Bought this for my first DIY in 6-7 years, couldn't be happier, really. Lots of nice features, like 2 M.2 slots and upgraded Realtek audio. I liked that the 1st PCI-e x1 was above the x16. There's 4 SATA along the bottom edge and 2 on the back edge, those 2 are taken over by the 1st M.2; of the 4 on the bottom, 1 and 2 were right over a cut-out in the PS shroud but 3 and 4 would be awkward to cable but they're taken over when using the 2nd M.2 so that worked out well. There's 3 PWM fan headers, CPU and 2 case. The one I received already had the BIOS updated for the 3rd Gen CPUs.
Main drawbacks are no on-board wifi (that's why I wanted a board with the x1 above the x16, for a wifi card) and no aRGB (though 2 RGB headers). I'd bought a 3-pack of aRGB fans which I couldn't run the lights on without an adaptor box but I actually didn't mind not lighting them.

This, the pro gaming version, is one of the best budget b450m's in my opinion. Great board and no issues. Good VRMs. I've used two of them so far and no problems with either. Mine was updated out of the box with the newest firmware. Would recommend.

THere were tons of other options on market. If ur going for simple budget build on AMD, this MOBO ROCKS.
SUPPORT 4400 MHz RAM, are u kidding me? :D its realy great for gaming for desktop office jobs and etc. ports are far more enaugh if u know for what u need this one. package was greatly secured. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

Great motherboard so far, however I'm not sure if this is a software issue but some apps like speccy or cpuz display the CPU temperature as Motherboard temp but in the bios they display correctly. I'm not too worried about it but confused me for a bit.
Otherwise Great board Just waiting to get some M.2 Drives and throw away my last remaining HDD from previous build and I'll finally be free from my 2015 hardware -_-

This motherboard apparently shuts off 4 of the 6 sata connections when you use 2 m.2 SSD's on this motherboard. Of course i wouldn't want those other sata connectors to expand my storage space on my computer because SSD's are terribly expensive to get higher capacity.

I have long been a AMD fan as the cpu's run cooler than Intel ones. She assembled the computer and it ran perfectly with just a refresh to the current/best Bios. As of this date she has had NO problems with her system.

I'm not a computer technician, however, I have built all my computers since my (first) Epson QX10. Every computer I built , to many to count, had an ASUS mother board. I never had a failure or problem and they lasted until outdated and disposal. Every product I buy is ASUS including notebooks, routers, monitors and more. When I build a new computer and something goes wrong I always trust the ASUS motherboard is not the problem. Because of ASUS product perfection and extreme reliability I always purchase ASUS .

Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it wasn’t compatible with my Ryzen 7 and it gave me such a hard time until I found out it was not gen 3 compatible.

Si estás en duda sobre comprar o no.
si viene lista para la 3ra generación de ryzen como anuncian.
4 puertos ram
2 puertos nvme
2 puertos para gráfica
si es compatible con aura sync
acepta memorias de 3000 mhz
en general es una excelente mobo por el precio.
solo le falta tener las 6 salidas de audio, de ahi en fuera, es buena compra.
si viene lista para la 3ra generación de ryzen como anuncian.

Don't buy from mikes computer shop. Send me a defective motherboard. Told me to rma because its was pass the 30 day waranty. When i tried to rma the product asus told me that it was already issued an rma for the serial number on the box. He sold it as a new motherboard but was actually an RMA. For the price of a new but with no warranty from the manifacturer anymore. Worst seller ive ever seen. Never buy from this guy.

Ryzen 7 3700Xとクルーシャル Ballistix Sport の2400MHz版を応急で組み合わせ安定動作しています。
在庫の関係なのでしょうが、手元に届いた製品はRyzen3000Readyではなかったので、3700Xを組み付けて起動させるとBIOSが立ち上がらなかったので焦りましたが、1700が手元にあったのでBIOSをUEFIの機能であるネットワークからダウンロードしてアップデートを実行する機能を使ってアップデートしました。
フラッシュメモリも用意していたんですが、このネットワーク経由でDLしてアップデートできる機能は簡単でなかなか良いです。
ただし、UEFIのEZモードは直感的に操作が難しいので、従来のレガシー気味なASRockのUIの方が操作は楽ですが、MSIよりある意味使いにくいと感じました。
問題があったのはI/Oのサイドパネルで、これがとても大きくてケースに装着しているケースファンにゴリゴリ当たるんです。
ついでにCPUコネクタも、基板上ギリギリのところにあるので、CPU電源コネクタの爪がケースファンに引っかかり、ケースファンを取り外してからMBを取り付けてまたケースファンを取り付けないといけませんでした。
パネルはともかくとして、CPUコネクタはミニタワーだろうがミドルタワーだろうが、天板のクリアランス次第で普通に干渉するのでコネクタの爪がはみ出さない程度の余裕を持って実装してほしいと思いました。
あと、バックパネルの加工が鋭利で、バリはなかったのですが、やたら取り付けが固くて思いっきり小指を切ってしまいました。
作業する時は注意です。
個人的にこの巨大なVRMヒートシンクが気に入っていて、他社の競合品と比べても確かによく冷えます。
MB裏側にも熱伝導シートを挟んだプレートを実装しているので裏からも冷やしているみたいですね。
コイルも冷やしているのも良いです。
それぞれ高負荷で、ASRock B450M Pro4で55℃ MSI B350M Gaming PROで58℃ほどでしたが、こちらの製品では50℃ほどです。
ただし、あくまでヒートシンクなので、エアフローで風を当ててやらないと緩やかに熱がたまり冷えなくなります。
最後に1つだけ、各社やってますけど、メモリスロットの固定方法が片側固定式なのは装着が難しいですし、装着時に嫌な音がするので好みではないです。
故障こそしませんが、奥まで入っているのかわかりにくいので両サイドでｶﾁｶﾁ固定したいですね。

Suitable as a mid range desktop PC
I picked this mobo during the Festival sale in October '20 for Rs. 8784 (incl 10% credit card discount) through the Seller TPS Tech. This is my second ASUS mobo and my previous one served me without a hitch for 10 years. I'm not into gaming but opted for this mobo in the hope of long term service. I assembled this mobo along with a Ryzen 3200G processor and 16 GB Corsair RAM. Another reason I chose this mobo was because it had six SATA ports and it suited my 4 x 1 TB HDDs, 1 x SSD and 1 x optical drive. I installed the mobo in a 10 year old Coolermaster Elite casing without any issues. Had minor issues when connecting the wires of the front panel USB and audio ports as the User Manual did not have a diagram for it. All in all I would consider it as a good buy.

It's a nigh and day for me . I returned Prime B450M-A/CSM due to issues and bought this Asus TUF B450M-Pro. No regret!
