RAM is INEXPENSIVE and PERFORMS like a champ.I am using 8GB of this RAM for my desktop with the following specifications:- Motherboard: ASUS P5G41T-M LX PLUS LGA 775- Processor: Intel® Core(tm)2 Quad Processor Q6600- Power Supply Unit: RAIDMAX 630 watt- Hard Drives: WESTERN DIGITAL 1.5 TB Caviar Green SATA II (WD15EADS) & WESTERN DIGITAL 1 TB SATA II Caviar Green (WD10EARS)- Fans: 1 120mm, 3 80mm- Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (64 bit)No complaints or apparent problems as of yet. :)

I think it was the super careful way the memory was packaged. It made it easier to install, and the security the memory had in transit was a big reassurance.

Installed this in a small form factor Gateway SX2311 PC with an AMD Phenom II Processor. The Windows Rating index for the stock RAM was 6, and with this new RAM it went up to 7.2. Stock RAM was only 4 GB, so having a total of 8 has made a huge difference and made it a lot more usable. Corsair has been a brand I could trust and I didn't hesitate to get another one of their products.

Simply put, I overpaid for them when they first came out. But look at the price now, WOW. These are cheap and excellent for their price range. A must have for a med-high range build for your rig.I've owned these for 2 years almost and they are still working excellently. No issues and minimal lag or complications.Definite buy for this price.

What can I say. After years of buying Kingston Value Ram locally I am amazed and a dedicted Corsair fan after purchasing this Ram. I will definately not be buying Value Ram Again. You will most definately notice the difference in gaming and overall performence if you are an everyday computer user.

I picked up this memory for my three year old PC. Photoshop was just sucking up too much RAM. Anyway, the memory installed easily (this ain't my first rodeo) and the heat sink/aluminum cover over the DDR3 RAM made installation a 'snap'. Runs well and performs as advertised.

As a product all by itself the memory is definitely impressive. Surely it's not the fastest CL memory your money can buy. That said you are far better of with CAS 9 memory and a larger quantity memory kit than say a 3GB CAS7 2000 MHz kit. I think that the everyday user will find this true. Corsair did it well. This is high-density memory that runs CAS9 at 1333 MHz is rock solid and I am very happy with speed and stability of this memory. In fact there is some tweaking potential to be found here as well, but hey, why not stick at 1333 MHz, go for absolutely as advertised low voltage stability while your memory bandwidth runs already high, it is more than enough for your overall performance for most of us. As cool as it sounds, you will not noticeably gain a lot by going higher in frequency or timings, trust me on that. So why not invest in more memory?

I ordered a kit with two 4GB sticks, i tried with both and the computer was beeping, tried with just one and the computer worked ok, tried with the other: beep again, maybe i should give this product 1 star for that, but because of the service i have to give 5 stars, the replaced the spoiled stick with no problem, my computer is working with 8GB.
