отличная модель
- + Выглядит нарядно, как пряник, и технологично, как современная техника. Работает негромко: звук в момент закачивания бака скоре похож на интенсивный шелест. Не прыгает, не вибрирует, не «беспокоит» разводку, хотя в инструкции и написано, что на вход к нему следует присоединить гибкие шланги — это лишнее, достаточно обычных труб ПНД. Бак — 20 литров, не 17. Корпус из нержавейки, о чем говорит маркировка Inox. Отсутствует фильтр механической отчистит на входе, но он просто докупается отдельно и монтируется. Приобретён для организации системы полива на даче. Привинчен к свободно лежащим на бетоном основании и листе гидроизоляции деревянным брускам 50 мм. По-серьезному давит, поэтому нужно озаботиться резьбовыми штуцерами на раздаточных кранах, либо запастись надежными хомутами для шлангов. Воду принимает из трёх кубов с водой, связанных в сообщающуюся систему, поэтому недостатка воды на входе нет. По участку 30 соток размещены 8 раздаточных кранов, связанных между собой сотней метров трубы ПНД, из которых в любой момент можно получить струю, немного пугающую своим напором.
- - Неудобства, вызванные климатическими реалиями — снимаешь и уносишь в тепло на зиму.
Первое время думал, что просто для полива этот насос избыточен, но на самом деле всё в тему — экономит время на полив и позволяет присоединиться к процессу другим помощникам или потребителям воды, не снижая при этом производительность.

- + Буду проверять ближе к лету в след году тк использую станцию для полива.Пластмасса на корпусе, глядя уже на две имеющиеся трещины на новом корпусе, ненадежная. Глядя на бешеные ценники станций, сдавать не буду. Купила по акции и промокоду 14 с копейками. Спустя две недели ценник стал 18.

Split Fuel Line
After about 15 minutes of using the machine for the first time, I heard a fizzing sound as I bent down to remove the collector. I found the fizzing noise was coming from petrol evaporating from the top of the hot engine. There was petrol squirting out of a split in the fuel line, and it continued to squirt out even though the engine was turned off. I had to loosen the petrol cap to release the pressure from the system to stop the leak. I am very lucky it didn't catch fire, especially with a full fuel tank. It could have been very dangerous.
The position of the fuel lines meant that the black tubing was so close to the engine that it appears to have melted, causing a number of splits in the line that allowed the petrol to squirt out under the pressure. If you do buy one of these, please check the location of the fuel lines before you start using it.
On a positive side, in the 15 minutes I did use the machine, it was doing a great job of clearing the thatch and dead moss from the lawn. It's just a shame I have only managed to do a small part of it, and it now looks very sad next to the untouched lawn.
I am returning the machine.

Warning: read this first
Compare this machine with the Einhell BG-SC 2240P and you'll immediately see why it would be a mistake to buy it. Here are six reasons to avoid this Al-ko scarifier.
1) Its body is made of thin plastic; combine that with the silly wheels and you have a product designed to tip backwards in use.
2) The starting procedure is unnecessarily fiddly: press inaccessible primer button 10 times (!), then a separate primer button 3 times, then press a safety button on the handle while holding the control lever down, then pull the recoil starter...
3) The scarifier blades scrape the ground even at their highest adjustment - you have to lift it to the lawn to avoid damage
4) The lawnrake is redundant. The scarifier is the only tool you need. (And no-one uses a collection box for this job.)
5) It clogs and stalls if you are ripping out a lot of moss and thatch.
6) For such poor design and execrable build quality, the machine is vastly overpriced.
And I could add another six reasons. If you're looking for German engineering at its best, get the Einhell BG-SC 2240P petrol scarifier - for £70 less on this site - and save yourself the trouble of returning this Al-ko embarrassment.

Don't be fooled by German Engineering
Please do not be fooled into thinking that as this Product is German Engineering that you will be getting an AUDI style machine. In my experience this was more like an ALDI machine.

Excellent Value for Money Machine
Used as a scarifier / aerator on 2 large lawns and did an excellent job on setting 2. Started first time and easy to manoeuvre if used on the right setting. The collecting box was overwhelmed by the vast amount of moss and thatch removed so used without. I used a rake and bagged it up manually later. The lawn always looks a mess at this stage but after collecting the debris it looked good. I have not used the rake attachment yet but am confident it will do a good job. The only real gripes were that one of the large front wheels got clogged with the debris but was easily cleared and that after a long period of heavy use the engine cut out. It restarted straight away when allowed to cool. It was working on a very tough job though. Overall a great buy for the money and would recommend. We had a so called professional company do this last year and if they hadn't charged a small fortune they would have been a complete joke. This Al-Ko machine did a far better job overall.

Throw away the rake
Far better than raking by hand! Thus machine seems to be quite robust and certainly does the job. Ok for large lawns.

Well Engineered and worth the money
Wow this is a serious bit of kit, the motor starts first pull and runs smoothly, forget the bag if your lawn is of a serious size [I have 1/2 acre]. The unit although not self propelled pulls itself to some degree by the blade rotation direction. It leaves a nice row of removed moss/thatch in a line behind which is easily collected. It compares most favourably with the large hired machine I have used previously.
All in all I find myself asking the question "Why didn't i do this before"
Money well spent and with the build quality it should last for years to come.

Not a Quality Product
Sold as "quality German engineered products exceeding expectation" it is in fact fabricated in light weight plastic and fitted with a Chinese engine which was difficult to start and would not run until the Torch spark plug was replaced. It then blew one of the valves and wrecked the engine after only 8 - 10 hours running. The manufacturers response was that it was out of warranty (by 4 months) but, "as a gesture of good will", offered a replacement engine at a discount (£136).

Design Flaw, would not recommend
I chose to purchase product after reading good reviews. Light weight and easy to assemble. Very difficult to start. Each time need to press 2 primer buttons, one ten times and the other six times. Once going, very effective at removing moss and thatch. Only used for two short occasions. Fuel pipe melted against motor and developed a leak. This is a major design flaw. I would avoid purchase.

Nothing wrong with it's operation. Does what you'd expect. I gave it a 4 because I felt the instructions could have been simpler. I had to jump from one set to another to set up. Conflicting info re attachments. May have been a misprint. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

A good machine, with reservations
I have used this machine a few times, so have found out its strengths and weaknesses.
Of most importance, it is very effective at its scarifying/raking job - the engine is powerful enough to do the job thoroughly without stalling. You are likely to be amazed at how much moss and dead material it removes from your lawn.
However, I have found it rather frustrating to use for the following reasons -
- the engine is often difficult to start, despite following the priming instructions
- the front wheels clog up with the extracted material, due to insufficient clearance on the inside edge
- the engine stops as soon as you release the handle - good for safety no doubt, but there is no idling speed and no throttle control
- the machine is very noisy - as compared eg with my Honda mower - could annoy the neighbours!
The machine is not self-propelled, but it pushes forward easily due to the rotation of the blades. It is mostly made of plastic and seems quite flimsy, although it has survived intact so far.
Forget the collection bag - it will need emptying every minute or two. It is much easier to rake or pick up the debris afterwards. My Honda mower, which has a much bigger collection bag, does the job fine.

Ich habe mir den Vertikutierer zugelegt um ca. 500 qm Rasen zu vertikutieren. Geschafft habe ich allerdings nur ca. 15 qm, danach hat er sich verabschiedet. Er wurde immer langsamer, bis er am Ende nach ca. 30 min Arbeit still stand und er lässt sich nicht mehr starten. Man kann das Seil nicht mehr durchziehen, als ob der Motor fest ist. Obwohl genügend Öl im Behälter ist !!! Da ich ihn ca. 4 Wochen vor der ersten Arbeit gekauft habe, kann ich das Gerät leider auch nicht mehr zurückgeben. Es war das erste und letzte mal, dass ich so etwas im Netz bestellt habe, denn im Baumarkt bei mir um die Ecke hätte man mir das Gerät sofort umgetauscht. Also ich rate vom Kauf dieses Produktes ab !!!!

je l'ai acheté il y a déjà quelques saisons, donc mon avis est définitif: cette machine est top. démarre au quart de tour, sans aucun entretien. par contre, c'est complètement hallucinant quand on passe cette machine après avoir tondu sa pelouse, la crasse et la merdasse qu'on peut encore sortir. Une quantité de mousses, lichens, herbe sèchée démentiel ! c'est bien simple, si c'est votre première fois, prévoyez 2 aller-retours à la déchetterie. la pelouse semble comme dépoilée ... mais je vous raconte pas après comme ca repart, et vert petant. Je connaissais pas trop la fonction scarification. mais je suis maintenant totalement convaincu. sur la photo, à droite jsute après la tonte, donc semble nickel ... à gauche après scarification avec la AL-KO. no comment.
