Very Disappointed!
Got misguided by the high ratings and the BOSCH label! The product arrived broken. The fact that the broken piece of the box was not found in the package meant it was sent in a broken state from the seller! The drill bit lost its edge in a couple of runs of day 1 usage. Expected much more from Bosch, this is just substandard material!

Product received Seems to be 10RE while paid for 500RE
Power tool received came in an open box. It has 6 months warranty. I have purchased on more price because it was given 2 years warranty. Also their is no auxiliary handle as given in booklet. Need to get handle and also warranty for which I paid extra.
Their is no customer support for this. Now amazon is saying their is no such amazon account with the ordered email ID. I am pissed first time in 3 years. From. 3 years I am. Ordering with same account but now they are saying their is no amazon account

Heavy duty machinery
Same product as shown in picture its made in india easy to use and with use of hammer function inbuilt i can able to drill in concreat i find this product purchasing usefull very happy with the product aswell all the accessories in package realy usefull for home aswell professional use the build quality is super and mascular

Not Satisfied.
No outer packaging was there and the box was damaged from the corners and inside all the screw holders are loose screws are falling from them and also the quality of measuring tape was not good at all and about the drill will update after the use but the product quality was not strong at all it is very delicate the plastic body.

Wire length is not as expected
1. Tape seems locsl quality. No brand label. No mention of units on tape ie. CMS/INCHES/FTS
2. Drill wire is too small. Biggest con of this machine. It must be 5mts long to carry out eork at height.
3. Tool box must be of more good quality. Increase the streghth of box as it will easily wear n tear.

Product was very good
I've received this product last year for my day today house hold activities. I'm not using this drill machine often. Rather its usage is hardly anything. But I can the machine is of Bosch so it's very tough. One can easily go for it. But the accessories which is coming along with it is not that rigid. I can say if you are looking to buy a drill machine my suggestion is to go for it.

Poor drill bit quality
Never expected it from a brand like BOSH.
Drill bit got broken while I was making the second hole on the steel.
Then I bough a 30RS drill bit from market, it was far better than the one provided with the KIT.
The drill machine is good, but I don't feel other accessories provided with the kit is really from BOSH.

Good drill
The product is very good, I've been using it since 2 months. Driller is a bit on heavy side, can't be handled in one hand, other than that it's very powerful...
The box is not as sturdy, the edges get bent easily, the screw box had to be a bit long......
Other than that its absolutely an awesome drill with other accessories for that price......

Good Product.
Product is good and useful for Home use. Fount the box provided is having some fitting issues with tool. Difficult to take some tools. The quality of the tools are good. Need to see how durable it is. As a whole it is an ideal tool set for home use.

It is Made in India - Atmanirbhar Bharat
It is Made in India - Atmanirbhar Bharat. Bought and kept in quarantine, will use after 4-7 days, will be able to give review after that. Only the Drill is from Bosch and other tools are local one. Box is good to keep all tools in one place. No need to depend on mechanic to small household jobs

Good Drill if you use it wisely
The drill is powerful and is good to use on concrete wood and metal all drill bits tested. 1 metal drill bit broke and went into my leg, it was my mistake that it was rotating anti clockwise. However rest all is fine. the product comes with warranty card which is not filled and not stamped.

Ease of use of the product
I am very disappointed because It did not include the handle which is essential for using the drill. The design of the Drill Machine requires the handle otherwise it difficult to use with one hand. I wish the manufacturer/ seller provides it even now it will be great. Small gestures make a big difference

Happy to have it, it's like a good friend.
Rewriting after more use. It is a 10mm drill,product is good for most of house hold works. Particularly good for wood works. Really helped me in various tasks. 20mm drill can be a good option if job is particularly for concrete walls. The concrete bits given were not that good but that's ok. Overall loved it. Thanks Bosch.

I bought 500re,and it stopped working after 15days, contacted customer care and they provided elmek service center name for repair, wheni visited they said like they can can't repair any warranty product.Again i called customer care and they are saying visit another center.bery worrest service means no service at all.please do not buy

Part missing
Auxilliary Handle is missing from the kit. In the discretion they specifically mentioned only use the device with Auxilliary Handle. The space is empty in the toolbox. Shame on you Bosch

Bosch? I really doubt. Except drilling machine none of the product bear Bosch name. I feel, Amazon is dumping all material in Bosch name.
