I upgraded my Xplore iX104C2 tablet PC from 512Mb to its 1GB max memory. This was a huge increase in speed for windows Vista. Well worth the money.

I installed this memory about a month ago.I got it in the mail, and had this memory installed in less than ten minutes. My computer is almost four years old, and it recognized the new memory with no problems. I now have 2.5 gigs of memory. I've noticed a nice boost in performance. Nothing miraculous, but nice. The machine doesn't slow down as much as it did before, when more than one program is running, and my browsers are snappier. And that is the whole point of adding extra memory!I don't know what else to say. The memory installs easily;disconnect the power cord, slip the side off the computer, flip the end clips up, take out the old sticks, snap the new sticks into the slots in matched pairs, flip down the end clips, close her back up, and reconnect the power cord.[...]And yeah I know I've got a lot of 5 star reviews, but hey, if I can't find anything to ding a product for, I won't.As long as things meet my expectations, and they work, I'm fairly easy to please, LOL.And I have no connections with any company, or product, other than I purchased the product, just in case you're wondering:)

Good price and service. That says it all. Also, when adding memory Corsair likes it's own in my experience. Installed without a hitch. The BIOS recognized the addition and all went well. Tried to upgrade the existing Corsair memory with a different brand and promptly had rounds with the blue screen of death. IF you have Corsair, stick with it. There may be others that work well or give more for performance minded users, but this is working just fine for me.

The Corsair Memory kit VS2GBKIT400C3 2 GB has been a pleasing addition to my computer. The working speed has increased greatly from the 512 that came with the Dell CPU. Even through the kit came with installation instructions, the hardest chore was getting the cover off the CPU to get to the chips. Otherwise it was easy to install. You can immediately tell I'm not a computer geek but I do know results.

I purchased this ram for my dad's office computer. It's a P4, about 5-6 years old, and only had 512 mb of ram! Add to that the fact that my mom refuses to ditch AOL and their computer was getting really sluggish.I told my dad he could put off buying a computer for a while and just install some new RAM and it has worked like a charm. RAM has speeded up the system considerably and it was a hassle-free experience. Good price, fast shipping, and although I haven't had to use it, good customer service.I definitily reccommend this product to people looking for DDR RAM!

After about a week of game crashing and mere frustration, I ended up using MS memory testing on each stick individually to find out one of the sticks was bad. Had to send back at my expense to the company directly via RMA, and am currently awaiting processing which came with a wonderful note "Please note we are currently experiencing delays with warranty replacement shipments, please allow for an additional 5 business days for processing."Well known company, but can be merely frustrating to buy new and still have to go through this.

I purchased 2 of these chips in February. In late March one of them went bad, which is not a huge issue. The chips come with a lifetime warranty.The huge issue is that when I RMA'd the bad chip to Corsair (RMA #1099812) they refused to honor the warranty. I contacted customer support 8 times, each time I was told that a supervisor that could approve the RMA was not available and that they would call me back. I never received a return phone call and finally gave up.I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for memory. When it comes down to it you can find the same product elsewhere and if it goes bad you won't have to worry about being stiffed on the warranty.

Corsair makes great memory products and this RAM does not disappoint. I already had 2GB of this same memory running in my computer for over 3 years with absolutely no problems and top-notch performance. You can't go wrong.

Replaced the 1 GB RAM in my Dell XPS Gen 1 laptop (Single core processor/Win XP Pro SP3) with 2 x 1 GB modules. The latency of the modules matched the original RAM. The installation took about 5 minutes and the system recognized the new amount of RAM on the next system start-up. These modules were significantly cheaper than offered by Dell or anything else I could find from what I consider a reputable retailer (local/on-line). I noticed a significant improvement in the performance of Adobe Photoshop Elements. I highly recommend these modules.

I installed this memory in my Dell Dimension 3000. The memory went from 256MB to 2GB! My computer now boots up and shuts down MUCH faster and doesn't freeze up when multiple tabs are open. The entire process was easier than I thought---I looked up my users manual on the Dell website and printed out the pages showing you how to replace the memory. The manual stated that placing identical memory cards in BOTH slots would be optimal. Amazon offered a pretty good deal on this 2 GB kit. I turned my computer on its side, removed the cover, took out the old card, and installed the new memory as directed. Opening up my computer also made me aware of the amount of dust collected in it (especially the fan vents and inside the front panel). Wow! After a through cleaning, it's running quieter. This low cost upgrade will make it possible for me to keep my current computer much longer.

I was fed up with my old laptop continuously growing pagefile. This is my second Corsair 1GB module. It works great because it lets the front bus run at 200MHz which is beyond the highest spec declared by the manufacturer (compaq v2565us, I know it sucks, but that's another story). Graphics and boot speed improve and now no more swapping :)

I give this product the highest rating on all counts. Easy to install on my HP DX 5150. The computer already had 1GB of RAM consisting of two 512K boards. I added two 1GB Boards and my computer is sizzling. No more lockups, quick start-up, and can run many programs at once. Best of all, I did for $65.

There is nothing wrong with the actual product. Just beware that the picture does not represent the actual product. The picture is of DDR3 not the advertised ram 184pin DDR 400MHz. However the ordered ram was correct by the text description.Somehow there ended up being two of these in my cart instead of one and I did not catch the discrepancy until the package arrived. I have ordered products from Amazon.com for many years and this is the first problem I've ever had. They do not consider this to be a refundable excuse even if the package is unopened and returned. With all that said the ram is actually in good working order and performs as it should. (the package I opened was, as far as the second one, I never opened it. Now I'm stuck with it. Lesson learned)

Very cheap for about $30 and free shipping for a 1gb ram stick, that's a good deal. The other day I went to Bestbuy to check out their prices, and its nearly $55 for a 1gb stick and I knew immediately that online it's cheaper. The Corsair 1gb ram stick quickly boosted my computer, booting sequence became faster, faster download time and so on. 5 stars definite. Shipping had it come on time, no problem. Thank you Amazon for this product.
