Used product delivered
Minus star for product delivered as it is having detergent stains in washing tub which clearly indicates used product. Cable found damaged. See images attached. Every time you have to detach and attach water inlet pipe for spin and wash program. Few have physical switch to divert the water flow. Even on highly flat surface it is not setting down properly.. It must me returned by someone for this issue only. I will check for 3 to 4 days and return it. Amazon is loosing faith day by day..

Worth of every penny
So here I am writing this review after using this washing machine for almost 2 weeks now and very simple to use and light weighted machine, waiting for the electricity bill to check for the electricity consumption hopefully it consume less electricity. Frankly says after I ordered this washing machine I was little scared coz of the negative reviews, which makes me worried that I might made a mistake ordering this machine but product came with no defects and also work very much the same as mentioned. All n all a worth buying product for my small family

Found faulty as well as used product.
Worst product i have ever received... Found faulty product as its washer nob timer doesnt work. Also i found it is a used product as water droplets in the washer tub.. Along with its back side panel cover doesnt fixed properly look like it is repaired...
Dont go for it... They are looting and harrasing the customers...

Buy it only if you want to waste your money
Useless piece of junk, last godrej washing machine we were using worked for 10 years . This Whirlpool's motor failed 2 times in within 6 months of buying . Company replaced motor once , second time they didn't after multiple complaints saying motor is out of stock.
Even after spending Rs 8000, we are washing clothes by hand from past 3 months.
Don't buy this piece of junk to avoid wasting your time and money.

Just good
It's very good according to it's range. Obviously you won't get the comfort of fully automatic machines. But I think this semi-automatic are more durable. It does not have any software/electronic component which means the thing that gets corrupted first is not there. Only when you put clothes to the dryer/spinner you need to be little careful to balance it properly, like heavier materials first and then the lighter ones. Once balance is proper spinner is just smooth. But if not balances properly, it will make sound. If the sound is more, you need to re-adjust. This adjustment is the only pain. But you cannot ask for everything in this price. Even automatic costlier products will have their own pain-points I am sure. Other than the adjustment the product is really good. I am using it for some 6 months now. The look is nice too. I am expecting it to serve me for more than 4yrs without trouble, and if that happens I will give 100/100 marks.

Second Day itself started with foul sounds
Second day itself it started with huge sound..
seems like it has been used from 2 years....
immediately complained to returns...
it took 4 days for formalities with amazon and whirlpool and finally returned and bought a new other model.....
very delicate and worst product...strongly suggest not to go....else try your luck

Worth for money.. nice product..
I am using it for just a month. Overall satisfied. it is huge.. can easy wash 3-4 double bed sheet or 2 double blanket at a time... no need to stay near your machine while it is working.. it gives a sharp whistle before ending of washing time.. so far i have no problem.. but I can't say this is light weight.. not for me.. but no doubt this is a heavy duty product and I like it..

Very good quality. Easy to use. Cleans way better than top load automatic. Drier does not cause vibration if the washed clothes are loaded as per instructions. Best washing machine of this segment.

I am very much happy about the washing machine -which I took a few weeks ago. The design is super cool. The options available are also very nice. It functions good.
I have been using a fully automated washing machine in my previous apartment for a few years. So the transition to semi-automated is a bit difficult. Otherwise, the product is awesome.

It's neither cheap nor expensive. You can buy it if you are not a heavy duty user.
It's working fine. But the finish of the product is not satisfactory. It looks like a duplicate. But since it's working fine and it came with warranty, so I hope it's an original one.

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE..PL
I have received this washing machine with manufacturing fault as it's dryer was not working. Then I asked for replacement and received replacement within 2 days. Same fault again occured as it's dryer was again not working along with dryer switch as well as it's drainage system also not working this time. I just wasted my money. Now Amazon's is not answering me except service person... It's total loss of your hard earning money...pl keep away yourself to buy big appliances from AMAZON..now they have keep their hand up saying it's not their responsibility...Pl buy big appliances from your local shops only and not from online....i feel cheated very badly...Even though they have not send anybody for installation saying that it's not required....vey helpless situation I am feeling now....

Overall a good product.
Note:- Review after a month's usage.
It's a good product. Does good washing and consume approximately 90-100 Ltrs of water for washing circle + spinning. Rest depends upon the number of clothes. Giving one star less for vibration during spinning and drying as sometimes the vibrations are so high that you have to hold it with your hands otherwise it will be dancing on the floor.
Delivery was fast but they didn't deliver at your doorstep if your home isn't along the main road. Courier persons would not deliver it at your choice's floor. You have to carry it at your own.
To conclude in short it's a good product and does it's job properly. It would be value for money if you get it under Rs 9000.

Best option ! Energy and Water Saver! Ideal for bachelors and Low-medium class families!
I brought this product at the very best rate available in the market from Amazon delivered at my doorstep. Semi automatic machines are always energy and water savers. This product is also water proof and splash proof too. Semi machines are ideal option for bachelors and middle class. Add there's two seperate motors ie; Wash and Spin each of different power consumption, while fully automatic had a single motor for both processes which consumes same power to wash and dry which consumes more energy in terms of energy bill. Also the risk of control panel damage if water splashes. Max power in this semi automatic machine is 340W and min is 150W only.
Highlight is whirlpool machines had a 5yr comprehensive warranty.

Damaged product
I got a damaged product.
There is a small crack in the spinning tub inside and I just figured that out after 13 days of purchase now when I am trying for an exchange I can't because of policy and company technician says this is not covered under warranty.....so basically I have to pay another 3-4k to change the entire tub of the washing machine.....

Worth the price
It doesn't cut off water supply automatically. Just over flows if it's over the line in case you forget to turn off the water. A very good one. Washes better on the most powerful spin but could damage soft clothes.

For the very first time I had to struggle a lot to get this delivered ..Delivery was delayed fro two days from scheduled one.
The washing machine is up to the expectation.It's toot at this price.The engineers visited for the first installation.

Quite lightweight hence easy to move around with.
Dry the clothes quickly because of the high RPM of drier.
As far as the problem of two separate water inlet in washing and drier drum, is concerned I have no issue with it because I usually wash all my clothes first and then rinse them separately.Still they could've provide two water inlet pipe instead of just one.
Overall good experience no issue faced till date.

Okayish washing machine, nothing extra-ordinary.
Bought it in exchange sale or something and sold the previous one in exchange.
Got exchange for old LG machine of about 1200 rs and additional bank discount of 800 rs, so the final cost incurred by me was 7190/-.
I feel like it is a bit on the smaller side, the drying tub is smaller than my last LG washing machine of 6.5 kgs.
One weird thing is the washing tub's cover gets totally removed and there's no hinge on which you can just open and leave it and the switches are very close, so there's a high probability that you might get some water in the switches. Although they say those are waterproof but I asked the whirlpool agent and he was confused about it, so certainly not taking any risks.
Pretty light weight and compact because it's more in length than wide actually.

Good machine
It is easy to use machine. Handles cleaning pretty well too. Although my clothes are usually not stained. I have an LG automatic as well but the agitator hardly moves..so there's point of washing in it..it's just like soaking clothes in water. Hence i got semi automatic. This does w better job than my LG automatic machine. That said, post washing the water doesn't drain completely. I mean whatever little water is left around the agitator it stays there which i feel shouldn't happen. Also i don't see anything in the filter which is supposed to filter all the lint. Infact my black jacket and black trouser got all the lint after washing. Idk how that happened. Overall it's still a good experience except the lint part

Not as good as expected
I was using LG earlier and now purchased this whirlpool in exchange of my old machine. Few problems with this machine is.
1. Water inlets. Have 2 different inlets for washing and spin.
2. Its wash timer run from 15 only. From 15 to 40 its soaking only. This is irritating.
3. Very important. Not sure why but big clothes like curtains, bedsheets are not safe to wash in it as it tears them.
4. Not capable to remove stains.
5. Not worth its price.

In this price I cannot even get a 6.5 kg washing machine in local shops.
Body is not so strong but ok for the price. Washer and spinner are working fine. All Knobs are working and wash timer has 40 minute soaking period.
Vibration while working is low.
Water inlet for washer and spinner are different and one has to chnage every time, for some people it may be awful but for me it hardly matters.
Overall happy with the purchase.

Being a bachelor, I was looking for an economical model and got this at the right time for 7.9 k bucks in big billion sale. It's light weight, easy and to operate. Even if it's wheels move unidirectional, you can lift and change its position. Body is plastic and the drier side can take only about 3.5 kgs. So you need to split the wash quantity into batches. For this price, it's a good deal. It was mentioned that installation was not required and a toll free number of whirlpool was given. They asked me not to open it as it will nullify any damage warranty. Next day service engineer came, inspected, installed it and explained everything.
Totally happy with delivery, installation and usage. It can suit a small family as well

Felt cheated
Amazon is selling whirlpool superb atom 7 kg model but the features displayed is of whirlpool ace 8.5 kg, I recieved my order but it does not seems to me as 7 kg as compared to my previous 7 kg machine, I regret for my purchase, and had lost confidence in amazon, bye forever Amazon or any other online site.

We have been using it for more than 15 days. Prior we were using Fully Automatic for the last 10 years.

Too much noise, while washing at the start of the spinning time, the machine moves a lot. due to the roller fitter in the base, the machine moves while working. you have to stop it with your hands else it is moving a lot

The machine is lightweighted and works very well for washing as well as for drying the clothes. This is the value for money and very simple to use. You can easily transfer the machine from one room to another.

Not happy with the service
I repeatedly called up and spoke to the cm careexecutive of whirlpool as per the advice of AmaZon cm exec ...and requested them to show ade.o and hlp in the installation of the machine At my parents place but despite assuring me that within 24 hrs they will be sending someone for installation...nobody turned up....and we had to arrange the installation and by reading the booklet they are using it .

Installation is a scam
The company claims installation withing 24 hours but upon arrival claims that plumbing work is required in advance which they have never mentioned to this point. In an effort to close the installation quickly I asked them to get me the required nozzle that would fit their pvc pipe to my tap and they refused saying that is against company policy.
So what they are saying is that installation only means unboxing the washing machine and leaving it there for the plumber to fix. Something i could have done myself hours earlier had O known this was the process.
At the very least it is the Whirpool service centre's responsibility to fix a small convertor to fix their pipe which pretty obviously not of a universal size to the machine.

Decent SemiAutomatic.
It’s Semi Automatic. Includes a demo by Whirlpool representative who will also sign the warranty card. Will try to sell, scalegon but you can it buy for cheap here.
The machine uses standard 5Amp plug and doesn’t need 16Amp socket.
The machine requires monitoring when filling in water. You can do it via the hose provided or add it via bucket. Requires draining manually as well.
Wash clothes, and wash it again with just water for rinsing (5-7mins) and dry.
This model has one of the faster motors spinning.

Does the job its made for. Easy to set up and use, no frills, and hard working !! Setting up is easy - no complicated nozzles and connections. Nothing to learn from manual, its not required since the machine is easy to operate. Just open and go ahead with it. The company guy never turned up though !!

3. Dryer is super strong
4 .Properly concealed so no problem of rat going inside and making family there.

AND MOST IMPORTANT IS
6. Electric consumption is not that much.
7. EASY TO USE .SO YOUR PARENTS OR MAID OR ANY ONE CAN USE IT.

Fixing is not at all done correctly.. it's like..sale coming up.. let's sell every SCRAP we have in store..

Too horrible to use
Tried whirlpool washing machine for first time, too miserable and horrible , motor failed in a 1 month of use . It takes atleast 30 min to cool down and restart for second washing cycle. A big Nooooooo for washing machine. But the customer service was excellent they changed the motor within complain but when washing machine fails in a 1 month it's too miserable .

This product is not upto the standard. It is not working well. All parts of product is worst.
I don't prefer this product at all. The quality of product was worst. Since i have bought this product within a couple of month it started sound and spinning had stopped working. The service also was not up to the standard. I think the main defaulter for the product is not the distributor but from my view it was Amazon, who don't have any quality checkers at ground level. Customer like us simply believed on the amazon person views,which is not validated on ground. I am really disappointed with Amazon services. Please revert me optimistic response which can solve the issue rather the apologize.

Buen horno, lástima de servicio al cliente de whirlpool, irresponsables.
Es un horno de gran tamaño, le cabe de todo y tiene buena potencia, sus acabados son muy buenos y se ve muy bien, moderno, el problema vino despues de 6 meses de uso aproximadamente, el reloj dejó de funcionar, lo llevé a garantía y lo repararon pero al poco tiempo dejó de funcionar otra vez, lo volví a llevar y ya no lo quisieron reparar que porque ya no le daban garantía a Amazon por considerarla una tienda outlet 😒 que solo le daban garantías a tiendas que facturaran 😒 y que un correo no servía como comprobante de compra siendo que la primera vez si lo aceptaron 😒 aunque gracias al excelente servicio al cliente de Amazon todo quedó solucionado, pero tomenlo en cuenta, los de whirlpool se ponen sus moños para hacer efectiva la garantía.

Solo funcionó 6 meses
El horno dejó de calentar a los seis meses, tuvo muy poco uso, solo se utilizaba para calentar cosas rápidas, y no diario. Para aplicar la garantia uno debe llevar el horno hasta el centro de servicio. Mala calidad en el producto y el servicio de Whirpool.

Muy hermoso microondas, funcionando al 100%, justo lo que se esperaba, el único detalle es inconveniente que tengo, es que el paquete de Amazon la caja llegó golpeada, casi violada, gracias a Dios que el microondas llegó bien, espero que no presente detalles de funcionamiento porque parece ser que fue maltratado en el transcurso, porfavor dejen de usar estafeta, estafeta no cuida los productos y luego los vendedores salen perjudicados, gracias. Mis 3 estrellas fue por el embalaje.

La calificacion que le pongo es por que me llego un primero horno que presento falso contacto en el cable de alimentacion, lo reporte a amazon y me enviaron otro en el cual no he tenido problemas hasta el momento. El horno es muy silencioso, de tamaño adecuado para cosas de medianas por ejemplo un plato normal. Se ve muy bien el terminado, luce excelente. En general es una compra recomendable.

Excelente producto
El producto cumple extraordinariamente con su trabajo. Hace poco ruido, los ajustes por defecto para calentar o descongelar alimentos están bien configurados. Visualmente es un producto atractivo.
Me cuesta verle un lado negativo pero tal vez lo único que se extraña es un panel numérico para poder ajustar la hora de manera más rápida. Aún así no sería razón para no recomendar éste extraordinario producto.

Llego el día de ayer, como fue prometido por Amazon. En perfectas condiciones. Muy elegante ayer se uso para calentar dos salsas en el tiempo de 30 Seg y funciono bien. Pero el hijo mío ayer en la noche cocino unas Palomitas y coloco el tiempo que marca el Horno en la tecla especial para Palomitas y se llevo una sorpresa que algunas Palomitas se quemaron. me imagino que era mucho tiempo de cocción 2.30 Min. Lo seguiremos probando colocando menos tiempo para ver los resultados.

Básico y de buena calidad
Hace algo de ruido como todo horno de microondas de este precio, pero lo que me importó es que calentará bien la comida. Tal vez, la única queja sea que no tiene para poner un tiempo exacto, sino que tiene botones con imágenes de comidas. Aunque tiene botones para poner de 30 segundos y un minuto, es decir que, si quieres dos minutos, tienes que presionar el botón de un minuto dos veces. Por lo menos tiene dos botones para ajustar el tiempo, pero sólo suben o bajan cinco segundos.

Producto regular
El producto es bueno con su funcion principal. Mi unico punto de mejora seria el firmware, bastante malo, cuando lo pones a calentar algo y se llega el temporizador a 0 se activa una alarma acustica (muy bien), pero si no abres la puerta en una ventana de unos 30 segundos (aprox) entra en bucle infinito y sigue notificandote por siempre que ya termino, esto es super molesto porque puede estar activandose cada 3 mins aprox durante dias las 24 horas. Por favor ofrezcanle capacitacion a sus ingenieros de firmware/embebidos.

Poco tiempo para conseguir la temperatura deseada
Excelente orno calienta los alimentos con poco tiempo de programación tiene como base 15s 1minuto y 30s si hace ruido no es común lo contrario en este tipo de aparatos pero si hace demasiados pitidos de aviso hasta 5 y eso puede resultar molesto si quieres usarlo en la noche o madrugada de ahí en fuera todo bn nuevo y sellado bn empacado y protegido para su traslado

Bueno bonito y barato
Hace tiempo que quería comprarlo y por fin me decidi, excelente relación costo beneficio, es hermoso por fuera, el tamaño es el más pequeño en el mercado perfecto para cocinas pequeñas, calienta muy bien y en poco tiempo, muy fácil de usar, me encanto es realmente lo que buscaba... en otras opiniones lei que no cabe una bolsa de palomitas, en la práctica si cabe, debes acomodarla de tal forma que permita girar el plato y podrás prepararlas sin problema aunque hay palomitas en formato individual, esos empaques están diseñados para estos hornos pequeños... en fin, bueno para cosas simples y uso moderado es el que le doy
