Internet
At first, the printer connected to the internet, now it won't connect and gives an error code. Called Xerox support and they were unable to help reconnect to the internet. They recommended a tech come to my home and deal with the issue.

Prints extra page
Every time I print something an extra 'banner' page is printed. Have been unable to obtain help in stopping this. A waste of paper and ink. I want to return this printer!!!

after only 4 weeks and may be 300 sheets printed, printer is saying out of toner, how does a brand new laser printer run out of toner after 4 weeks?

I wouldn’t buy again
This product has expired drivers that don’t work. Installation was not easy and instructions did not match the outcome. Scanner function does not work the way it is supposed to. The driver for the scanner doesn’t work.

Do not purchase
Omg this product was a nightmare .from trying to get in contact with customer service , banner page , error light , jam signal , no longer printing , delay printing . This product caused a lot of headache

Make sure that the printer you buy has ALL the features you need
Did -not have the function I required namely, FAX feature, I returned the unit and and purchased a Pantum printer which DOES have the feature I need

Not worth the money
The Printer paper jams every time I use it.
I turn it on, It prints about 7 sheets with no issue and then paper jam errors come up and i have to reboot the machine again

Setup is tricky but once setup quiet fast and good quality
Setup was a little tricky to find the setup menu, however once in the menu it was pretty straightforward and connected to wifi pretty fast.
It was annoying that you have to get onto a computer to turn off cover page. You have to have a dvd player jump thru many hoops to setup the printer function, sb on the printer menu. Still haven’t setup scanner again jumping thru hoops.
I would not say this printer is for a novice written instructions are brief, however its fast quiet and reasonably good printer. I didn’t need colour so it is fine for my purpose.

Not recommended
During last 25 years I bought several printer from hp , canon and Epson companies all of them have some advantages and disadvantages but it was the first that I bought xerox printer and it is awful
After installation it didn’t work I called customer service and the technician could install it after 2-3 hours trying. But after 2-3 print it didn’t work again at all. I requested to return

WORST PRINTER SCANNER EVER
Do not buy this product ever. It is impossible to get this stupid thing to do anything. I can't get it to attatch to my WIFI not i have a new laptop and it is not uploading to my new laptop so it has become a very large boat anchor. I've called the help line, so if you have 3 hours to waste call because they could not help me. JUST DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Looses WiFi all the time...
We like to use WiFi at home for devices and this printer regularly loses connection with the WiFi router. It works fine with a hard-wired network cable or a USB direct connect cable. Software for Scanning on the Mac (OS X) is extremely slow to find the device even with a hard connection. A software update has not been done for years.

J'aime beaucoup cette imprimante!
Je peux imprimer de ma tablette IPAD (Apple) autant que de mon ordinateur et Surface Pro (Microsoft).
En plus, ce qui ne gâche rien, son aspect esthétique me plaît beaucoup.
On peut imprimer, photocopier, scanner, la seule chose qui manque, le Fax!
