i got this phone from sellphonestop and isnt new, its refurbished, the first time i saw the phone i thought was new, but few days later i start to have doubts about it because the phone started to crash. theres a way to know if you phone is new or not. first if you have an older OS than 6.00 you need to do this:go to options, then status and write BUYR, will appear hidden data about the use of the phone, if the data is 0 then your phone is newfor os6.0 find status option and do the samei tryed today and my phone use was 11 hours of voice time, and 481mb of webbrowsing. so be aware of this seller

I purchased these low cost batteries to replace 2 year old ones in my phones. They don't last as long as OEM and go from 1/2 charge to empty very quickly. I guess you get what you pay for.

Receieve the Blackberry Bold 9700 on time as promised. Learning to operate it was fairly problem free. Like the increase onboard memory.

Does not hold charge as one would expect if this was an authentic OEM. Charge lasted for < hour of talk time

To our amazement this phone came with 3 hours of data use though it was sold as brand new. the battery is half dead and does not last and it is obvious this phone has been used. we are devastated by this and we cry..shame!!!!!

I bought this phone unlocked so I wouldn't have to pay the monthly data plan to my carrier, however, I noticed that just by using the wifi to connect to the internet I was having few critical problems that my iPhone didn't have. Here's what I encountered, some of the web pages weren't being opened and others did. The ones that weren't being opened just gave me a blank page and stalled then I tried going to Yahoo site and it opened to that page without any problems??!! You might think it was just a fluke or that page I tried opening was a non-active site but I can assure you that I tried with many other sites and it also gave me that same problems. And then there were other sites that would open but only uses half of the screen so that it made it difficult to read due to the smallness of the images. This problem didn't exist with the other older model wide screen Blackberry with track ball. Another critical flaw is that the email accounts doesn't work and it wouldn't allow you to create any email accounts. I believe this is due to the fact that since Blackberry has their own server for the emails and if you have no data plan the Blackberry somehow doesn't allow you to connect to their site. So the only way you can check your email is by using wifi to access your email account website such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail and etc. But then again you would encounter the site either it's going to open up or not as I mentioned from above, so it becomes hit or a miss every time you are trying to access some website. I have an older iPhone and so I wanted to get a newer smart phone and wanted to try out Blackberry since I heard so much about how great their emails and such but if you can't access it then it becomes no better than a dumb phone. So to pay all that money to get this phone was a waste. My only suggestion is that if you want to get this phone then make sure you have a data plan otherwise you'll be having all problems I mentioned. But then again, there are sites I mentioned that it would only uses half of the screen so it would be difficult in trying to read the words or viewing the images. I would just stay away from this phone completely because there are so many other unlocked smart phones without all these problems I mentioned and probably costs much less than this one.

I ordered a Blackberry Pouch like this one: [...I and received this one instead: h[...]Now does that look like the Blackberry Pouch I ordered? Then I received the just return it email, I think not I already waited a long time just to get the one I didn't order. After explaining that I had no interest in waiting for them to get the order right I started receiving childish emails from this dealer, I advice that you stay as far from this dealer as possible. Anyway I ordered the Blackberry pouch from another dealer and received it in less then 3 days, now that's how you do business. I guess some people have no pride in their work.

The item arrived broken. One side of my blackberry bold is open now, becouse the house is broken. Don't loose your money in it. Don't loose your phone.

I got this battery from Amazon three months back. In less than three months of regular usage, battery charge depleted to less than 10% and my blackberry can not be switched on using this battery. Even after a full charge, battery charge wears off in less than 30 minutes.

I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEND WITH THE BATERRY BUT IT JUST WORK THE HALF OF THE CHARGE WHEN THE PHONE IS 30% TO END THE BATTERY IT TURN OFF, I BOUGHT THAT BATTERY FOR MY BOLD 9000 BUT IT DOESNT WORKnew note THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT THAT I Bought in amazon just 3 month and it doesnt work

This battery was defective and I wish I had the time and patience to send it back! I put it in my phone give it a full charge, and use the phone for 1 conversation and as soon as I hang up the phone cut completely off! This deserves no stars in my opinion!

The cel only worked for one day. Then the screen turned white. I had to pay $150 at a local store to repair it. And the cel was not AT&T. I really regret buying this product.

Battery failed after a few weeks of use. It would not hold a charge for more than an hour or two. Contacted the seller - no reply. I suspect the batteries are not new and are simply recycled dead batteries.

I agree with the past review of this product. The seller was extremely helpful and honest, the item was brand new and there's no difference between this housing and my original housing, other than the fact that the small part at the bottom changed from T-Mobile to Wind (I believe the bottom part will differ with each purchase). Which, imo, is a nice touch since all my friends have never heard of Wind and believe I had that part custom made or something. Purchase with confidence.

The battery that came with the blackberry used to last for 3 days at a time. When it finally died after 3 years, I ordered a battery online from this company. I was charged 4 dollars for shipping, but the battery came in an plain envelope with a 60 cent stamp, taped to a receipt. no bubble wrap, not even a note that the envelope was fragile. It was good luck the battery didn't break.Further, the battery I received from this seller only lasts one day, not the three days the other battery lasted.Just waiting for the iPhone4 to be updated in September and then I will finally ditch this phone!

My old battery seems to last longer than this replacement one. I have a spare but it does not look like it made a difference.
