Великолепно
Pros: Great value (there's an additional rebate available online if you look hard enough), vivid screen, very bright, quick access to preset modes (i.e. Game Mode, Night Mode, etc).Cons: Won't win any design awards (stand is a bit old school), cheap buttons (but who ever uses these buttons?)

I needed a monitor that can be used for hi-performance gaming.This is the same monitor that is used in the MLG. The monitor came with a VGA and a DVI cable. It was really easy to assemble.At the beginning the colors were washed out. once u get used to the OSD u realize that you can fix it by changing the view mode to theater or scenery. The Game Mode and standard mode of the monitor are messed up (the contrast is bad and its too bright). This is an amazing monitor for its price and since its matte finish and not a glossy finish , it has an ergonomic design.The in game graphics are brilliant!NOTE:- ALL GAMES WILL LAG ON THE MONITOR FOR THE FIRST TWO DAYS. DONT GET WORRIED.

While I don't think they are accurate, I am happy with the colors compared to my laptop screen as they are easier on my eyes.The image quality is excellent.My only complaint is using the OSD as the buttons are not clearly marked (from arms reach the light color of the markings disappears in the glare of the glossy trim) and the buttons themselves are awkward to use as they take a significant amount of pressure to manipulate. Since I should need to mess with it only rarely, however, that isn't a big issue for me.

Very happy with these monitors. I work from home and use two of them many hours a day. The only downside for me is the lack of an adjustable base. I don't use the speakers.

A 23inch monitor with no reflective screen, beautiful display, HDMI, and a nice, shiny bezel for $140? SOLD. This has to be the BEST monitor for this price. Amazon packaged it really well. Very glad with this so far.

I just purchased this monitor and have been using it non-stop since. It's larger than any other computer monitor I've owned before and with built in speakers it's good for use with an xbox.

I have went through many monitors and this asus, by far, is the best.best in graphics, best in sound, and virtuly no screen lag. im in love. if youre a hardcore gamer like me, this is worth your time and money

It's cheap, and cheap. This monitor is pretty flimsy, the stand is not height adjustable, the speakers are tinny and the color is off. I expected more for $150, but I guess this is what $150 gets now. It works, I'll use it, it's good enough, but I generally prefer higher quality and will pay more or shop better next time. It's not the monitor's fault I expected more...

So far we've been very happy with the ASUS monitor.Good bargin for the money! We watch a lot of TV onlineand the size of the monitor along with the picture qualityare outstanding!

This monitor is extremely good, great colors and great control. Asus has a bad habit of making the buttons harder then hell to press so I deducted a start for that but everything else is amazing.Making both monitors look the exact same....CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

This monitor has been very well received by my family after our 8 year old 17" inch Sceptre brand LCD monitor burned-up on us. It was a month before Christmas and we needed a monitor for our Mac Mini. We needed something that would last and wouldn't ruin the Christmas budget.After looking at the specs of a number of monitors, I decided on this one based on reviews here and on other sites. We have been very happy with the performance.The display is bright and stable and works with our Mac Mini (late 2009 model) effortlessly.The only points of improvement are the base and the manual programming buttons. The base, as noted by others, is a bit wobbly. It could stand to be a bit more rigid. As it is, the display seems to wobble slightly whenever the table is bumped. I don't think it's so weak that it will break off, but it can be a little annoying at times.The other item that needs work are the marking and functionality of the manual configuration buttons. The labels on the buttons are not easy to read and so it's hard to figure out which button does what with the OSD. If the buttons were a slightly different colors or had different bumps -- like braille -- on them, it would be easier to use the OSD. Also the button feature assignment seems to be a bit illogical.Even with these two cons, the display works very well for the price. I would suggest it to my friends and family.

Great monitor if you're looking for something on the larger side for a desk. Great price for a brand too. Looks good on DVI content. It may not be the prettiest display, but it's great for what you pay. Can't wait to use HDMI once I get my new graphics card in. If you appreciate the Asus brand then you should buy this monitor.

Usually I'd write a long review, but this monitor has so many reviews on this site and others, talking about all it's good qualities, I'm not going to make a laundry list.After a month of using this monitor, I have absolutely no complaints. It came well packaged, set up in no time, no dead or stuck pixels. Everything looked great and worked great.I have it on my desk, and have no complaints about the stand. Some said it is too wobbly, I haven't noticed. I also am not shaking the desk.Some have complained about the control buttons. I don't chnage settings very often, so it hasn't been an issue. I played with the settings for a while in the first week and while the buttons aren't big and positive, I had no problem navigating the menus or making selections. They fit tight to the frame and are totally out of sight otherwise, so I like the buttons.Overall, outstanding product, incredible value. Highly recommend.Now I just need a better video card to really make this baby sing!***UPDATE***It's been almost four months since I got this monitor, and let me re-iterate, it is outstanding. Aside from high-end CRTs and Apple CinemaDisplay, this is the best monitor I've used. For the price, the value in this monitor is incredible.

I should know better. I first rated this monitor 1-star (review below). I thought the color was horrible, but it turns out it was my video card going bad. Duh me! I do video for a living and sit 15 hours a day behind many monitors. I should have tested it more thoroughly, but didn't. I since have tested this monitor on other computers and it works just as good as my other ASUS monitors. 5-Stars!Had to make my wrong write with an update. BUY THIS MONITOR. You'll be happy (as long as you don't do color grading for a living).PREVIOUS REVIEW WITH BAD VIDEO CARD (NOT MONITOR):I own a video production company and have about 12 monitors in operation. This is by far the worst one I've every purchased. The colors are horrible, the brightness is half of any other monitors I own. I own two other Asus monitors, but the 24.6" version and both are fantastic. I bought this one because those two were so good. But this one is certainly cheaper for a reason. If I could return it I would, but I didn't open the box for over a month. Doh!

Perfect table to hold my printer with sufficient place below table to hold my laptop docking station so that I can have plenty of space on my study desk thats 52"(L)X25"(W) desk as it also has monitor (23") modem / router / phone / power supply

This is a great monitor. plays all my hd movies in lovely 16/9 1080p. arrived fast and without a single dead pixel or scratch. exactly what I needed and the price was right along side the 21-22 inch models

Pros:-No dead pixels-Sharp, colorful and large display. Looks great!-Button to switch from DVI to HDMI to VGA-Comes with DVI and VGA cableCons:-Buttons are mushy and hard to press-Speakers are not great, but is a nice throw in feature-No vertical rotation feature-Does not come with HDMI cable

I was expecting an enjoyable movie-watching experience when I bought this monitor. (It has 1080p video, HDMI in, and the Asus name. My desktop has a decent graphics card.) What I got was a long, unsuccessful stint at calibrating the colors. The monitor is simply incapable of reproducing good color. In addition, shadows are too deep, and banding is horrendous.When color calibrating software did not help me, I hooked up my faithful Proview LCD monitor (which has gorgeous pictures) and this Asus to my computer, replicated the desktop on both monitors, paused an HD movie and adjusted the settings on the Asus to match the Proview. No luck. Tried the same with some landscape photos, with the same result.My other gripe is about the OSD menu buttons. Asus made them virtually unpressable. You have to struggle for each button press.The bezel is beautiful glossy black, and the stand is very elegant too. There's no height adjustment, but expecting that feature in a $165 monitor is simply unfair.I would not buy this product again or recommend it to others.

Got the monitor today, to replace a 5 yr or ViewSonic 19" widescreen on my desktopso I could recycle my my 10yr old 19" CRT that I use on a standby computerSet it up first with the same DVI I used with the VA1912wb..I was stunned.. the pix quality was terrible..I have a $400 ATI HD video card, and tried it with HDMI.(off my video card).. no pix change but the speakers sound like a pair of headphones laying on my deskColor reproduction is poor..Reading text hurts you eyes..poor resolution, my 10year old 19" CRT looks way betterI tinkered with settings, I changed setting on my video cardI watched an HD DVD.. It looked like a VHS tape..I connected it up directly to my DirecTV DVR with HDMI.. no change..Light leaks all the way around the screen, and the blacks are washed out even with the brightness turned down..--This thing is trash, looks like something you'd buy for $15 at a yard sale..STAY AWAYStunningly bad for Asus, as I use their motherboards in my computer builds..sent it back

I bought this monitor because I was looking for a monitor to use with my Xbox 360...at first I started looking for a TV but then after thinking about it and seeing what the prices were for 24" LCD TVs, I began to wonder if a monitor would be a better choice, as long as it had a HDMI input I would be all set!! This arrived and the packaging was great, so easy to open and set up. It did not include an HDMI cable but had just about any other cable you would need. The picture quality is amazing on both games and for Netflix. The built in speakers are mediocre but you can easily jack it into some better speaker, there is even a cable for that included in the box. Adjusting the sound volume and menu setting takes a little effort and if it is dark in the room you can't even see the marking over the buttons. Overall I am extremely happy with this monitor, it does exactly what I wanted it to do and was about $150 dollars cheaper that a comparable TV!!

I use my monitor both for my main desktop PC and my PS3. My PC is hooked up via the VGA cable, and the PS3 is hooked up by HDMI (although I export the audio through a separate set of component cables to my desktop speakers for now).The monitor came packed perfectly, with what looks like a huge instruction book. But it's actually just the same five pages of short instructions repeated in multiple languages. Hookup was easy, and my PC didn't need additional drivers. I didn't have any dead pixels, and the picture looked vivid and clear on both the PC and the PS3.

I got this monitor fast with Amazon prime, Ordered it on Thursday morning got it Saturday afternoon, and it was a great upgrade from my 6 year old Niko 19 inch lcd monitor, after a while I been noticing that the colors arnt really that bright, kinda washed out even...And now I have this new Asus monitor and theres colors I didnt know existed and I see things on games I been playing for months or even years(WOW) that I never noticed beforeIf your like me, have a old monitor and thinking of either upgrading hardware such as video cards or other parts, I would go with this monitor, less money then a video card and great over all improvement

This is the second Asus VH232H monitor I have purchased. Now I have them side-by-side as a dual monitor setup. The screens are magnificent, the color and brightness are far superior to the old Viewsonics I used to have.The only con is that the outer frame is 11/16" of an inch thick on each monitor, so when I put them side-by-side the space in the middle is almost 1-1/2" wide, I know there are skinnier frame sizes from other manufacturers but at a greater cost. I got used to it fairly quickly, and hardly notice the space at all.The monitor is a great value.

This is one heck of a laptop. Solidly built with a 17.3 inch screen. It has HDMI out and a dedicated video card. Quad processor and 4mb of RAM. How could I not be happier. Plenty of USB ports and the DVD drive rocks. Got it for a steal $$$. I am a very happy camper. Not one problem and Windows7 is a great operating system. You can't go wrong with this computer.
