der Suche nach einer Lösung bin ich auf VOIP - Router von Grandstream gestoßen. Bestellt, in vier Tagen geliefert und nach "nur" vier Stunden Konfiguration hat sich der Erfolg eingestellt. Nun verrichten Telefon und Fax wieder ihren Dienst und eine Neubeschaffung ist nicht erforderlich.
Die Lieferung kam in einer Amazon Tüte. Der Router ist in einer unscheinbaren weißen Pappschachtel verpackt. Geliefert wird der Router, ein Netzteil und ein Netzwerkkabel. Die Konfigurationsoberfläche ist, wie schon von Anderen erwähnt, "90er Jahre-Stil". Das macht aber nichts, denn man muss sie nur einmal nutzen.
Meine Empfehlung zur Installation:
1. Grandstream-Router anschließen. WAN-Buckse mit LAN verbinden.
2. VoIP Telefoniegerät im Internetrouter einrichten
3. Internetrouter neu starten (sonst kann es passieren, dass die Anmeldung von der Grandstream-Box nicht funktioniert
4. Konfigurationsoberfläche im Browser öffnen (Passwort: admin)
5. Konfiguration vornehmen:
Einstellungen ADVANCED SETTINGS:
Dial Tone: f1=425@-17,c=0/0;
Busy Tone: f1=425@-21,c=480/480;
Mit Apply bestätigen
Einstellungen PROFILE 1/2
Primary SIP Server: IP oder URL des Internet-Router
Outbound Proxy: IP oder URL des Internet-Router
Dial Plan: { x+ | *x+ | *xx*x+ | **x+ }
SLIC Setting: Germany
Caller ID Scheme: ETSI-FSK prior to ringing with LR+DTAS
Ring Frequency: von 20 auf 25
Mit Apply bestätigen
Einstellungen: FXS PORTS oder FXS PORT, je nach Gerät
SIP User ID: Benutzernamen wie im Internet-Router
Authenticate ID: Benutzernamen wie im Internet-Router
Authenticate Password: welches dem VoIP-Anschluss im Internetrouter zugeteilt wurde
Name: welcher dem Anschluss im Internetrouter zugeteilt wurde
Mit Button [Apply] bestätigen
Mit Button [Reboot] Grandstream-Router neu starten
Die geänderten Daten werden jetzt aktiv.

Den Punktabzug vergebe ich wegen:
- fehlender Gebrauchsanweisung in der Lieferung,

Not supplied with a UK power adapter. No manual supplied (but can find online). For me, the correct was to connect this was to connect an ethernet cable from my router into the WAN port on the HT812. Then I used IVR via phone (***) to set a static IP address to get to the web interface. Once there enter the address of the sip server in profile 1, and the username and password under FXS ports. Don't forget to change the default password under basic and advanced settings. After that, it's plain sailing, but I couldn't find anywhere that made it this simple, so I hope this helps someone else. Call quality great on initial test - certainly better than the buzzing and crackly line from Virgin Media.

I switched to a VOIP service and wanted to keep my existing telephones. This requires use of an ATA. I found that the manufacturers of these devices provide lots of specifications on them, but the REN is not always so easy to find unless you download and search the manuals. This unit is REN 3, and was one of the main factors in choosing this model over others (The HT814, for example, is only REN 2).
The unit is quite small and is not unattractive. It was delivered extremely quickly by the supplier. It arrived in a plain white box with a power supply and some cables. You will likely need to purchase an additional adapter to convert the socket(s) to mate with the BT style items on your existing telephone lead(s).
There is no manual supplied, so you need to download a PDF. I suspect many people will struggle to get this working without some cursing. I expected I may have some issues, so I also purchased a telephone when I set up my account. This came preconfigured and functioned out of the box. I used the settings from this to fill out the relevant boxes in the HT812 configuration pages and it was soon working. It would have taken me much longer without this information. It is not really fair to expect your VOIP provider to get a device working that they did not provide and likely know little about. The amount of settings that can be changed is high. None of the default settings need to be altered to make the unit work. The default settings appear intended for use in the USA (ringtones etc.).
There is a great page on the web that lists all the settings you need to change to make it more suitable for a UK environment. Kudos to that person.
Remember to change the device password, or you may find unscrupulous internet types racking up a large telephone bill at your expense.

If you need VoIP then this thing is brilliant. It has a lot of options but I found it plugged in and worked pretty much first time. I now have a work line and a home line, entirely internet based. I've been running it for 6 months + and it's never let me down.
Note, you need to use it in conjunction with a suitable service provider.

Very nice unit to convert an internet line to a normal BT type line. Gives you a 'hard line' using your standard internet. Note that you need to have a SIP server (Voip account) to be able to use it. And also note it will not work with skype accounts.
I took one star off because the interface is very dated and the internet/LAN ports were ambiguous.

Luckily have had a Grandstream product in the past so understood the setup menus and what I needed to get working for my Draytel SIP account to work OK. No problems so far (about one month).

...ein gelungenes Produkt. Die Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten
sind zwar sehr mächtig und nicht unbedingt für Laien sofort verständlich,
aber dadurch kann man diesen ATA an die jeweilige Anforderung anpassen.
Die Signaltöne lassen sich auch individuell einstellen.
(Zum Beispiel für Deutschland, 425Hz Dauerton anstatt 440/350Hz Mischton wie in Amiland)
Dial Tone f1=425@-17,c=0/0;
Der Wahlplan sollte um " |**x+ } " ergänzt, und die Sprachbedienerführung ausgeschaltet werden.
Dann klappt es auch mit der Fritzbox. ;-)
Getestet habe ich das an einer 7490 und an einer Alcatel OXE.
Geht! :-D
Bildet im Umfeld einer TK-Anlage natürlich nicht deren komplette Leistungsmerkmale ab...
Trotzdem eine gute Möglichkeit seinen "Homerouter" um analoge Anschlüsse zu erweitern,
oder im professionellen Bereich Faxe, Telefone, Türsprechstellen usw. an Standorte zu bringen, an
denen nur Datennetz vorhanden ist.
Fax über Voip ist so eine Sache...die besten Erfahrungen habe ich gemacht mit: T38-aus, Jitter Buffer-Fix

Die Ersteinrichtung ist zwar eine Fummelei, überzeugt aber im Gesamtergebnis.
(Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Software-Release 1.0.5.11)
