Pair it with a GTX 1660 super (brand doesn't matter). You'll get best performance out of it.

Bought for a build to sell, combining it with a GTX1660 super. It's a really good match and doesn't bottleneck the GPU.
It's about £25 cheaper than the next best 3300x, which I also own, and there's probably a 10-15% difference in performance, but in most 1080p gaming situations you won't notice any difference.
It runs quite cool and is sufficiently cooled with the supplied cooler (unlike the last 3600 I bought!). Definitely my go-to CPU for doing a budget build. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I have the ryzen 5 3600 and now the ryzen 3 3100 and they are the best and bang for buck 🌟. Works amazing with my b550 and b450 motherboards with Rx5600 for 4k and 1080p gaming and rx580 for 1080p gaming. Love it.

AMD Ryzen 3 3100 è un'eccellente CPU entry-level indicata per i sistemi più economici. Nonostante il prezzo contenuto, offre prestazioni poco distanti da quelle di processori ben più costosi e consente di giocare in Full HD senza rinunce. Fratello minore del 3300Xb non ha nulla da invidiare ai fratelli maggiori.
Se avete un budget limitato, vi basta giocare a 60fps in Full HD ed effettuare qualche piccola operazione di rendering, Ryzen 3 3100 è certamente una scelta consigliata.
AMD, purtroppo, non offre ancora prestazioni “single core” superiori rispetto alle controparti Intel, ma a questo prezzo è un dettaglio irrilevante. Se abbinerete questo chip a una scheda grafica di fascia bassa, come as esempio una Radeon RX 580 da 8GB di VRAM, potrete divertirvi senza spendere una fortuna (compreso COD).
Se avete un budget limitato, vi basta giocare a 60fps in Full HD ed effettuare qualche piccola operazione di rendering, Ryzen 3 3100 è certamente una scelta consigliata.

Schade AMD das ihr es nicht hinbekommen habt das diese CPU so schlecht zu kühlen ist und die Frohlockungen das der kleinere Fertigungsprozess Energieeinsparungen haben wird so leicht Verpufft.
Beim Ryzen 5 4650 pro sieht es da schon sehr viel besser aus obwohl bei diesem eine kräftige Streichliste vor der Herstellung ausgeführt wurde.
Gerne hätte ich überall 5 Sterne gegeben wenn da nicht der Umstand der schlechten Kühlbarkeit wäre

Obwohl der Prozessor sehr günstiger ist, hat er sehr viel Leistung. Ich habe damit den PC meines Vaters aktuallisiert und nun läuft er wie eine Rakete (auch dank einer m.2 SSD). Beim alten PC war der Prozessor der Flaschenhalts im System, nun ist der PC nicht mehr durch die CPU ausgebremst. Zu den Temperaturen, im Idle (leerlauf) um die 40°C und beim Gaming um die 60°C, mit dem bei liegenden Kühler (Wärmeleitpaste ist schon drauf).

Dopo 3 giorni di smadonnamenti tra installazione di ogni driver possibile e tentativi di sostituzione hardware, ho cambiato la CPU e il computer magicamente funzionava. In parole povere sotto un lieve sforzo questa CPU causava riavvio del PC immediato, problema che rendeva talmente inutilizzabile il PC da andare fuori di testa. Sicuramente sono stato molto sfortunato , per fortuna peró è venduto da Amazon che almeno ho la garanzia di reso.
