Отличная модель
- + Стекло с узнаваемым цейсовским рисунком и боке. Обработка в фоторедакторе сведена к минимуму, цветопередача и скинтон изначально на высоте.
- - Разве что цена, но это Zeiss. LCD дисплей показался абсолютно лишним. Прорезиненное кольцо наводки на резкость смотрится не совсем эстетично, оно притягивает пыль и оставляет следы пальцев.
Долго пригоядывался к этому объективу, перечитал массу обзоров и не раз...

What can you say, it’s another cracking Batis lens!
When I moved from my APSC Sony a77ii I decided I was only going to buy the very best glass available to make the most of my Sony a7ii, So far I have the Batis 85mm 1.8, Sony 70-200 f4 and now this Batis 25 f2 and my god I love these lenses.
To make this easy I will break it down rather than tell some long story.
BUILD
9.5/10
There is mixed things about the batis lenses online, however as far as I am concerned they are fantastically designed and built. Yes the lens cap is not th best ever and the hood is plastic, but lets be honest plastic is the best materials for cameras. it doesn’t feel cheap, it feels solid and well weighted, all the batis lenses are well balanced on the a7 cameras, I find the 35 2.8 sony lens way to small and hard to use, although i do always have a grip only cameras. Overall I love the lens/s and can’t fault them… except that bloody rubber grip, it gets so dirty and offends my OCDs. wish it was a metal with a little texture.
OLED SCREEN

I am glad they went for OLED with this as it does help disability, however its usefulness is down to the user… I think it makes much more sense on a landscape lens like this than my basis 85mm… But overall its a great addition.
OPTICAL QUALITY

Being an f2 and a close focusing distance this is a really versatile lens. Great for low light, close up food photography and full body portraits if needed! the booked is buttery and very nice, not quite as smooth as the 85mm but that is too be expected. Overall this lens is razor sharp, from f2 down to f11 and starts to tail off at f16. Sweet spot I have found is f4 and f11 depending on your need. There is pretty much nothing I would change in this respect and it has that beautiful Zeiss pop that you just can’t explain.
ABERRATIONS AND FALLOFF

For a wide angle with a f2 apperture aberrations are present in extreme situations, but in general are very very well controlled and are as far as I am concerned a non issue. Light falloff is minimal and virtually gone at f5.6. Distorition is very slight and easily corrected.

Das Objektiv erzeugt bis hin auf Pixelebene (40 MP) Knack-scharfe Bilder - und dies schon bei offener Blende.
Insbesondere die kurze Naheinstellgrenze macht das Objektiv auch für leichte Makroaufnahmen (etwa Biene auf Blüte ) geeignet - die sehr gute Schärfe erlaubt dabei auch noch Ausschnittvergrößerungen, wie ich sie selbst mit Makrobjektiven nicht erlebt habe - und erspart im einen oder anderen Fall dadurch das Spezialequipment.
Die mitgelieferte Sonnenblende ist relativ groß und schützt zuverlässig vor Reflexionen und Beschädigungen (Fingerabdrücke). Wie einige Rezensenten bereits bemerkt hatten, ist der Autofokus nicht auf der Höhe eines original-Sony - Eye-Focus funktioniert auch bei mir nicht (Sony Alpha 7 RII).
Ganz eindeutig zu bemängeln habe ich die spartanische Ausstattung des Objektives -lediglich ein Schalter zur Begrenzung des Fokusbereiches ist angebracht - kein Blendenring, kein MF/Autofocus Schalter (sehr nützlich bei Nahaufnahmen) und ein "Innovatives" OLED-Display, das keinen Zusatznutzen bringt, außer, dass die Wasserabdichtung preiswerter ist....
Fazit: ein sehr hochwertiges Objektiv mit "hochwertigem Preis" - sehr gut geeignet für kleine Kinder, Portrait und Naturfotografie - einige Schwächen im Design lassen sicher noch Alternative aus dem Sony-Portfolio interessant werden.

Obiettivo fantastico per chi vuole un grandangolo leggero (300 grammi), versatile, piccolo e con una qualità ottica superlativa.
Pregi:
- Abbinato a corpi macchina della serie a7 si può tranquillamente portare in giro tutto il giorno senza sentire alcun tipo di fastidio.
- Comodo lo schermo led retroilluminato posto nella parte superiore per mettere correttamente a fuoco manualmente durante le uscite notturne.
- La velocità di messa a fuoco è silenziosa e fulminea.
- Il diametro frontale di 77mm permette di montare qualsiasi tipo di filtro con questa misura, anche non slim in quanto quelli standard non vignettano.
- Il corpo è solido e ben costruito, nessuna imperfezione.
Difetti:
- è un 18mm, quindi si trova a metà strada da un 14mm e un 24mm, lasciando scontenti entrambe gli amanti di queste due focali in quanto eredita la poca luminosità di un classico 14mm (f2.8) rispetto ad un classico 24mm (f1.4), unita al fatto di non essere purtroppo estremo come un 14mm.
- la superficie si riempie di ditate e si graffia molto facilmente.
- costa tanto rispetto ai suoi diretti concorrenti, ma attualmente è l'unico grandangolo fisso con attacco nativo Sony E-Mount.
Pregi:

Ich mache es kurz. Nach Test an Sony A7R und A7r II folgendes.
- sehr gute Bildqualität aber das billige äquivalente Plastikteil von Samyang ist da auf dem exakt selben Level
- Verarbeitung Design top , sieht gut aus und fühlt sich zweifelsfrei wertig an
- ich finde es einfach zu teuer, 1000 € für eine unspektakuläre 2.8 Festbrennweite mit netter Bildqualität ...., mh da gehe ich einfach nicht mit
- für den Preis hätte ich wenigstens f2.0 erwartet
- sehr gute Bildqualität aber das billige äquivalente Plastikteil von Samyang ist da auf dem exakt selben Level
- Verarbeitung Design top , sieht gut aus und fühlt sich zweifelsfrei wertig an

Mit einem Wort umschrieben. Schärfe (nicht nur im Zentrum) Kontrast, Farbwiedergabe, alles hervorragend. Bessere, z.T. deutlich bessere Leistung als mit meinem anderen ca. 6-7 135 mm Festbrennweiten (diese sind allerdings auch nicht so aktuell).
Größe und Gewicht sind OK um noch mit auf Reisen zu gehen. Autofokus funktioniert einwandfrei (Sony A7 II), ich verwende allerdings hauptsächlich manuelle Fokussierung. Die OLED Anzeige ist ein nettes Gimmick, essentiell ist sie nicht, passt halt zum modernen Design und Auftreten des Objektivs.
Was mir nicht so gefällt ist die fummelige Art und Weise wie die Streulichtblende auf das Objektiv aufgesetzt wird. Besonders blöd ist das umgekehrte Aufsetzen (kompakt). Hier wären größere und deutlichere Markierungen hilfreich.
Ebenfalls Manko: Die sehr kleine blaue "Perle", die den Aufsetzpunkt für das e-Bajonett markiert. Kaum zu fühlen und bei wenig Licht nicht mehr zu sehen. Da sind die größeren roten Perlen eines bekannten Objektiv-Herstellers aus Wetzlar um Kassen besser und praktischer.
Dies ist natürlich Klagen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Von der Abbildungsleistung ist das Objektiv bei dieser Brennweite m.M.n. kaum zu schlagen. Abblenden nur noch zur Gestaltung des Hintergrunds, nicht mehr wg. Schärfe, Kontrast etc; beeindruckend !

This is my fourth Zeiss Batis lens. For me, as a professional photographer, the Batis range is a no-brainer. It's Zeiss quality and tradition throughout that gives silent autofocus and exceptional image quality in a compact form. F1.4 might have been nice for some people but F2 keeps the lens compact and not top heavy. Bokeh is fine for me and the CF tag means it close focuses like an acceptable macro lens. 40mm is slightly unusual nowadays for a focal length but, for me, this is the genius of this lens. It is a "jack of all trades" - compact for a walk around, decent enough for a substitute macro, wide enough for landscape and fast enough for street. So far, the results l have obtained have been first class. As l mentioned, l am an experienced Zeiss user. I know what to expect and l am not disappointed. It is expensive but it will last for years, still perform well on the predicted new Sony sensors and will help my clients to be amazed.

Klein, handlich und universell - eine perfekte „Immerdrauf“-Linse.
Die Abbildungsleistung ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Besonders gut gefällt mir das seidenweiche Bokeh; insbesondere im Nahbereich. Punktförmige Lichtquellen werden bspw. als glasklare Kreise abgebildet. Sind diese Lichter obendrein farbig, ergeben sich herrliche Effekte. Die Frontlinse ist minimal konkav; eventuell begünstigt dieses Detail den beschriebenen Effekt.
Der „berühmte“ Zeiss 3D-Pop ist zudem klar erkennbar.

Verglichen mit dem Sigma 35mm f1.2 für Sony E-Mount ist das Zeiss Objektiv zwar deutlich kleiner, leiser, günstiger und der Autofokus ist besser jedoch ist das Zeiss was den WOW Effekt angeht besser. Ok zugegeben das Sigma ist eine Blende von f1.2 jedoch sind die Zeiss Objektive meiner Meinung nach generell überlegen was die Blende angeht und ein f2.0 Objektiv verhält sich eher wie eines mit f1.8 doch hier ist der Unterschied zu erkennen. Ich hatte mir erhofft ähnlich geflashed zu sein wie von dem Zeiss 85/f.1.8 (welches meiner Meinung nach das mit Abstand beste 85mm Objektiv für Sony E-Mount ist) das ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Leider geht das Zeiss 40mm zurück.

Gutes Objektiv an der ILCE A7R3 sowohl was Bildqualität, Auflösung sowie Autofokus betrifft ... Das beleuchtete Display für den Schärfentiefebereich ist eine nette Zugabe, brauchen tut man es nicht wirklich. Der Entfernungseinstellring ist mit einer glatten Gummierung überzogen, die leider Staub anzieht wie ein Magnet die Eisenspäne. Staub, den man auch nicht so leicht wieder wegbringt. Trotzdem: meiner Meinung nach ist das Objektiv empfehlenswert!

Ein großartiges Weitwinkelobjektiv mit einem super Feature auf der Oberseite, die digitale Anzeige der Entfernung. Super um Nachts den Schärfebereich zu bestimmt. Blende einstellen und so lange fokussieren, bis für das obere Ende Unendlich angezeigt wird. Hat mir sehr viel Freude bereitet und ist dazu noch relativ leicht.

The lens optical quality ... is the best I've ever seen. It's simply beautiful.
Mechanically it's AF is very fast. Face and eye focus works fast too. (I use it on a Sony A9.)
Like almost anything to do with photography its very expensive.
On the other hand I don't think I need another lens. (Maybe that's why they don't supply a lens pouch.)

Luminoso grandangolare dalle prestazioni veramente esagerate! Poca vignettatura e dattaglio e nitidezza super. Inoltre piccolo e leggero, con meno di un chilo (abbinato con una a7r2) si ha un kit completo full frame per paesaggi, e non solo. Lo userò a lungo :)

Es gibt nur ein einzigen Punkt der mir nicht so zusagt bei den Batis Zeiss Objektiven.
Und zwar ist das das OLELD Einstellungen. Warum hat man denn OLELD nicht mit einem Autofokus Programm belegt?
Über diesen Missstand sollte sich die Firma Zeiss mal Gedanken machen.
Ansonsten bin ich mit den Zeiss Batis Objektiven sehr zufrieden.
Und zwar ist das das OLELD Einstellungen. Warum hat man denn OLELD nicht mit einem Autofokus Programm belegt?
Über diesen Missstand sollte sich die Firma Zeiss mal Gedanken machen.
Ansonsten bin ich mit den Zeiss Batis Objektiven sehr zufrieden.

La calidad es excelente, una nitidez extraordinaria. Es un objetivo robusto y muy bien construido. El display en pantalla con la profundidad de campo es francamente útil, te ahorras mucho tiempo de calculadora. Con los modelos de Sony A7 hay que estar alerta en poner el SteadyShot en manual y ajustar la distancia focal, que a veces se olvida.

Pus: Leggero, dimensioni contenute, schermo oled per le distanze, filtro da 77, messa a fuoco rapida e silenziosa. Da migliorare: Tappo anteriore ridicolo. Non si può vendere un obiettivo da 1500€ con un tappo da 20 centesimi. Sostituito con un Canon. Garanzia europea 😢

Ein elegantes und sehr scharfes Objektiv, mit einem sehr schnellen AF; da es für den Makrobereich speziell auch eingesetzt werden soll, wurde es verglichen mit dem Tamron 35/2,8 für Vollformat Sony A7R3. Da musste es klar den 1. Platz abgeben, das Tamron war viel treffsicherer, wenn es darum ging, schnell Situationen mit Insekten einzufangen; es lag viel häufiger daneben. Das Bokeh allerdings ist sensationell!

Die Verarbeitung und die verbaute Technik (OLED Display) setzt Maßstäbe. An der Entfernungs- bzw. Teifenschärfenanzeige können und sollten sich andere Hersteller ein Beispiel nehmen. Das Batis 26/2 wird von mir an einer Sony Alpha 7 R2 betrieben. Kurz noch zum Preis, die Höhe finde ich ok und ist in keiner Weise den blauen Label geschuldet !
