Плюсы по отзывам пользователей - Почему стоит купить Canon RF 50mm f/1.2L USM?:
Canon.
Canon.

Pin sharp even at f/1.8, super-shallow DOF, pleasing out-of-focus highlights (bokeh) & subjects
The EF 50mm f/1.8 STM is an upgrade of the old standard (and much-loved) EF 50mm 1:1.8 II. The optics are said to be very similar, but with the new lens there is a clear improvement in centre sharpness at f/1.8. Focusing is also faster, smoother and quieter thanks to the Stepper Motor (STM). Incidentally, the STM provides much-improved video focus tracking. The STM lens is heavier and more solid in feel than the old one and has a metal lens mount as opposed to plastic. The leaf photograph attached shows the fantastic DOF (Depth of Field) control possible with f/1.8. The second shows the amazing resolving power at f/8. This is a lens no Canon shooter's camera bag should be without! Also, it is worth noting that on APS-C bodies, the angle of view will be equal to that of an 80mm lens, making it just perfect for beautifully controlled portraits and studio work. An added plus, of course, is the cost - I don't know of any other lens that delivers such great performance at such a low price. Highly recommended for enthusiasts and professionals alike. Just get one - you'll never regret it. (Professionals who find it hard to accept this statement should test the MTF of the f/1.4 50mm @ 1.8 with this one's MTF wide open (1.8). The results are surprising !
A Legend for Portraits
If you are using a DSLR and you are one of those guys who constantly takes photos for your friends, then this will UP your game considerably. The portraits or close up shots taken using this are amazing and we can actually feel the difference.
Awesome
Lens is very good.Excellent Aperture it offers f1.8.But the buyers should be aware that 50mm acts as 80mm lens for cropped sensor Canon DSLRs.The image sharpness it offers is extraordinary.Worth the money
A brilliant lens for anyone looking to up their photography game!
A brilliant lens for anyone looking to up their photography game!
Every photo you take with this lens between an aperture range of 1.8 to 3.2 will have the nice depth of field which makes the subject pop in any image.
I had to do photography for my cousin's engagement and all I had in my arsenal were a Canon SL2/200D (crop sensor), 18-55mm Kit lens (28-80mm in crop sensor) and a 75-300mm telephoto lens (120-480mm in crop sensor).
I knew very well that these lens and camera combination were not the best for a event photography. (trust me! I've tried! The results were not so great) and I was sceptical about renting lenses as I could not be as light headed as I usually am with my own lenses.
So, I ordered the 50mm f/1.8 lens on 26th April, 2019 and got it on 27th April, a day before the engagement ceremony (Kudos to Amazon delivery).
I tested the lens a day before the engagement and on the day of the engagement, 90% of the photoshoot was done with the 50mm prime lens with 18-55mm lens used only for wide angle group shots. The absence of image stabilisation is not an issue as the lens is light in weight.
So, yes, the nifty fifty is a one size fits all kind of lens. However, my camera had a crop sensor (1.5~1.6X), which means the 50mm was actually giving me the field of view of an 80mm focal length. This meant that I had to physically move around a bit to get the framing right. If you have a full frame camera, 50mm would have the field of view of a 50mm.
This field of view difference had me over thinking about whether to buy the 24mm f/2.8 (38mm in crop sensor) or the 50mm f/1.8.
I finally pulled the plug on the 24mm, bought 50mm because of the 1.8 aperture and decided to compromise on the field of view. Also, the 50mm STM had 7 aperture blades which meant the bokeh would be nearly rounded.
In the end, the pictures came out great and had that 'Professional Photographer Click' look to it, everyone loved it. This made the investment totally worth it.
The only drawback with this lens would be the auto focus. While it is silent because of the STM motor, it is not the fastest.
I did the entire day's photoshoot with Manual focus and the results were really good. So, I would suggest that you use this lens with manual focus only.
So, in conclusion, if you are person who wants a relatively inexpensive lens with nice bokeh and depth of field, this lens is just hard to beat.
(I will not be sharing photos from the engagement to protect the privacy of the people involved. But, I will share some unedited sample photos to give you an idea about the quality you get from the 50mm prime lens.)

Its a poor man's L series, albeit black!
Well this is a great lens I would say an absolute must buy if u r a serious photography enthusiast. The stm focus is fast but not as snappy as the pro grade USM level. Picture quality is ausm- tack sharp 👌. The bokehs are good. It's a great portrait lens for those not so well lit indoors, this lens coupled with the canon colors make a great combo.
Warranty registered and got it for 2 yrs as mentioned.
The Amazon packaging was neat and delivered fast at a small Xtra cost.
The product was available at a discount for Rs. 6651.00 on Amazon great India fest because of an sbi instant discount and the surprise came in the form an Amazon cash back of Rs. 739.00, thank you Amazon again for this wonderful initiative.

Best STM lens for beginners
Best STM lens for beginners, product is 100% eligible for Indian warranty. You need to add the serial number on canon edge India website and make sure you enter the serial number mentioned on the lens, not the number mentioned on amazon invoice.
Must buy if you're interested even a bit in photography!
Wonderful little lens. Called the niftyfifty, this one really gives the photos a beautiful look. Background bokeh is wonderful which makes the portraits stand out from the kit lenses. Just remember this is not for very tight spaces. It brings the subject very close with a very tight frame and it can't focus very close as well. But it can also take good outdoor photos. The colours are also punchier compared to the kit lenses. The build quality is top notch. Locks onto the body with a distinct click! Feels solid yet light. Must buy!!
Don't expect TOO much
Due to the focal length the images appear rather zoomed in - so you have to stand a few feet away no matter what you're shooting. (This could become an issue if you're in a small room)
The low light performance is decent but ultimately the video quality will depend on your camera sensor. (Unfortunately, I'm using the Canon 1300D which is 'not the best') For indoor shooting at night, you still have to set the ISO pretty high.
Lastly, this lens does not have optical image stabilization - you will need a tripod in most situations. (Especially if you plan on recording a video)
What I love:
-It's easy to install and comes with 2 lens caps (rear and front)
-the bokeh is awesome
-nearly half the size of the standard lens, light and portable.

Good product in this price range..
Received the product three weeks ago..
The picture clarity is as expected.
Good to take photos in low light as the aperture is 1.8 shutter speed will be much faster.
Awesome bokeh effect while taking portraits.
Lightweight and handy. :)
The build quality could have been a little more better.
While docking we can feel the friction between the body and the lense
Auto-focus take some time in low lit conditions and manual focus bit tricky to use.
Overall a great product.
Recommended for portrait photography

Obviously Amazing!!
Excellent lens!
I am into photography since 5 years and I think this lens would be a game changer for every beginner!
This lens is prime (no zoom) and have an F/1.8 with which you can create amazing portraits. This lens is not just for portraits you can use it for product, low light, street etc...
It is also a very budget lens priced around 8.5k so it's very useful for every beginner
A beginner can leaen how to frame on his own as it does not have any zooming and can learn clearly learn about depth of field as it allows the widest F1.8(in this budget)
50mm also considered as normal lens which will surely give the effect needed
*This is a full frame lens and gets a different focal length (I.e more than 50) when used on cropped sensors (I.e 50 x crop factor)
Overall it's a good go for beginners and semi professional photographers as it teaches many elements and allows your photographs to reach next level
This lens is not for pros because the focusing is not quick (no USM) it has got STM which is bit slower compared to USM
Regarding delivery
I have faced no problem and warranty card was also included in it. Delivery was before the expected date!

Superb Lens from Canon at low price
Good lens for full frame camera, however if you are not using a full frame camera than pls note that 50 mm lens will work as 85 mm lens and hence you might not be able to capture wide angle shots. If you are using this camera inside a room, it will give you a very zoom image.
For indoor usage 25 mm or 30 mm lenses are better options.
Now coming to 50 mm lens, this lens gives amazing result on outdoor shooting conditions. Lower f value gives you superb background blur effect and you can do wonders with this lens of used judiciously.
Looking to the price this lens option is an excellent choice if you are learning photography or you are on your way to become professional photographer.

My life saver lens.
Life saver lens. I wished I had 50mm/f1.4, but that one is three times the price of this one. Of course, f1.4 will give more bokeh effect and give great depth of field but f1.8 is also good enough. It does great work with my Sony A7R2 and I could not have asked for more in shoe-string budget for lenses.
Excellent
I haven't used this lens for image samples testing. But overall it will work great I know. The product built quality is very excellent. I was not expecting this much build quality. Everything in the lens is working good with autofocus. I don't see any downside in this lens. It is a must buy for beginners. I am happy that I have purchased it. Don't forget to register the product for warranty on cannon edge as soon as you get it.
***Important *** no warranty
***Important*** No doubt it's a good lens... but this is a bad place to buy it from.. the invoice had no serial no. of the product.. so canon does not accept that.. I've been struggling to get the issue resolved with Amazon since 6 months now.. no solution ******
Plastic fantastic or the Nifty 50!
My goodness, I should have bought this lens way before! I think every beginner should begin their photography with the 50 mm lens. Perfectly accurate and crisp pictures. I am a big fan of nifty 50! Love it! This Mansi small, durable, lightweight and comes with a metal housing. Someone wrote a review that it needs a 52 mm filter but actually this lens needs a 49 mm filter. I found it sweet spot at around f3-4. Autofocus is accurate and fast. Too bad that does not have vibration resistance.
Great lens for portraits & street photography
It has a nice build - metal mount & high quality abs plastic build.
50mm is considered a standard focal length, you can use this for overall photography. (Do note that it becomes 80mm lens in crop sensor camera as mostly crop sensor cameras have crop factor of 1.6).
It shows some chromatic abrasion, but not much.
It has sharpest aperture of f4.0 on crop sensor cameras.
Nice bokeh quality thanks to 7 blades aperture.
It is very silent.
Focus ring is electronically coupled & it is buttery smooth.
It has 49mm filter thread.
It would be great if they gave lens hood though.

Review from a camera enthusiast:
Let's get it to the point.
Camera: 1500D
Lens: EF50mm f/1.8
Usage: Portrait
Expectation: very good bokeh, superb sharpness.
Reality: EXCEPTIONALLY sharp and delicious bokeh!♥️
Usage: Product photography
Expectation: good sharpness reasonable bokeh depending on background and surrounding.
Reality: I AM SOLD ON IT!♥️ THIS 7500/- glass is INCREDIBLE!♥️♥️♥️♥️
Usage: Landscape
Expectation: good field of view, nice sharpness.
Reality: NOT GOOD FOR LANDSCAPES WHEN USED ON CROP SENSOR. Why? Because, on Canon crop sensor bodies, the EF(NOT EF-S) lens focal length gets multiplied by 1.6, so, it's essentially a 80mm prime lens on my 1500D which is very tight focal length! Landscapes need WIDE FoV not tight FoV.
Usage: ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY (everyone's crazy on this!)
Expectation: decent shots
Reality: Better shoot photos as RAW, then, edit and develop in good editor. Direct JPEG will not satisfy you, AT LEAST DIDN'T SATISFY ME because, this introduced unnecessarily high brightness when used for more than 10sec.s exposure.
Overall: SUPERB buy for the price! It's a FULL FRAME compatible lens, so, I and you can keep this lens to be used with Canon full frame camera if we want!♥️ Decent purchase, I'm very satisfied! Peace. ☮️✌️🇮🇳♥️

For a beginner or amateur photographer, 50mm prime lens would be a good lens to add to existing kit-lens kit. Larger focal length helps in capturing better low-light photographs. Best lens for portraits, with crisp sharp imaging. And given larger focal length, it's easier to achieve bokeh effect

All for Portrait Aficionados
Ok, I was using the 18-55 kit lens for so long, and I was looking to try another lens. After devouring on a plethora of reviews, I decided to go with the nifty fifty prime lens. Yes, it's a really good option if u r on a low budget. Nevertheless, this lens is at par with the expectations. It really piqued my interest for portrait photography. Though, I was struggling with the focus ring and left exasperated, My recommendation would be to go for it if u r looking for portrait photography. Photographs are really crisp and clear sans any noise or blur that I felt with the kit lens.
Perfecto!
It’s an amazing lens. It’s lightweight and it has good aperture. It is affordable and compact. The picture quality is awesome. I’m not using any other lens after I bought this one. I think it creates a lot of noise while focusing. Other than that, it’s just perfect!
just know the limitations of this lens and get high quality images
This is a good daily use lens and it produces really good quality videos but the lack of image stabilization hurts the overall video watching experience which comes out of the camera using this lens. I personally like the details and sharpness of this lens. But my only concern is that though its a good portrait lens but i am not a fan of the quality of the bokeh it produces generally the objects which is far away which feels a little cheap. Don't get me wrong the clarity and detail is spot on but the bokeh for far away objects feel cheap. Still i dont take portraits all the time and taking portraits of non human objects which has a short distance background gives awesome results.
So just know the disadvantages and use this lens accordingly and u will always get amazing looking images.

A great prime lens for photographers!
So are you looking for a prime lens? Are you an amateur Photographer? Are you looking for a lens which can give you best candid pictures?
Then don't waste a single second and buy this lens. This lens gives you incredible candid shots. The focus of the lens is fixed at 50mm and the aperture you can set upto f/1.8.
Even the night shots are perfect. If you take my words then don't go for Tamron or Other brands 50mm lens. Go only for genuine canon lenses.
The product I recieved from Amazon is packaged well and the delivery was on time.
