The equipment brought the damaged battery and in addition it does not raise 3G, really of so many purchases it is the first time that I remain so disappointed. I hope that it does not become common, it is sad that does not come to you what really you bought.

I got a new 9700 blackberry(260us) and 1st its made in mexico, the headphone doesnt work , the battery only last 5 hours, the internet froze, it doesnt bring the car charger, anyout its suck, amazon never again....

Phone was refurbished. I was told I would get a brand new phone and receiver on refurbished instead. But that's not the worst part, no accesories were included on my package (I only received the battery and the USB cable).Keyboard didn't work well, it kept on typing letters I hadn't pressed so I had to get it fixed by a technician. Besides the battery they sent me was not a Blackberry original and didn't work, so I had to buy a new one, and to make it even worst the phone goes off with no notice. It just goes off and won't start unless I plugged it in to get charge.Don't get this product I feel totally dissapointed and cheated.

I ordered this product online with only a few days to spare, which meant delivery of the item was a major issue. I immediately contacted the seller via e-mail and was given the speediest response ever. they assured me that I will get my package before the estimated date and this they did. Within 2 business days I received the package, without having to pay any extra. I received EXACTLY what was advertised!!!!

I have never had a problem ordering on Amazon before, however, I feel ripped off!! the case doesn't fit my phone properly. It isn't what appears in the picture, it is FAKE. I spent a lot of money on this item and I cannot even use it. I am actually looking to contact the seller for a refund, because this case is of no use to me. i am very disappointed.

The phone was defective not recommend anyone this seller, restarted 5 times at least one day .. bring it to a technician and he said it was the main board .. finally lost my money

Before I ordered the phone, I email to the seller with my questions. He replied quickly and with satisfied answer. I got this phone second after I odered. The package was brand new. And the phone is also great and fancy. But after two days, there occured a probelm with the battery. After contacting with the seller, he send me a very new battery on the next day for free! How nice! It save my life! After I got the new battery, the phone starts working well again! Thanks a lot! Very nice seller!

Good purchase. However, I bought it as new, and battery seems to be scratched, like it's been used before.It works and the cell phone is brand new, but the battery looks like an old one.

The phone is not unlocked, i had to pay to unlock it! The battery sucks, also the phone is refurbished! i had to buy a new battery because this phone do not recognized it!if i could turn back time i wouldn't buy this!Don't buy it!

The Case looks like the original 9700 case butI was disappointed that it did not come with all the connectors alike it showed in the picture. It also said that it was a full housing case which is why I pay extra for it. But it turned out to be of no use to me since I really needed a full case with all the connectors attached. The picture is misleading.

THIS BATTERY WAS NOT LISTED AS USED, BUT AFTER ONE MONTH USE IT IS VERY SIMILAR IN ACTIVITY AS MY OLD BATTERY (18 MOS OLD). YESTERDAY I TOOK IT OFF THE CHARGER AT 12:30 pm 08/8/2011. AT 6:30 pm LAST EVENING IT HAD LOST TWO MARKS ON BATTERY. AT 12:30 am 08/29/2011 IT WAS DOWN THREE NARKS AND AT 12:30 pm 08/2O11 TODAY IT SHOWED FOUR BARS DOWN, TWO REMAINING. IT WAS STILL FUNCTIONING, BUT FOR THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS IT HAS BEEN DEAD WHEN I WENT BACK TO USE THE PHONE AFTER I OBSERVED THE TWO MARK INDICATOR. THIS WAS NOT A NEW OR EVEN MODERATELY FUNCTIONING BLACKBERRY BATTERY. I AM NOT VERY SATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST......THANKSFIRST ITEM FROM AMAZON THAT HAS NOT FULFILLED MY NEEDS...........JIM BAKER

the item I purchased is useless with capital letters! The phone is freezing all the time! I took it to the specialist to repair but he did not understand the reason why the phone is freezing. I plan to return it Back.

El producto no vino como dec?a la caracter?stica, me vino solo la carcasa sin la pantalla ni el trackpad ni los sensores para conectar. :S fue muy chimbo ojal? all? forma alguna de recibir de nuevo la carcasa.
