Reliable printer for SOHO applications
Sturdy easy to use standalone monochrome laser printer with fast duplex printing capability. Great value for money. Go for it if you are a small office home office (SOHO) user. However, paper larger than A4 cannot be accommodated.

Good product for office use.
I had ordered this printer at late night but thanks to Amazon who delivered promptly at very next day. It's easy to install and ready to use. After all it's an amazing Japanise product comes with 1 year on site warranty. I had confirmed this on its customer care.
However, the only thing which I am worrying about is its cost for refilling and toner replacement as compare to other printer.

Very good after two weeks of usage
The best thing is it is made in Vietnam (NOT China)
Vietnam is a friendly country to India.
Automatic Double side printing is a very good feature in this printer. The quality of prints are very good. I think this is the only laser printer with automatic double side printing at this price range.
This is the first time I heard about Brother company, when I searched online it is a century old Japanese (which is also a friend of India) company, so I purchased.

Good printer at reasonable price.
In favor of printer
-The print quality is good
-looks good
-Received in good company packing
-Installation was a breeze.
Not so good points of printer
-Plastics and over all built quality could have been more sturdy
-Printer s/w could have been better with pdf feature like combing/splitting the document etc as available in HP
- Installation instructions could still be better, I am still not able to use ink save feature.
-The print quality is good

Very good printer
We already have this printer and still working fine and purchased again because it is easy to use. Also the full-duplex (double side print) option is very good without any manual intervention.

Good printer for classroom uses.
The printer is good for day to day classroom prints. Durability of the printer and the ink needs to be checked with time.
Maybe its with every other printers out there but this one Needs very high voltage. Our inverter and battery can't handle the initial warm up of the machine.

Good quality printer but not to my expectations.
I am having trouble with the product
Now I feel I should have purchase a wifi printer. Is it possible to return it and get a Wi-Fi printer either hp or brother at a range of 11k? Please let me know if you allow exchange. Original toner cartridge is not a branded quality, it is Chinese product with OA03 NA print.

Why the product hologram code is missing on the packet? I doubt that the product is fake and can cause a issue while claiming warranty

Product not working - all light flashing.
Had to return because the printer was not working and customer care were also not available due to COVID-19 restrictions. Needed a printer urgently so couldn't wait for customer care to resolve the issue.

Best printer under 12000 price range...
This is the only duplex laser printer that I have found under 15000 price range. I had a HP inkject colour printer that used to cost a lot because of over priced cartriges. I have refilled its toner with profissy toner powder and it is working absolutely fine. Also the AUTO DUPLEX feature is very efficient.

Using for 2.5 years now
Bought this 2.5 years back. Still going strong. Prints are clear and the auto duplex feature is a great one. No paper jams so far, and able to use third party toner on this easily. Go for it. Its a wonderful device.

PRINTER CARTRIDGES PROBLEM WITH 212 PRINT ONLY
Only 212 copies printed. Tonner light indicate, Which says to replace tonner. What can I do? I have purchased on 8th August, 2020

Had a little trouble to set it up for linux... As the driver for this model was not available... Finally set it up with printer driver "brlaser".
Works flawlessly.

Great printer great price what else you can ask for
Bought brother product for the first time and happy with the purchase, print quality is great, installation is easy (a bit of reading is required), win 10 recognised the printer immediately. My only complaint is printer is a bit loud when compare to my last printer apart from that all about printer is 5 star to me. Packaging is not as good looking as hp or cannon but sufficient protection inside.

Exceed expectations
I bought this printer with sceptical mindset. But the product is good for a 5 star rating. Till not a single paper jam or missing print lines. Till now done more than a A4 bundle printing

This is my second brother printer, it is used by my son for taking our printouts for his assignment. He finds it to be good and easy to use. Good job Brother, more power to the brand.
