Great features for a Window returnee

Gen the next gen version
Don't get this laptop if you can get the next gen version! The only real difference is the USB-C power delivery, but that is an incredibly important difference!

ScreenPad is not bright enough and right-shift key is hard to press.
The product is overall good. I have 2 complaints. 1) The ScreenPad is not bright enough and can't see it clearly. 2) Up-arrow key is in the middle of ? and right-shift. I press it by mistake when I intend to press right-shift. This is very serious problem. I can't change my habit because I have many different laptops. Why did Asus change the standard layout?

While I had to return since the price dropped, it was a great experience and I plan on purchasing once I see it on sell again.

I like this computer. The addition of the second screen increased my productivity. This was especially true when I made a PowerPoint presentation.

Malfunctioning Webcam within 2 days
Buyers Beware :
After only two days of use and brand new out of the box - the laptop displayed driver issues with the webcam as the Webcam image started displaying upside down.
Even after contacting Asus and Amazon and being walked through several steps to attempt to fix the Webcam- none of them worked.
I reset the laptop
I installed various drivers
I updated the laptop
I Uninstalled and reinstalled the Webcam
The image remained upside down
For such an expensive laptop and brand new out of the box and used for only 2 days - this is an absolute disappointment and there is no excuse for this type of error
Buyers - I wish I would have purchased from a location that had brick and mortar existence like Best Buy because now I have to deal with the hassle of shipping this back and waiting for a refund all of which I wouldn't have had to hassle with if I would have used a storefront company. I won't be ordering large electronics from Amazon or the seller ever again.

Small keyboard
The keyboard is very small and almost unusable if your hands are too large. Double check if the configuration of the keyboard is suitable for your use. Otherwise good laptop

Dead after only 5 months
The laptop is amazing. I used it 5 months with a few bugs here and there. Woke up one morning, went to turn on the power and nothing, it was completely dead. Sending it in on RMA soon which will cost me $15 to just ship it, but after entering info on Asus it says RMA already in progress which makes no sense. Probably will end up having to call it in. Pretty sad it ended up how it did, even if they send it back or a brand new one I'll probably try to sell it since it died after 5 months.
