This board has *almost* everything you could want.
It has 2 M.2 slots - good!
It has an extra 4-pin power connector for CPU overclocking - good!
It has a Thunderbolt header - great!
It has a USB Type-C port on the IO shield - fantastic!
However, it has a couple things missing that frankly, is a little mind-boggling in 2020.
It has only a single USB 3 header. I'm not sure why they didn't think anyone would have a use for two, but for whatever reason they didn't include it.
It also has no USB Type-C header. Many cases are starting to include this port on the front panel, so it seems crazy to me to have a board come out in 2020 that doesn't include this. Now I just have a USB-C port on my case that is useless. I could use a USB 3.2 to USB-C converter... if the board had more than one USB 3.2 header.
Overall, a minor issue, but it causes more waves than one might expect. Still a good board so far, and I like that they included some features for people who want to push their systems.

Looks great and performs awesome, the only downside is ONLY ONE ARGB connector, it would be great to have 2 but anyways, an ARGB controller solved it, barely, because the Motherboard is not recognizing the controller and AURA software is very glitchy, even the Armory Crate from ROG is not working appropiately.

Sometimes when you buy a mother board the hype train of things written on the box have little to do with the motherboard in the box. Often times motherboards have old bios information that make it useless for the more modern CPU's. This ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming AMD AM4 Zen 3 Ryzen 5000 & 3rd Gen Ryzen ATX Gaming Motherboard smashes the mold.
This ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming AMD AM4 Zen 3 Ryzen 5000 & 3rd Gen Ryzen ATX Gaming Motherboard came ready to take on my Ryzen 9x CPU and its awesome RAM Memory. This is a gaming PC worthy of the name in that I have been getting some sick insane FPS in older games I like to play. The board is easy to install. Assembling the needed cards and more was effortless. I love this board and have no issues with it at all.

Good sweet spot motherboard that allows me to finally take advantage of that sweet PCIe gen 4.

So far its been grand, I came from intel brand. So i made the switch. I did once own a old AMD years ago, and it was a Asus brand with a athlon t-bird 1.3 i believe. But yeah!
The bios is abit different from other AMD style mobo's. But it seems to do the job pretty well. Plus it looks good! I went with the 3600XT. Its a 4.6 ghz, and it runs great. I am a gamer so COD:MW runs flawlessly after a few setting changes. Also microsoft flight sim runs like there is no tomorrow. I do got corsair pro ram in it, along with a corsair 750 watt GOLD PSU.
I would recommend using a 750+ if u got many RGB, Fans, Liquid cooling, and a killer GPU. Just to be on the safe side of running full throttle.

And, indeed, I ran into many problems getting it set up. First off, the board is so new that the Windows 10 distribution I had didn't recognize some of the devices. Then I realized that the 700 watt power supply I had wasn't doing its job, so I had to go buy a bigger supply. Once I got past those issues, the system took off! It's running around the clock now, and has amazing power with the Ryzen 7 3700x CPU installed.

Solid system, plenty of fan headers, and dedicated pump header...
But the bios interface is badly lain out. Very confusing, even for the friend who helped me trouble shoot the system... (The person in question has been hands on I.T. for about the last decade, at a major facility... and even had problems with it). Not very intuitive.
That said, once everything was set up... No real issues (apart from the rear inner IO shield RGB stuck on rainbow)

It's a nice MB but that's bs that ASUS tech support is nowhere to let you know the only way the ethernet drivers will install is by loading a windows 10 version that has the 2019 or newer drivers - it doesn't matter what driver package you install and if it is your only computer it is a real pain ---the way I understand the wifi version it isn't a problem but for the regular one (non-wifi version) it's pretty crappy ASUS doesn't mention it anywhere and their tech support is worthless. Otherwise they would have got 5 stars but it took me 2 days to figure it out.

Everything worked fine for this board but the ethernet port. Ive recived two and both have the same intel lan issue. Looking online it seems its a issue with this board. If you buy it and your lan doesnt work my only sollition was to buy a 11$ net card

Great motherboard, excellent vrm heatsink. Stays around 30° C. Great for overclocking and has enough headers for anything you could want.

I really liked this board. Unfortunately, I had the PCI clip snap off due to excessive force being required to remove the GPU from the board.
I tried to contact ASUS support to get the board replaced or repaired (willing to pay myself), but never received any response. Now the board is just a paperweight.

No tengo queja alguna hasta el momento, me gusta bastante que viene con indicadores de errores, lo cual ayuda a que no se te tenga que adivinar el por que no sube la pc, luces en el logo, un Bios bastante fácil de entender y de acceder, compatibilidad para abanidos RBG y luces led con una interfaz simple

From my experience, this motherboard has been absolutely useless. The first one that was sent didn't recognize my RAM or my CPU, which then caused me to send it back for a replacement. I get the replacement, low and behold, the ethernet port is dead. So I will now be sending this back, and building my computer for the THIRD time because of the issues I've had with this. I HIGHLY recommend to use a different company when looking at any parts, ESPECIALLY motherboards.

No issues worked first time I boot it up I previously bought an MSI board and it did not function correctly I returned it and got this one and it runs perfectly fine I'm using a ryzen 9 and a RTX 2080 super and Corsair Ram everything work fine 👍 highly recommend

Great motherboard, cool logo, I got a Ryzen 7 5800x and the bios flashback went smooth. I had a problem where Ethernet wasn’t working but after tech support they were able to help me fix it by installing some software.

The led lights would turn on but everytime i wanted to start my system it would boot loop i tested every other component in the system so it must be the mobo ive ordered a replacement and will update you guys if it works UPDATE i got a replacement and it works great booted right up first try

Great board. You have to flash bios to work with newest amd chips. My LAN port is not working. Finally gave up and bought a network card.
Other than that love the aesthetics and easy to set up.

Honestly so far so good this board came in early for me had no problems the bored looks perfect and much more solid than my last bored would very much recommend ppl to purchase but if you have a bit more money I would go with the wireless Wi-Fi

El puerto ethernet puede presentar problemas al instalar Windows si utilizas una compilación muy vieja, recomiendo en ese caso descargar otra versión ISO para su actualización.
