I bought this board for my first pc build and it had ever feature that I needed for except the RGB for my fans. The Bios is easy to navigate and set up fan speed is easy enough. When I put in my flash drive with windows in the tower it booted straight to windows and managed to find my devices easy within the bios. The Board is built well and has some RGB parts on the board which give a nice glow to it. I currently have a Nvidia GeForce 1070 and an Ryzen 7 2700X with 16GB of ram with this board and works like a charm. Tad bit smaller than an Full ATX board so in the case I had to remove some standoffs but now it's working and going strong since I built it at the start of November it's been an absolute trooper. Got to recommend this board for sure though even though not any proper RGB headers I could find which fit my fans :/

For £85 this comes with two NVMe slots one of which having a heatsink. This is great as buying an NVMe with a heatsink is usually £20-30 more than a normal one, this mobo will save you a bit of money in that regard.
As expected the XMP profile is incredibly easy to set up with a drop down tab allowing the approriate speeds of the RAM you own.
Only 'issue' is the unnecesary plastic they put near the IO, in my case I ahd to remove two fans just to fit this in, as the plastic excedes the standard height meaning it wouldn't natively fit in.
All in all great board 9/10 would recommend

Ho assemblato questa scheda madre con AMD Ryzen 5 2600x , GPU Gigabyte rx 590 8gb , RAM HyperFuryX Ddr4 3200hz 16 gb (8gbx2 ) , SSD da 500gb e PSU da 650w .
Tra le svariate b450 in commercio ho scelto proprio questa Gigabyte Aorus Elite in formato ATX ( 235 x 305mm ) per la sua dotazione abbondante , completa e moderna . Non mi sono mai pentito della scelta .
Dispone di 4 slot per le RAM in DDR4/SDRAM dual channel e supporta frequenze fino 3200 hz ( la preferisco elevata per generare maggiori FPS nei giochi ) con capacità massima di 64gb . Velocità di clock alte richiedono l’impostazione manuale del profilo XMP nel BIOS , altrimenti girano a 2666hz di default . Il BIOS è molto semplice e intuitivo da usare .
Lo slot di espansione è completo : oltre agli slot PCI Express ( 1PCI-E x16 3.0 per la scheda grafica , 1 PCI-E x4 e 2 PCI-E x1 ) dispone di doppio slot per SSD M2 PCLe NVMe con dissipatore integrato .
Il pannello posteriore , ricco di funzionalità , è già integrato sulla scheda madre . È dotato di ben 8 ingressi USB type-A suddivisi a metà tra 2.0 e 3.0 ( 3.1 G ) e inoltre 1 uscita HDMI ( risoluzione max 4096x2160@60hz ) e 1 DVI-D ( 1920x1200@60hz ) per eventuale doppio monitor .
Gli attacchi per ventole sono 4 ( utile averne di più perché 1 è sempre riservato al dissipatore del processore ) e sempre 4 sono quelli dedicati ad eventuali strip led RGB/RGBW/UV color da 5/12 v .
Il BIOS è già aggiornato quindi compatibile sin da subito con Ryzen di seconda generazione , supporta comunque tutte e 3 le generazioni .
Questa scheda madre è ricca anche per quanto riguarda le connessioni sata III 6gbps , che sono ben 6 .
Ha un buon sistema di raffreddamento ( SmartFan 5 ) con 6 sensori termici distribuiti lungo la scheda madre . Al di sotto di una certa temperatura le ventole si disattivano , io non ho mai riscontrato problemi di temperatura anche grazie ai dissipatori .
più che soddisfacente l’esperienza audio con il chipset Realtek ALC892 .
Gli effetti RGB invece danno un tocco di originalità ad una estetica già piacevole e aggressiva , sono personalizzabili tramite Fusion2.0 ( programma che permette inoltre di sincronizzare gli effetti delle varie periferiche rgb compatibili come scheda video , ventole del case , strip led ... ) .
È molto semplice da assemblare , sul libretto d’uso ogni passaggio risulta ben chiaro anche per chi è alle prese con il suo primo assemblaggio .
Per chi non lo avesse notato non è la versione con WIFI integrato , ma si puó sempre aggiungere una scheda wifi .
Non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare , va alla grande e mi ci son sempre trovato bene . La consiglio quindi serenamente a chiunque cerchi una b450 completa , affidabile e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo . Ciao e buona scelta

The product is billed as "Ryzen 3000 ready" and it even has this printed on the box however when I went to build my new PC with a Ryzen 3700x it required a BIOS update. If you have an older CPU to slot in and complete the required BIOS update that's fine, however if like me you don't, it renders the motherboard pretty much useless and then facing the prospect of either forking out for an older model CPU to do the update, or a new motherboard. I see some reviews here saying people got boards with the updated BIOS already installed however it seems I may have been unlucky and gotten older stock. I can't comment on the technical performance for obvious reasons. Just beware when purchasing for compatibility.

Certainly seems a user friendly quality board with handy features and room for expansion, i like that it has 2 M2 slots.

Pour toutes les personnes inquiètes, la cm est arrivée en F40, donc j'ai installé mon 3800x direct sans soucis. Par contre, si vous partez sur un 3900x ou plus, préférez une carte mère en x570.
Pour l'oc ça va pas vraiment être possible mais franchement pour 100€ c'est une vrai bombe : 3 prises pour ventilos chassis, 2 argb et une rgb, ma ram tourne parfaitement en 3200Mhz, et en plus le pcb est noir.
Elle est aussi compatible avec les ryzen 5000 mais je pense pas qu'elles viendront avec la maj adéquate.

After alot of shopping around and checking out reviews i decided to purchase this board, not only does it fit my needs perfectly ive plenty of headroom to expand and upgrade later on , if i were to buy again id probably go for the pro model instead of the elite model but thats purely for the extra rgb ! the bios was easy to use and easy to update and the on board rgb is vibrant and works well !

I didn't install this myself, needed help. But they tell me it was relatively easy to install. The performance is great, have thrown everything I can at it performance wise and have had no issues. Has plenty more space and ports so more can be added at any time. A great foundation for further upgrades.

Overall a good looking and functioning motherboard, unfortunately mine did not come with the M.2 thermal guard mentioned in the description so i have lowered the score according to how hard it is to contact gigabyte support, which is apparently impossible as they simply do not answer the phone for some reason.

The pins were bent before I even got it out of the antistatic bag, it kept jumping to VGA on the display LEDs and it is entirely out of function. What a terrible board, especially seeing as they claim to be durable! Be cautioned buying this board!

Great motherboard for the price. Working with my Ryzen 7 3700x right out of the box. A lot of people in the reviews here have had trouble with this board not working with Ryzen 3rd generation chips, and that they need to do a bios update to sort the issue. It seems to be a roll of the dice whether you get a new board with updated bios or not, so just be aware of that.

I bought this motherboard but found that it would not post because it was trying to use integrated graphics. And i now require another cpu/APU in order to update bios to use newer cpu. So i would reccomend using an older and cheaper apu to update bios before using the originally intended cpu
