Отличный мощный кондиционер, внешний блок очень тихий, красивый дизайн.

Пульт сенсорный, не удобно его разблокировать.
Установка от ДНС, все чётко сделали, быстро.

- - Плата в наружнем блоке не закрыта, спасает её только верхняя крышка блока, посвитывал наружниий блок на малых оборотах, терся...

- + Тихий, корпус не трещит от охлаждения и нагрева
- - Пуль очень неудобный, прям выбрасывай, еще и включается (снимается разблокировка через раз) Сильно вибрирует внешний блок время от времени, но привыкаешь, нет горизонтально вращающихся шторок.

Очень плохая модель
- + Красивый, не сэкономили на радиоторах
- - Не работает. Не охлаждает от слова совсем. просто дует как вентилятор. Установщики сказали, что компрессор странно ведет себя — давление постоянно менятся. Короче, похоже на брак. Деньги на установку и последующий демонтаж пойдут на помойку.

Отличная модель
- + Классный аппарат, охлаждает моментально, тихий, функциональный, стильный. Даже при уличной температуре +34, охлаждает помещение очень быстро, при этом температуру охлаждения ниже +20 никогда не устанавливал, скорость потока средняя. Вполне себе справляется с охлаждением евродвушки 39 м2. Безусловно вторая комната охлаждается не сразу, а в разрезе 1.5-2 часов.
- - сенсорный пульт (просто оторви и выброси), решается покупкой кнопочного на али (арт для поиска DG11J1-31).

perfect budget 5 star machine
the product is as expected.. easy to use.. delivery was on time.. good for a family of 3-4 adults.. the wash tub is actually large.. motor seems powerful.. it is a 5 star energy efficient machine.. our previous machine was also a whirlpool.. so far so good👍

In the budget under 10k its a good product
So it has been over 2 months since i have brought this machine and have been using it.
Overall the look of machine is very cool.
Settings and functions are basic but as promised. The only con in this machine is the material used outside its very light weight but the quality of plastic is not good. Overall a good buy in this budget

Washing machine is very good
Product is very nice and easy to use. But I'm not happy with this new one while it was delivered me I saw some scratches on it. Lots of dusts were filled on backhold of this washing machine. One thing is surprised me that 1st I saw two inlets holder on this and this would be good if it should have a single one hole with having a regulator like other company's product.

I have problem with my Washing Machine which i was purchased on 15.05.20. I spoke with customer care officials&technicians. Technician visit&reported the issue( parts replacement-Motor is not working),
My complaint date is 17.03.2021. Customer Care executives said that it may be delayed two to three weeks.

Issue with customer service
I bought the machine on Jan 15 and started using machine about 2 weeks later. The drier stopped working within 4 days of usage(4 shirts were put in drier). Tried it after 2 days and still the drier doesn't work. On contacting Customer care , the technician visits and checks it. After some time the machine starts working and he demands 150 because the machine surprisingly starts working. I don't understand why someone would even charge a customer for the service which is within the warranty period.

Check machine's body at bottom while receiving
Received washing machine's body found cracked at bottom area. Requesting to replace the machine. Packing may be weak so machine's bottom body foundation to be checked while receiving the product.

Gigantic machine in its price range
The machine is working great and has no issues whatsoever. Whirlpool never disappoint its customer. Once for all its a value for your money. Easy wash and dry. No hassle even being semi automatic.

It’s a great purchase one should go for it
I got this delivered within 5 days and it was effortless to install this machine so i did it by myself though amazon asked me if I need an engineer to install and explain how this works. Same day i got call from whirlpool agent and he took all the detail and activated it’s warranty. Just to make sure that everything is good I double checked the warranty on whirlpool website and it was correct. It’s been 6 months and I don’t see any technical or physical issues with this machine. My overall experience is great with this product. It’s a good purchase one should go for it

Trouble on First day and Good from 2nd day 😊
The day I received the item I got pissed off because it was not functioning. I have logged the complaint with Amazone and next day technical person visited and sorted the issue. Since it was minor issue (belt got removed from motor during the transport)I didn’t gone for replacement. It’s working fine now and looking forward.

Compromised Quality in compare to the earlier product
I am using Whirlpool product ( Washing Machine and Refrigerator) Since last 20 years. But this time I found that Quality of this product which is not as expected from Whirlpool.
I received new whirlpool Super Atom 7 Kgs. Washing Machine with Molding defect ( as shown in Picture) These are molding defect I think this will start cracking/Damaging in near future from same spots. Also said plastic body is so light, it vibrates very badly when run in full load. Either during washing or Drying. Which is a possible Chances of Wheel damage.
I am quiet upset about the Whirl pool product.

Good machine but poor accessories
Machine is easy to handle, and looks very descent. Washing is very smooth and clean the dirty cloths very easily with socking option. Cloth spinning is quite good and spin nearly to dry.
Spinner motor sound very loud is only drawback and pipes given along with for drain and water inlet are of very poor quality.

Excellent for 4 to 5 family members ,
Easy to use for first time users , compare to fully automatic washing machine please go with semi automatic washing machine .user friendly, where inlet water pressure is LOW this is a best option ..........

Worst experience
Buying this product from Amazon was my biggest mistake. There is constant water leakage from washing machine and after 2 visits of technician from whirlpool the problem still continues. My worst experience from online shopping has been purchasing this washing machine.
