Vengo da una z390 master aorus, ne ho sentito parlare in giro per i VRM migliori rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e invece si è rilevata una CAFONATA. Problemi di stuttering video, oltre allo stuttering nel gaming era come se ci fosse una latenza superiore, mouse impreciso e lento. Appena ho cambiato motherboard tutti i problemi sono spariti. Il mouse è tornato reattivo come dovrebbe e gli stuttering sono scomparsi. Fino alla fine sceglierò sempre e comunque ASUS. Nessuna chance a nessun'altro brand. ASUS è superiore per quanto riguarda le schede madri.

Ottimo prodotto ,Asus fa prodotti di qualità.
Gestisce il mio i7 9700k perfettamente con voltaggi perfetti e temperature ottime.
Ha tante porte tra usb sata cpu fan led e molte altre .ottimo anche il dissipatore del m2 .ha due alimentazioni oltre ai 24 pin ha una da 8 classica e un’altra da 4 opzionale.utile solo se si fa un overclock estremo.il prezzo è un po altro ma se uno vuole la perfezione.....

- Macht im Betrieb ständig hochfrequente Geräusche, ist zwar leise aber im high airflow Gehäuse zu hören. Kann deswegen das Gehäuse mit dem schönen Sichtfenster nicht neben dem Monitor stellen sondern es muss unter den Tisch wandern. Paar Cent mehr für bessere Spannungswandler neben der CPU wären in kommenden Modellen wünschenswert! Man kann das Geräusch durch deaktivieren von C-States im BIOS beheben aber dann ist der maximale CPU turbo boost nicht mehr vorhanden
- Mainboard CPU Aufnahme liegt auf der Rückseite an einer Stelle wegen flachen Lötstellen nicht sauber auf, weswegen sich die Backplate von der CPU Kühler Halterung beim anziehen etwas verbiegt
+ Ansonsten Leistung TOP

Ich benutzte das Board mit einem i5 9600k, einem Noctua Nh-15 CPU Kühler und Corsair LPX 2x8GB 3200Mhz.
Das Bios ist Asus typisch sehr übersichtlich und hat für meine Anforderungen alles was man braucht.
Das XMP Profil des Ram's wurde erkannt und ich konnte die 3200Mhz einstellen. Läuft alles stabil.
Ich habe den i5 9600k auf allen Kernen auf 5 Ghz übertakten können bei einer Spannung von 1,32V.
Windows läuft unter Last stabil. Dies haben auch mehrere Durchläufe in Cinebench und Prime 95 gezeigt.
Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung für dieses Mainboard!

Scheda super in tutto.
Anche se le fasi di alimentazione adottano una configurazione che non è il top del top, non ho notato nessun problema anche con OC spinti. Sono da 6 mesi con i9 9900K a 5100 Mhz con 1.33 di Vcore. Sotto prime95 versione 29.4 built 8, la CPU arriva a sfiorare i 300 watt di consumo e i VMR non fanno una piega. Ovviamente è necessario un buon alimentatore. Anche in estate i VMR restano a temperature decenti. Ventilate il case siete a posto. Evitate dissipatori a basso profilo che spingono l'aria verso il soket. Ad oggi siamo arrivati al BIOS 1105 ma consiglio il vecchio 0602 per la stabilità in OC.

Il faut absolument aller sur les forums, télécharger le mode d’emploi, bref se documenter car lors de l’installation, on galère pour activer les ports usb (clavier et souris), car seulement deux ports (tout en haut) sont toujours alimentés, les autres sont à activer (voir le chapitre EZ mode pour cela).
Sinon, depuis son achat en novembre 2018, c’est une carte mère ultra performante, j’en suis plus que satisfaite, mais il faut trouver quelqu’un de doué pour l’installer et la paramétrer correctement.
C’est donc du matériel très pointu.

ASUS - PLEASE READ and provide customer service (an exchange at least).
I purchased two motherboards to build two PC's. One works perfectly, but the second doesn't... the WiFi doesn't work and the USB slots fail to recognize devices upon startup (every time). I have to remove and plug into a different port each time. And now I may have a bizarre problem with audio.
Build number 1 works so well I would rate it 5 stars.
Build number 2 only gets 1 star.
The Asus motherboard is a pleasure to install, but failure of WiFi and USB is a huge problem.

Come già detto da un altro recensore, il montaggio del pannello di i/o è un po' problematico, specialmente dovendo operare in un case compatto. Per limitare la possibilità di ferirvi, come è successo a me ad una mano, vi suggerisco di posizionarlo utilizzando dei guanti protettivi.
Condivido anche le critiche di un bios non molto intuitivo. Sembra poco, ma una cosa che mi fa simpatia è la possibilità della calibrazione automatica delle ventole di cpu e case. Chi si intende di overclock e lo pratica (con processori sbloccati) , credo che apprezzerà le molte possibilità offerte da questa scheda.
Avrei preferito, inoltre, qualche porta sata 3 o usb in più al posto del supporto alla memoria optane. Mi chiedo, infatti, che senso ha utilizzarla su una mb di questo livello che invita inequivocabilmente alll'utilizzo di ssd (di cui due M2) anche di grossa capacità il cui prezzo ormai è decisamente abbordabile?
Mi è piaciuto anche l'audio, di alta qualità e senza disturbi. Il prezzo è forse un po' superiore alla media ma giustificato dalla consueta qualità Asus

Questa scheda si pone a livello medio-alto e per forza di cose rinuncia a qualcosa per rimanere sotto la soglia dei 200€.
La scatola si presenta ordinata ma piuttosto scarna rispetto ad altre confezioni di ASUS, ma il necessario è tutto presente.
Durante il montaggio ho avuto moltissimi problemi con il pannello I/O, come da tradizione, ma con questa scheda ho avuto davvero da perderci molto tempo prima di imbroccarla giusta. Avrei preferito un pannello preinstallato forse al costo di spendere qualche € in più, ma come dicevo da qualche parte dovevano tagliare.
La scheda ha funzionato subito e non ho avuto problemi di connessione come altri utenti riportavano. Ho notato, invece, un BIOS veramente difficile da navigare e organizzato un po' malino. Niente di incredibile, ma schede più vecchie avevano BIOS molto più comprensibili.
Nota a parte e dolente sulla compatibilità. Questa scheda è venduta come "altamente compatibile", tuttavia montando una asus 1070ti rog strix a8g alcune parti andavano a toccarsi fra di loro! In particolare la parte inferiore di una ventola andava praticamente a contatto con una zona di raffreddamento della scheda madre. Al primo avvio sono stato accolto dallo sfregare della ventola contro questa componente... incredibile, dato sia la GPU che MoBo sono dello stesso produttore ASUS.
Ho risolto con pazienza e smuovendo leggermente la scheda grafica fino a trovare la giusta posizione (non ho idea come), ma sono rimasto negativamente colpito da questo dettaglio. Nessun componente dovrebbe andare a contatto, pena passaggio di calore non voluto (o peggio!).
In conclusione, c'è stato qualche taglio per risparmiare ma è comunque un'ottima scheda. Supporta molto bene il mio i7 9700k e memorie in overclock, i led sono carini ma ne avrei fatto a meno in favore di maggior cura di dettagli e un I/O shield preinstallato. Attenzione sempre alla possibile incompatibilità delle componenti!

Last time I built a desktop computer the bios looked more like dos, which I find easy to navigate growing up on it. This mobo has its own operating system in a sense complete with limited graphics and mouse input! Very impressive and very easy to use.
I believe the only drawback I had during the installation was a false reading on cpu fan rpm. It’s in the corrected header and spinning but reads as 0 and sets off a warning on start up that requires user manual input to proceed.
You can bypass it and let the warning stay or do a quick google search and disable the warning function altogether.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Mainboard. Es hat sich viel verändert im Vergleich zu meinem vorgänger IX Hero. Mit am sinnvollsten finde ich die M.2 Kühler die nicht nur Optisch aufwerten, sondern die SSD auch wirklich kühler halten. Dazu bekommt es bei mir von der Ryujin Wasserkühlung mit dem Integrierten Lüfter eine zusätzlich leicht Aktive Kühlung.
Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme habe ich noch vor dem einsetzen des i7 8700K ein BIOS Update per USB durchgeführt und kann deswegen nicht auf eventuelle Probleme eingehen die im Ausluerferungszustand aufgetreten wären.
Praktisch finde ich auch das direkt nach der Erstnutzung man die Möglichkeit hat die Armoury crate zu Installieren um Treiber und Software zu Installieren die man sonst nur veraltet von der beiliegenden DVD bekommen hätte oder man im Netzt der Asus Homepage raussuchen müsste.
Die Beleuchtung sieht gut aus auch wenn ich sie an der Schnittstellen abdeckung etwas zu Dunkel finde. Beim Maximus IX Hero war dies genau umgekehrt.
Ebenfalls die jeweils 2 mal 3 und 4 Pin RGB header sind gut was Kompatibilität angeht.
Das Asus Rog Thor Netzteil benötigt z.B. den 3 Pin Anschluss (addressable RGB header).
Das BIOS ist wie von Asus Mainboards gewohnt sehr übersichtlich aufgeräumt, ganz genau das gleiche wie bei den Vorgängern.
Sogar in verschiedenen Sprachen einstellbar.
Aktuell noch keine Probleme gehabt.
Ich hatte auch nie ein Problem mit Spulenfiepen wie von manchen hier beschrieben. Mein PC ist dank der Ryujin 360 sehr leise, also müsste man es ja hören.

Dopo aver sostituito un Asus maximus X per un problema all'attacco dimm delle ram decido di prendere la successiva, ovvero la maximus XI, essendo compatibile con il processore. Vado per fare assemblare il tutto di nuovo e la scheda madre nuova riporta lo stesso errore nello schermo LCD ch'è su di essa, sia con qualsiasi ram compatibile secondo produttore, sia con nuovo alimentatore. Succo del discorso evitate Asus se non volete ritrovarvi nel breve o medio periodo con lo stesso problema. Bella, caratteristiche al top ma se non si riesce ad utilizzarla diventa inutile. Peccato sono stato per decenni un sfegatato sostenitore di Asus ma a questo punto mi dovrò rivolgere ad altre compagnie più serie.

This motherboards was a huge letdown for me. It's very underwhelming compared to the competition, especially considering it's the most expensive, and while it's not awful, it's certainly the worst of the bunch. Had 2 of these, replaced the first because it didn't have wifi, on a 300 EUR motherboard, and you have to pay 50 EUR extra for it, then the second came defective and I replaced that one with an Aorus Z390 Master, which is better in every single way than the Maximus and also 70 EUR cheaper. Only thing this motherboard has going for it is the BIOS, but that's not enough to make up for all of its shortcomings.

excellent motherboard! very easy to overclock. I got it to go with i9-9900K(3.6=>5ghz), 64gb memory, 500gb PCIe NvME and RTX 2080 Ti SLI, with water cooling on the cpu. very nice setup. I am good for another few years.

Für meinen neuen Gaming-PC suchte ich ein Mainboard für den aktuell vermutlich besten Gamingprozessor i9-9900k und fand dieses. Mit 4 Ramslots für bis zu 64gb und ATX-Formfaktor passten erstmals alle Details. 3 PCIE-Slots bieten Platz für Grafikkarte, Soundkarte usw. Und nach dem Motto "was leuchtet hat Leistung" musste natürlich auch das Mainboard für mein Showcase leuchten. Die Auro Software für die Steuerung der verschiedenen RGB Effekte aller Anbauteile funktioniert ebenfalls bestens.
Sehr gut finde ich vor allem den USB Typ C Anschluss und vielen USB 3.0, sowie eines HDMI Anschlusses für nicht Gaming relevante Bildschirme. 2 M2-SSD Steckplätze bieten auch genug Speichermöglichkeit ohne ein PCIE Modul dazukaufen zu müssen.
Ebenfalls praktisch sind die Asus Q-Codes welche auf dem Mainboard direkt für die Fehlersuche angezeigt werden.
Ich kann es nur empfehlen und bin voll und ganz zufrieden.

La scheda madre funziona bene e sembra solida. Il setup nel BIOS ha un sacco di opzioni per gli smanettoni, ma a me bastavano solo le opzioni per fare digerire la frequenza corretta della RAM e disabilitare i led che per me chiaramente è un costo inutile.
Francamente il prezzo è un po' alto, ma almeno i componenti sembrano di qualità.

Auf der Suche nach einem ordernlichen Mainboard habe ich das Hero mal bei mir gehabt und ausführlich Testen können. Natürlich habe ich es mir geholt um OC zu betreiben. Mir ist das Debakel rund um die VRMs bei der aktuellen Generation von Asus durchaus bekannt. Die 4 Phasen Spannungsversorgung wird sowohl von der Communitiy als auch von Fachzeitschriften belächelt und kritisiert. Mir ist allerdings wichtig was das Board tatsächlich leistet. Ob jetzt die VRMs aufgrund von weniger Phasen etwas wärmer werden, sind für mich nur Indizien, die auf die Boardqualität schließen lassen. Meines wissens nach hat Asus weniger Phasen eingebaut, jedoch qualitativere Komponetnen verwendet um ihrer Aussage nach die Latenzen zu senken. Soviel schon mal vorweg: Ich konnte mit dem Hero bessere OC Ergebnisse einfahren als mit dem Aorus Master, welches ich ebenfalls noch zum Test hier hatte. Allerdings haben sich einige Probleme breit gemacht.
Zum einen muss ich mich über die Lüftersteuerung von Asus generell mal auslassen. Meiner Auffassung nach ist diese katastrophal. Es ist nicht möglich die Lüfter anständig über das Bios zu Regeln. Ich kann die Lüfter nicht auf unter 20% Drehgeschwindigkeit regeln. Noch viel schlimmer ist, dass ab 75 Grad Prozessortemperatur die Lüfter immer auf 100% drehen. Das ist etwas was ich auf gar keinen Fall will aufgrund der Lautstärke. Wieso bevormundet mich Asus hier und gibt mir nicht die freie Kontrolle? Ich muss erst ins Bios booten und anschließend die hauseigene Software installieren. Dann kann ich die Lüfter plötzlich anständig steuern und einstellen. Warum bitte geht das nicht im Bios??? Für mich nicht verständlich.
Ansonsten hatte mein Board auch noch grauenhaftes Spulenfiepen. Sowohl im normalen Idle Zustand, als auch in veränderter Form bei Mausbewegung. Das Fiepen hat mich fast wahnsinnig gemacht. C-States deaktivieren hat nichts gebracht. Also absolut untragbar. Muss ein defekt sein.
Zu guter letzt kommen wir zum OC. Das Board konnte leider meinen 4000mhz Ram nicht auf XMP betreiben, obwohl der Speicher in der QVL Liste steht. Das ist ja schon mal sehr seltsam. Allerdings hat sich meine CPU auch noch sehr komisch verhalten. Einerseits konnte ich eine viel niedrigere Spannung anlegen als sonst, allerdings ist die CPU Temperatur bei Auslastung und auch im Idle gleich geblieben. Daher musste ich von einem Messfehler ausgehen.
Ich musste das Board wieder zurück schicken, alleine schon wegen des Spulenfiepens. Ich schätze es ist wohl ein recht gutes Board wenn man nicht gerade mit komischen Aussetzern zu kämpfen hat wie ich es musste. Ob es allerdings seinen Preis wert ist, muss natürlich jeder selbst entscheiden. Ich für meinen Teil würde zu einem günstigeren Board greifen, da die hochpreisigen nicht wirklich Vorteile bieten die den Aufpreis rechtfertigen.

Ich finde ASUS Mainboards am besten, weil sie alles bieten was man als overclocker braucht. Der BIOS reset Knopf ist sehr hilfreich. Finde auch die verstärkten PCIe Slots sehr gut auch bald für meine Asus Strix RTX 3090 O24G Modell.
Hatte nie Probleme mit unstabilen BIOS oder sonstiges. Alles läuft von Anfang an. Auch das praktische Display für MB Codes ist sehr hilfreich. Damit konnte ich einen Defekt an meinem Case feststellen, da der USB Header durchgeschmort ist.
DIe Powerverwaltung ist stabil und hatte auch dort keine Probleme. Wünsche mir aber für das nächste Asus Motherboard ein Display mit Farbe wo man Temperaturen ablesen kann. Ich weiß das gibt es schon aber leider nicht für die Prozessoren Sockel die ich auswähle.

I could easily overclocked my i5 9600K to 5Ghz with couple of clicks and managed to set up my system without any hassle.
However, the integrated sound card is very poor you definitely need external DAC or a sound card.
Also If you want to install Windows to an m.2 drive, do not connect any SATA drive until the system is installed! This is a little bit tricky since its not mentioned in the manual.

Built a new PC this year with my last one having been built in 2012, and wow what an upgrade this motherboard provides. The motherboard itself is aesthetically clean and simple with just a bit of flash on the IO shield (which was the look I was going for paired with some of my rgb components).
The mobo was super easy to navigate right from the first boot and I was surprised to see how clean and simple the interface was relative to my old machine. Super easy to go back in to the BIOS on start up to make changes or overclock.
Paired this mobo with my new i9 and would highly recommend this MOBO to anyone.

Das Board rennt ohne Ende. Erkennt die Ramspeicher direkt und der CPU läuft 1A ! Das einzigste negative für mich war der Einbau. Entweder liegt es an meinem Corsair Gehäuse oder das Mainboard ist nicht das beste was die Passgenauigkeit betrifft. Da die IO Blende fest verbaut ist am Mainboard muss man mit extremer Gewalt das Mainboard an die Innenseite des Gehäuses drücken damit die Schraubenlöcher überhaupt passen, trotz des Stiftes zum justieren der rausschaut vom Gehäuse.

This MB is a beast! and a tough on at that! First time build here and am proud as can be this thing runs smooth and no issues what so ever! Came in good time, all the parts/swag was in the box...it wasn't in a sealed box or a sealed bag which freaked me out at first until I looked online and found out they don't seal their hardware because sometimes they update the bios before shipping.
I didn't have to do any updating to get windows to work it was plug and play in that regard. I also installed 2 M2 drives on the board and the was super easy to configure them in RAID0.
I would stay clear of the ai suite as the board is superior as far as fan set up and there are far better options for updating the bios and at the end...it is like a virus to try to get rid of :/

Forcé d'acheter en urgence, mon Aorus ayant rendu l'âme moins d'un an après son achat, je me suis tourné vers l'Asus Strix qui est arrivé en panne... Je me suis donc rabattu sur cette carte.
La première impression c'est d'avoir une carte bas de gamme entre les mains !
Ah l'inflation des prix ! Si tu ne mets pas +250€ tu n'as rien. Un manuel, quelques autocollant, un câble sata et c'est tout. Même pas un guide câble pour la connectique boitier. Asus va à l'économie.
Les connecteurs sata sont plutôt mal placés, ils sont tout en bas alors que beaucoup de boîtiers permettent de passer des câbles sur le côté droit des cm. Ici pas de 'HUB' horizontal mais vertical, bon jour les bouclettes avec les câbles sata.
Une sorte d'encoche sur la droite de la cm qui fait qu'il manque un trou de fixation prévu part la norme.
A l’en-fichage du connecteur d'alimentation, j'ai eu peur que le pcb casse. Cette carte est à éviter si vous souhaite faire un minimum de gestion des câbles, paradoxe pour une carte qui se veut rgb...
Rien à redire sur le bios qui est superbe, avec énormément de possibilité de réglages. Celui de l'Aorus fait plus année '80' en comparaison.
Plus qu'à voir si cette carte tiendra plus d'un an maintenant...

Scheda madre dalle componenti pregiate ed affidabili ha un bios molto dettagliato e ricco di funzioni per soddisfare sia gli amanti dell'overclock sia per coloro che ricercano un prodotto che duri nel tempo anche con configurazioni standard. Con l'intel 9900k consiglio vivamente di aggiornare all'ultima versione che risolve un bug di compatibilità con tale processore che causava il riavvio del PC per problemi di regolazione della tensione. Una volta aggiornato non ha dato più alcun problema.

Acquistata per un i5 9600k. Caratteristiche di eccellenza e gestisce tramite l'IA overclock un bell'overclock in maniera completamente automatica e stabile. Per non patlare poi di tutte le funzionalità incluse. Consigliatissima anche per il prezzo.

Con questa scheda madre ho avuto continui problemi di avvio di riavviava più volte prima di far partire il sistema operativo. Problema non risolto ne con assistenza Asus ne con aggiornamento bios.. restituito

Cuidado con el LAN
El LAN tiene problemas - el chip ethernet tiene defecto de fábrica, no se trabajó lo suficiente antes de sacarlo a producción masiva - en linux lo identifica pero te dice que el cable no está conectado, y no recibe señal. En Windows no hubo problema pero para tener estas velocidades de 2.5 Gbit como anunciado, se tienen que conectar mediante un cat7 a unos cuantos routers anunciados en la página de intel... Poniendo lo de la LAN de lado, es una motherboard extraordinaria. Si no quieren problemas de LAN mejor compren la Z490-P la cual tiene un chip Realtek de 1Gbit y no el I225-V de intel.

No decepciona ASUS
Antes de comprar esta MB, me fui por una gigabyte pero terminé devolviéndola. Definitivamente ésta está mucho mejor. Todo sirve a la perfección y se le puede aplicar un ligero OC a los procesadores K.

La placa que se fija al gabinete, venía completamente doblada, la tarjeta madre no detectaba las memorias ram, parecía que venía abierta y usada; pésimo producto.

At first I was ready to return this. It didn't support any 3600+ Memory. The Day I was getting ready to return it. The new BIOS came out so I thought Ok. I'll update it first and see. It's a night and day difference and also supports 3600 mem.
