I found a solution for hard keys and it becomes the best keyboard thereafter..
like:
1. good speed signal. No issue with typeing games.
2. low cost. 1.2 k
3. good battery life. For me more than 1.5 year still working.
4. accuracy.
Dislike:
1. keys got hard to press too early is the major problem faced with the product in 4 months. I found an answer for that problem after 1.5 years of using it with hard keys... Just remove the keys from keyboard, clean with a brush put oil on it. And enjoy it as a 100% new one.. believe me it is the best solution i have ever found for hard keys...
2. mouse is small for an adult male hand. The power switch is a little problem while openning it. It is needed to be adjusted by pulling and pushing it back and foth some times to get the right point to on.
3. space bar is placed more to the right side. Thow i felt no issue with it at all.

Good for casual and light usage.
Its portable and feels surprisingly good for a Chiclet style keyboard. I wouldn't recommend this for gaming or for people with big fingers as the keys feel very sensitive . Another draw back i noticed is that it feels oily after a few minutes of typing so you have to regularly clean it with a cloth . It easily fits in my bag and carry it around where ever I take my laptop.
The mouse feels good but be careful with it . I accidentally droped it once from my bed and something came loose inside as I can hear it moving around. But it's still working though. But for the price it's good.
To my fellow gamers out there . If your looking for a gaming keyboard and mouse at this price range you should go for a RGB or Backlit (To actually be able to see the keys in the dark) wired keyboard and mouse. This one shows considerable input lag and will ruin your gaming experience.
But if you don't play game and just want a wireless keyboard this feels ok. Overall its a good keyboard and mouse combo.

good build, but keys on the keyboard are not soft
The overall a good product. However, keep in mind that it's not suitable for people who do a lot of typing, like programmers or writers. It's good for general purpose use.
The problem is that you have to hit the keys on the keyboard exactly in the middle, else how much pressure you put the key does not go down. See pic.

Great product but can't be used with type c port macbook pro
The product build quality is just superb for the price, but it did not work for me.
I was trying to use it with a 2019 MacBook pro via type C to usb adapter. When using within 1 feet it worked smooth and fine but when I placed them in keyboard drawer say ~3feet, it was lagging like anything.
The type C to usb adapter was the culprit for me, because when I used it with a macbook air which has an inbuilt usb port, it worked perfectly.

Ok Types
Mouse is good. But some sound is coming on shaking it. Dont know if only my sample is like that. Although its working fine. The push buttons of the mouse are also very thin so can say how much they will last. As I said from working point its working spotlessly and accurately.
Keyboard is really a cheap plastic junk. It could have been much better. I am not sure how dell is creating such a keyboard. The buttons shake a lot. The plastic looks pathetic. You cannot type at speed without missing letters. For working part its kind of "kaam chalau".
For the price we are paying I think we can get this much only.
Given a choice I would spend 300-400 more to but a better keyboard.

Review post 2 year Usage | Good experience but died in 1 year.
About usage experience - Just you would want in everyday usage, really god and keyboard is almost chiclet. Lovely.

I have owned this combo for almost 2 years now but it just became faulty after 8 months of normal usage. By normal I'd say 2-6 hours a week.
Initially mouse scroll became faulty but by the end of first year, some keys stopped working. By some I mean a complete diagnoal strip from Esc key down to A,S. (Esc, 1 Q,W,A,S,CapsLock,Tab). I guess this was some sudden circuit failure.
NO I never mishandle my gadgets, I've been doing regular cleaning coverning when not in use etc. out of habit.
Searching new combo again.

Bad Product
Keyboard gets stuck, is not fluent to type with and misses letters while typing at times. Not a good product from dell. The caps lock indicator light is missing, other functions too like print screen need to be first learnt. the main problem is that it gets frigid at times and letters get skipped. Mouse is ok.
Update after use of 3 months:
Had to replace the keyboard ultimately due to it being non smooth and often getting stuck.
Don't buy it.

Good quality keyboard, value for money
Good quality keyboard and mouse. No on/off switch for keyboard. Keys are well spaced and don't sound much while typing. I bought this to use with MacBook, as windows key (which is cmd key for macos) is near to C and V keys and reduces the key travel for frequent copy/paste operations. On most of the other keyboards the windows key and C, V keys are too far. Mouse is good to hold, has on/off switch. Overall good quality keyboard and value for money.

2. Very Sleek & Perfect design

Fairly good product. Easy to use.
It's a good product. Am using it since two days, so I don't know how it is on a longer run. Quality of the product is good but not upto the price Mark. I would rather pay 800₹ for This than 1300₹ . Never that less it's a easy to install and easy to use. Other than quality of the material so far am very happy with the functioning of both keyboard and mouse. Overall it's a good product . You can choose it without any doubt.

Stopped working right after 12 months
~~Long term review - The keyboard and mouse combo was all fine at the beginning. Keyboard was silent and smooth at the beginning. but as months passed, the keys became increasingly hard and I started having pains in my fingers, that too only with around 4 hours usage PER WEEK. Exactly after one year many keys stopped working. Did everything I could clean and resurrect but to no avail. Really disappointed with this purchase.
~~ Giving two stars just because the mouse had no problems and is still working.
~~ This review I am typing from my old iball keyboard which I had before Dell. This keyboard seems pretty good compared to the the experience I had with Dell.

Keyboard is smooth but using mouse is inconvenient
Good Seller. The first delivery was though a defective one, which was replaced instantly by the seller. Appreciate his honest and swift response.
The keyboard is smooth in use with its soft keys. Mouse is also really soft. There's absolutely no lag in the press of button and response on the screen. Although the keyboard lacks Caps Lock, Num Lock LEDs but that is manageable.

Bad Mouse, Good Keyboard
The mouse seems fragile, the right clicks feel like they'll break after some time. The keyboard is pretty good on the other hand. The switch mechanism is very different than other keyboards its very low profile but is still very responsive and the keys feel great while typing(personal preference comes to play). Not for gaming tho which is understandable since its a budget wireless keyboard and mouse, in competitive shooters like CSGO and Valorant I coulld feel there is a certain input lag on keyboard and the mouse is not the best for aiming. Wish for a better mouse to make this package worth it

Great keyboard mouse combination
I ordered this keyboard mouse combo for my laptop. Completely satisfied. Size of keyboard is good unlike some mini keyboard where typing is a problem, however, in this piece typing is nice. Keys are super smooth. Mouse is nice and responsive. Overall nice product. Using since a month, it is working on original batteries.

Wrong item received 118, instead of 117 after returning 2 times also
Received wrong porduct as you can see box is of model 117 and product in it is of model 118. I was already using the same model earlier so i found that i got another model which looks similar to 117 but is not good for use as the mouse is really bad and the sensitivity is not good. but in the actual product is is good

Horrible quality - never buy this product
PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD. KEY PRESSES ARE VERY VERY HARD LIKE 5 YRS OLD KEYBOARD. I HAVE TO USE IT BECAISE I SPENT MONY CANT HAVE ANY OPTIONS. PLS DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. After some time some Keys are not properly working.

It's a nice Product but..
It's a nice product but the only con is that it doesn't have any indicator to denote whether Caps lock, Num lock is on or not. Sometimes, when in a hurry, i send an e-mail or a message without checking - The num lock would be off and the numbers wouldn't have made it to the message. This had caused issue a few times.
Apart from that, this is great product, well built and worth for the price.

Mouse is average quality
I had purchased this combo seeing a lot of positive reviews but feel should have gone for separate wireless mouse and keyboard. The mouse while works fine but the sliders at the bottom are not smooth hence there is resistance while sliding the mouse. I even tried a mouse pad but still no improvement( and yes this is after maintaining the sliding plastic at the bottom super clean). Very frustrating to use this mouse. Have been using since last 6 months and waiting the mouse to go bad so i can buy a Logitech mouse next time. The Dell standalone wireless mouse available for around INR 799 is much better quality than this mouse in combo pack.

Useless combo. Faulty design.
This is completely useless mouse keybaord combo for following reasons:
1. Its space bar key is away from the left most key. There are 2 keys additionally in between. This layout is not standard layout.
2. Mouse is extremely noisy and drains battery even when not in use.
My advice would be to go with Logitech branded combo.

My experience after using few months...
It's just a cheap product. I believed to brand Dell. But mouse and keyboard doesn't work seamlessly. Mouse lags a lot so I kept aside and using my Logitech mouse. Coming to keyboard, given price point it's fine. Typing smooth and ergonomic.
But always think could have spent little more amount for a better keyboard and mouse.
For mouse I would give a star less.

Why do I ask for anything better??
This is exactly what I wanted, proper size for Keyboard, Mouse, Buttons, placement of keys. I wish it has right click on right side next to Alt button, but it is on top (not a big problem).
Mouse and Keyboard works perfectly, using since 9 months. Never had any issues. The battery on Keyboard is AAA but on Mouse it is AA. Not sure why Dell designed it that way. The keyboard has enough space to fit AA batteries, but still supports AAA.
Overall, super satisfied, in case if the keyboard/mouse stops working. I am going to buy same one next time. Had lot of trouble with other keyboards & mouse in past, but this is perfect one.

Great combination of keyboard and mouse
Nice tactical feedback from the keyboard and it is silent as well. The mouse has an on/off switch. Keyboard though does not have any indicators (neither NUM LOCK, nor SCROLL LOCK or CAPS LOCK).
But not a showstopper issue as most software and password entering websites warn if the CAPS-LOCK is on. I have just received it, so can't judge the battery life. Oh and the package comes with 2 AAA Duracell for the keyboard and 1 AA Duracell for the mouse. So you are good to go after unboxing it.

Keyboard is fine but the mouse is average quality
Chiclet keys work just fine and fast, mouse quality however seems cheap, overall it is better compared to dell's wired chiclet keyboard which is also what i use, this is better experience due to better keys and feel to it, light missing is a little letdown but otherwise it is fine, although expensive considering the quality of the mouse

Even Though Build Quality Doesn't Seem Strong.
The Mouse Is Very Comfortable to Hold. Only thing is Could Not Click Very Fast in games (it's not a gaming mouse anyway so its totally fine).
On the Battery Side . Its Been Stellar. Im Still using this set for Over A Year Now. I didnt need to install any new set of batteries for A Whole 13 Months. Then i needed to change the Keyboard batteries but yhe mouse is still powered by the stock cells.
I Use My Pc Everyday. I Do a Lot of Photoshop,Lightroom,Premier Pro,Aftereffects. Played a Lot a Games including GTA V,MGS V,FIFA 18 etc.

Too Dim letters
First pc came turned faulty within days. Then asked for replacement as per warranty. Which was done within 1 week in all.
But this keyboard is really not so good. Esp for us who are not great typist. The letters are so Dim u need sufficient light to read the letters. This is a big drawback of this model, I found.

Poor quality and ergonomics.
First the good part: (A) This is a combo of wireless keyboard and mouse and that reduces two wires from my work table. (B) It doesn't place heavy demands on battery and so the batteries last long.

Very bad experience from Amazon!!!
The product delivered with a cheap packaging.
Once I open the keyboard it seems to be a used one but working fine. There is no place to keep the Bluetooth receiver in the mouse, when it is not in use. Even there is no ON/OFF button for the keyboard which makes some unnecessary input to the computer.

Size is big, careful about its practicality.
Keyboard is sturdy and keeping up with my beating. Bear with the key sounds when you are typing. Key strokes are not that silent and mouse clicks are also bit louder.
Length of the keyboard is bit on higher side. Tough to keep in your bag,in case you want it with you all the time.
Having a separate number keys is a boon and a disadvantage in size perspective.

A Good Wireless keyboard and a Mouse
Purchased for my Dell laptop as the keyboard layout s similar to that of my laptop so no relearning.
Keyboard layout / key are good except that there is no indication lights for for CAPS and NUM locks . Only indication is Battery low i guess. Mouse size fits my hand comfortable it is bit smaller in length less than a wired mouse. I don't feel any jerky movement neither double click problems.
Overall a good combination or mouse and Keyboard.

Pathatic keyboard and mouse signals. If you connect the dongle behind your desktop, it won't even work. And hardly a month it has been and the mother board already konkedboff.
'Space' and 'return' both keys do the job of 'return' and similarly 'm' and 'n' deliver just 'n'.
This is not an original Dell.

Not working properly
Data transfer from keyboard to computer is very slow. Its not work like logitec keyboard. While you typing in keyboard fast, it is not displaying the character in screen as you type. So its waste of money

Amazing. Go for it!
- Good to have the switch on mouse to preserve battery life, on top of already a great battery life.
- Soft and responsive keystrokes on keyboard
- Bought this after older Logitech Mouse and Keyboard combo stopped working. This one has better keystrokes as compared to Logitech.
No cons so far.

The Best Wireless Keyboard and Mouse
Here's my review for Dell Km117 Wireless Keyboard Mouse. The packaging was good, everything was in proper order such as mouse, batteries and was a separate holder for receiver which was quite impressive. Keyboard was sleek and smaller than my previous keyboard.
Purpose of buying this one?
Previously I had Microsoft wired keyboard which was 8 years old and I needed an upgrade for my Desktop, so searched for some wireless keyboards on Amazon and found this one. I read the reviews before buying and was quite impressive by the ratings and reviews. This was the best and cheapest wireless keyboard mouse among its competitors and went ahead to buy this one. There are some pros and cons stated below:
Pros:
- Quite Sleek
- Mouse is of perfect size
- No sound on Keypress except Spacebar
- Battery Low indicator
- Nice Connectivity
Just 1 Con:
- Only one thing is missing in this product which is lights for Num lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock.
Conclusion:
I am using this product for almost 20 days and quite impressive by the performance. Keyboard never missed a word while I typed on the screen. It gives a premium feel while using this product. You can see how sleek the keyboard is in the pictures. It almost feel as in you are using a keyboard of a laptop rather than a desktop keyboard. No sound on any words pressed onto keyboard except spacebar.
I would surely recommend to go with this product as it is an allrounder in this amazing price segment of less than 1300/- Dell has done a fabulous job in terms of quality as it gives a premium feel.

Now comes to this product, this is combo of wireless keyboard and mouse.
Pro:
1. Ergonomics design, help to use it conveniently.
2. One bluetooth receiver is for both keyboard and mouse , this help us to spare one usb port.
3. Duracell batteries included in pack, so it is really convenient to just place the batteries in keyboard and mouse and start using it.
4. Keyboard keys are soft in use.
5. Mouse is responsive and accurate
6. Price is competitive.
7. Overall quality is very good.

Its double typing and doesnt recognise few key strokes.
I'm not sure what the issue is but it kept double typing letters. I cannot type a proper sentence without double typing letters. it could be random letters not just a few characters. I dont know how a product from Dell is working like this. This is a combo and the mouse works like a charm but the keyboard is a pain. one stroke is sometimes recognised as multiple strokes. I've tried this with multiple computers but the issue remained. I've requested for replacement. Let us see how it turns out.
Additional comments: I've got the replacement and it works like a charm. This is what i would've expected from the brand. Thanks to the customer service bot on amazon for replacing this!

No Num Lock Cap Lock lights
I received the product only 2 days back. It was very easy to connect and has a single USB to connect the mouse and keyboard.
The strange part is that there is no indicator light whatsoever. So it is difficult to know if the Num lock or Caps lock are on.
Also, there is no switch to the keyboard (he mouse has a manual switch).

This is certainly value for money. I got this combo last week and been using it almost every day until today.
Keyboard:
1. The keyboard keys are really smooth and sleek in design.

Great keyboard, loved it. Fresh packing. Please note I have noticed the price fluctuating for KM117 wireless keyboard and mouse from Dell. Do not buy it more than the mrp 1399. I got mine for 1281 inr.

I bought this product imagining the quality of the wired keyboard and mouse dell manufacturers, but I got disappointed when i recieved the product, the keyboard is of poor build quality but the mouse is good, the key travel and the clicking sound of the keyboard feels low quality and the keyboard feels like easy to break.

Dissapointed to find that this does not work after a few days. Whilst typing, almost half the inputs do not register. Could not imagine that a product made by Dell could be this bad.
Tried to move the wireless receiver to various USB ports on the laptop, however same results. Unit is virtually unusable. Disillusioned by the Dell brand.

Rarely works.
Sometimes there's a delay between keypress and actual text appearing on the screen. I don't know what's wrong here. For eg: if I wanted to type "hello", when I type it fast only "he" will appear, and after 3-5 seconds, "lo" comes. Still missing an "l". Sometimes the full text comes, most cases it will definitely miss some letters. I'm not missing the keys while typing(I checked to verify).
If I use thi Keyboard for an hour, I have to deal with this delay for like 45 minutes. Also there's lag while moving the cursor. I don't know if this is due to interference with other devices. Overall very bad experience

Pros: Good mouse, good battery life, easy to install

Keyboard build quality not good. You can easily twist the keyboard by holding opposite diagonal corners. in fact i did that because keyboard was wobbling.

A keyboard that does not work as intended.
I have been using DELL products for two decades and this is the first time I am disappointed. Many of the keys don't work, including the space bar. I have to constantly watch the screen to make sure that what I have typed is correct. It is very frustrating and if DELL believes in retaining customers, they should provide a free replacement. Of course they can take back what they have supplied. Overall, very disappointing.

Good Quality Material looks and feels like premium and also the Wireless Range is quite good works perfectly ..
I would recommend this product as i have used other Wireless Keyboard and Mouse KM636 (Higher Price) but this Model is perfectly crafted for daily use
Mouse Size is just perfect and not that heavy.
Still need to check the Battery Life ..
